Survey of mobility cache strategy in information-centric networks

Abstract:Information-Centric Networking(ICN) has become a hotspot in the research of next-generation network architecture. The typical feature of ICN is to use built-in cache to improve the propagation efficiency of content. With the increasing number of mobile users, future mobile users will also visit the ICN network, so the ICN network cache study under mobile scenarios is very meaningful. After introducing the ICN network, the scheme of mobility support caching is introduced, and then the traditional cache scheme and mobility cache scheme in ICN network are compared and summarized. Finally, the development and challenge of mobile cache scheme are prospected, for the follow-up study of mobile cache to provide a useful reference.

Design of DMA controller of PCIe bus interface based on FPGA

Abstract:A method to implement DMA controller of PCIe bus interface based on Altera FPGA PCIe PHY IP and Synopsys PCIe Core IP was proposed in this paper,and a 4-lane PCIe transmission system was builted. The correctness of reading and writing data was proved through the stimulation in Synopsys VIP environment and transfer verification in Altera Stratix V EX series FPGA platform. The bandwidth of DMA read and DMA write can achieve 1 547 MB/s and 1 607 MB/s respectively. The DMA controller can satisfy the demands of data transfer rates in most practical applications.

Crosstalk study on transmission lines of embedded substrate

Abstract:Five process parameters of the embedded substrate, the width of transmission line, the thickness of transmission line, coupling length of transmission lines, the distance between transmission line and substrate dielectric constant were chosed as control factors. By establishing five factors and four levels orthogonal experiment table with 16 parameter levels , cross talk between transmission lines was analyzed. The results show that the distance between transmission lines is the greatest influence on the crosstalk, then the coupling length of transmission lines, and the substrate dielectric constant, the width of transmission line and transmission line thickness have little influence on the crosstalk. The optimal parameter combination is W4T4S4L1D1 with the transmission line width of 15 mil, the transmission line thickness of 70 μm, transmission line coupling distance of 2 mm, coupling length of 5 mm, a dielectric constant of 4.3.

Message authentication algorithm based on fully homomorphism MAC method

Abstract:There are many problems of security and authentication in communication channel with data transmission. After studying the fully homomorphism encryption and message authentication code(MAC) algorithm, this paper presents a scheme of message authentication algorithm based on fully homomorphism MAC method. In this scheme, the input messages are encrypted with fully homomorphism method at the transmitting terminal, and the encrypted data are transmitted in communication channel after discomposing by MD5 algorithm. Then, it is confirmed whether the data are tampered during transmission channel at the receiving terminal. If the data are not tampered, it will be decrypted with fully homomorphism method. This method helps to ensure the reliability of message transmission. Finally, the proposed algorithm is designed using SMIC 65 nm process. DC synthesis shows that the area is 21 911 μm2, the maximum operating frequency is 204 MHz, and the power consumption is 5.73 mW at 1.2 V.

Research on the dynamic division and management of resources on multiprocessor system-on-chip

Abstract:To increase the scalability of cores, many methods are used, including Network on Chip(NoC) and cluster-based distributed management scheme. The application-based re-clustering algorithm has been delved deeply, while fixed-sized cluster is less developed, including the core-level fault tolerant scheme under such method. Under such environment, a re-clustering scheme based on fixed-sized cluster was proposed in order to achieve fault tolerance, including dynamic re-clustering algorithm. This modeling of chip was finished on MATLAB, and the proposed dynamic re-clustering algorithm was compared with several other algorithms. Core error injections were did and the Average Manhattan Distance(AMD) of the dynamic re-clustering algorithm was compared with random re-clustering algorithm. The results show that the dynamic re-clustering algorithm is far better than random re-clustering algorithm. Then backup cores to the side of the chip were added, and the dynamic re-clustering algorithm was compared with the same-row-replacing algorithm what was commonly used in industry. The dynamic re-clustering algorithm still shows advantages.

