Design of crops intelligent decision-making device based on μCOS-II

Abstract:This paper aims at designing an intelligent decision-making device based on μCOS-II. The device uses high-performance ARM processor as a data processing unit, configured with SD card for media storage of the agricultural expert knowledge to ensure the performance of expert systems for decision-making. In addition, this paper uses μCOS-II embedded real-time operating system for the software, with the functions of data acquisition, data transmission, intelligent decision-making integrated together, which makes the system lower cost and more flexibility.

Research and implementation of acoustic feedback suppression system based on DSP

Abstract:This paper puts forward an effective way to suppress acoustic feedback based on TI′s TMS320C6713 and using frequency shift.It adopts the Codec chip TLV320AIC23 to capture and play back speech signal, which can connect with DSP seamlessly. Then completes real-time implementation on DSP based on simulating and suppressing screaming in Matlab ideally. The result is also evaluated subjectively and objectively. It turns out that it can suppress the interference of the regenerative reverberation, enhance the amplification gain greatly and improve frequency response characteristics and sound articulation obviously.

Design of image compression system for space TDICCD camera

Abstract:The paper proposes a novel image compression system with moderate complexity and high performance for space TDICCD camera. The compression system is mainly divided into discrete wavelet transform(DWT) and bit-plane encoding(BPE). Two parallel integer 9/7 1D DWT are used to implement 2D DWT. From scan method, parallel scanning, storage of transition word and calculating in parallel, the CCSDS algorithm in BPE module is improved to make it more suitable for the application of space CCD camera. Finally, the experiments are performed using the ground test equipment. The experiments results show that the proposed image compression can work stably and reliably,compared with the traditional image compression system, the proposed compression system can improve the average PSNR by 0.97 dB,and the compression system proposed has higher throughput which achieves 12.8 Mpixels/s at the frequency of 50 MHz. Therefore,it is suitable for the application of space TDICCD camera.

The PLRU replacement algorithm of instruction Cache based on BWDSP

Abstract:The paper does some experiments for the miss rates of different replacement algorithms and different Cache size on the simulator of BWDSP. The result of experiments shows that the PLRU algorithm is more efficient than LRU, LFU and FIFO algorithms,and the total performance of BWDSP increases by nearly 12% times.

Abstract:Aimming at the issues such as valuableness,greater volume,bad flexibility and bad expansibility of the epuipment of pulse collection,this paper brings forward the scheme that makes CC2530 chip as the manipulative chip of pulse apperceive node which is composed of microprocessor and radio frequency chip.CC2530 chip controls the collection, disposing, sending and accept to administer the power and task. Experiments show that the node has the characteristics of low power consumption,high accuracy, better real time, stable and reliable perforemances,small size, high aqility and flexible operation.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the design of UART with auto baud rate deceting function and minimal lost signal to get a good transmission. It supports full duplex communication in serial link and ifra-red communcation.In addition,DMA mode can be used to reduce elapsed time of CPU.Each UART channel contains two FIFOs for receiving and transmiting. At last,this paper presents the hardware implementation using verilog HDL,and verification on FPGA platform.

A high-performance hardware design of integer motion estimation for AVS

Abstract:In this paper, a high-performance hardware architecture proper for integer motion estimation in AVS is presented. In this architecture, we propose 2D SAD adder tree-PE matrix with the data storage carefully organized to decrease I/O bandwidth,and use the add-one carry select adder so as to reduce the area of architecture and improve the processing speed . The experiment shows the proposed design can achieve 250 MHz only with gate count of 102 K by using SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS technology, and this design satisfies the requirement of high definition video.

Design of double channel signal source with related phase based on DDS chip

Abstract:This paper presents a design of an any-phase-related double channels signal source based on DDS chip AD9854 and adopts programmable device FPGA to realize logic control. The signal source can output double sine signals with the same frequency and the adjustable phase difference. At the same time, it also outputs square wave and triangular wave by using a high-speed comparator of DDS devices and peripheral regulating circuit. The output frequency range is 0~150 MHz, the frequency resolution is 1 μHz, and the phase adjustment resolution is 0.022°. The measurement result shows that the signal source has high frequency stability and precise phase difference.

Research of cell search PSS timing synchronization in TD-LTE system

Abstract:Researching on cell search PSS timing synchronization algorithm,and according to the Zadoff-Chu sequence character,a low-complexity implementation approach is proposed in this paper. Both the theory analysis and simulation results show that the algorithm proposed can reduce computational complexity and it is feasible and efficient, which satisfies the performance requirements on cell search in TD-LTE system.

