Abstract:Logistics industry is a basic, strategic and leading industry supporting the development of national economy. As the key part in the logistics industry, warehousing is faced with the "efficiency mire", such as low utilization rate, low proportion of high-standard warehouses, low sorting accuracy, and difficult multi-warehouse management. The key to improve the efficiency of warehousing is to strengthen the construction of digital logistics infrastructure. As one of the key technologies in the new digital infrastructure, 5G can provide network capabilities with low latency, high bandwidth and massive access. 5G can also make use of advanced technologies such as network slicing, edge computing and end-edge-cloud collaboration to promote efficient allocation of computing and storage resources on edge-cloud facilities. Thus a more flexible, efficient, fast iterative and evolvable model will promote the intelligent upgrading of logistics and warehousing. This paper sorts out the application scenarios of intelligent logistics warehousing based on 5G, and discusses the role and value of 5G technology in facilitating intelligent upgrading of logistics warehousing.

Abstract:The information transformation of traditional iron and steel manufacturing industry has more and more obvious requirements for ultra-low delay, ultra-wide bandwidth uplink services, efficient and stable network quality. Local wireless Wi-Fi, Blue- tooth, industrial AP and optical cable are unable to meet the needs of business transformation in resisting interference, packet loss stability, service scalability, ultra-low delay and the number of access terminals. In the 5G network era, through flexible deployment of UPF and broadening the function of UPF to meet the needs of various types of network business capacity of traditional steel manufacturing industry, through the optimization of private network deployment to achieve a network to meet the needs of a variety of business use, it can effectively improve business efficiency.

Abstract:5G industry virtual private network self-service solution can solve the thorny problems encountered during the 5G industry implementation. Industry will use 5G virtual private network much easier. Enterprises will independently control the network, flexible configure it, and autonomously open card and account, which will significantly improve the efficiency. Based on the research of industry demand, this paper puts forward the networking scheme and basic functions of 5G industry virtual private network self-service platform, and shows its application scenario and implementation effect. It will promote industry application of virtual private network, and help the digital transformation of the industry.

Abstract:Equipment manufacturing industry involves many important fields, such as aviation manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, and shipbuilding. Its product production process is complex, whose component scale is large and production design is uncertain.So the requirements of equipment manufacturing for coordination, precision and safety are strict. 5G has the characteristics of low delay, high reliability, large bandwidth and high speed. It also has software architecture. Combined with edge calculation, AI and other digital technologies, 5G can enable the equipment manufacturing industry to upgrate in different links such as design, production, operation and maintenance.The paper analyzes the main pain points faced by the equipment manufacturing industry in each link and the application requirements of 5G. Then it introduces the application schemes and application outcome of typical scenarios. Finally, it analyzes the difficulties faced by the equipment manufacturing industry in 5G application, and puts forward relevant suggestions.

The algorithm and business processes of the two scenarios are introduced respectively.The effect evaluation method of the two scenarios is discussed,and the actual production verifies the implementation effect.

SVM method for multi-source data fusion of sensor networks

Abstract:The complex nonlinear separable space is composed of multi-source sensing data and its noise. Data fusion is an important method for eliminating redundant data safely, accurately and efficiently in resource-constrained sensor networks. Because of SVM generalization ability and its convex optimization, this paper focuses on the feasibility of transforming nonlinearly separable multi-source data sets into high-dimensional linear separable spaces, based on the simulation experiment. The method based on the width parameter range estimation can accurately determine the width parameter of Gaussian kernel. For the multiple classification, the stimulation experiment show, by controlling the accumulation of errors,it is more effective to ensure the classification.

Application of DMSA in timing sign-off

Abstract:In the process of chip design, static timing analysis is undoubtedly the most important part of the entire design, and it is a priority and problem to be solved in chip design. Nowadays, chip design under nano-scale technology often belongs to multicorner-multimode physical design. The specific combination of process angle and working mode is called scenario. Multi-scenario physical design will bring more stable performance to the chip, but it will also make static timing analysis becomes more complicated. This paper introduces the application of distribute multi-scenario analysis technology in multicorner-multimode physical design. The design practice analysis of the multi-scenario digital chip Cxdp13 based on the Smic 90 nm process shows that under certain hardware conditions, the distribute multi_scenario analysis technology can achieve the purpose of rapid timing sign-off in the physical design of multicorner-multimode.

