Research of 3D IC-TSV technology and reliability

Abstract: This paper mainly provides the detailed information on through-silicon-hole TSV(Through Silicon Via) interconnect technology of 3D(3 Dimension)IC(Integrated Circuit). It illustrates the key technology and process of TSV, such as alignment, bonding, wafer thinning, hole etching, copper damascene etc. It also pay more emphasis on the TSV reliability analysis, the research status and the thermal stress analysis. Take the heat transfer analysis for example, simple thermal simulation analysis and theoretical analysis of the TSV model is performed here. Finally, we conclude the industrial dynamic TSV technology and future prospects.

Abstract:Since transportation is in close relation with the development of every city, as an indispensable part of the construction of smart city, intelligent transportation draws more and more attention. The concept, architecture of intelligent transportation is briefly described, especially the application of wireless sensor network, data mining and intelligent transportation cloud etc key technologies in this field, and then current situation of realistic application is illustrated. Finally, the wide prospect of smart transportation is viewed.

Research and implementation of magnetic fields-vibration-heating system based on DSP

Abstract:More and more attentions focus on the pulsed magnetic fields-vibration-heating system, because of its positive effects on the organism. This paper proposes a system using DSP as main controller, which generates low frequency pulse wave. All of the frequency, duty ratio and amplitude can adjust. The pulse wave is used to drive the treatment component through current driving circuit, generating pulsed magnetic fields, vibration and heating. The parameters of three physical factors can be activated according as expected combination. Experiment results show that this system has the advantages of convenient operation and stable performance, the parameters achieve the desired effect, and it lays the foundation of further clinical trials.

Abstract: With the development of Internet of Things, a cloud intelligent acquisition system based on WeChat public platform is presented in this paper, which aims at the problem of poor user participation in traditional data acquisition system. Xilinx Zynq-7000 series all programmable SOC(System On Chip) is used as the design platform while PmodHMT module is used to collect the information of temperature and humidity. The solution of Bluetooth 4.0 BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is adopted to communicate with wechat, which realizes the aim of remote control of cloud intelligent acquisition system in real time for users.

Abstract:Now RFID technology has been widely used in many fields such as logistics warehouse, transportation,etc. But there are a lot of redundant work in the development of the application system. According to software engineering idea, this paper introduces a RFID component engineering framework and universal RFID component to achieve more efficient software design, and tests the engineering framework under the KDS1.1.1 development environment on an experiment board composd of KL25 MCU(ARM Cortex-M0+ Kernel )and RF chip RC531. This work provides important references for improving the standardization and portability of RFID application system development.

Abstract: The signal of the fuse is fast, momentary and altofrequent. This article comes up with a testing system of the signal from the fuse,and it is based on the embedded system and the FPGA. This system can not only deal with the signals from several channels at the same time,but also realize the real-time detection,information transfer and information feedback. The appropriative demodulation circuit,encoding circuit and decoding circuit are designed through the high-frequency and momentary signal processing. It has been proved that this system is effective and reliable,after several times of the system testing.

The on-line monitoring system of marine environment based on iridium satellite communication

Abstract:In order to overcome the area restrictions of beidou satellite communication system and the real-time constraints of Argos satellite communication system which are used in marine environment online monitoring instruments and equipment, a drifting buoy based on iridium satellite communication system is designed to conduct daily online marine environmental monitoring. A C8051F MCU is used as control core in the buoy. The HD-2005 portable χ-γ rays dose rate instrument and Conductivity-Temperature-Depth(CTD) are used as sensors to monitor marine environment in real-time. The measured data is temporarily cached in the iridium Short Burst Data(SBD) terminal block 9602 through the serial port and then the cached data in the terminal block is passed to the specified mailbox of iridium satellite communication system. What′s more, the instructions could be sent to the buoy through the terminal block by the monitoring center. Better result is achieved by the marine simulation experiment. The preliminary results demonstrate the initial design meets the requirements of low power consumption and real-time marine environmental data transmission, with high reading success rate and good communication effect.

Design of soil drought monitoring system

Abstract:Currently the drought monitoring in our country mainly relies on artificial observation, it has many problems such as large workload, poor timeliness,ect. Based on the STM32 drought information acquisition and data remote transmission, a telemetry terminal is designed in this paper,which combined with the drought information acquisition technology and wireless data transmission technology. The experimental results show that the data of soil moisture content,evaporation,rainfall and temperature can be collected on real-time by the system, and then collected data will be reported to the central station through GPRS wireless network. The central station finally has a comprehensive evaluation to the telemetry parameter data on real-time of the terminal drought by drought prediction model based on BP neural network algorithm.