Abstract:Modular multiplication, addition and subtraction are frequently used in ECC as the key operations. It has been an research hotspot that how to implement modular operations high-effciently and low-costly. Researching on Montgomery modular multiplication of FIOS, and modular add-sub, and combined with reconfigurable technology, this paper implemented an length scalable MAS(multiplication-addition-subtraction) which support the operation in both finite field and prime field. This MAS is descript by Verilog HDL, and it was integrated in CMOS 0.18 μm technology library. Circuit maximum clock frequency is 230 MHz. This architecture not only has advantages in the speed and area, but also can flexibly achieve operations of different length.

Design of a bandgap reference with low temperature drift and high power supply rejection ratio

Abstract:Based on bandgap voltage reference structure in the traditional current mode and the first-order compensation of the voltage reference output characteristics, introducing a subsection compensation circuit,which significantly improve the accuracy of voltage reference in a wide temperature range(-50~150 ℃). At the same time, the circuit is simply improved, the output voltage to obtain a high power supply rejection ratio .Using TSMC 65 nm CMOS process simulation model, in the power supply voltage of 1.5 V, power supply rejection ratio is -83.6 dB, temperature coefficient is 2.27 ppm/℃.

FPGA implementation of satellite based AIS non-coherent receiver with bandpass sampling

Abstract:The satellite based automatic identification system(AIS) receiver is known to have a narrow signal bandwidth, high Doppler frequency drift and a requirement for low complexity. This paper designs a bandpass sampling AIS noncoherent receiver on FPGA. A two-stage digital down conversion structure is adopted to reduce the FPGA processing pressure and the logic resource consumption. The digital frequency discriminator cascaded by a low pass filter is implemented to achieve non-coherent demodulation of AIS signal. In the AD9246 plus Xilinx xc4vlx80FPGA core board, the AIS signal demodulation is tested to verify our design. The proposed design consumes less resource, and is conducive to the miniaturization of AIS equipment as well as hardware costs reduction.

Study on spin lock test in Nucleus PLUS

Abstract:Nucleus PLUS is a new generation of embedded real-time multitasking operating system kernel.In the multi-core operating system environment,multiple tasks simultaneously access the kernel at the same time,and the spin lock can handle the synchronization and mutual exclusion that exist between different processors. However, if the spin lock is used improperly, that can easily cause a deadlock,and the application layer function can not be realized. So the spin lock test is very necessary. Through the study of the spin lock mechanism,this paper provides a test method for the spin lock to avoid the spin lock in the use of deadlock.

Design of signal acquisition module in optical scanning measurement network

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement for detecting and processing the information of laser pulse in the optical scanning measurement network such as workspace measuring and positioning system, a system based on programmable logic device that can detect and discriminate the laser pulse information has been proposed. Using the Zynq chip produced by Xilinx, the system designs logic circuit in the FPGA to capture and latch the laser pulse information, and it also has the IP module based on AXI bus protocol to accelerate the communication speed. The simulation shows that this design has little time overhead and can operate in real-time system, therefore increases the efficiency of the measuring system. It can also be used in other optical equipments for the use of navigation orientation system, to increase the positioning accuracy.

Design and realization of industrial online gas detector

Abstract:In view of the traditional gas analysis instruments working in low measurement precision, poor stability and single measurable components, this paper designs a multi-channel online detector used in industrial gas analysis. The multi channel makes people can use a variety of types of sensors, through different collocation, to measure the different gas composition. System part selects the industrial-grade STM32F407 chip as the core of the detector to analysis and process the signal,with the new digital infrared sensor S-Module as the main means of detection. In addition, it can integrate the detection and recording by means of intelligent. The results show that the gas detector has the characteristics of good stability, high measurement precision and strong anti-interference ability, which can meet the basic requirements of industrial field gas concentration detection.

Marine monitoring network framework based on FreeRTOS and MQTT

Abstract:The framework of marine monitoring network based on real-time operating system is designed to monitor marine information in real-time and protect the marine environment. The design uses STM32 microcontroller application Free Real-Time Operating System(FreeRTOS),through a variety of sensors to collect data in the sea. And the FreeRTOS applies the MQTT to transmit data,to achieve real-time monitoring of the marine environment. Through the task design on FreeRTOS, the data collected by current meter and bathymeter are transmitted. Finally, the marine environment is monitored in real time.

