Abstract:The system level chips are the most important devices of high-end electronic system and the multi-core system on chips are the main architectures of system level chips. The multi-core system on chips are well developed by the researchers and engineers. Unfortunately,the evolution path of the multi-core system is too complex to understand because of different applications and researchers’ background. So,the history of the evolution path of the multi-core system is discussed and concluded in this paper. It would help the reader to understand the history and the future of multi-core system on chips.

Design of high-speed interface of motion controller based on the heterogeneous multi-core

Abstract:With the development of the embedded motion control system, the embedded controller based on heterogeneous multi-core will be one of the important development directions. In this paper, it firstly describes the effectiveness of heterogeneous multi-core controller, as well as the defects of existing controller in data communication interface. The heterogeneous processor“OMAPL138+FPGA” is the core of the motion controller in this design, OMAPL138 internal integrated ARM9 and DSP C6748 processor core. ARM9 has embedded Liunx operating system to enhance the coordination of multi-tasking controller. And DSP does not run the operating system to ensure real-time computing. This paper focuses on ARM and DSP, DSP and FPGA and the high-speed interface design and firmware design of the communication between controller and PC. Experiments show that the data exchange rate of the motion controller , the throughput and the stability are high, which provides reference for the high speed communication interface of heterogeneous multi - core controller.

Design and implementation of large FFT convolution on heterogeneous multicore programmable system

Abstract:Nowadays FFT convolution is widely applied to digital signal processing(DSP), and the past few years have witnessed the development of the heterogeneous multicore programmable system(HMPS). In addition, HMPS has been the mainstream in the field of DSP. So it is very important to study the high efficient implementation of large FFT convolution on the HMPS. In this paper, a high efficient pipelined overlap-add filter based on the overlap-add FFT convolution method is designed for the input streaming data. This paper introduces the implementation of large FFT convolution on the HMPS and achieves the high accuracy of filter result. Furthermore, a pipeline technology is adopted for the filter design to improve processing speed, throughout and parallelism of tasks. The Xilinx XC7V2000T FPGA verification result shows that the larger sampling points are involved in computing, the higher task parallelism, processing speed and throughout will be obtained. When the sample points reach 1M, the system average task parallelism is 5.33 with 2.745×106 clock cycles and the precision of 10-4.

Abstract:Power industry is an important industry related to national interest and people's livelihood, and the security of electric power monitoring system is related to the safety of power production. With the arrival of Industry 4.0, the security of electric power monitoring system is under unprecedented test. First, it describes the typical communication security problems in power monitoring system, second, it analyses the weakness of the current solution. At the end of this paper, we propose a new solution based on trusted network connection and industrial communication whitelisting.

Design of a high-input voltage regulator for LED drivers

Abstract:In LED driving chips, traditional high-voltage regulator, which uses buck DC-DC converter or cascade clamp of MOSFET to drop the high-input voltage to the power supply for internal low voltage modules is seriously affected by the high-voltage process and not easily integrated. In this paper, an improved high-voltage regulator was proposed. This regulator uses a current mirror composed by LDMOS to charge a RC circuit. The voltage on the capacitor is regulated by a linear regulator to provide a stable low voltage power supply. Therefore, the LED driving circuit can be integrated in a monolithic chip except the capacitor. This high-voltage regulator was simulated based on the HG 0.5 μm 700 V BCD process. The simulation result shows that the output voltage is 4.97 V under the condition of pulse high voltage for 0~311 V period. The output voltage fluctuation value is 0.116 V and the load regulation is 11.6 mV/mA in the load current of 0~10 mA. The temperature coefficient is 27.2 ppm/℃ within -40 ℃~130 ℃. The simulated results indicate that all parameters of this high-voltage regulator are validated.

Abstract:With in AXI Bus,there are many restrictions for the inter-core communication which lead to AXI Bus seem hardly to meet the growing performance requirement of multi-processor System-on-Chip.This paper presents a multi-layer AXI Bus which introduces crosspiont-queued structure to connect cores instead of traditional connection structure.Through modeling and simulation analysis by Simulink,the most optimum buffer lengths of crosspiont-queued can be confirmed. After times all round simulating for code of this design by VCS,result shows that the design can realize total function which an on-chip communication architecture should possess.