Abstract:This paper presents a novel rail-to-rail current-sensing circuit to solve the deviation of the load resistance .The input voltage is converted into current by a symmetrical rail-to-rail transconductance operational amplifier,while the output is generated by a negative feedback circuit composed of two stages operational amplifier .The current-sensing circuit increases the input voltage range without the employment of the sampler holding branch in the traditional series resistance sensing structure.The step-control design of the sensing-resistor is carried out to reduce the deviation and further improve the accuracy.The presented current-sensing circuit implemented in the GLOBALFOUNDRIES 0.13 μm RF SOI-CMOS technology ,exhibits the strat-up time of 27 ns,the static consumption of 1.17 mW,and the sensing accuracy of 99.43% under an operating voltage of 5 V.

Design of slave D-PHY digital circuit based on MIPI specification

Abstract:Based on the MIPI D-PHY version 1.1 specification, a design of slave D-PHY digital circuit is proposed, which is implemented with 4 lanes. In the high-speed mode, the data transfer rate of a single lane supports up to 1.5 Gb/s; in the low-power mode, the data transfer rate of lane 0 is up to 10 Mb/s. In the high-speed mode, the deserialization of the serial data stream is implemented by the analog circuit, and the synchronization detection of the data frame header after deserialization is realized by the digital circuit; the detection of the D-PHY entry code and the data transmission in the low-power mode are asynchronous communication and a kind of asynchronous clock implementation is proposed; SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS process library is used for synthesis, and at the typical process corner, the overall circuit area is 95 061 μm2; the overall power consumption is 4.291 mW, and the power consumption in low power mode is 231.3 μW.

Design and verification of BMC decoding circuit for new PD protocol chip

Abstract:This paper presents a new type of biphase mark coding(BMC) decoding circuit for PD protocol chip. Based on the traditional BMC decoding circuit, firstly, the counter is separated from the decoding module, and a state machine is added in the decoding module. By changing the jump condition of the state machine, the BMC signal with single bit period mutation of 25% is decoded. Then, a finite impulse response(FIR)filter is added to make the threshold value change linearly with the value of Cnt, so that the BMC signal with multiple continuous cycles can be decoded. Finally, the Verilog Compiled Simulator of Synopsys company is used for simulation verification, which proves that the new scheme can decode two adjacent BMC signals with a period difference of 25%, and decode ten consecutive BMC signals with a period increase of 6.25%.

Series fault arc detection based on Stacking model fusion

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of missed detection and false detection due to different arc combustion levels and current distortion levels in low-voltage AC distribution networks, a time-domain arc fault detection method based on Stacking model fusion is proposed. The time domain features are extracted from the loop current, and the time domain features are formed into a feature matrix to optimize the parameters of the machine learning algorithm decision tree and the integrated learning algorithm random forest. Finally, the integrated learning algorithm is used as the base learner instead of the machine learning algorithm to build a low-voltage AC fault detection model through Stacking model fusion. The experiment collected a total of 96 970 groups of parallel currents of six electrical appliances. The results show that compared with non-integrated algorithms and other integrated algorithms, the proposed method has higher accuracy, precision and F1 index, and its model is more robust.

Research on the communication mechanism of agricultural environmental data collection based on Beidou short message

Abstract:In order to realize the collection of agricultural environmental data in remote areas and other blind areas of communication, a method of agricultural environmental data collection based on Beidou short message communication, Internet of Things, cloud storage and other technologies is proposed. Aiming at the limitation of the limited communication capacity of Beidou short message, the coding design of agricultural environmental data is carried out to improve the efficiency of data. In view of the unreliability of Beidou short message communication, the user-defined system communication protocol proposes a request confirmation mechanism based on probability judgment at the sender and a dynamic cumulative confirmation mechanism at the receiver. The simulation results show that the communication mechanism can effectively ensure the reliable transmission of data. Through the field test in Changyang County, Hubei Province, the results show that the success rate of data transmission reaches more than 99% when the communication success rate of the sender changes with the environment, and the system runs stably, which can provide reliable agricultural environmental data collection service.

Research on intrusion detection algorithm based on deep cascade network

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that traditional machine learning algorithms are difficult to effectively extract features from massive multi-source heterogeneous network traffic data, and the classification effect is poor, an intrusion detection algorithm based on deep cascaded network is proposed, which uses the ability of neural network to automatically learn features. Convolutional neural network(CNN) is combined with long short-term memory network(LSTM) to extract the spatial and temporal characteristics of traffic data at the same time. And softmax is used for classification to improve the detection performance and generalization ability of the model. Finally, the algorithm is verified on the KDDCUP99 data set. The experimental results show that the intrusion detection model has a higher detection rate than SVM, DBN and other algorithms, with an accuracy rate of 95.39% and a false alarm rate of only 0.96%, which effectively improves intrusion detection classification performance.