Abstract: A scheme of household fetal monitoring system based on the net of Bluetooth low energy is discussed in this article. The system collects and transmits fetal heart rate,uterine contraction and fetal movement with the net of wireless sensor based on BLE4.0 and processes the monitor data with algorithm optimization according to the features of physiological signal,which improves the system′s convenience to use and accuracy of device application.The Android smart device connects with wireless sensor to display,monitor and storage the different fetal physiological parameter real time.

Design of a circuit for harvesting vibration energy based on piezoelectric effect

Abstract: In order to collect mechanical vibration energy from environment and realized self-powering for low-power sensors,an energy harvesting circuit was designed. A voltage-tripling rectifier to amplify AC-voltage produced by vibration based on piezoelectric crystal and a power management chip LTC3588-1 which is integrated a low noise full-wave rectifier and a step-down converter to produce available DC-voltage power are utilized. Analysis and experiment show that the vibration energy harvest circuit achieves to supply the power for the sensors through harvesting environmental vibration energy.

Abstract:As the scale of NoC is huge and the interconnection in NoC is complex,the crosstalk of NoC serious impact on the integrity of signal in NoC system.A new test method based on HT model was proposed in this paper for improved HT model with N transmission lines,the test time tradition method is 6N,while the test time of method in paper is 18. The method in paper can largely reduce test times and the cost of resource.A test codes based on improved HT model was designed and a new test circuit for these codes was built in paper.A 16-bit data selector and a 16-bit counter were used to build this circuit.The simulation was done by Pspice and the result showed that the test circuit satisfied the test requirements and had the advantage of portable.

Abstract: Scaling and parity check in RNS has always been conceived as a performance bottleneck similar to the residue system. In this paper, a simple and fast 2n scaling scheme for the four-moduli set{2n,22n+1,2n+1,2n-1} RNS is proposed baesd on the new Chinese remainder theorem. The analysis result shows that the proposed scaler has higher area and power consumption performances compared with the cascaded scaling scheme.

Abstract:In order to reduce the amount of calculation, the way of digital convolution being realized by using FPGA hardware programming is introduced to realize acceleration/deceleration motion algorithm and improves the stability and speed of the algorithm. In order to reduce the speed error and position error, corresponding compensation algorithm is used according to the different condition to realize the remainder in the process of processing operations on fixed-point number. For the remainder produced before digital convolution computation, add the speed compensation sequence to the end of the speed sequence to remove the remainder error. For the remainder produced in the process of digital convolution operation, adopt the way of accumulating remainders, to reduce the remainder error.

Wireless real-time monitoring system for table grape cold chain logistics

Abstract: To solve the problems of mineral development equipment, such as condition monitoring, fault diagnosis not timely etc, this paper uses wireless sensor monitoring nodes composed of ZigBee CC2530 development board, Hall current sensor, temperature and humidity sensors, which constitutes hort-range communication of wireless sensor network, to achieve remote communication via WSN/GPRS gateway nodes. The users can monitor and manage the running status of mining equipment through the Web system eventually. The result of test indicates that this system can meet the demand of monitoring the running state of the equipment remote due to its accurate data collection, reliable data transmission, simple human-computer interaction interface.

Abstract:The space miniature magnetic sector mass spectrometer is a instrument of be used of analyse of orbit,planet atmosphere and soil component, Based on DSP, designed a type of electric control system as a key unit for measure of weak current signal of hydronium headstream, control of scan high volt and filament current, capability monitor and CAN bus data communication. In the November, 2012, it is carried by XX-1 satellite, and detected the atmosphere compositions in the satellite orbit and gas-emited from satellite. The results of the space test shows, with a small cubage and weight, the system operates stably and credibly, acquires data accurately and with a high precision control.

Abstract: For the partial discharge in the process of the smart grid construction and operation maintenance problems, this paper designed a set of portable and practical monitoring system—UHF partial discharge on line monitor.In order to achieve the 300 MHz to 3 200 MHz band signal receiving and has the good signal-to-noise ratio,it improves the traditional architecture,using the technologies such as dual orthogonal frequency conversion,two-channel high speed AD, and so on. Field experiment shows that the successful application of this method will help to promote the development of power transformer partial discharge detection theory and technology, improve the veracity and reliability of insulation diagnosis.

