Design of detecting instrument for certain aero-engine temperature controller based on ARM-WinCE

Abstract:Based on the ARM processor and WinCE embedded systems, this paper provided a detecting instrument design and introduced the hardware and software design. In software design, the operating system was customized, hardware drivers were programmed and real-time display of detected data was achieved through multi-threading technology. The software has data saving and failure analysis functions. The relationship between pulse frequency under test and detection opportunity was obtained. The results show that the detecting instrument assumes good stability, high accuracy and convenient operation. The design ideas and engineering methods are references to real-time physical quantities detecting of low-frequency pulse signal.

Design of the Camera Link-HDMI converter based on Cyclone IV

Abstract:In order to meet one project requirements, based on fully understanding to the Camera Link protocol and the HDMI interface protocol, a design scheme of Camera Link-HDMI converter is presented. According to the scheme, one Cyclone IV device which is Altera′s FPGA device is chosen. And the converter is made and tested. The testing results show that real-time of the image conversion has been ensured. And colors and graphics of the image were without distortion. The design demand was met. The scheme is a method to take Camera Link-HDMI conversion, and may be a useful reference for similar techniques design.

Design of the IIC interface control module of OLED microdislay based on FPGA

Abstract:As a new microdisplay, OLED microdisplay has many advantages.According to the OLED microdisplay mostly using IIC interface,we designed the IIC control module for OLED microdisplay′s IIC interface based on FPGA EP2C8Q208C8 using Verilog language and adopting the modular structure. The control module includes writing data storage module, reading data storage module, data reading and writing module,which realize the read and write operation of the OLED microdisplay internal registers accurately and effectively.

Implementation of LwIP porting based on μC/OS-Ⅲ

This paper discusses how to port LwIP 1.4.0 into the latest real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅲ, and enable it with a network communication function. Abstract:This paper mainly realizes demodulation and descramble in TD-LTE system. It includes the introduction of demodulation and descramble,max-log-map algorithm,projects form,the process of FPGA implementation and the results analysis. Then it finishes simulation, synthesis and verification of board on Virtex-6.The results show that this algorithm of demodulation and descramble have a high effectively and good reliability to TD-LTE RF conformance testing instrument.

Realization of BootLoader of embedded system based on ARM+DSP in LTE

Abstract:This article selects the embedded system of C6A8168 based on ARM+DSP, describing the design and realization of BootLoader which is to start of the system of dual-core according to the requirements of TD-LTE. It includes the path from the designing of interrupt vector and the startup of main core to the entering into the main process. And more, this article mainly describes the differences between system of dual-core and that of single CPU in detail. The BootLoader starts the system of ARM+DSP successfully as well as realizes the base requirement of the system of TD-LTE radio coherence.

Design and development of a new embedded ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system

Abstract:This paper proposes a design program of embedded dynamic blood pressure monitor based on ARM Cortex-M3. An improved algorithm is put forward in this scheme,which uses Gauss distribution curve to fit the envelope of human pulse wave. The experimental results show that the method is effective.

Principle analysis and test on BD2 single direction time transfer

Abstract:In this paper, the principles of GNSS time transfer were described with emphasis being placed on the so-called single direction method. The sources of error during GNSS time transfer were discussed and the accuracy was analyzed. After that the availability of timing service from BD2 navigation satellite system was verified by a self-developed GPS/BD2 multi-system receiver. The test result shows that the timing accuracy of BD2 is better than 10 ns(1σ).

A high PSRR and low temperature coefficient bandgap reference

Abstract:A new BGR circuit with high PSRR and low TC is proposed. The PSRR performance of BGR is discussed in detail, especially at high frequency. Then, a high PSRR over a wide frequency range is achieved. The circuit is fabricated in 0.35 μm BiCMOS process. Simulation results show that the PSRR is -108.5 dB at 1 Hz, and -58.9 dB at 15 MHz. A second order curvature compensated circuit is designed. The temperature coefficient is as low as 1.5 ppm/℃ over a temperature range -40 ℃ to 95 ℃.

Design and implementation of memory system in heterogeneous multi-core GPU

Abstract:A hardware method for heterogeneous multi-core graphic processor unit(HMGPU) memory management system is proposed in this paper. Fixed-partition is used to manage big-block and continuous data,and paging management methods is used to manage small-block and non-continuous data.The memory management system is designed and simulated in Verilog, and it is verified to be valid in FPGA. Experimental results show that the system can provide effectively 2 021.2 MB/s memory bandwidth for HMGPU.