Design and FPGA implementation of fast Burg algorithm of adaptive order determination

Abstract:Aiming to real-time requirement of signal spectrum analysis, an adaptive ordering of fast Burg algorithm hardware acceleration circuit for short sequence based on FPGA is designed. The fast Burg algorithm combined with FPE criterion can be used to determine the order of AR parameters. The parallel two-stage pipeline structure with flexible control is realized, and the parallel computing unit is parallelized. At the same time, the storage unit is optimized to achieve the balance between speed and area. The test show that the algorithm can accurately estimate the signal frequency for short sequences. Compared with the calculation time of Burg algorithm hardware implementation scheme, this algorithm reduces the calculation time by 75%, which does play a role of acceleration, and saves memory space. So, this design meets the design requirements.

Abstract:Screen projection is to display the screen of the sender(mobile phone, computer and other intelligent display devices) on other intelligent display devices, which is an important way to improve users′ visual experience and real-time information sharing. The traditional screen projection system often adaptively adjusts the size of the image according to the size of the display device, which is easy to cause the phenomenon of fuzzy display content and uneven color distribution of the picture. In addition, it is also accompanied by complex equipment and single function. This paper proposes an intelligent screen projection system with Wi-Fi as the connection technology. The system connects to personal computers or mobile phones through Wi-Fi, and performs super-resolution reconstruction of images, videos and other files before screen sharing. During screen sharing, users can simultaneously mark and draw on the display screen. The test results show that this design has the characteristics of high resolution, easy operation and high flexibility.

Abstract:In order to improve the zoomed effect of the weak edge and texture of image,the image enlargement model is proposed based on partial differential equation, combining total generalized variation and non-local transform domain model . Using the non-local self-similarity property of the image through the three dimension transform of the group composed of similar image block, the sparse representation model in transform domain utilizes non-local information of the image effectively.Total Generalized Variation enhancing strong edges better and non-local transform domain model enhancing the weak edge and texture details better, the proposed model has better performance. Compared with other algorithms, the second-order generalized total variation coupling to non-local transform domain model achieves better amplification effect in dealing with strong edges, weak edges and details.

Abstract:Business process management is an important enabling technology for organizations to build information systems. To improve the quality of process models, this paper propose a method to improve the efficiency of micro process models. First, task relationships are extracted according to the structure of the micro process model, including sequence relations, selection relations, and concurrency relations. Second, data dependence relations between tasks are analyzed from the data perspective. Third, the extracted task relationships are updated according to the data dependency relationships. Finally, the classical ?琢 algorithm is used to reconstruct a new micro process model based on the updated task relations. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the efficiency of microprocess model.

Optimal variable step filtered-x least mean square algorithm based on noise fitting

Abstract:In order to achieve active noise reduction faster, a noise polynomial fitting model is designed, and an improved variable step size filtering least mean square algorithm(improved filtered-x least mean square, IFxLMS) is proposed. The algorithm performs fitting and prediction to the noise signal while counting the noise signal, and then adjusts the step length by combining the error signal and the predicted signal to achieve the purpose of rapid adjustment. In order to verify the performance of the algorithm, the algorithm is compared with the traditional variable step filter-x least mean square algorithm. The simulation results show that under the same noise conditions, when the new algorithm reduces the noise signal to 10 dB, 20 dB, 30 dB, 35 dB, etc. The number of iterations required has been reduced from 4 to 60. At the same time, the robustness of the new algorithm is better than that of the ordinary variable step size filtered-x least mean square algorithm.

Improved image adaptive enhancement algorithm for electrowetting electronic paper

Abstract:Due to the limitations of display technology, electrowetting displays have the problems of image distortion and loss of edge details. In order to improve the display quality, this paper proposes an improved unsharp masking(UM) image adaptive enhancement algorithm based on electrowetting electronic paper. Firstly, salient images are obtained by guided filtering based on local standard deviation. Then, the dull and blurred image is obtained through the saliency map and improved guided filtering, which effectively eliminates the halo phenomenon generated after smoothing the image. Finally, the difference between the original image and the blurred image is used to extract the details of the image,and the improved unsharp masking algorithm is used to adaptively merge the details with the original image. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional linear unsharp mask method, the image evaluation index H value and PSNR value of this method are increased by 0.2% and 28.4% on average, the AMBE value is reduced by 88.4% on average, and the SSIM value is closer to 1. Therefore, this algorithm makes the detail of the image displayed on the electrowetting display more clearly, avoids the excessive enhancement of the image, and achieves a better display effect.

Application of projection method in the recognition of handwritten Chinese characters

Abstract:In order to improve the recognition rate of handwritten Chinese characters and for the effective segmentation of handwritten Chinese characters, this paper established a handwriting Chinese font recognition model based on convolutional neural network, and compared and analyzed the applicability of projection method and contour detection method. The experimental results show that, compared with the contour detection method, the projection method is more suitable for the processing of characters and images in handwritten Chinese character recognition, which can realize the effective segmentation of required characters, simplify the setting of handwritten Chinese character recognition network and improve the recognition accuracy.

