Integrated circuit industry influence factors and development mode in China

Abstract:There are unique law of development and characteristics in integrated circuit industry,and the decision factors are various and complicated. It is not only a new theory study, but also the actual need of the development of the integrated circuit industry to study the decision factors of the development of the integrated circuit industry and to explore the industrial division of labor which is suitable for China’s conditions. This paper tries to study the decision factors of the development of the integrated circuit industry from several aspects with the system analysis,data verification and to discuss the development patterns of the integrated circuit industry of China at present stage.

Design and implementation of a high speed real time sonar processing system

Abstract:With widely applying prospect, underwater acoustic imaging technology has been paid more attention. A kind of data acquisition and real-time processing system of two-dimensional imaging sonar is introduced in this paper. The hardware structure and flow chart of this system are discussed. The high performance A/D,FPGA and DSP chips are used in the system for data acquisition and real-time processing while Ethernet applying for data transmission. With the ability of processing array data above 200 channels and reaching a frame rate of 20 f/s. This design is suitable for two-dimensional imaging sonar.

Measurement method of synchronization precision for wireless sensor networks based on error mapping

Abstract:The traditional way of time synchronization precision measurement by inquiring methods that require wireless communication resources may affect the normal operation of the system. So a synchronization precision measurement method is designed based on synchronization error mapping. The real time synchronization error is get from monitoring changes of the corresponding node port status through FPGA to avoid the consumption of wireless communication resources. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional inquiring measurement method, the method can gain more real-time measurement result, and more flexible and convenient use.

Design of data acquisition system based on W5300 and FPGA

Abstract:In order to achieve real-time transmission of data acquisition and remote control, this paper designed and implemented the W5300 and FPGA-based real-time data acquisition system. The system chose W5300 to build a network module and communicated with the remote host computer using TCP protocol to control A/D module which based on AD7357 to acqure data.Both channels of AD7357 can accurately sample signal of 50 Hz~500 kHz at 1.5 MS/s rate and transmit the data to the remote host computer real-timely.

Research and implementation of VLIW compressing technology based on instruction prefix

Abstract:Huge idle rate of instruction slot is a serious problem in VLIW processor. Through analyzing the architecture of special VLIW processor and its typical application, this paper puts forward the instruction prefix compressing technology of VLIW processor. This technology compresses the VLIW instruction words by eliminating the invalid instruction slot operation of every instruction word. At the same time, the decompressing circuit is designed,which decompresses the compressed code. The results show that the technology can save the area of instruction memory by 47.2% at the expense of a little area.

Design of marine collision avoidance system based on FPGA and ARM

Abstract:A marine collision avoidance alarm equipment based on FPGA is designed in the paper. This equipment is generally used on small and medium ships. It could work together with seafaring radar on the ship and constitute a new system with seafaring radar. The marine collision avoidance alarm equipment could collects data of seafaring radar and processes the data so that it achieves the function of targets tracking, target identification and automatic alarming in all hazard levels. As a result, we achieve the goal of adding function of collision avoidance to the seafaring radar and not affecting its primary function.

The monitoring system of recovery efficiency on heat-setting machine′s exhaust heat

Abstract:At present, the energy consumption of textile industry is getting higher, and the energy efficiency is low. In order to saving energy and reducing consumption, the exhaust heat recovery device on heat setting machine is used. An efficiency monitoring system of this device is designed. The system includes acquisition module and monitoring center. CAN bus is used to construct network for communication, and μC/OS-II is used for task management and interrupt response. The embedded graphics system-UCGUI is used to design user interface,and the high-quality touch screens is used in the user interaction. Experimental testing and field operation show that the system has strong real-time property, fast network response and small environmental influence.

Design and simulation of high-performance and reconfigurable pipelined ADC

Abstract:A reconfigurable 14 bit and 100 MS/s pipelined ADC is proposed in this paper. To reduce the influence of non-ideal factors and achieve the design objectives,this paper has improved obviously on the design of some key units including sampling-and-hold circuit,bootstrapped switch,folded cascade amplifier and reconfigurable controller. The paper also discusses the simulation of the key units and the system.

QR code decoding system based on ADI low-cost DSP

Abstract:A QR code decoding system which can be implemented on ADI low-cost DSP is designed. The system is based on image processing and implemented on the hardware platform with center processor BF592. The whole system is running within 32 KB data memory, including image capturing and displaying, image storing and thresholding using paralleled timing, QR code detection with multi-direction scanning, sampling and decoding and so on. The experimental result shows the good performance of the system.

A temperature sensor circuit for passive UHF RFID transponder of temperature detecting

Abstract:An integrated low voltage low power digital temperature sensor circuit with rapid SAR A/D converter for passive RFID temperature detecting applications is presented. The circuit consists of a Vbe voltage of BJT transistor, a PTAT current and a SAR ADC. It avoids the bandgap reference circuit which need the operation voltage higher than 1.5 V and can be run with about 4 μA current when the power supply is above 1 V. The A/D converter time is less than 100 μs in the condition of 80 kHz clock input.