RF small-signal noise equivalent circuit modeling of 45 nm MOSFET

Abstract:RF equivalent circuit modeling and parameter extraction techniques for 45 nm MOSFET device are presented and verified. After accurately extracting the RF small-signal model parameters, on the basis of the noise correlation matrix of two-port networks and on the multiport noise theory, the noise sources in the intrinsic circuit embed all the components that contribute to the thermal RF noise, then RF noise parameters were analytically derived, which are compared to RF measurements of a commercial state-of-the-art 45 nm CMOS process, showing very good accuracy in corresponding frequency regime.

Design of fault-tolerant router for online FIFO fault detection on network-on-chip

Abstract:To meet the realtime fault-tolerant requirement of FIFO in the network-on-chip router, a method for online fault detection and fault tolerance of FIFO fault is proposed. Firstly, the function model and fault model for router FIFO are established; on the basis of this, a real-time testing algorithm for the fault of the FIFO in the network-on-chip router is put forward by using the test address generation method; then a FIFO redirection mechanism is proposed to tolerant FIFO faults. The experiment shows that the impact induced by test circuit can be down to a small range. The throughput and delay can be greatly improved with fault injected.

The temperature field distribution analysis of IGBT module in the interconnected system

Abstract:Temperature affects the reliability of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) module. The traditional power electric coupling simulation model can only be measured IGBT module offline cases a junction temperature, can’t get the actual working conditions temperature field distribution on the surface of the chip. In this paper, on the basis of the traditional power cycling test simulation considering the voltage in the process of IGBT turn-off graded, the voltage as the load by using numerical simulation software ANSYS thermal analysis environment module temperature field distribution of achieved by finite element analysis method, analyzes the temperature field distribution characteristics of known high temperature area in all round the edge of the active region. The above analysis to study the reliability of the IGBT module and the module of online monitoring has certain guiding significance.

Design of NCO based on improved CORDIC algorithm

Abstract:Numerically Controlled Oscillator(NCO) has been widely applied in many fields,including digital signal processing and software defined radio. NCO based on the conventional CORDIC has disadvantages of low operation frequency, low precision, and high consumption of resources. To solve these problems, a design of NCO is presented in this paper by improving the conventional CORDIC, the phase and amplitude of a one-to-one corespondence is realized, extends the convergence range to the entire circumference, and the sine and cosine waveforms are completely orthogonal. The simulation results showed that the design has advantages of high speed, low resource usage and simple structure, the maximum clock frequency is 114.3% higher than the NCO which is based on the traditional CORDIC algorithm, and the accuracy is improved to 10-5~10-6.

Self-restorable design of low voltage protector based on fast RMS algorithm

Abstract:This article presents an improved design of mechanical low-voltage protector with self-restorable function. Through sampling the input voltage in a same monotone interval, calculating current effective values quickly by reformed derivative algorithm and judging with the threshold value, the device uses inner motor to drive gear groups to switch the mechanical protector, besides, when the voltage fault is removed, the device restores the protector in ON state automatically. The article, firstly, introduces the principle, structure and circuit design of self-restorable protector, then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of fast root mean square(RMS) algorithm and gives some improved method. Finally, experiments compare the data comprehensively under different voltage and analysis in reliability & effectiveness of break protection and recovery function.

Abstract:To solve the problems of great difficulty and long cycle in wireless sensor network (WSN) application development, through analyzing causes of these problems and present situation of WSN application development technology deeply, according to software engineering thought and the basic theory of component, a four-layer architecture development platform model was presented. According to the model, the paper designed a KW01-ZigBee-based WSN application development platform which had a clear architecture,rich external interface and complete hardware and software components. The design of development board,hardware and software components and the engineering framework were discussed in detail. The example engineering and its test result showed that the platform was correct, practical and easy to use, could reduce technical difficulty of development and improve development efficiency.