Research on the ENOB test methods of high-speed high-resolution ADC

Abstract:The performance parameters of ADC, especially the ENOB, are introduced in the paper. After the discussion of several test methods of ADC performance parameter, a test solution for ENOB is put forward. The application of the FFT method in the ENOB test is analyzed, including spectral leakage, coherent sampling and windowing functions, etc. An improved FFT methods is used in the ADC ENOB test, and the ENOB of ADS5400 working at 400 MS/s is 9.12 bit(fin=1.123 MHz).

A high gain CMOS wideband LNA with noise cancelling

Abstract:A CMOS wideband low noise amplifier is presented for multi-standard applications. Noise cancelling and local feedback are used in this design, as well as a gate inductor is used in order to compensate the gain loss at high frequency. These lead to a LNA with high gain and low noise, and achieve a flat gain in pass-band. The design is realized with UMC 0.18 μm process. According to the post simulation result: Consuming 9.45 mW from a 1.8 V supply, the LNA achieves a maximum power gain of 23 dB and a NF of 1.7 dB~5 dB over a 3 dB bandwidth of 0.1 GHz~1.35 GHz; and under a 1 V supply, the circuit can remain a good performance.

Design of a 12-bit 500 MS/s segmented current-steering D/A converter

Abstract:Based on TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS technology, a 12-bit 500 MS/s D/A converter with 3.3 V analog supply voltage and 1.8 V digital supply voltage was designed using segmented current-steering structure. Simulation results showed that when sampling at 500 MS/s, the SFDR at 70 MHz and 240 MHz input was 89.9 dBc and 77.6 dBc respectively.

Abstract:Power supply unit with adjustable-output voltage and battery-aware function was designed by Boost DC/DC conveners MAX756 in order to power wireless sensor node. Key design principle of printed circuit board and schematic concerning MAX756 was presented. Relationship between input voltage and conversion efficiency of power supply unit was measured. According to the measurement,the conversion efficiency of power supply unit increased as input voltage and output current increased. Load transient response test shows that output voltage had greater noise when load current changed transiently, so filter of the power supply unit need to be improved.

Research on composite islanding detection method in distributed generation

Abstract:In order to solve the islanding detection problem in the distributed generation systems, a new islanding detection algorithm is proposed based on summarizing the shortcoming of traditional islanding detection methods. The new algorithm combining with the advantages of traditional passive islanding detection methods and improved AFD method, the islanding identification is realized by organic combination of the two methods. Simulation are developed to validate the proposed method. The experimental results verify the good performance of the proposed method.

Study on the technology of brake and energy regeneration for electric vehicles

Abstract:Based on the brake and energy regeneration control principle of brushless DC motor for electric vehicles (EV), a simple but effective control strategy of brake and energy regeneration was proposed. During the braking period, only the switching sequence of the inverter was changed so that the braking energy would return to the battery. In this way, the driving range of an EV was increased. The results of PSIM simulations and experiments prove that the proposed strategy can effectively realize energy regeneration for an EV.

Research on three-level intelligent transformer

Abstract:This paper proposes a new topology structure of three-level intelligent transformer. Firstly,researches the topology structure of SEPIC three-level intelligent transformer. The multi-level technology is applied to the topology, which can obviously reduce the voltage stress of switches and the volume of filter. Secondly, analyzes its working principle and switching mode, and designs transient voltage feedback control strategy with same capacitor voltage. In the end, a single phase principle prototype is made to verify the feasibility of new topology and correctness of control strategy. By experiment, results show excellent performance of prototype, and fully reflect the superiority of SEPIC three-level Intelligent Transformer.

Study on mechanism of capacitor compensated methods for the contactless power transmission system

Abstract:This paper introduced some kinds of compensation methods of the magnetic coupling resonance contactless power transmission(CPT) system, analyzed the relationship between reflected impedance and frequency as well as the choice of original side compensation capacitor, derived expressions of transmission power when the CPT system use different compensation methods. Through analysis and simulation, results shows that the CPT system is optimized when the transmitter coil using series compensation, and the receive coil using parallel compensation.

The design of self-balancing two-wheel vehicle control system based on data fusion

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the large vibration interference and drift error of the sensor in self-balancing two-wheel vehicle system, and to improve the precision and real-time performance of the system attitude angle measurement, a method based on gyroscope and accelerometer data fusion is presented. On the basis of the establishment of self-balancing two-wheel system dynamics model, Kalman-Filtering algorithm is used to fuse the gyroscope and accelerometer signals in order to get the optimal estimate of system attitude angle and angular velocity. The self-balancing two-wheel vehicle control system is achieved by double closed loop digital PID algorithm. Through the hardware and software design, it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method successfully, and the method greatly improves the anti-interference performance of self-balancing two-wheel system.