Abstract:Time-interleaved sampling is an effective way to improve the sampling rate of the analog-digital converter. For evaluation of channel mismatch error correcting method, a high speed field-programmable gate array(FPGA) sampling system is presented, which is based on 4 channel time-interleave. It consists of front-end analog circuit module, sampling array module, multi-phase clock circuit module and FPGA logic module for data buffering and processing. The sampling output data of system are transmitted to upper computer then the performance index is analyzed and displayed. Experiment test result shows that it can work stably on 1 GS/s sampling rate after digital back-end error correction. Its significant bit and signal-to-noise ratio is 7.03 bit and 44.1 dB respectively. It is suitable for the verification and evaluation work of the sampling mismatch correction methods.

Research on the image acquisition processor of monitoring system for longitudinal rip of conveyor belt

Abstract:A design of multi-view on-line monitoring system for longitudinal rip of conveyor belt is presented, which can be used to detect longitudinal rip of conveyor belt. This system improves the detection width of conveyor belt, and reduces the adjustment difficulty of orientation between linear array CCD cameras and linear array LED. An image acquisition processor is designed to collect multi-channel linear array cameras images, and then process and transmit them. The circuit of the image acquisition processor with the TMS320C6678 as the core and the software on integrated development platform CCS based on SYS/BIOS are designed. The software realizes controlling multiple linear CCD cameras, multicore scheduling, and the communication between the image acquisition processor and the host computer. Experiments show that the image acquisition processor can acquire multi-channel conveyor belt images, with processing and transmitting high-speed.The image acquisition processor can connect four linear array CCD camera at most, with each linear CCD camera acquisition rate of 25 Mb/s, which can be used on the multi-view conveyor belt longitudinal rip monitoring system.

Abstract:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, Internet of Things with the concept that all things can be connected and communicated with each other is implemented. Internet of Things related technologies are widely studied, and new improvement opportunities are generated in many industries, especially in intelligent vehicle and smart home. Internet of Vehicles with the concept of triple play is gradually being completed, which makes people travel more secure, more efficient, greener and more personalized. the coming of 4G time and the popularization of mobile terminal make mobile remote monitoring become the improvement characteristic of smart home. To make effective use of the time during travelling and provide more comfortable, more convenient and timelier smart home service, a smart home cooperative monitoring system is designed by fusing connected vehicle and smart home creatively and based on the real-time and efficient information communication between the two subsystems. The implementation scheme, software and hardware framework and typical functions of the proposed system are introduced in this paper.

VPX time unified system design based on FPGA

Abstract:IRIG-B time code(B code) becomes the suitable standard code for time system equipment because of its superior capacity, simple implementation and easy deployment. IRIG-B code time system is used for time information transfer and time synchronization between different ranges in the shooting range system. However, with the development of large-scale integrated circuit and PLD,and with the enhancement of acquiring of integrability and programmability for timing equipment, conventional time unified system cannot meet the requirement. In order to solve those problems, we put forward a VPX time unified system design based on FPGA, which has the characters of high reliability and integrability, high operability and scalability, and small volume as well. In addition, the design implemented in this paper could support more applications.

Optimization of multi-target traffic radar algorithm based on CFAR detection and swing angle self-correction

Abstract:The research and optimization of multi-target detection algorithm based on FSK system for multi-target traffic radar is presented in this paper. In the multi target detection, the CFAR detection method is used to set the adaptive detection threshold for processing. At the same time, the radar swing angle self-correction algorithm based on the statistical characteristics of the samples is used to improve the radar target detection rate and the scene adaptability for the problem of system performance degradation caused by the radar swing angle. The actual road test shows that the effective capture rate of multi lane and multi target is 95%, and it has good multi-target monitoring effect. It has great practical significance for the popularization and application of multi-target traffic radar.

The design of low-concentration dust detection system based on Mie scattering theory

Abstract:According to the requirement of low-concentration dust emission in China, this paper designed a low-cost and high-precision dust detection system based on Mie scattering. Through theoretical analysis, the relationship between the intensity of scattered light and the concentration of soot is obtained. The laser emitting unit, signal receiving unit and STM32 data processing unit are designed. The driving principle of laser modulation and the principle of selective signal amplification of weak signal are analyzed. The host computer program is written with LabVIEW software, and the test data are displayed on the front panel of the host computer. The experimental results show that this system has high sensitivity, fast response, good repeatability, and can be measured online for a long time, which means this system has good practicability.