Research and design on real-time acquisition and compression system of LZW algorithm

Abstract: In order to reduce the signal space, relieve pressure on data processing and ensure data integrity, presented a way of using fast compression and decompression speed, high compression, and simple LZW algorithm in the telemetry system is algorithm, besides the algorithm is implemented on FPGA . Finally, the data acquisition and compression system overall test results show that the system completed a 6-way real-time speed varying parameters of acquisition and compression, the compression ratio reach above 1.8:1, the indicators meet the design requirements.

Abstract:Once found excessive discharge in the field test, you need to determine the site and type of discharge. According to the characteristics of discharge to distinguish the different fault types, has the vital significance. Broadband sampling of partial discharge detection method gradually developed, and the access to discharge signal waveform and according to its characteristics of time domain identification method, also has the certain research. But without considering the influence on the original discharge waveform, pulse propagation path is due to the partial discharge of cable may exist in any location, in a fixed testing point of signal waveform, inevitable with spread from original location to check points in the path of the unknown information, it will bring difficulties to identify. The proposed cable midgame signal attenuation factors of the theoretical calculation method.

Design of wireless dynamic ECG monitoring device based on ZigBee technology

Abstract: Dynamic ECG monitoring device be used at present has ECG cable,which makes patients have a strong sense of restraint,the ECG cable pull influence acquisition of ECG signal’ quality. In order to solve this problem, a wireless dynamic ECG monitoring device is presented based on ZigBee.The system is mainly composed of ECG signal acquisition and preprocessing, wireless transmission and display of upper machine of the three major modules.After preprocessed the ECG signal from the output of ECG acquisition part , the acquired ECG signals were converted into digital signal,and sent through the ZigBee terminal node, then uploaded the ECG signals received by the ZigBee master node to PC through serial for real-time display and diagnose as well as prompt heart health conditions. By testing the result indicates that the instrument is accurate, the error rate is not greater than 5%, and this design has realized the wireless dynamic ECG monitoring.

Low complexity detection algorithm for multiple-active spatial modulation

Abstract: In this paper, a low-complexity detection scheme is proposed for multiple-active spatial modulation technique. The proposed method is based on the concept of interference cancellation, which is capable of outperforming the original zero-forcing algorithm and is also applicable in under-determined MIMO setup. Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method.

Research of the connectivity for platoon-based vehicle-to-vehicle communication network

Abstract: Due to the dynamics of vehicle density and the fast movement of vehicles, connectivity is an important performance metrics to indicate the communication quality of the Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks(VANETs). Grouping vehicles into platoons on the road can decrease traffic congestion, and reduce fuel consumption. This paper studies the connectivity probability in one-way and two-way platoon-based Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V) communication networks. Analysis and simulation results show that the connectivity probability can be significantly improved when there are platoons in the network. Moreover, the connectivity probability in two-way network is higher than it in one-way network. These results can provide forceful theoretical support to the future Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) design.

A study of spectrum sharing technology based on 230 MHz electric private wireless network

Abstract:Wireless communication technology is a kind of important access network technology, but the 230 MHz frequency can only support a low transmit rate, so that restricts the development of smart grid. In order to further promote the implementation of the smart grid, this paper puts forward a kind of spectrum sharing algorithm, which is based on OFDM and power allocation technology. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively increase the system capacity, providing an effective reference for the spectrum of 230 MHz planning of Radio Management Bureau and the development of smart grid.

Abstract: The modulation methods commonly used in satellite communications systems are PSK and its improved versions. According to the complex and variable satellite communication environment, the paper compares the π/4-CQPSK, π/4-BPSK, and π/4-QPSK modulation methods after describing their principles. Using differential demodulation but not coherent demodulation, the performance of π/4-CQPSK, π/4-BPSK, and π/4-QPSK modulations is simulated and compared on Lutz satellite channel condition.

Modeling and statistical characterization analysis of indoor wideband wireless propagation channels

Abstract: This paper presents an improved indoor reference channel model which based on geometric scattering model, the model consists of an infinite number of scatters uniformly distributed over the Two-dimensional(2D) horizontal plane of a three-dimensional(3D) space. This paper derives analytical expressions for the probability density function(PDF) of the angle of arrival(AOA), the power delay profile(PDP), frequency correlation function(FCF). In addition, this paper also proposes an efficient SOC(Sum of Cisoids) channel simulation model through non-realistic reference model. This paper shows that, the SOC channel simulator approximates the reference model with respect to the FCF. The SOC channel simulator can be employed to evaluate the performance of wideband indoor wireless communication systems.