Abstract:The traditional method of separation in metal and non-metal garbages uses the magnetic force,but it is difficult to separate metal garbages with non-magnetic materials. In order to overcome the deficiency of traditional classification methods, this paper studies the problem of classification of metal garbages with non-magnetic materials,not only proposing classification principle of the metal and non-metal garbages based on Ampere force,but also designing a small environmental protection dustbin which is placed on the pedestrian street and takes AT80C52 microcontroller as controller.The dustbin can classificate metal and nonmetal garbages automatically which are thrown readily by the pedestrians at once.This paper also introduces the structure and working principle of this dustbin composition, and offers a design scheme of the control electrical system in detail. The environmental protection garbages dustbin have characteristics of the low cost in the design and manufacture, easy to using,and practicality.

Design of fingerprint enhancement circuit based on the look-up table

Abstract:Enhancing operation in the fingerprint preprocessing plays a key role. An enhanced hardware circuit by the look-up table structure based on the previous algorithm is designed in this paper. It can improve the processing speed, and save the hardware resources. Designing the RTL model in Verilog for the circuit, and testing it with the circuit simulation,it can be informed through the test results that the processing speed is 10 times more than that processed by general processor under the equal condition. The fingerprint image is binary,which reduces the preprocessing steps and time. The superior enhancement effect can ensure the accuracy to the subsequent feature extracting and identifying. Above all, the circuit can be used in fingerprint recognition integrated circuit as an IP core.

Design of conformal telemetry antenna on missiles

Abstract:In this paper, a microstrip antenna on missiles is proposed. The antenna is conformal with the curved surface of missile, and the convex height of radome is less than 8 mm. This proposal will not have any influence on both dynamic characteristics of the missile body and mechanical strength of the airframe. The antenna can obtain the high gain of 8.4 dBi, its simulation pattern is almost consistent with the measured pattern results, and the antenna has the stable radiation characteristics in operating frequency range. Therefore it is very suitable to be fuze, telemetry antennas on missiles.

Direction of arrival estimation for wideband sources in low SNR conditions

Abstract:A new method is proposed to improve the performance of estimating the direction of arrival for wideband sources in low SNR. Based on coherent signal-subspace Method(CSM), the angular resolution of spatial spectrum can be significantly improved by reconstructing the focusing matrices, especially in low SNR conditions. To improve the precision of the DOA extracted by the algorithm of amplitude search, a new interpolation formula is used to modify the results of DOA. By applying the two lines beside the pea as an error correction mode, more accurate approximation is obtained. The experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of the approach presented.

A new mobile object detection and background modeling system

Abstract:Frame difference and background subtraction method are wide used moving object detection method. In connection with shortcoming of the “tail” phenomenon in background modeling, this paper represents a new object detecting system with a new moving object detection algorithm , and represents a real-time frame saving algorithm to expand the scalability of the system. The experimental results indicate that this paper’s algorithm can inhibit the “tail” effect and the scalability is expanded.

Dynamic gesture recognition method based on probability matrix model of interval distribution

Abstract:For the present, gesture recognition algorithms based on the accelerometer have contradiction between dynamic real-time and recognition rate. Aiming at this problem, a probability matrix model of interval distribution and dynamic gesture recognition method is proposed. The gestural signal from the three dimension accelerometer is preprocessed through a series of methods including automatically action data detection algorithm, normalization, and cubic spline interpolation. Moreover, according to the characteristics on signal distribution, the observation points in each axis are determined and get the probability matrix of interval distribution on each observation point. Further, the on-line and fast gesture discrimination algorithm is realized on the optimized matrixes. The method is evaluated on real data set from a finger-mount wearable device. The result shows that it has good real time effect and high recognition rate.

Abstract:Based on the study of the IEEE1149.7 standard, the CJTAG test controller is designed to solve the problem of chip test. The controller mainly realized the test function of IEEE1149.7:class T0, T1, T3 and T4. The simulation results show that the test signal generated by the controller can meet the requirements of IEEE1149.7, and can be able to achieve the appropriate test function with good prospect of application.

