Analyzing the technical framework of manufacturing big data

Abstract:Introduced different types of MEMS switch from two perspectives:actuation way and mechanical structure, analyzed the performances, advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of MEMS switches, and the key technology in the production of MEMS switch ,the problems faced in the development: sacrificial layer technology, packaging technology and reliability issues. At length, this paper introduced the present situation of MEMS switch ,the application in component level and system level and the prospect of MEMS switch technology.

An integrated circuit for the wearable devices measuring physiological parameters

Abstract:The paper presents an integrated circuit for photoplethysmography(PPG) signal processing, which can process direct current(DC) and alternating current(AC) components separately. It can be used in wearable devices for detection of the PPG-based multi-physiological parameters, such as heart rate, blood pressure and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2). The proposed circuit consists of an AC and DC component separation part, a DC read-out part, a low-pass filter and a rectangular wave generator. A lower-band cutoff frequency of 0.07-0.7 Hz is provided by the AC and DC separation part, which is a transimpedance amplifier with a MOS-Bipolar resistor based integrator in the feedback loop. An upper-band cutoff frequency of 16 Hz is achieved by using a current-steering filter. The circuit is implemented in UMC 0.13 μm CMOS technology with 1.2 V supply voltage.

Frequency selective design of ultra wideband low noise amplifier

Abstract:The paper designed a new multi-resonant load network with frequency selective and built a kind of self-selective ultra wideband low noise amplifier that could filter out WLAN interferers while amplifying the UWB signals. In the 3.1~10.6 GHz band it has following simulation results:an input reflection of less than -10 dB,a peak gain of 20.23 dB,minimum noise figure of less than 4.25 dB.

Abstract:Inverse transformation and inverse quantization is an important process in H.264 decoder, the complexity of the algorithm leads to a long design time and complex verification procedure when designing in conventional way with RTL language. High level synthesis in involved in this paper to illustrate efficient inverse transformation and inverse quantization hardware design. The results show that the design method in this paper could achieve the hardware block for the targeted FPGA platform efficiently and explore the design space of the hardware with different high level synthesis settings at the same time to fulfil the different requirements for different designs.

Abstract:Aim at the issues that graphic processor loads commands data and collects data,design and implement a shared-clock multithreading processor SIMD controller, to complete SIMD instructions sending,data loading and data collection. In order to achieve efficient data-parallel computing as the goal, we implement forward-processing unit, controllers and controller design with finite-state machine. Experimental results show that, using the design of dedicated hardware can improve the graphics processor's ability to handle parallel data.

Design and application of BiCMOS band-gap reference source

Abstract:Based on the SiGe BiCMOS 0.18 μm technology, a band-gap reference voltage source applied to a “10-Gbps trans-impedance amplifier(TIA)” chip has been designed. The band-gap reference voltage source works in 3.0 V~3.6 V supply voltage, the output reference voltage is 1.2 V, the temperature coefficient is 10.0 ppm/℃, the power supply rejection ratio is -69 dB at low frequency with good performance. And the design of bias circuit module of TIA chip has been completed by using the band-gap reference voltage source, the bias circuit in addition to provide bias current, also has a bandwidth adjustment function, and can realize on TIA output voltage signal bandwidth of 7.9 GHz,8.9 GHz,9.8 GHz and 10.1 GHz four gear adjustment, improve the application of TIA chip. At present, the TIA chip with band-gap reference voltage source and bias circuit under fabrication by MPW(Multi Project Wafer).

Abstract:With the high speed development of video equipment, digital video related applications also developed fast. Such as monitoring equipment, vehicle traveling data recorder and cellphone. The algorithm of image enhancement is emerge in endlessly. But due to the increasement of the quality and algorithm complexity of the image,video processing is very difficult to meet the basic requirements of real-time. This paper discusses the key technology based on retinex which used in the wide field,and put forward the key modules and implement simulation,then realize the key technology by FGPA implementation,processing rate 125 MHz by using Vertex-5.