Abstract:In order to improve network coverage and network capacity OFDM cooperative communication systems, a OFDM system that based on subcarrier select pairing and optimal power allocation is proposed. Performed on OFDM relay system model and performance analysis of non-matching pair of relay, using the sub-carrier selection paired converted to an integer programming problem, and is calculated using a matrix-based planning approach paired Hungarian algorithm. Then, according to the power allocation problem OFDM systems optimized KKT conditions under relay power and power allocation method. The final simulation results show that the proposed method is compared to the QoS statistical quality assurance program resource allocation and resource allocation algorithm OFDM relay system of heterogeneous services, improve network coverage and capacity on show better results.

A novel integrated method using EKF and ANN in the vehicle navigation

Abstract:For the vehicle navigation, the integrated system consists of global positioning system(GPS) and inertial navigation system(INS), with extended kalman filter(EKF) as the fusing filter. Due to non-line-of-sight of GPS and error accumulation in INS, this paper proposed a novel method using ANN and wavelet transform in the navigation system. When GPS is working well, ANN is trained using the information provided by INS as input, and the corresponding errors as output. Wavelet transform is also used to mitigate the noise for the input. During GPS outages, ANN could alleviate the INS biases. The results obtained from real vehicle trials are promising, and the proposed method could provide horizontal positioning with below 3.5 m error.

Abstract:Vehicular Ad Hoc Network(VANET) is considered as a special application of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks(MANETs) in road traffic, which can autonomously organize networks without infrastructure. VANETs enable vehicles on the road to communicate with each other and with road infrastructure. However, due to the highly dynamic topology in VANETs, several routing protocols in mobile ad-hoc wireless networks are not very suitable for VANETs networks. Therefore,we propose a routing algorithm which is based on the congestion game. It provide the optimal Internet access path by game theory. The simulation results show that the proposed routing algorithm has better feasibility and effectiveness for communicating VANETs.

Abstract: When power points in a power curve are too much,correlation power analysis is often slow. Power curve preprocessing based-on principal component analysis was proposed to remove low crosscorrelation points and reduce the power points of actual analysis. Taking the advanced encryption standard cryptographic algorithm as the target algorithm, correlation power analysis for AES based-on principal component analysis was studied. Experiment results demonstrate that the pretreatment of the principal component analysis focus on information to the previous 67th principal component. The proposed techniques can effectively reduce 3/4 power points of actual analysis.

A secure authentication scheme for RFID systems base on ECC and lightweight Hash

Abstract: For the issues that the security and resource constraint of embedded RFID system, a mutual authentication scheme based on elliptic curve cryptography(ECC) is proposed. When communication between the tag and reader is happen, first, it use elliptic curve discrete logarithm method to make certification and verification of identity of the reader. Then, use the elliptic curve digital signature algorithm that base on Quark light weight hash algorithm for certification and verification of identity of the tag, to reduce the key and public key sizes, as well as reduce the amount of calculation. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, this scheme can effectively resist the attack of RFID implant system and provides a higher security level. At the same time, this scheme has 48% less communication overhead and requires 24% less total memory than the other approaches.

Abstract:Li-ion battery failure usually leads to system performance degradation and crashing. So security is a critical bottleneck of Li-ion battery development. Accurate prediction of the remaining useful life of a faulty component is important to the health management of the system. Particle filter is an effective method for sequential signal processing. However, the accuracy of the particle filter is not high. An improved particle filter algorithm according the electrical properties of lithium-ion batteries is proposed. It combines measurements data with the capacity degradation model to predict the remaining useful life of the lithium-ion batteries. Simulation and experiment results show that the improved particle filter algorithm can predict the actual remaining useful life with an error less than 5%.

Abstract: To solve the disadvantages of traditional anlog power supply loss and less efficient,the scheme of digital power based on the DSP is proposed. A new Burst-mode control strategy is proposed,which can change the switch frequency at light load condition. ZVS can be achieved,meanwhile, the LLC half bridge converter switching and transmission loss is reduced,and the light load efficiency is improved. The resuls show that under 5% load condition,the efficiency reaches 87%,and in 5%~20% load condition,the efficiency is higher than 93%. The Burst-mode control scheme can improve efficiency.

Finally, the excellent performance of the LLC converter based on the self-sustained phase shift modulate is verified.

Design of adjustable high power factor constant current LED drive

Abstract: The design method for constant current LED driver circuit based on PFC fly-back isolated AC/DC is analyzed. Concrete design scheme and associated parameter selecting method for isolated high-frequency transformer as well as the power factor correction circuit constituted by UCC28810 with high efficiency and high power factor are proposed. Working principle of PWM constant current adjustable circuit constituted by CC2530 and SN3350 is also elaborated. Diverse tests are conducted using an experimental prototype with the input voltage range of 90 V~220 V. The measurement averaging results show an average system power factor of above 0.97 and the AC/DC conversion efficiency of up to 86.5%. The efficiency of constant current module is up to 93.2%, successfully attaining the constant current PWM controlled dimming function.