Design of signal generator based on the amplitude modulation of D/A reference voltage

Abstract:Signal generator based on FPGA uses the direct digital synthesis technology. Its signal amplitude is controlled by D/A THS5661. We can control the output of the signal through controlling the reference voltage of D/A. This scheme can realize a variety of signal waveform amplitude adjustment. The adjusting range of signal amplitude is 0~±5 V and the resolution is 0.1 V. Its frequency and phase also can be adjusted.

A radiation-tolerant CMOS image acquisition system

Design of multi-channel high-speed data acquisition system based on FPGA

Abstract:Introduces a data acquisition system based on the FPGA design , by using Cyclone Ⅱ series of EP2C35F484 chip as the master control unit, with the A/D conversion chip ADS7825 and USB transmission control chip CY7C68013, and combined with peripheral circuit realized the acquisition system. Based on the Quartus Ⅱ 9.0 flat, to realize the ADS7825 chip and CY7C68013 chip control and communication, we use the Verilog hardware description language to realize the simulation of the system, and give the system core module timing simulation waveform diagram. By test, the multi-channel analog signal acquisition, has a good stability and rapidity.

Near field detection core technology for UHF RFID tag conformity

Abstract:The conformity of UHF RFID tags directly affects the recognition rate and accurate rate of data acquisition in a RFID system. We used the RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) technique and mathematical statistics to collect reflected signal strength of tags and set the standard deviation threshold as parameters for tag conformity detection. We also developed the bending dipole near field antenna to read RFID tags in 0.1 mm distance. Using shielding effect, we set a dotting identification device on full automatic reel-type RFID tag sets and marked them in batch to achieve high speed conformity detection of flexible UHF RFID tags.

Design and implementation of multiple meter reading system based on DSP

Abstract:A kind of multiple recognition system for the water meter’s reading based on DSP is put forward. A design and a implementation of the main functional modules of this system are given. The system belongs to the mode of passive remote meter reading. Using the embedded technology and visual inspection technology, the system collectes the picture of water meter’s numbers and recognizes them, then displaies and transfers the readings of multiple water meters. Experiments show that the system has characteristics of lower cost, high speed, safety, energy saving and stability. It can recognize the readings of water meter accurately.

A kind of telemetry data real-time compression system

Abstract:A kind of telemetry data real-time compression system is introduced, this design with FPGA + DSP for hardware architecture, with first-order difference prediction ARC coding for lossless, the system achieve high compression removal efficiency and faster compression speed, it’s suitable for high reliability requirements telemetry system. The results of experiment show that the lossless compression system effectively alleviates the transmission bandwidth pressure of telemetry system.

Application of FPGA in pressure measuring system with temperature compensation

Abstract:From the analysis of the characteristics of FPGA processor, This paper introduces the structure of pressure measurement system with temperature compensation design based on the FPGA, discusses in detail the FPGA processor design of the functional part of the internal design structure, work flow and compensation algorithm analysis and design in the pressure measurement system,finally the system test results validate the design on FPGA in pressure measurement system with temperature compensation is feasible and effective. Because FPGA processors has the high reliability, strong data processing ability, speed and so on, effectively improved the general pressure measurement system accuracy is low, the processing speed is slow, lack of real time problem.

FastICA-based super resolution multipath time delay estimation algorithm

Abstract:Aming at improving the performance in low SNR environment of super resolution time delay estimation(TDE) in high precision wireless position location, this paper peoposed a multipath TDE algorithm based on FastICA. By modifying the whitening matrix with noise subspace and applying constraint to initial unmixing matrix in FastICA with reference signal, the algorithm reduced the complexity to converge to the expected FAP component. Finally, the time of arrival(TOA) of FAP could be achieved with reference signal. Simulation results showed the improvement on TDE performance compared with current super resolution algorithms in low SNR environment.

Spectrum sensing based on akaike information criteria

Abstract:Spectrum sensing is a prerequisite for cognitive radio communication, since the traditional algorithm of energy detection using single antenna is vulnerable to noise, this paper proposed a spectrum sensing algorithm based on Information theory which combines the spatial processing ability of MIMO system. This algorithm first detects the channel in real time to obtain the covariance matrix of signal, and then determines whether the primary user exists by using AIC. The proposed one doesn’t require the power of noise or a determined threshold. The simulation results indicated that this algorithm increases the detection probability and is robust with uncertainty of noise compared with the algorithm of energy detection.

Adaptive throughput optimization for wireless sensor networks based on RSSI

Abstract:The throughput model for ARQ and FEC are presented based on the MicaZ node.By analyzing the various parameters on throughput,the optimal frame length of ARQ and the optimal FEC parameters are derived.Then,an adaptive throughput optimaization strategy based on RSSI is proposed,which can adapt to the dynamic changes of network topology in WSN. In the strategy, the range measurement technology called RSSI is used to measure the communication distance between nodes,and the throughput is improved by adapting the error control strategy .The simulation results show that the performance of this scheme outperforms the individual ARQ or FEC technique in terms of throughput and dynamic range.

