Application research of Android i-Jetty server in smart home system

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex system architecture and difficult development, a new smart home system scheme is presented in this paper,which is based on Android embedded Web server i-Jetty. The remote monitoring function of home environmental information via Internet is realized by transplanting i-Jetty on ARM platform and Android system. The scheme takes Mini6410 as the central controller, server and indoor control platform, and uses Bluetooth communication between Mini6410 and controlled terminals. The scheme realizes sensors′ data acquisition, household appliances controlling and information publishing by loading Linux layer drivers, programming Android native services together with Web services. The experiment results prove the feasibility and practicability of the scheme.

Design of data interface between FPGA and ARM gyroscope

Abstract:During the process of communication between UAV and ground station, confliction between high speed on board gyroscope and low speed external wireless data transmission module is increasingly serious. It is badly restricting the development of UVA. Inorder to solve this problem, this paper uses high-speed FIFO as data buffer, building up an interface of the UVA gyroscope which is based on the FPGA FIFO. Gyroscope data is transferred accurately to ground station via high-speed FIFO which is built in FPGA. By this way,we highly improve the quality of data transmission, and achieve the communication between high-speed chips and low-speed equipments. The design works perfectly in pratical application, and the data is stable and reliable with low error rate and high stabe rate. The whole plan meets the communication demand between UAV and ground station.

Design of high frame rates laser spots acquisition system

Abstract:With development of semiconductor technology, sensitivity and resolution ratio of COMS image sensor have been constantly improved. Using high fame rates COMS image sensor as photoelectric probe unit of APT system to replace CCD image sensor has become a trend in lase communication. This paper presents a generic motion laser spots processing system, which saves cost of APT system. Asynchronous FIFO implemented in FPGA is used to transmit data between DSP and Image sensor, which simplifies the routing of board and increases stability of system. After on-line debugging ,the system can process image of 128×128 at 1 000 f/s.

Optimization method research of OpenCL-based FPGA design

Abstract:FPGA becomes the best choice for many high performance applications because of its powerful computing capabilities. But its traditional development methods have many deficiencies,such as high threshold,long cycle and so on. OpenCL provides a new method for FPGA development,as a cross-platform development language.Due to its short development cycle,high level of abstraction and strong portability, it makes up for the deficiencies of the traditional development methods. This paper presents the development process of FPGA using OpenCL and its optimization methods.Taking matrix multiplication and QR decomposition as example,the advantages and disadvantages of various optimization methods and their application conditions are analyzed thoroughly.

The design of the RFID hand-held termina based on the S3C6410 platform

Abstract:Aiming at the shortage of efficient instruments for stock count, warehousing and EX-warehousing in the current storage logistics field, a RFID hand-held terminal design and implementation scheme, which is based on S3C6410 platform, has been put forward. With Samsung′s S3C6410 as control core and Windows CE as the software platform, this system transmits the collected RFID and QR code information to the upper computer and realizes their interaction through wireless communication technology WiFi. This system is of higher timeliness and reliability,and greatly improves the working efficiency of storage logistics field.

The design and implementation of DSP system for active detection of dual-mode mobile terminal

Abstract:According to the terminal user identity recognition demands, an active detection system is designed based on baseband signal processing in GSM and CDMA network. To satisfy the real-time processing demands, the high performance DSP chip TMS320C6416 is used as the core processor,and some other devices are used to design hardware system and DSP chip hardware interface on baseband signal processing board. Experimental results show that this system can quickly fetch terminal user identity information in GSM and CDMA network, which can satisfy design demands of detection system in real-time and accuracy ability.

The design of 2 μm laser therapeutic apparatus controller based on STM32

Abstract:According to the large demand of 2 μm high-power laser therapeutic apparatus,a control system of the laser therapeutic apparatus was designed. It used STM32 as the core and touch-screen as its human-machine interface. The structure and function were discussed using the idea of modular design. The modulars of fiber laser control,water-cooling unit parameters monitoring, power supply anti-interference design and output power calibration are realized. The test results show that the equipment has good reliability and stability.