Abstract: Aiming at the demands of multi-user and multi-platform watching live streaming and video from mobile client, a method of mobile client initiatively push video streams to Darwin Streaming Server for multi-user and multi-platform watching has been presented. Open source Darwin streaming server combined with the open source of mp4v2 were used to achieve uploading streaming retransmission and recording from mobile client. PC platform client realized live streaming and demand viewing by open RTSP architecture live555 combined with open codec library ffmpeg. Web platform client implemented demand viewing by the technology of HTML5 and live streaming. The experimental results show that the solution has high real-time and stability performance in 3G network. It has a better video′s quality and could meet requirements of multi-user and multi-platform watching live streaming and video.

Abstract:Dynamically reconfigurable high-speed serial bus(UM-BUS) is a novel high-speed serial bus with characteristics of dynamic fault-tolerance and multi-channel concurrency and redundancy. Its test system can provide monitoring, storage and analysis for the communication process of UM-BUS. The test system requires a high-bandwidth communication channel between the data acquisition terminal with the PC. A PCIe2.0 based solution for x1 channel is devised for the test system in this paper. Furthermore, Direct Memory Access (DMA) data transfer has been successfully implemented based on PCIe bus on the FPGA platform. The experimental results show that the actual data transfer speed can reach more than 200 MB/s. This design can fully satisfy the requirements of data transfer rate for the test system.

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic function and the configuration of a new type of high-speed digital camera called PT-41-04M60. This camera uses Camera Link interface to transmit data. According to the standard and protocol of Camera Link interface, FPGA is taken as the main controller in this system to design the hardware circuit of Camera Link interface to realize image data acquisition. FPGA development board uses Xilinx company Virtex-6 series of XC6VLX240T,which fully meets the design requirements. The experimental results show this system can successfully achieve image acquisition and display.

Abstract: According to the problem that cuckoo search algorithm falls into local minimums,this paper proposes a method of step by step mutation,which uses step by step mutation to improve cuckoo search algorithm,and puts forward cuckoo search algorithm with step by step mutation. To solve the problem of medical image registration,it uses mutual information as similarity measure,and gives a method of medical image registration technology based on cuckoo search algorithm with step by step mutation and Powell by cuckoo search algorithm with step by step mutation merging Powell. Simulation experiment on this method shows that better accuracy and better performance are both given.

Development of transformer economic operation control and flexible switching device based on STM32

Abstract: Substation widely distributed in China,transformer operation made great loss. System experimental subject was single-phase two-winding transformer. Transformer economic operation theory was introduced briefly based on critical interval division method, and flexible switching technique was proposed to reduce risks caused by switching operations. Important hardware measurement module consisted of load power, AC contactor operation time and voltage current zero-crossing. Main control and flexible switching design ideas, included Bilinear interpolation method,were stated.The experimental data shows load power and voltage current zero-crossing are detected exactly, and AC contactor operation time, supply voltage and environment temperature are intimately linked, the former declines with the supply voltage increasing, decreases first and then increases with environment temperature increasing. Transformer flexible switching could greatly reduce unfavorable characteristics. Finally Chunxiao 500 kV substation in Zhejiang transformer economic operation analysis shows the equipment can make significant economic benefits.

Abstract: In view of the existing fault diagnosis technology in the application in power transformer fault diagnosis, there are too much redundant information, inaccurate diagnosis and other shortcomings. So combining the rough set theory and information fusion technology, this paper uses rough set theory to the maximum reduction of the early fault system data, and classifies the fault mode by adopting the method of evidence theory to fusion preprocessing information. It can simplify diagnosis network scale. In addition, the information fusion based on rough set optimization, comparing with the single information fusion fault diagnosis method, can more timely and accurately diagnose the transformer fault types. The research achievement has a broad application prospect in the aspect of oil-immersed power transformer fault diagnosis.

Abstract: The prototype is made by extruding a semi-molten filament through a heated nozzle in the manufacturing system of FDM. As a result,the adding of the support structure plays a vital role.A new support generation algorithm is proposed to meet the need of adding support.Based on STL model,firstly,the region where requires support is recognized.Secondly, the support structure is added.Finally,the beginning and end of the support region are determined.Practical application shows that generated support effect is excellent.
