Abstract:As 1394 bus is widely used in the field on airborne,for low cost and flexibility consider,the process of surface configuration,simulation,testing,monitoring and test need to establish a complete set of 1394 bus simulation test system. Reliable bus simulation system can realize the product level and system level application testing,at the same time,shorten the system development cycle and save the development costs greatly. This paper proposes a 1394 bus simulation system design scheme,combinging with the system requirements with the detailed introduction of the system building,system configuration,system monitoring and simulation and system configuration,to establish a comprehensive,complete,reliable platform for the simulation system. Based on the platform,the further study of 1394 bus communication mechanism,operation mode,the working principle and system application can be achieved. It is easy for system developer to detect a failure,check and maintenance,and provides reliable technical support for the development,validation,test and application of airborne equipment.
Abstract:It has high cost and risk to make a military 1394 bus verifation test which is based on a airborne environment,as well as great limitations.It is deeply necessary to develop a corresponding ground simulation device for bus system of integrated simulation test.This paper combines the demand of 1394 protocol in the military field developed a military 1394 three-node simulation card.This device achieves integration design of the control computer,remote node,the bus monitoring and load maintenance,which makes data transceiver,configuration load,fault injection,communication monitoring,topology display,remote loading,and other functions into one. It can be used in the laboratory environment to build a complete military 1394 bus communication system,and build the airborne subsystem device between the complicated situation of the internet. The completion of a comprehensive system bus simulation application test provides support and guarantee in the field of military.
Abstract:Airborne bus node interface module as system bus network access nodes,its performance of completeness and reliability has the vital function for bus network system construction. 1394 bus as a new generation of aircraft avionics bus network transmission,the importance of the node module design is obvious. The paper combines protocol with demand of bus system background,and designs a kind of avionics bus 1394 node interface module.This node module is based on standardization and generalization design, extracts the user demand,and is combined with 1394 protocol hierarchy to make the final product architecture. Founction in the design of bus nodes using CC\RN\BM integration design,providing PCI\PCIE host interface,supporting S100\S200\S400 configurable bus communication speed,and flexible design to provide users with software and hardware interface standard,which effectively reduce the design and maintenance costs.
Abstract:In the 1394 bus application for a new generation of aerocraft management system,in order to satisfy the standard node design,improve the electrical characteristics signal quality,and reduce the node′s maintenance costs,this paper puts forward a aerocraft management 1394 bus interface module based on 1394 bus protocol. The module has characteristics of low power,small volume,light weight and high reliability,and 1394 bus three ports are fetched respectively by three 1394 special cable with plait format,to achieve the standardization and unification of interface. In the full understanding of 1394 bus protocol,the article introduces the aerocraft management 1394 bus interface module design and implementation from the hardware architecture,logic design and software design repectively. The test and verification show that the interface module function and performance meet the demands of the application of avionic.
Abstract:In a new generation of aircraft safety-critical and mission-critical systems,real-time,certainty and reliability of bus are put forward higher requirements. To ensure the high real-time,high certainty of a bus transmission and high reliability, 1394 bus protocol specification forced constraints such as the root node,the static assignment channel number,vertical parity check,STOF synchronous and asynchronous flow packet communication and send/receive electric property indexes. Aiming at application demand of 1394 bus in the safety-critical and mission-critical system, detailed analysis and research on the 1394 bus key protocol are given respectively from the bus topology,bus packet format and the reliability. Then it established theoretical foundation for design,implementation and system application of 1394 bus.
Abstract:The features 1394 has, like static assignment of channel numbers,synchronization via start of frame packets,use of asynchronous streams and pre-assignment of bandwidth,are able to meet the requirements of avionics system, which make Mil-1394 the priority of safety-critical/mission-critical applications for military and aerospace vehicles. Based on the knowledge of the developing background of 1394, the essay analyzes Mil-1394′s essential technology in detail and introduces its growing trend, which lays a solid ground for the further construction of the system and application of the project.