Development of flash disk DMA driver on VxWorks5.5 operating system

Abstract:In the embedded real-time operating system, reading and writing hard disk data are common. To improve the reading and writing speeds of Integrated Drive Electronics(IDE) Flash disk, a new Direct Memory Access(DMA) driver of south bridge chipset ICH7-M is introduced. This driver uses the hard disk driver framework provided by the WindRiver company and designs new reading and writing functions. This new driver follows the Advanced Technology Attachment with Packet Interface-6(ATA/ATAPI-6) protocol and Ultra DMA Mode-2(UDMA2) is used to read and write. The test result shows that the speed is scaled up more than 10 times, and real-time of the system is improved. This driver is stable and takes full advantage of IDE Flash disk.

The accelerator design and implementation using hardware/software co-design for guided filter

Abstract:The guided filter is widely used in image processing fields such as removal rain and snow, removal smog, foreground extraction, image denoising, image enhancement, cascade sampling and so on. But it is hard to satisfy real time requirement base on software. In the proposed method, the guided filter is speed up based on SDSoC environment using hardware/software co-design approach. Guided filter algorithm is implemented by debugging C language in SDSoC environment, and then some functions which impact the performance are implemented by hardware using the Zedboard from Xilinx company. The algorithm uses the method of data stream, PS(Processing System) and PL(Programmable Logic) co-design strategy, parallelism of hardware and software, pipeline optimization, reconstruction sequence of algorithm and the combination of line buffer and window buffer. The experimental results show that the accelerator′s speed-up ratio can be 16.

The development of time series sediment trap control system

Abstract:According to the application of sediments in the research of deep sea,this paper designed a kind of time series sediment trap control system. This system used MSP430 microprocessor, combined with the clock chip, stepper motor and sensors,realized the equipment working under water for a year,and recorded the running status information simultaneously. The test result shows that the system runs steadily,and meets the design requirement.

Design of tank truck electronic seal system based on 4G technology

Abstract:In order to prevent oil theft during tank truck transportation, an electronic seal system is proposed. The mainboard on the truck can upload the current location to the server through 4G technology. If location is valid, the mainboard will command the slave board to unlock. The ball valve is modified to collect the state of the valve and seal, as the basis for auto sealing function. The mainboard adopts EC20 module which combines 4G technology and Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS). The main and slave board communicate through ZigBee and the slave board can stand by with zero power consumption. With the upper computer software, the system can manage the tank trucks effectively.

Research on an improved headband blood pressure measurement method

Abstract:To improve continuous non-invasive blood pressure measurement convenience and accuracy, a method of headband blood pressure measurement based on pulse transit time(PTT) was proposed. The headband can simultaneously acquire electrocardiogram(ECG) signal and photoplethysmography(PPG) signal from head. PTT was the delay between the R-peak of ECG signal and the first order differential maximum point of the PPG signal, blood pressure was dealt with by the Kalman filter. The results show, the average error rate of blood pressure is within 5%, and the data error is less than 10 mmHg, so the method can meet the error requirements of continuous blood pressure measurement. Compared with traditional method, the proposed method has the better stability, the lower error rate and the smaller maximum error.

Development of electromagnetic rail inspection instrument and its field testing

Abstract:A multi-frequency electromagnetic rail inspection instrument is developed. The instrument can detect the near surface defect and crack of rail. The instrument consists of electromagnetic detection sensor, electromagnetic excitation and demodulation element, instrument loading mechanical structure, communication module and human machine interface computer. Designed with Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) as main processor, the instrument realizes the functions including excitation signal generating, detection signal conditioning and demodulation. The rail inspection result information can be extracted and transferred to the interface computer. The interface computer is used to display and store the rail defect information, and set the options of the instrument. Field testing shows that the instrument can detect the near surface defect of sample rail. Therefore it has prospect of field application.