Research on frequency tracking system of wide-band ultrasonic power supply based on FPGA

Abstract:For conventional ultrasonic power supply,there exists problems of driving and locking of different frequency transducer,and the problems of wide-band phase locking loop and frequency automatic tracking,a new type of wide-band ultrasonic power supply with frequency automatic searching and tracking,dynamic matching different ultrasonic transducers has been developed based on Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA).According to the impedance characteristics of the transducer,a new method with dynamic step has been designed to search the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic transducer and then the master processor real-time adjusts the output frequency,locks the system at resonance state according to the phase of voltage and current from the feedback circuit.The experimental result shows that the design of the wide-band ultrasonic power supply has the advantages of quick frequency searching and accurate frequency tracking,and it also improves the adaptability of dynamic matching of different transducers.

Focusing on the wearable devices based on MSP430 MCU,though studying how the program start inside the chip and then referencing the step of how BIOS load system on computer,this paper diveded the Flash into different spaces,one for BIOS,and the other two were simulated to C drive and CD-ROM.At last,it released a scheme for online update.

Abstract:In order to solve the demand problem of digital IO application of slave station in current EtherCAT communication network , this paper proposes the easy-realizable industrial digital IO expansion plan based on the embedded EtherCAT slave station which realizes the integration of microprocessor and ESC, and explains the design process of relevant software and hardware in detail. The experimental result shows that this combined system of slave station and digital IO expansion module can realize the real-time collection and output of multiple digital signals and achieve the expectant design requirements.This design is worthy of reference for application development based on EtherCAT slave station.

Design and implementation of home assistant robot system based on Kinect

Abstract:In order to make the elderly, patients and children get better care, a home assistant robot system based on Kinect is designed. Single server multi clients model is used to design the system, the clients Kinect and App are connected to the server. The assistant robot is designed and the IP camera is used as the head ,the steering joint structure is used as the arm and the wheels are used as the leg of the robot. Applying the improved Kinect motion recognition algorithm,the function of motion-control is achieved. The medication bottles and cups can be taken to the elderly and patient by the robot. The APP is designed to realize the function of remote monitoring and video cheat with the elderly and patients.

Abstract:In view of the increasing demand for smart thermometer, the Bluetooth smart communication system is designed combining with the most popular Android smart terminal and Bluetooth low power communication technology, which is in order to realize temperature data real-time transmission and display. The system utilizes cc2541 chip which based on BLE technology, and utilizes MF52A2 thermistor temperature sensor for temperature collection and Bluetooth module within the cc2541 chip to collect the data and then send the data to the Android App end in a wireless method. Through the system performance testing, the results show the system runs stably with good real time and high quality ,which can satisfy the real-time monitoring of device temperature.

Research of improved indoor WiFi localization algorithm based on Android platform

Abstract:This article designed and implemented the WiFi indoor positioning system on the Android mobile phone platform. The system uses fingerprint positioning algorithm,collects indoor WiFi information through the mobile phone and establishes the database. When a user sends a location request, mobile phone will scan the WiFi information,send them to the database,and do location based on matching algorithm. The positioning accuracy is improved by weighting to the collected data. In advance,the data in database is processed. It reduces the amount of computation, and at the same time removes the interference of the signal strength of the smaller. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of the system is greatly increased compared with the traditional algorithm.

Study of the control system of multi-functional air purifier based on STM32

Abstract:For indoor air purifiers,which were paid more and more attention,this paper developed an air purifier control system based on STM32. The control system realized a set of functions,including eight common polluted gas detection,temperature & humidity detection,key operation,infrared detection,fan driving,UV disinfection,negative oxygen ions purification and LCD display. The comprehensive pollution index was applied to evaluate indoor air quality for the first time and multiple low-decibel fans were used for low noise and high winds. The control system has advantages of good stability, simple operation and can be cut and packaged based on demand functions, which is mainly applied in air purifiers for house places such as bedroom, kitchen, drawing room and so on.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of traditional shoe single function and easy mold rot and so on, a kind of intelligent shoe cabinet system based on the Internet of Things is designed. The intelligent control system has been realized by using the STM32 microcontroller embedded with intelligent control algorithm. The partition processing method is used and dampness devices are installed in the shoe cabinet. The use of sensors installed, with sterilization deodorant and dampness mold function module of the shoe, deals with the humid air inside the shoes and shoes smell. The use of Internet of Things technology, combined with the cloud server and client,can achieve real-time viewing shoe information, remote intelligent control and other functions. Experiments show that the system can effectively remove the smell of shoes, prevent mildew and keep the shoe fresh air.