Abstract:Star sensor is an important part of the attitude control of spacecraft. Based on the homemade anti-radiation CMOS APS chip and SoPC control chip, the optical and electrical system of a miniature star sensor is designed, and finally the miniaturization and localization of star sensor are realized. In order to develop a homemade miniaturized star sensor as the breakthrough point, the key technical issues of its parameter design, system construction and performance are studied. The developed star sensor eventually meets the expected design, and can complete the basic functions.

Spectrum sensing algorithm based on the logarithmic distribution of eigenvalue

Abstract:A new sensing algorithm based on the ratio of the difference of maximum-minimum eigenvalues to geometric mean eigenvalue of the sampled covariance matrix is proposed. The algorithm uses the logarithmic distribution characteristics of geometric mean eigenvalue, through comparing the ratio and threshold value to determine whether the primary user occupies the distribution spectrum, and the prior knowledge of the primary signal and noise are not needed, but a simple closed-form expression of threshold is obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can get better perceived performance under the conditions of low signal to noise ratio, few collaborative users and few samples. On the other hand, it has steady sensing performance, it will be less affected by either the extreme values or the false-alarm probability.

A feature selection method of network traffic based on statistic and ranking strategy

Abstract:It is required to select the best features from so many ones in order to avoid the high complexity of the model, the low classification accuracy and efficiency caused by redundant and irrelevant features, if network traffic classification is obtained by using the statistical characteristics. To solve the problem, a network traffic feature selection method based on statistic and ranking is proposed, according to generate the initial feature subset by using feature selection coefficient defined by statistic and then generate the optimal feature subset through the second feature selection of the initial feature subset by using feature influence coefficient defined by classification accuracy as the reference of extraction and ranking. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the number of features effectively while ensuring the overall classification accuracy and a good balance is achieved between classification effectiveness, efficiency and stability.

A design of terahertz waveguide directional coupler with double "tian-shape"

Abstract:The terahertz waveguide directional coupler with double "tian-shape" is designed basing on the directional coupling principle of branch line. A transverse line is added across the three branch lines to form a "tian-shape " structure. And the same method can be utilized to form a double-"tian-shape" structure, which is mainly designed to increase the bandwidth. The branch lines closed to the waveguide width edge are bolding to increase stress and then the feasibility of processing will be improved. The coupler is analyzed and optimized by professional electromagnetic simulation software high-frequency structure simulator(HFSS). The results show that the coupling degree is 6.3±0.2 dB in the range of 313 GHz to 383 GHz. It has great coupler degree which is almost close to the straight line in the whole frequency band. The isolation degree is less than -20 dB and the average insertion loss almost close to 0 dB. The return loss in each port of the directional coupler are both less than -20 dB.

Antenna design of temperature measurement system based on SAW temperature sensor

Abstract:In order to measure the junction temperature of power equipment, a novel strategy of temperature measurement based on surface acoustic wave passive wireless temperature sensor is designed. The antennas and the matching methods of antennas and sensors are also discussed. In the design, the reader antenna is designed as the planar inverted-F antenna, and the sensor antenna is designed as the normal mode helical antenna. By simulation analysis and optimization design, the center frequency of the antennas both are 915 MHz and the voltage standing wave ratio are less than 1.5, meeting the system requirements. The matching method of the planar inverted-F antenna is obtained through the location change of the feed point. The smith v2.0 is utilized to match the normal mode helical antenna. Finally, both antenna designs meet the requirements with the impedances of about 50 Ω.

Ultra-wideband bandpass filter using hybrid structure of CPW and microstrip

Abstract:A novel ultra-wideband BPF using hybrid CPW and microstrip structure is proposed in this paper. The middle microstrip is replaced by an interdigital coupled-line to generate a transmission zero at low frequency. As a result, the selectivity is significantly improved. Moreover, the coupling short stubs(CSS) are used to further improve its selectivity and out-of-band performances. The measured results show that the proposed filter possesses satisfactory out-of-band and in-band performances such as sharp roll-off, compact size(0.49 λg×0.47 λg), low insertion loss, and wide upper stopband. The proposed filter has wide fractional bandwidth of 123%(2.75~11.55 GHz), and a return loss of better than 15 dB is achieved. Besides, the measured results of fabricated filter agree well with the simulation.