Research on the method of step length estimation in indoor navigation system based on fuzzy logic

Abstract:Currently, most of Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR) indoor navigation system based on Micro-Mechanical Systems(MEMS) are faced with the problem of estimation step,a nonlinear step length estimation method based on fuzzy logic is proposed. First,this paper chooses a nonlinear step estimation model. Then it designs a fuzzy logic controller using the stride frequency, height and weight as a logic input variables of the fuzzy logical system. After that the variable step length estimation coefficients are gotten. Finally the estimation of dynamic step length is gotten. Through the indoor walking experiments within 30 m,the results show the accuracy of this method based on fuzzy logical method can get 93%, improved about 9% comparing with the traditional step estimation algorithm, which effectively improves the estimation precision of step length estimation.

Design of anonymous privacy data publishing system for data mining

Abstract:In order to ensure that the privacy data is not compromised, the anonymous privacy data publishing system is designed and developed for data mining. The system uses Exynos 4412 as the main processor and is equipped with μClinux operating system. It realizes and optimizes many classical anonymity algorithm(like Incognito algorithm,Samariti algorithm,Datafly algorithm and so on) in the process of handling data, realizes the browser connect and deploys the information of system operation remotely by the Built-in embedded server and the results. At the same time, the system can achieve customized data release requirement of the user by setting custom configuration of database and uploading the new algorithm. Experiment shows that the system has high efficiency and it can protect the privacy of publish data effectively, which provides a convenient and reliable solution for data mining.

Smart grid monitoring and secure transmission system based on SM4 parallel encryption

Abstract:With the growing size of the grid and monitoring equipment, in order to monitor the operation of network equipment efficiently and centrally, this paper designs the smart grid monitoring and secure transmission with ModBus and IEC104 agreement, to achieve re-connection mechanism automatically when devices disconnected, and improve system stability as well. In addition, it′s convenient for user to monitor the data and manage the devices in the form of graphical interface. Due to the increasing amount of data collected, for the low security and not high real-time of amount data transmission in current, this paper puts forward a new parallel encryption algorithm based on SM4 parallel encryption. Applied in the current system, it can improve the security and real-time of amount parallel data transmission efficiently. Experimental results show that the monitoring system possesses real-time and high security stably.

The application of data compression in infrasound monitoring

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the infrasound monitoring requirements, the data of infrasound monitoring has increased dramatically, making the pressure of data transmission, storage and processing bigger and bigger. In order to solve the problem, combining redundancy of infrasound monitoring data volume and cross-correlation characteristic, this paper adopts modified discrete cosine transform(MDCT), nonlinear quantitative of compression and expansion and Huffman statistical coding technique to compress the infrasound data volume. The technology is a loss compression technique. If compression ratio is reasonably selected according to signal-to-noise ratio, loose, complexity and data characteristics, the system will achieve a low distorted compression of infrasound monitoring data.

Optimization of strain gauge screening test method for spacecraft

Abstract:Spacecraft with strain gauge is important for mechanical measuring element unlocking device of a series of satellites,on the basis of unlocking separation package with strain gauge pasted technical specifications, assembly inspection personnel needs corresponding inspection of tablets and screening before the paste. In view of the defects of the original screening test method, this paper screens test equipment to design and manufacture the strain sheet. After the study on the development of equipment installation, calibration, testing, comparison, and each additional channel line resistance and each channel resistance measurement consistency test, the uncertain factors of strain piecein compression and test state instability problems of handheld terminal clamp connection are eliminated. In the final test, the test reliability,efficiency and protection of strain gage are better than the original screening test method.

A multi-channel ultrasound system design based on digital demodulator and JESD204B

Abstract:A design based on digital demodulator and JESD204B interface for multiple channel ultrasound receive system is introduced. The design reduces the data rate and simplifies board routing between the Analog Front End(AFE) and digital processing circuits. In addition, the ultrasound system can achieve more targets, such as utilization of cheaper and less computationally efficient Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA), software beamformer, and higher order multiline processing for real-time 4D and advanced imaging modes.