Design of a slope compensation circuit for BOOST DC-DC converter

Abstract:A slope compensation circuit was designed for BOOST DC-DC converter. This circuit, which features a simple structure and high compensation effect, eliminated instability resulted from the peak current mode switching power supply system, and improved the stability of the switching power supply. The design was implemented in VIS standard 0.4 ?滋m BCD process. Results from HSPICE simulation showed that the system could satisfy the requirements of the stability of the system and supply stable output voltage, which is of larger value of engineering application.

Computing the target velocity of the bistatic radar based on FPGA

Abstract:In order to solving the complexity of computing the velocity of the bistatic radar’s target, this paper designs a module that computes the velocity of the bistatic radar′s target based on the CORDIC arithmetic and FPGA chip. The simulation results indicate that the module designed in this paper has high computing precision and fast working speed, and the module uses few chip resource. So it can be applied into bistatic radar very well.

Design of voice recovery circuit system based on PSD sensor

Abstract:A voice recovery circuit system based on PSD sensor is designed in this paper,contrary to low accuracy and incomplete filtering of current laser voice recovery circuit. The system includes a photoelectric conversion circuit which is based on PSD, current voltage converting circuit and a differential amplifying circuit. Low noise amplification of weak signals is realized by analyzing operating principle and characteristic parameters of PSD and discussing performance of current voltage converting circuit and a differential amplifying circuit. Experimental results show that the system can clearly restore the speech signal outer 2~3 m away from the obstacle.

A high-speed column-parallel ADC for CMOS image sensor

Abstract:This paper presents a high-speed column-parallel analog to digital converter with time to digital converter to overcome the long conversion time problem in conventional column-parallel single slope ADC for CMOS image sensors. The main principle is to get the time interval which is proportional to the input signal. Then the time interval is digitized by TDC. Through Spectre simulation, the 10 bit ADC designed in 0.18 μm CMOS process achieves 1 μs conversion time, 1.6 V input signal range and the SNDR of 51.2 dB. The total power consumption of the proposed ADC is 1.76 mW including 236.38 μW power consumption per column.

Abstract:The RF front-end chip designed in this paper integrates the PA,LNA,transmit and receive switching circuitry, incorporates all the RF functionality needed for today′s wireless communications. A 2.4 GHz high performance low noise amplifier for wireless local area network has been implemented in SMIC 0.18 ?滋m CMOS process.Cadence software is used to design and optimize the circuits,and this paper has give out the LNA layout. At last,a whole layout is achieved and processed by a successful tape-out,and it has a good test result.

Frequency-domain implementation of Gaussian-like wavelet transform based on switched current technique

Abstract:A frequency-domain implementation of Gaussian-like wavelet transform using switched current(SI) technique with shared structure is presented in this paper. Gaussian-like wavelet transform with shared units can be implemented for the existing common factors among the frequency-domain expressions of Morlet wavelet, Marr wavelet and DOG wavelet. By changing the clock frequency of SI circuits, Gaussian-like wavelet transform at various scales can be performed. The proposed method is testified to be effective by simulated results.

A wide input range 8 bit cyclic TDC

Abstract:A cyclic TDC with a capacitor-comparator TDA is proposed for time-based ADC application. The use of the conversion stage repeatedly reduces the matching requirements on components used to quantize a time difference. This feature is used to overcome the time uncertainties caused by component variation in the large delay lines used in the traditional TDC. The cycle structure occupying small size is suitable to use in the on-chip system. The cyclic TDC utilizes the capacitor-comparator TDA without calibration to enlarge the linearity input range. The capacitor-comparator TDA amplifies the time difference with the gain of less than 2%. The cyclic TDC is designed and simulated in a 0.18 μm CMOS technology achieving ±20 ns input range and 8 bit resolution at a sample rate of 1.3 MS/s. The simulated INL is -1.671/+1.59 LSB and DNL is -0.5/+0.604 LSB.