Research on optimization schemes about physical layer security of RFID system with multiple antennas

Abstract:In recent years, Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) serves as a critical technology of "Internet of things" and attracts tremendous attention, and how to guarantee its communication security has become a challenge. Based on the physical layer, this paper does some researches on security performance of a passive RFID system equipped with multiple antennas. The paper adopts the technique of Artificial Noise(AN) and puts forward two different safety optimization schemes called "power minimization scheme" and "Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio(SINR) maximization scheme", and two related "null space schemes" are proposed. Then using the mathematical method called semi-definite relaxation and convex optimization to optimize those schemes,simulations proves that security performance of the schemes that adopt AN are better than that without using AN, and achieve the purpose of power saving and SINR maximizing as well. The works really make a great impact on the power limited and cost constrained RFID systems.

A dual band connection based small cells discovery scheme

Abstract:In the heterogeneous network that small cells largely deployed, the number of carriers that users need to detect when performing inter-frequency scanning compared with the traditional network scenario, exponentially, so it will consume users a lot of energy. This paper proposes a new small cells discovery strategy based on dual band connection, to solve the problems that energy consumption of users in the edge of network. This scheme uses flexible inter-frequency scanning strategy of users, to reduce the energy consumption of the user hen performing inter-frequency scanning. Compared with the existing scheme which based on fingerprint database, it is simple, feasible and has high spectrum efficiency. Simulations show that the scheme can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the user, improve effectiveness of inter-frequency scanning, and avoid high speed mobile user performing inter-frequency scan.

Modeling and verification of finite field multiplier using formal method

Abstract:This paper focused on the correctness of finite field multiplier, and described the detailed process of formal modeling and verification of finite field multiplier in higher-order logic theorem prover HOL4. Based on analyzing the structural characteristics and time sequence characteristics of the circuit, a formal modeling method which combine hierarchical technology and periodic-based method is proposed. And the formal model of a 4-bit polynomial-based finite field multiplier has been constructed. Finally, its properties are proved in the HOL4 system. The experimental results show the correctness of the finite field multiplier design, and show that the proposed modeling method is valid for the verification of sequence circuit.

Research and implementation of PLC board-level testing method based on Qt

Abstract:Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) board-level tooling test system, designed to test the single-board hardware connectivity and basic functions of N series PLC which was localized,it provided software support and verification for simple hardware design and problem locating. General board-level tooling test products whose testing environment was different for each board, even the manual operation was complicated that lead to human and material costs are too high. This paper provided a cross-platform PLC board-level tooling test method and system based on Qt, which was a automated test system for single-board PLC module function and interface. The results show that the system can increase efficiency and cut the cost greatly.

Texture feature method based on Gaussian local binary pattern

Abstract:The texture description of machine vision is important for image analysis and pattern recognition. To improve the robustness of feature describing, a texture feature based on Gaussian local binary pattern(LBP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the Gaussian filtering is used to construct the multi-scale images as the image pyramid after image enhancement. Secondly, the local binary pattern is improved to enhance the rotation invariance and noise immunity. The pattern is extracted by using the mean value and the principal direction. Finally, for the different scales, the feature vector of three local binary patterns is extracted and reduced by histogram for image classification. The experiment result shows the feature has good distinguishability and efficiency and it is applicable for image classification.

Study on internal parameter identification and output characteristics of photovoltaic module

Abstract:The rapid and accurate identification of its internal parameters for the prediction of the output characteristics of photovoltaic arrays, tracking the maximum power point and the characteristics of the battery failure model are very important. However, the accuracy of the algorithm is better than that of the mathematical method, but the existing particle swarm parameter identification method has many problems such as premature and premature number of iterations. In order to solve these problems, an improved quantum particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is proposed to accurately identify the five parameters within the PV module and to predict the external output characteristics. The method is validated by MATLAB simulation and practical test data to prove its accuracy and applicability.