FDI research of power transformers based on fuzzy neural and local statistical method

Abstract:In order to realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis and isolation(FDI) of electric power system, a FDI mechanism is proposed based on the fuzzy neural and local statistical method. First, the faults are analyzed in the power transformer, whose model is established based on fuzzy neural network when the transformer is working in the free-fault state, and the thermal error between the fuzzy neural model and the practical transformer output is obtained. Then, local statistical methods, like the global test and min-max test, are used to compute the FDI index. The evaluation system can find the fault and given an alarm when the index exceeds the pre-given threshold, and the specific parameters will locate the fault and components in the transformer. The simulation test proves that the proposed FDI method shows superior performance in the practical system, which can find the fault reasons and maintain an effective operation in the smart grid, and also has theoretical and practical significance.

Access control with high efficiency scheme for cloud storage based on proxy re-encryption

Abstract:Concerning the data's confidentiality when being stored in the untrusted cloud storage, an Identity based Proxy Re-Encryption(IBPRE) encryption algorithm is proposed, and applied in the access control scheme for the cloud storage. The scheme divides the re-encryption key into two parts, one is used to re-encrypt the original ciphertext, and the other is used to grant authorization. It is proven that the scheme can ensure the confidentiality of the sensitive data stored in the cloud storage under the third untrusted open environment. By contrast, the experimental results show the transmission of ciphertexts can be controlled by the sender. In the multi-users cloud environment, the data sender cannot need to calculate the re-encryption key repeatedly. The number of ciphertexts' operation and storage does not increase linearly with the increase of the users. It decreases the data computation cost, interactive cost, and the space of the data storage effectively. The scheme achieves sharing securely and efficiently when the sensitive data is stored in the cloud.

Design of a low phase noise VCO for rubidium atomic clocks

Abstract:Compared to the traditional atomic clocks, the ones based on coherent population trapping(CPT) can provide a higher time precision and have the potential to develop in the direction of miniaturization and low power consumption. Among different CPT atomic clocks, the one made with the rubidium atom is used widely, and its operating performance largely depends on its internal voltage-controlled oscillator(VCO) which is used to provide a proper microwave signal. Based on this, a small size and low phase noise 3.035 GHz VCO is designed with a modified Clapp circuit topology and a coaxial resonant with high quality factor. The designed VCO is simulated and optimized with the combined use of the negative resistance analysis method and the transmission analysis with a virtual-ground. The test results show that the phase noises of the VCO are -60.49 dBc/Hz@300 Hz,-73.08 dBc/Hz@1 kHz and -97.48 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,the output power is -1.13 dBm and the voltage-controlled tuning sensitivity is about 12 MHz/V. The index meets the application requirements of rubidium atomic clocks.

Design of space modulation system based on superposition coded

Abstract:Spatial modulation(SM) is a novel multi-antenna transmission scheme, which originally constitutes a mapping relation between inputting bits and transmitting antenna. This scheme will send the bit mapping on the uniform constellation points by single modulation, and tremendously limit system performance improvement. In this paper, the Superposition Coded Modulation(SCM) was used in constellation points mapping. It will provide different quality of service for different Quality of Services(QoS) in the same transmission time slot, and improve the system performance effectively. Based on the SCM scheme, a low complexity of signal detection algorithm has been proposed. The simulation results show that the detection performance of new algorithm is closer to the Maximum Likelihood(ML), and the receiver complexity increases linearly with the modulation order.

Performance analysis of B-VHF wireless communication system

Abstract:The broadband VHF(B-VHF) wireless communication system on water is the key point of GMDSS modernization. By analysis of the recommendations of ITU-R M.2092-0 and ITU-R M.1842-1, the results show that (1)the SNR of transmitter should be 7.41 at least under the condition of reaching the the transmission rate of 307.2 kbps;(2)the B-VHF signal can be covered with a range of 25 nm on selecting the appropriate antenna heights of transmitter and receiver;(3)the BER of receiver and channel capacity are increased with the increase of M in MQAM, so M=16 is the optimal selection to meet the low BER and high channel capacity.