A parameter estimation for frequency-hopping signals based on image processing

Abstract:In order to reduce the impact of the complicated electromagnetic environment on the frequency hopping (FH) signal detection, a new FH signals based on image processing parameter estimation method is proposed. The short time Fourier transform (STFT) time-frequency diagram is treated as a two-dimensional image. Then make filter processing on the image according to the form that the noise in the electromagnetic environment express in the frequency diagram. Finally, the parameters of the FH signal is given according to the diagram of time-frequency signal. Experiment which using the real signal indicates that the proposed method can filter out the actual FH signals in fog mode noise, constant frequency and burst signal. It doesn’t need to know some preconditions such as hop-rate, dwell-time at all.This method enjoys the advantages of low computational complexity, simple implementation and high accuracy. This method has the practical application of a digital receiver products, well positioned to meet the actual demand and the measurement accuracy.

Improved anti-collision DFSA algorithm for RFID system

Abstract:It will bring the tag collision problem in a RFID system when more than one tags reply to the reader at the same time. In this paper, in order to improve the Dynamic Frame slot ALOHA algorithm, we proposed a new FBC (Feedback checked) DFSA method. The main idea of our improved algorithm is contrasting the detective result of each frame size which was calculated with the estimation algorithms. We use the simulation software MTLAB to validate our ideas, the results shows that our methods have got some improvement with the DFSA anti-collision algorithm and the system efficiency will be better when the number of tags become larger.

Research of a novel ultra-wideband antenna

Abstract:A micro-strip-fed ultra-wideband antenna is proposed. The antenna was etched on a copper-cladding substrate,whose material was FR4 with relative permittivity of 4.4, and the magnitude was 30.0 mm×35.0 mm×1.5 mm. The antenna model was organized and optimized with the help of HFSS. The bandwidth(return loss≤-10 dB) starts from 2.5 GHz up to 11.5 GHz that means a relative bandwidth of 128% by slotting on the surface of micro-strip. The results show that the proposed antenna not only realizes UWB but also is simple in structure small in size, suitable for UWB communications.

Vertical handoff algorithm based on mobility prediction

Abstract:The wireless channel is constantly changing, so the connection quality is unstable. So, a mobility prediction based vertical handoff algorithm is proposed. Some sample values are used to make predictions,then we decide whether to initiate a handoff and the time to initiate it according to the overall trend of RSS. And the information of direction,speed and the residual time is acquired. To evaluate its performance, we simulate the scenario where an user moves straight out of coverage of access point. And the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the number of handoffs and increase the average of user data rate.

Research on transmit antenna selection algorithms for MIMO systems

Abstract:Since there exists multi-path fading in wireless channels, the reliability of the communication systems will be greatly reduced. Increasing the RF chains on both sides can solve the problem effectively, but this method will raise the cost. This paper proposes an improved transmit antenna selection algorithm to identify the antenna performance instead of raising RF chains. The algorithm selects best antennas for the system performance. The simulation results show that the algorithm improves the system performance effectively and greatly reduces the system delay.

A modification algorithm for low-sidelobe beamforming based on secondary combination of array

Abstract:In order to reduce the sidelobe level of the pattern for the array antennas and restrain interference signal in sidelobe region, this paper presents a modification algorithm for low-sidelobe beamforming based on secondary combination of the array antennas. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that, compared with the LCMV method, the method based on secondary combination of array can deeply restrain interference signal, effectively reduce the sidelobe level of the pattern and greatly improve the system’s performance of anti-interference.

Detection and parameter estimation of WCDMA signal

Abstract:According to WCDMA signal detection and pseudo code ( OVSF code) cycle testing problem in the lower SNR, with using fourth-order cumulant can effectively inhibit the Gauss white noise and reprocessing power spectrum has obvious characteristics of spectral peak, it is proposed one method which is based on the fourth-order cumulant and reprocessing power spectrum to detect WCDMA signal. The method firstly uses fourth-order cumulant slice to detect WCDMA signal, and estimate the WCDMA signal sampling rate. Then through the reprocessing power spectral algorithm with the spike pulse distance to estimate the OVSF code cycle parameters. Computer simulation results show that the algorithm can be effectively to detect the WCDMA signal and estimate the OVSF code period.

A new method of determining optimal number of clusters

Abstract:To attack determining the optimal number of clusters problem effectively, a novel algorithm which can determine the optimal clustering number in a massive dataset based on hierarchical clustering is proposed in this paper, it generates all possible divisions at one time, then selects the optimal one based on the validity index, and thus obtains the optimal clustering number of dataset. Theoretical analysis and experimental results have verified the effectiveness and good performance of the algorithm.