Abstract:The Internet of Things(IoT) contains a large number of embedded devices with low cost, low power consumption and networking functions. The Internet of Things operating system(IoT OS) can better adapt to such devices than the traditional operating system. As a new IoT OS in recent years, Alios Things integrates a variety of components and functions in the field of IoT. MSP432 series microcontrollers with Cortex-M core have the advantages of high performance and ultra-low power consumption. Taking MSP432P401R microcontroller as an example, the porting method and process of Alios Things operating system can shed light on other terminal devices of IoT which need porting operating system.

Design of driving power supply for double cold source dehumidifier

Abstract:At present, multi-functional power supply is widely used in all kinds of drive control products. The traditional drive control power is mostly single input and single output, which is difficult to meet the needs of a variety of power supply port control equipment. Moreover, there is serious electromagnetic interference in some complex experimental environment and products with require high EMI requirements, which improves the design cost potential. To solve the above problems, a low-cost, high reliability, compatible with AC 220 V or DC 310 V dual-mode input, multi-channel output and high integration switching power is developed. Field experiments show that the four power output is accurate. The error is less than 1% and electromagnetic interference is easy to pass. The power can meet the needs of most motherboard power supply equipment, and has been applied to driving control power supply for double cold source dehumidifier.

Research on an automatic current-sharing circuit for space radiation environment

Abstract:In order to solve the application limitation of current sharing control chip in space radiation environment, on the basis of traditional switching power supply automatic current sharing circuit, using discrete device structure based on operational amplifier, an improved automatic current sharing circuit is proposed. It uses the alternating operation of an operational amplifier to realize the functions of a unidirectional buffer and an operational amplifier, which simplifies the circuit structure; In addition, a diode is added between the output of the current sharing operational amplifier and the output voltage feedback terminal, which solves the problem of poor load regulation in the traditional automatic current sharing circuit. The working principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail, the experimental verification of the circuit is carried out in a single-ended forward 100 W output DC/DC converter, the experimental results show the effectiveness and practicability of the circuit.

The four parallel sampling algorithm based on polyphase filtering and its implementation

Abstract:In the development of a certain type of digital signal processing module, high-speed AD samples the RF signal, but the clock generation module cannot output the 320 MHz clock, which causes the high-speed AD to work normally at the sampling rate of 320 MS/s. Therefore, in a high-performance FPGA, the signal is first sampled 3 times, and the JESD204B IP core performs a 1:4 serial-to-parallel conversion on the high-speed signal. Finally, the serial-to-parallel conversion signal is subjected to polyphase filtering and down sampling. The article first introduces the background of the subject, then briefly describes the composition, function and performance indicators of the signal processing module, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the sampling rate of 320 MS/s, and proposes four parallel sampling algorithm for the problem. Based on the algorithm, the system was modeled and simulated by MATLAB, and the simulation results were consistent with expectations. It selects Xilinx′s high-performance FPGA and combines the low-pass filter parameters in the system model to implement the circuit. Finally, the digital signal processing module and the software and hardware joint test environment of software tools such as Vivado are built to verify and give the experimental results.

Abstract:Video Graphics Array(VGA) interface has become the most widely interface type in the display application of electronic devices with its good compatibility, mature technical advantages and low cost.Based on the functional requirements of Loongson 3A4000 motherboard,DVO bus signal is converted to analog signal by using the ADV7125, a high-performance video digital-to-analog converter(DAC),and video signal is exported through VGA interface.The VGA interface and implementation principle are introduced,the VGA video output function topology and the circuit design of VGA interface are described in detail.The results show that the interface circuit design meets the requirements of functionality and reliability for video signals of different display modes, and the video display is normal with good performance.

Research on via crosstalk in high speed and large capacity DDR microsystems

Abstract:With the rapid increase of signal transmission rate and integration in high speed and large capacity digital microsystems, the influence of via crosstalk on signal integrity is becoming more and more prominent. Based on electromagnetic coupling theory, factors on via crosstalk and the influence of crosstalk noise on signal integrity are simulated and analyzed quantitatively by establishing simulation models. And some principles of via design and measures to decrease crosstalk noise are proposed. DDR3 bus in a microsystem in SiP(System in Package) technology, in which DDR units are mounted on both faces, is simulated and analyzed based on JEDEC DDR3 standard. Signal integrity of DDR bus is improved distinctly by reducing via crosstalk in a proper and effective measure proposed in this paper.