Design and implementation of high-speed AES chip optimized for CBC modes

Abstract:For the purpose of implementing high-speed AES algorithm and reducing the critical path of the whole chip, this paper optimizes the circuits based on an improved AES algorithm in an algorithmic view. This paper merges the SubByte transform and the MixColumn transform together and implements it in the lookup table(LUT) approach. It can fully support AES-128/192/256 performance and meanwhile support both ECB and CBC modes improving different levels of the security of block cipher. Based on 0.13 μm CMOS technology, using Verilog hardware description language for synthesis, the simulation results show that 781 MHz clock frequency and up to 9.9/8.3/7.1Gb/s data throughput rate are achieved for AES-128/192/256 and the area cost is 38.5 KGates.

Research and design of embedded scatter-gather DMA for cipher SoC

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of data transfer between cryptographic computation module and other functional components in cipher SoC,a method of embeded scatter-gather DMA is proposed. The characteristic of CPU transfer, Block DMA transfer and scatter-gather DMA transfer are analyzed. The hardware architecture of embedded scatter-gather DMA is designed,and its workflow is given. To enable embedded scatter-gather DMA has the function to control bus and initiate a bus transfer, a Master-Slave composite interface is designed.The simulate result indicates that the proposed embedded scatter-gather DMA can significantly enhance the data transmission efficiency of cipher SoC,meeting the functional and performance requirements.

Improved Montgomery scalar multiplication algorithm resisting DPA attacks

Abstract:Scalar multiplication is the most core operation in elliptic curve cryptography, and plays a decisive role in the cryptosystem efficiency and safety. This paper analyzes the security of the Montgomery scalar multiplication algorithm that achieved in projection coordinates, combining with the characteristics of the algorithm, and proposes one improved algorithm with random Z coordinate to resist the DPA attacks, and uses the EDA simulation tools to verify its anti-DPA attacks capability.

Research and implementation of three-dimensional network application layer protocol identification

Abstract:Aimming at the problem that dynamic port and the encryption communication protocol are frequently used,identification difficulty is increasing and and quickly identification requirements for high-speed network is also rising. The paper puts forward with a three-dimensional application layer protocol identification method. The method mainly is based on tree classification thought and uses the multi-information packets for hierachical filter identifying, which joined with table-driven technique, characteristic library used the dynamic module loading, and improved recognition algorithm based on statistical,combined with SVM classification model. It realized the three-dimensional application layer protocol for the accurate,fast and extensible identification. Finally, the results show that the system able to ensure low latency and more than 95% identification rate according to the testing in the real network environment.

ECT-based high-speed data acquisition system design

Abstract:The application of electrical capacitance tomography to high-speed devices (such as aero-engine gas path monitoring system) has been restricted by the speed of the data acquisition system. To address this problem, a novel FPGA-based capacitance data acquisition system is designed in this paper. DDR2 memory and PCI bus technology are adopted to realize high speed data transmission. Additionally, the traditional FIR filter is replaced by Kalman filter, which effectively improves the filtering efficiency. Experimental results show that the system possesses the advantages of anti-interference ability, high sampling accuracy and fast processing speed.

Design of high-accuracy wireless resistance strain type pressure transmitter

Abstract:This paper designs a high precision pressure transmitter based on the Wheatstone bridge measurement circuit by resistance stain type sensor. The programmable amplifier circuit is used to magnify signal with the function of automatically adjustable range. Technology of digital filter is used too. The design utilizes single-chip microcomputer and its own AD conversion circuit. By bluetooth module and PC software written by C++ Builder 6.0 , this design can realize remote real-time monitor. Experiments show that the pressure transmitter has high safety, strong stability, high accuracy and so on. It gives a good performance in engineering applications.

Design and implementation of energy handheld meter reading system based on STM32

Abstract:Considering some disadvantages of the current meter reading system in application, this paper introduces the design and implementation of an energy handheld meter reading system which is based on STM32 and embedded the real-time operating system μC/OS-II. The system uses JF24C wireless communication module, analyzing and transforming the agreement of the multi-function watt-hour meter communication protocol DL/T 645-2007. The tests show that the system can rapidly and accurately complete the watt-hour meter data collection and transmission, and other functions.