Design of intelligent temperature controller based on STC series microcontrollers

Design of a virtual digital integrated circuits testing system based on VIIS-EM platform

Abstract:Aiming at the current problems occurred in temperature and level control of the multi-tank, such as temperature control inaccurate, complicated operation, no host computer control operation and process data, and so on, a novel temperature and level control system is designed , in which the MPS-010602 multifunction USB signal acquisition card is used as the core. The host computer program is compiled with LabVIEW. The temperature and level parameters can be modified according to the actual situation. Meanwhile, the system can implement the functions that acquisition and real-time display of the temperature and level of the tank, data pracessing and storage and playback.

Research and design of remote monitoring system for cold-chain transport based on RFID

Abstract:In this paper, a remote monitoring system for cold-chain transport is developed based on RFID. The system is composed of vehicle terminal and monitoring center. Vehicle terminal consists of the microcontroller STC12C5A60S2, SIM300 wireless communication module, GPS positioning module u-blox neo, RFID electronic tag and reader. It has the function of data acquiring, preprocessing and transferring. Monitoring center makes use of thread pool technology to receive, analyse and online display temperature, humidity and orientation data. The experimental results show that the system has a high reliability characteristic and low-cost hardware. It can display data in real-time function, and is suitable for extending and enlarging in cold-chain industry.

Multi-constraints QoS routing protocol based on dynamic programming in Ad Hoc

Abstract:For the solving problem of multi-constraints QoS routing protocol, the limitation of heuristic algorithm consists in its long path finding time. To solve this problem, a multi-constraints QoS routing based on dynamic programming is put forward , which use dynamic programming to optimize the criterion. The protocol finds several routes which can satisfy the requirement of the data bandwidth, then the destination node search for the route which has the shortest delay by the dynamic programming. The description of the routing protocol is divided into two aspects, the packet structure and the flow of route. At last, the passage compare the routing protocol with the traditional DSR routing in delay time, packet delivery fraction and routing overhead through the simulation , and draw a conclusion that the routing protocol can improve performance obviously for massive Ad Hoc network.

A data gathering and fusion algorithm based on energy optimization for WSN

Abstract:To solve the overloading problem of cluster head in LEACH, an improved data gathering and fusion algorithm named LEACH-E is proposed. In the stage of establishing cluster, the selection of cluster heads takes into account the residual energy and their relative distance. In the communication phase, the cluster heads make data fusion first by the principal components analysis method for dimensionality reduction, and then transmit the data along the optimal path searched by the ant colony algorithm to the base station in multi-hop manner. The simulation results show that, compared with the LEACH, the LEACH-E performs much better in the aspects of the uniform clustering, energy balancing, and lifetime prolonging.

Blind estimation for PN code of reconnaissance signal combined with quadratic frequency modulated and pseudo-random binary phase code

Abstract:A new algorithm is proposed to blindly estimate the pseudo noise(PN) code of reconnaissance signal combined with quadratic frequency modulated(QFM) and pseudo-random binary phase code (PRBC),which is based on the methods of cubic phase function(CPF) and spectrum shifting. Firstly, square method is computed to eliminate the phase mutation, which induced noise degradation. Then, Method of CPF based on cumulative mean is adopted to estimate second and third coefficients, and the coefficients are used to reconstruct the index. The original signal is multiplied by the conjugated index to get a new compound signal. And then, the real part of the new compound signal consists of sine carrier and the PRBC signal, and the original PN code can be restored by the way of spectrum shifting. Simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible, and correct rate of PN code estimation is more than 0.9 when signal-to-noise ratio is more than or equal to 1 dB, which shows good performance.

Analysis of the received SIR within the Macro-Femto twin-layer networks

Abstract:The femtocells are proposed to off-load the huge traffic demand in future network, where the femtocells are deployed within the traditional macrocells. As a result, a twin-layer macro-femto network is formulated, where the femtocells are randomly deployed within the macrocell. In this paper, we investigate the received signal-interference-ratio(SIR) of this twin-layer network, where the femtocells are distributed according to spatially poisson point process(SPPP). We derived the spatially averaged complementary distribution function(CDF) of the received SIR. Our simulation results demonstrate that the derived CDF is capable of matching the simulation results accurately. As a result, the proposed method may be employed to the analysis and design of this twin-layer network.

Mutual coupling error correction algorithm based on the uniform circular array

Abstract:Mutual coupling effect had a serious impact on the performance of DOA estimation between the array elements. Based on the uniform circular array, a DOA estimation and mutual coupling error self-correction algorithm was proposed under the condition of mutual coupling effect. The mathematical model of mutual coupling error was built which used the banded circulant matrix. Then, the mutual coupling matrix and DOA was estimated which used the MUSIC algorithm and iterative methods at the same time. Self-correction method did not require any auxiliary array element , and can implement two types of parameters estimates. Simulation result shows that the algorithm has a good solution to the problem of uniform circular array mutual coupling, and can estimate the DOA and mutual coupling error accurately.