Research and realization of mobile video stabilization system based on Android

Abstract:A mobile electronic video stabilization system is implemented. It runs on a hardware platform based on Android. This system applies a projection algorithm, which contains three parts: an image gray projection, projection filtering and correlation calculation, to compute the motion offset. According to the offset the video is stabilized at last. In experiments, the comparison of row and column projections between the original frame and the stabilized one, and the analysis of residual images show that the system works well and is easy-carried. It is easy to be extended to other mobile terminals.

Application of improved FastICA algorithm in blind image separation

The improved algorithm is apllied to blind image separation, The experimental result shows the improved algorithm enhance the effect of independent component separation.

Application of STLMFCW radar in wind speed detection

Abstract:In this paper, the symmetric triangular linear frequency modulated continuous wave radar was used in wind speed detection. First of all, the waveform of the symmetric triangular linear frequency modulated continuous wave radar was analyzed. And then the theory of distance measurement and velocity measurement was illustrated. As for a single scattering point and multiple scattering points, we have executed simulation. The results show that wind velocity can be derived from STLFMCW radar echo signal. Its detection range is 3 km and velocity precision is 0.1 m/s, which has high practical value and broad application prospects.

An algorithm of blind restoration for defocus blurred image

Abstract:For out-of-focus blurred image caused by the inaccurate focus of the imaging equipment, we used step edge diffusion statistical property and an improved Grubbs abnormal value detection to locate step edge or similar step edge. Therefore, an adaptive selection method for optimal area is proposed to confirm the line spread function in this paper, and according to the relationship between line spread function and out-of-focus blurred parameters, the out-of-focus blurred parameters are calculated, so the radius of the out-of-focus blur and the point spread function are obtained. Thus, the blurred image can be restored by the blind restoration method. The experiment results show that the method proposed by the paper has better effect than existing other methods.

An adaptive dynamic prefetch strategy in multi-user storage

Abstract:Dynamic Cache prefetch algorithm is put forward in this paper. Through analysis of the multi-user data request rule, introduction of a dynamic adjustment Cache mechanism. Based on decomposition of multiple users request command,and recording the hit rate statistics by real-time, so to realize multi-user access length self-learning in the shared storage system. After analyzing the simulation results, selecting the appropriate dynamic parameters has improved the prefetch hit rate performance 30% higher than the constant adaptive algorithm.

Comprehensive electro-thermal(ET) analysis with considering ET coupling in high performance calculation

Abstract:This work propose a novel SOR-based comprehensive Electro-Therma(ET) method that iteratively solves the temperature with thermal analysis and the supply voltage with P/G analysis. In the method, the P/G analysis and thermal analysis are considered as two interactional processes rather than two independent counterparts. Experimental results show that, compared with our method, present ET analysis methods will give too pessimistic or optimistic results without considering ET coupling effect.

New chaotic spread spectrum sequence and its properties analysis

Abstract:By the research of the original chaotic map, a new method to generate a chaotic spread spectrum sequence based on the combined chaotic model is proposed. The basic contents of this method are as follows. Firstly, put original given data into the mixed model to iterate. Then preprocess the result, a sequence, generated by(1). Finally, make a bit-L-selection from the sequence generated by. Then, to obtain a new sequence. Justifying this new method is to analyze the balance property, security property and correlation of this new sequence. By the analysis and the comparison with the properties of the current sequence, it is proved that this new method is effective on the grounds that the sequence generated by it has a similar correlation, better balance and security property.

A new method to detect DDoS attack based on data preprocessing

Abstract:In this paper, a new algorithm detecting distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack is put forward based on wavelet decomposition of network traffic. Having preprocessed the small-scale traffic data, short related network traffic reflects long correlation and keeps time sensitivity of small scale model.The new method provides the conditions for the Hurst index to depict the multi-fractal models, but also solve the existing small scale network defections of real-time detection, such as the high distorting rate of Holder index detection algorithm and the inadequate detection rates of VTP method.

Physical layer security algorithm based on parallel random phase rotation

Abstract:In view of the security issues of signal in the LTE system, a new encryption algorithm is proposed to study parallel symbolic encryption. The algorithm introduced key matrix E that based on the LTE system model to achieve encryption to ensure the physical layer security through the matrix and the constellation symbols vector parallel multiplying. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that using the security algorithm in LTE system, ensure signal security while almost has no effect on the symbol error rate, the PAPR, bandwidth and other performance.