Design of wearable human respiratory parameter monitoring system

Abstract:The article designed a Bluetooth-based wearable sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome monitoring devices. The device can be used to monitor sleep respiratory state of the sleep apnea syndrome patients in real time. Wearable technology achieves basic physiological signal for low metal load, and Bluetooth achieve short-distance wireless transmission of data respiration and convenient with a handheld PDA or Android smart phone terminal communication. This system realizes continuous real-time monitoring of the patient.

Cable fault source effectively impulse discharge signal measurement circuit design

Abstract:In the effective impulse discharge conditions, signal measurement circuit can quickly and accurately measure the acoustic signal which the sources of the problems emitted and remove the interference signal. Firstly, this paper briefly describes the effective impulse discharge, and then explains the choice of acoustic sensors and operating principle. Because the weak signal detection is affected by the strong interference conditions, this design has a high input impedance, low output impedance and low-noise preamplifier circuit. The Band-pass filter selects the useful signals and the interference signals can be filtered. Finally, the circuit uses AD8337 to achieve automatic gain control signal and obtain a stable, low-noise signal output.

Design of laser gyro signal high-speed demodulation filter based on FPGA

Abstract:The IEEE 32-bit single-precision floating point is realized in FPGA which is commonly used in DSP and computer. Through the modular design, correlative floating-point addition and multiplication operation are realized. Using internal logic unit, multiplier, ROM, RAM and other resources, through reliable timing design and the correct logic control, a filter is designed, which realizes the high speed and high accuracy filtering of the laser gyro output signal. This design make it easier to process follow-up data format of filtering result by DSP or a computer.

Design of rectifying circuit used in sensors wireless charging underground

Abstract:To solve the energy supply of wireless sensors underground, a novel microstrip rectifying circuit is proposed in this paper. Impedance matching is achieved by improved filters, this rectifier circuit has a simple structure, small size and high efficiency. Applying the ADS simulation tools at the frequency of 5.8 GHz, the load is 680 ?赘, the efficiency of the rectifier circuit is 77.9%. By testing, the input power is 16 dBm,the output voltage up to 4.4 V, conversion efficiency is 71.2%, it can be used in sensor wireless charging system.

The design and application of SAW RFID system based on DSP

Abstract:The RFID system of SAW tag is better than the RFID system of IC tag which is easily be subjected to environment interference. It can be used in the severe environment of high temperature, strong electromagnetic interference. The design scheme of the whole SAW RFID system is introduced, and the operating principle and design process of SAW tag and Zero-IF reader are explained in detail. The debugging and simulation verify the possibility of SAW RFID system based on DSP. This system has stable performance, good effect, high cost performance features, and better of applied value in many field such as mine safety monitoring.

A downlink interference avoidance algorithm for small cell in LTE-A HetNet

Abstract:This paper proposes an efficient interference avoidance algorithm to decrease the co-tier interference between small Cells. Firstly, according to the interference relationship between small cells, the algorithm divides them into clusters so as to decrease the complexity of algorithm and increase the system spectrum efficiency. Then, a regret value-based game algorithm is proposed to allocate spectrum for clusters. This can avoid co-tier interference between small cells though allocating different spectrums to interfered small cells. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve system performance efficiently.

Distributed MIMO CR system optimum by jointing precoding and power allocation

Abstract:In distributed MIMO CR system, secondary users′ information rates can reach equilibrium by constructing a non-cooperative game model of multi-user power allocation. However, it is difficult for each secondary user to achieve the ideal information rate owing to constraints by primary users and multi-user interference. In order to solve the above problem, a jointing precoding and power allocation algorithm is proposed, which optimizes the power allocation by setting precoding matrices at the transmitter of each secondary user. Simulation results show that the precoding method based on block diagonalization, effectively eliminates channel interference between users, and significantly improves secondary users′ information rates.