Multi-tree-based multicast routing protocol in MANET

Abstract:It is very important to use energy efficiently, since that mobile Ad Hoc network routing performance has been affected by energy depletion of mobile node. Therefore, the energy of mobile node tree-based multicast routing(MTMR) protocol is proposed in this paper. In MTMR, firstly, energy of mobile node is computed, and compared with the threshold, nodes that its energy is less than threshold is not allowed to routing, then rest mobiles are divided into three trees. Source node transmits data to destination by these trees, and the multicast routing protocol is done. Simulation results show that the proposed MTMR protocol can improve the data transmission rate, reduce the end to end delay.

Time domain carrier frequency offset estimation in the presence of IQ imbalance for OFDM systems

Abstract:Carrier frequency offset(CFO) can cause significant performance degradation in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) systems. The direct conversion transceiver are widely used in wireless systems in terms of circuit-board size, cost and power consumption, however it suffers from IQ imbalance due to the non-ideal radio frequency(RF) devices. IQ imbalance has a critical effect on the performance of conventional CFO estimation algorithms based on autocorrelation. In this paper, a new time domain CFO estimation algorithm independent of IQ imbalance is proposed by using a pseudo noise(PN) sequence modulated by QAM constellation as a preamble. Owing to the properness of QAM constellation, the CFO estimation can be obtained by cross-correlation between receive signals and the preamble. Simulation results show that in comparison with the existing methods, the proposed algorithm is robust against IQ imbalance and performs well in estimation precision.

A heading correction algorithm based on the main direction for pedestrian navigation

Abstract: Pedestrian navigation in a non beacon environment is a difficult problem and a hot research topic in the field of navigation. Considering the portability and practicality of the system, the pedestrian self-navigation system uses the inertial device for positioning. Aiming at the heading divergence problem of the current pedestrian inertial navigation system, a heading correction algorithm based on the main direction under the foundation of Heuristic Drift Elimination is proposed. It is a fact that most of the corridors and the paths in the man-made buildings are perpendicular or parallel to each other. The heading direction is divided into eight directions. The difference between the current heading and the main direction is as the observation value when the pedestrian is walking along a straight line. Then the filter is used to correct the heading angels. Single rectangle and double rectangle tests are done. The results show that the algorithm can correct the heading direction efficiently and the location error is about 1% to 2% of total travel distance.

A method for automated J wave detection based on hidden Markov model

Abstract:J wave detection presents a non-invasive marker for some cardiac diseases clinically. This paper defined five feature vectors including three time-domain feature vectors and two wavelet-based feature vectors,employing feature selection and applying principal component analysis(PCA) to reduce its dimensionality as an input of the classifier. A hidden Markov model (HMM), trained by a proper set of these feature vectors, is employed as a classifier. The results show the proposed method, providing an average accuracy of 93.8%, average sensitivity of 94.2%, specificity of 93.3% and average positive predict value of 93.4%,reveals high evaluation criteria and is qualified to detect J waves,suggesting possible utility of this approach for defining and detection of other complex ECG waveforms.

Abstract:According to the problem of the VLD tool in intellectual property protection, a VLD remote compile system architecture is proposed. The core resources codes are deployed on the server side, and the client side only provides interactive interface, they establish connection through the dispatch server,and compile work is done on the server side, so the system can prevent source code leaked effectively. With modular method,the system abstracts the functions and packages it to a series of resource library functions,which can remarkable increase expansible and reusable of the system. The reliability and timeliness test results prove the feasibility of this method.

Intrusion detection using automatic kernel width optimization RVM based on probabilistic parallel PSO

Abstract:AKO-RVM algorithm not only has the characteristics of high classification accuracy, but also reduces the dependence of the performance of initial parameters relative to the RVM algorithm to a certain extent. In the study of intrusion detection method of network security,it is better than classical RVM algorithm. However training and classification of AKO-RVM sample are longer,therefore this paper puts forward a kind of based on the probability of advocate complementary type parallel particle swarm AKO-RVM method, the training samples are grouped, advocate complementary type parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to define the first AKO-RVM nuclear parameter and optimize it, and then the RVM classification model is constructed. Then adopting the classification method is applied to the type of testing. Invasion of the experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and performance characteristics as well as low dependence,at the same time, it largely reduces the number of iterations needed for training and testing time.