Nodes deployment algorithm based on balance distance of wireless sensor network

Abstract:This paper presents a node movement scheme aiming at the wireless sensor network nodes which are randomly deployed. The node movement is divided into several processes, in each movement process according to the balance distance and location relations move nodes to separate the aggregate nodes and achieve the maximum coverage of the monitoring area. Because of gradually increasing the balance distance between nodes, in each movement process the nodes moving distance is small and reduce the sum of the nodes movement distance. The simulation result shows this algorithm ensures the effect of coverage on the basis of reducing sum of the nodes movement distance.

Parallel baseband process architecture for wireless USB

Abstract:Wireless USB system is implemented in UWB radio platform based on multi-band orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(MB-OFDM). However the system hardware implementations usually need high clock rates, hence requiring more silicon and power, which results in higher cost for the device. This paper presents a parallel baseband architecture aided to reduce the clock rate twice and accomplish the OFDM baseband process with correct timing, which offers wireless USB system performance on 480 Mb/s and 4 meters simulated in UWB channels.

Constant envelope modulation based on interplex in LEO satellite communication system

Abstract:In case of LEO satellite spread spectrum communication system, the number of signals is variable on the same channel. Interplex will be studied in this paper. Based on the above study, the relationship of modulation efficiency, PAPR and power ratio are obtained. The appropriate choice of power radio is obtained in case of three signals or four signals multiplexing. The study of this paper has an important guiding significance for constant envelope combined methodologies in LEO satellite spread spectrum communication system.

A harmonic detection algorithm study based on wavelet network inverse-transform

Abstract:In this paper, a wavelet network inverse-transform is designed. Odd and even extraction of high-frequency and low-frequency band signal are extracted the signal by wavelet decomposition. It trains and approaches wavelet signal by BP neural network. Then it reconstructs signal by wavelet inverse-transform. We can get harmonic wave by subtracting the reconstructed signal from the original,which are inverted into the power grid to compensate. Experiments show that the algorithm can satisfy the requirements of the system harmonic detection.

Fast mode decision algorithm based on H.264

Abstract:With the problem of high computation complexity in mode dicision pattern of H.264 video compression,a real-time fast mode decision algorithm was poposed. Firstly, the method formulated class decision metrics, divided MB class based on Pareto-optimal macroblock(MB) classification scheme; Then, the method detected the motion activity of macroblocks,selected mode which with low rate-distortion cost for current macroblock,made mode dicision in advance and got the best mode.Compared with the reference coder, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve a reduction of 64.28% encoding time on average,with a negligible average 0.09% bit rate increasing and a PSNR(Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) loss of 0.19 dB.

Abstract:Introduce a method based on impedance measurement of pedicle screw implantation operation navigation system. The development of navigation system in experimental pigs 6 vertebrae conducted a preliminary experiment, the correlation of bioelectrical impedance experimental data show that: the navigation system can real-time, accurate response to insertion of the electrode to bone tissue of different parts of the body, which is expected in clinical vertebral pedicle screw implantation operation plays a role in navigation.

Design of high definition electronic police based on CAN bus

It also introduces the software architecture, shutter exposure algorithm and the use of polarizer. CAN bus improved the reliability, expandability of electronic police. With the adaptive algorithm of camera shutter and use of polarizer,the system can capture high quality picture at different illumination condition.

Abstract:This research captured gesture command based on three axis gyro which built intelligent portable terminal system, and the adaptive template matching method is used for gesture recognition. The identification efficiency is improved when keeping the recognition rate. Taking Wi-Fi network as the carrier of information transmission, the gesture command is transmitted to the server to control the presentation slide show. Based on WiFi and somatosensory interaction demonstration, it can overcome problems of traditional USB laser pen, such as operation mode single, receiving distance limited and so on, meanwhile it can provide a better user experience.

Introduce the concept of information entropy in information theory, calculate the residence time of an user group in the website using queuing theory, and then give a new evaluation criteria for the website efficiency .

Fast intra mode decision algorithm for H.264 scalable video coding

Abstract:This paper proposes a new fast intra mode decision algorithm for SVC enhancement layer(EL). Firstly, we simplify EL intra layer prediction based on the statistical mode distribution of BL and EL. Then we further propose a new algorithm that can optimize SVC INTRA_BL mode decision process. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed algorithm can reduce the total encoding time by up to 59.6% with negligible bit rate increase and loss of PSNR.

RFID security mechanism based on Grain-128a

Abstract:Security and cost are the reasons that block RFID from being promoted. It is a really challenging subject for designing a secure and efficient solution to balance the contradiction of security and cost of RFID tag. This paper discusses the characteristics of RFID system, introduces the process of mutual authentication protocol and analyzes its security performance. Based on those analyses, we propose the security mechanism applying mutual authentication protocol with Grain-128a algorithm and describe the detailed implementation of Grain-128a on FPGA.

A Java source-code SQL injection attack detection algorithm based on static analysis

Abstract:This paper researches the method of SQL injection attack detection and the principle of static analysis scanning, and presents a Java source-code SQL injection attack detection algorithm. The detection algorithm includes these steps: lexical analysis of source code, parsing of source code, constructing abstract syntax tree of source code, defining rules, abstract syntax tree traversal, tracking problems, detecting possible paths of SQL injection attack etc. Test results show that the proposed detection algorithm performs perfectly and has higher recognition rate.