The design of P2P IPTV overlay network with load sharing

Abstract:In IPTV, when online viewership growth greatly, it will make the consumption of network bandwidth and server load greatly. This paper proposed an approach of the application layer of P2P to solve the IPTV load sharing problem, and used the Chord routing algorithm in P2P to speed up the construction and find the corresponding multicast agent node. Experimental results show that the Chord and application layer multicast agent can provide users with the quality of service,scalability and load sharing of P2P IPTV service.

Spectral efficiency analysis of cognitive link based on adaptive modulation

Abstract:The joint optimization of spectrum access and transmission strategy can greatly improve spectral efficiency. This paper presents a novel framework of changing the transmission parameters according to the dynamic access mode. Based on the hybrid access mode, this framework is modeled as an optimization problem in which the primary and secondary users adjust transmission parameters with the constraints of the average spectral efficiency of the primary link, the average transmission power of the cognitive link and average packet error rates of both links, to maximize the average spectral efficiency of the cognitive user. The numerical results show that the proposed hybrid mode is superior to the single access mode by means of the adaptive modulation and coding from the aspect of the average spectral efficiency of the cognitive link.

Research and design of a fail-safe communication system

Abstract:A fail-safe communication protocol is presented for fieldbus systems to guarantee the safety of industrial control systems confronting failures. A safety layer is proposed based on‘black-channel’ communication structure, in which secure measures including sequence number, CRC checksum, watchdog-timer, and SIL monitor are taken to detect corresponding communication errors. Experiment results show that error rate is reduced to an acceptable level and the SIL3 level requirement is met.

Research and realizing on multiple screens fusion technology

Abstract:File sharing between multiple screens fusion has problems with equipment interconnection and real-time transmission. First of all, this article focuses on each layer frame and technical specification of WiFi Display technology and RTP/RTCP protocol. Then the article analyses and implements WiFi Direct connection, screen mirror, the H.264 encoding module optimization and data transmission. By transferring the contents of the screen in real-time to the computer and TV via mobile phones, to meet the needs of multiple screens interaction between users.

Embedded wireless ECG monitoring system based on BMD101

Abstract:Design and implementation of an embedded real-time wireless ECG monitoring system based on BMD101 chip is proposed. The system is designed for special application requirements, such as easy portability, small size, light weight and low power consumption. User only by two fingers can realize the wireless ECG data collection and real-time display and ECG filtering of the anti-interference measures to effectively improve the accuracy of the ECG waveform.This paper focuses on the acquisition module, wireless design, extraction of BMD101 data packet and the anti-interference measures of hardware and software of ECG. The system is running stable and has good expansibility, which can meet the portable ECG monitor, exercise and training and entertainment needs.

Research on 3D automatic layout system based on CATIA

Abstract:A novel three-dimensional assembly layout method has been proposed in this article. At the flat roof of CATIA V5R20 SP7,with redevelopment program and pre-designed the wiring table and device table, three-dimensional layout can be accomplished automatically in the three-dimensional environment.The tedious and unintuitionistic of the current software has been overcome. It also makes layout and technology design closely, the correctness of the design process can be verify effectively.Experiments have been showed the effective of proposed method.

USB2.0 high speed interface design based on CY7C68013A

Abstract:In order to fully utilize the bandwidth of USB2.0 and solve the transmission bottleneck problem, a high-speed USB2.0 interface based on CY7C68013A is proposed in this paper. CY7C68013A runs at SLAVE FIFO mode,the chip’s CPU is not involved in the data transmission. The external control circuit is designed by FPGA which read and write the chip FIFO directly. The design effectively avoids wasting of time if the internal CPU participate in the data transmission, and increases the transmission speed.

Research on android technology based on Web service

Abstract:Between the client application and the server, the Web Service is used to implement communication. A complete Android application development process is presented. The server uses a Jave-based SSM structure, making use of the Web Service to implement access interface, and Android client uses Ksoap to call Web Service, and as a case study of grid management. The flexible information interaction between Android cliend and server is ultimately achieved.
