Bi Xiaodong, born in 1974. In 1995, he graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a major in nondestructive testing. From 1995 to 2002, he worked in the 49th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd., and worked on sensor research. In 2005, he graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a master's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering. Since 2007, he has served in the editorial department of the Sixth Research Institute of China Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd.