Pole characteristic analysis of folded dipole array-based chip-less tag

Abstract:The accuracy of the tag pole extraction is affected by many factors, and the pole distribution characteristics of lossless dielectric media materials (thickness, relative permittivity) is analyzed. Using folded dipole array chipless tags as a research object. Simulation results show that the damping coefficient and resonance frequency of resonance pole tend to decrease while the pole distribution performed S-shaped similar curve close to axis origin with the dielectric thickness and relative dielectric constant increases.

OFDM signal identification method based on the probability density

Abstract:To solve the question of OFDM signal blind identification, combined with probability density and HF Watterson channel model,we overcome the shortcoming of not full discussion in real signal kurtosis and sixth-order mixed moments and prove the stability of kurtosis and sixth-order mixed moments in OFDM signal recognition. A new universal high-level mixed moment was proposed. Experimental results testify to the deduction of probability density of various signals proposed in this paper and show that high-order mixed moments not only maintains the merit of low error rate in identifying OFDM signal in HF channel, but also has the advantage of easier threshold setting.

Design and implementation of embedded host controller for ITS

Abstract:A design of embedded host controller based on an embedded motherboard for ITS is presented in this paper. Multipath vehicle inspection and multichannel high-definition camera can work at the same time to implement monitoring of multi-lane traffic flow, snapshot when speeding, retrogradation, violation of traffic line. The host controller also has self-protection, self-test, remote control and other function.

3G smart and remote vehicle diagnostic system based on QNX

Abstract:A program of remote 3G diagnosis system was proposed based on QNX. The hardware real-time system of QNX was used to the vehicle terminal, to capture status information of the vehicle by CAN and GPS module, so as to achieve dynamic feedback to the running status. In order to complete communicates between the car terminal and remote servers, design 3G Wireless layered driver model. As a result , improve the real-time and accuracy of the system. In order to improve the running safety factor, a remote monitoring service center was introduced, so as to check the safe parameter in real-time. Experiments show that, this program can not only capture all the ECU parameter affected the running safety, but also can trace and monitor the vehicle by the remote service center all day.

The design and implementation of a reusable verification platform based on System Verilog

Abstract:Design a reusable verification platform with a hierarchical structure employing system verilog language. This verification platform can generate targeted, random, and error test vectors. The platform also facilitates the computing of functional coverage. Running this platform on VCS tools of Synopsys Corporation, meanwhile using it to simulate packet switch chip. The result shows that the functional coverage of chip can achieve 100% through revising restraint condition of random signal and weight value using to generate random signal.

The NAT traversal research in the peer-to-peer network linking

Abstract:By combining the ‘holes’ crossing through the cone NAT with the combination of symmetric NAT, we successfully went across all the NAT and solved the Peer-to-Peer networking of the NAT traversal problem. The scheme can go without changing the existing network equipment and ensure the security of the internal network, and it also overcomes the shortage of tradition scheme can only go across some certain types of NAT that currently exist across the way, packet lost, delaying and other shortcomings.

Research on BP-GA mixture algorithm in micro-seismic source inversion

Abstract:For the defects of traditional nonlinear inversion methods, such as easy to fall into local optimum resolution and slow rate of convergence, a micro-seismic source positioning inversion method based on BP-GA algorithm has been proposed. The design model and theory of the BP-GA hybrid algorithm is discussed in this paper. It also describes the method of data analysis and processing in Matlab with instances.

Abstract:In order to improve the transmission efficiency and reduce system power consumption and unnecessary waste of energy, the design of energy-saving digital FM transmitter with automatically shutting down is discussed. Taking MSP430 MCU as master control and BH1415F as central chip to constitute digital FM transmitter. Using sound intensity detection module and relay switch module to connect or auto disconnect power. The debugging shows that the program is feasible and can play energy saving.

Abstract:First of all, in the rolling mill hydraulic AGC system and its running mechanism was established on the basis of electric fluid position control system mathematical model. Using the FB Generateror C language etc, the writing and packaging of the optimized network was done, andobtained the neural network intelligent controller based on improved artificial fish algorithm. Created based on neural network intelligent algorithm CFC(continuous function chart) block and in Siemens FM458 platform on the electric liquid control system model experiment. Artificial fish algorithm optimized neural network controller can accurate and fast to control requirements, the method applied in cold rolling mill AGC control effective.