An approach to named entity recognition towards micro-blog

Abstract:Named entity recognition is a fundamental technology in natural language processing(NLP). In recent years, rapid development of social network platforms such as microblog presents new challenges to the traditional named entity recognition(NER) technology because of the unique form. In this paper, an improved method based on the conditional random field(CRF) model is proposed for microblog texts. Due to the short texts and semantic ambiguity, external data resources are introduced to generate the topic feature and word representation feature for training the model. Due to the large-scale of microblog data and the high cost of manual standardization, an active learning algorithm based on least confidence is adopted to enhance the training effect at a lower cost of labor. Experiments on a Sina weibo data set show that this method improves the F-score by 4.54% compared to the traditional CRF methods.

A fast model predictive control based ultracapacitor urban rail charging

Abstract:Ultracapacitor has been utilized as main power in urban rail vehicle. When urban rail parks at the station, roof-mounted ultracapacitors stack needs to be charged rapidly within 30 seconds, which requires that the charging platform can offer a high power current without peak. Taking the charging requirement and the complexity of ultracapacitor into consideration, the mentioned charging problem is formed as a model predictive control(MPC) problem in this paper. An extended interior point method is utilized to solve the formed objective function. Instead of using a sequence of barrier parameters, this method only takes a fixed one that is carefully selected by experiment. Moreover, a mechanism called warm start is taken to further simplify the solving process, which uses the previous optimal solution as the initial solution of current instant. These two mechanisms dramatically simplify the solving process of objective function, and lead to satisfactory performance when MPC algorithm is utilized in this high power charging application. Simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Design of auxiliary power supply for IGBT full-bridge inverter isolation driver

Abstract:As the main topology of high-power converter, the reliable working state of full-bridge inverter power switch plays an important role in the stable operation of the circuit. In this paper, a flyback switching power supply with 11-winding and 9-output is designed for the isolated power supply of the M57962L drive module used in the high voltage power supply IGBT full-bridge inverter main circuit. The design of flyback transformer and the second-order loop compensation network based on the three-terminal integrated voltage regulator TL431 and liner optocoupler PC817 are introduced in detail, including the selection of core, turns, diameter, primary inductance, air gap calculation and the theoretical analysis and Saber simulation analysis of the loop compensation network. Simulation and prototype test results show that the circuit design is effective. The output voltage is stable with the ripple less than 100 mV. The load regulation rate is high, and the reliability of IGBT operation is solved at the source of the driver.

Research on high efficiency LLC resonant converter with constant frequency and phase shift control

Abstract:LLC resonant converter often leads to a larger number of primary side conduction loss ,in order to obtain high voltage gain over a wide range of inputs. This article proposed that a design scheme of digital charge for LLC resonant converter with constant frequency and phase-shifting control. It carry out with the specificity analysis and optimized design parameter of the LLC resonant converter. The LLC resonant converter is based on the DSP chip TMS320F28033 as the control core,and the paper analyzes the software implementation process of the scheme. Finally, a prototype of 350 V~500 V input and 200 V/5 A is designed, and the feasibility of the design is verified by simulation and experiment, it is proved that the design has a smaller primary conduction loss and the work efficiency is over 92% in the full load range.

Abstract:A novel LED driver is proposed and analyzed in this paper. The main circuit topology is based on a quadratic buck and a buck-boost. They share a switch through cascading, simplifying the topology and control strategy, reducing the cost of the control circuit. Using two-stage cascade structure, the input current dead-time problem of the original quadratic buck topology is eliminate. It improves the power factor and the input current THD. At the same time, the duty cycle of the switch operates in a more reasonable area. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.

Abstract:As the voltage stress of switches and the ripple of output voltage can be reduced effectively,the application of buck three-level converter would optimize the circuit design in power supply for water-cooled magnet.The operation of buck three-level converter are analyzed as well as parameter design and control method, and the Matlab/Simulink models are structured mainly based on the two circuit schemes,which validate the theoretic analysis results that the new scheme reduce the output ripple more significantly.