The saliency detection based on mimic human visual systems

Abstract:This paper presents a saliency detection based on human visual systems. To begin with,it quantifies image and chooses high frequency color to reduce the complex of calculation. Then, it splits image and chooses the center point of image as the first visual point, iteratively calculates visual point according to visual attraction model,and acquires saliency area. The experimen results show that the method is more accurate than other methods to mark the salient and is very useful for practical application.

Abstract:Existing way of communication with flashing lights using capacitance step-down to energy storage capacitor charging mode of stroboscopic tube discharge after work, this way has simple structure, stable work, but the power factor is low, and can only work in the little working voltage range of 210~230 V, when using more times in 110 V in pressure rectification method is designed, so difficult to use, product variety and management more inconvenience. So we design a flashing lights based on SEPIC converter, the flashing lights at 40~260 V AC voltage stability within the scope of work, as a result of APFC way to work, so it is the power factor of the approximate to 1. Using MK7A23 single-chip microcomputer to control at the same time, so the whole circuit is simple, stable and reliable work, greatly improve the using range of products to reduce maintenance cost management.

Abstract:The failure in the DC/DC converter is usual caused by the high frequency of it. Therefore, an improved redundancy DC/DC converter is researched aimed to solve this problem. It can cut off its main switch, and conduct its auxiliary switch immediately, and refresh the system to the normal state, when the main switch of DC/DC converter have fault(a short circuit or an open circuit). Then, a three-phase photovoltaic grid power generation system is built to verify the feasibility of the method. Results show that this improved redundancy DC/DC converter switch smoothly, anti-jam strong, so that the system can return to normal in a short time.

PT controlled PCCM Buck-Boost converter with two control variables

Abstract:In order to reduce the influence of the pulse of next cycle during the freewheel switch, this paper puts forward a novel control strategy of pulse train(PT), which is based on the working character of the pseudo continuous conduction mode(PCCM) Buck-Boost converter. The strategy contains two control variables, which makes the controller produce different current-controlled pulses depending on different-energy voltage-controller pulses. This paper depicts the working process of the PCCM Buck-Boost converter under this new control strategy in detail and presents the ratio of high-energy and low-energy voltage-controlled pulses. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the new control scheme and the correctness of the theoretical analysis.

A high speed modulo(2n-2p-1)multiplier design

Abstract:Based on the features of residue number systems(RNS) and modular multipliers, a high speed architecture which is more suitable for design high speed modulo(2n-2p-1)multipliers is proposed. Leveraging the novel partial production reduction tree, we eliminate the complicated correction components which is introduced to correct negative number without performance loss. On the other hand, At the cost of two Carry Save Adders(CSAs) on the critical path, we reduce the delay of a 2n-bit binary adder. Compared with the current modulo(2n-2p-1)multipliers, synthesized results in which based on 90 nm process technology demonstrate that the proposed(2n-2p-1)multipliers can achieve a 10.4%~49% delay saving.

Abstract:Because of the requirement for the muliband reconfigurable filter in communication field,this artical designed a compact frequency reconfigurable band-pass filter based on the E shape resonator loaded varactor, which verified through HFSS13.0. Analyzing the E shape dual-mode resonator by odd-even mode analytical method, by changing the bias voltage values of the loading condenser to control the even mode resonant length, the first pass-band adjustable range reach to 18.2%(1.6 GHz~1.92 GHz), and making the absolute bandwidth stay in a constant state at 60 MHz with controling external quality factor by changing the length of feeder and slit at the same time, the second pass-band(2.25 GHz) remain unchanged, the results of the processed object measurement and the simulation are relatively consistent.