Research on temperature monitoring system for distribution network equipment based on RFID sensor

Abstract:The temperature measurement of the key points of the charging equipment in the distribution network system, especially the fully enclosed equipment has been the difficulty in the operation of the power equipment inspection. Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional temperature monitoring, this paper proposes a passive wireless temperature monitoring system based on radio frequency technology. This article mainly expounds the key technologies of the monitoring system and the implementation scheme of the switchgear, and discusses the feasibility of the system through experiments. The system can not only on-line monitoring the electric equipment’s temperature of each key point, but also make a temperature measurement network, realize the unified monitoring and management, and solve the problem of the difficult to measure the key points of charging equipment.

The research of spectrum allocation strategy for cognitive radio network based on graph coloring theory

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of dynamic spectrum allocation in cognitive radio network, the spectrum allocation model for cognitive radio network was analyzed and put forward by using the graph coloring theory. Then based on the Maximal Independent Set algorithm(MIS), the integrated allocation weight was introduced in this paper. According to the weight, a dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm based on the channel benefit was proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance in utilization and fairness of spectrum allocation compared to MIS and Greedy algorithm.

Research on resource allocation for enhancing access rate in dense D2D networks

Abstract:Introducing the D2D communication into cellular network can increase the system throughput, improve the utilization of resources and reduce the power consumption of the terminal. Traditional resource allocation algorithm only solve the problem of resource allocation in sparse D2D network. How to use the limited spectrum resources to access the all devices into network is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper presents a high access rate of the resource allocation algorithm, selecting the optimal D2D link access to meet the access conditions for each channel in the cell under the control of the base station. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively increase the access rate of the D2D link in the hybrid network, and effectively increase the multiplexing gain of each cellular channel.

Popularity and betweenness based caching scheme in CCN

Abstract:With the increasing of networking traffic, the current IP network could not satisfy the requirement of users. CCN becomes a hot research in future networking, its notable feature is caching everywhere. It is important to design an efficient caching mechanism. For helping relieve some existing problem in caching mechanism, a popularity and betweenness based caching scheme is put forward. While the number of requests meet the income standard, matching content popularity and importance of node, finally, the caching nodes is found. The simulation results show that the node hit rate is increased and the average hops of obtaining content is cut down.

Improved frequency synchronization method for OFDM systems based on training sequence

Abstract:In this paper, a new training sequence is designed and an improved frequency synchronization method is proposed for OFDM systems, aim to overcome the low synchronization precision and the small estimation range. The proposed method is based on training sequence to estimate, and the corresponding carrier frequency offset(CFO) estimation function is presented. After accurate timing synchronization, the fractional frequency offset(FFO) can be obtained by using the new metric function, according to the conjugate characteristic of the training sequence structure in the time domain. And the integer frequency offset(IFO) can be estimated by the cyclic shift of the training sequence of the received signal in the frequency domain. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the mean square error(MSE) of the frequency offset estimation is relatively low, and the range of fractional frequency offset estimation is expanded, the correct detection probability of the integer frequency offset is higher than other methods.

Abstract:The Software Defined Networking(SDN) approach decoupled control and forwarding planes in the traditional network architecture. It connected all the forwarding devices to a logically centralized controller. To avoid single failure introduced by the expansion of network scale, distributed control architecture was going to be a new tendency in the deployment of OpenFlow WANs. The controller placement problem was one of the critical problems in SDN design. This paper proposed a controller placement scheme based on the connectivity of control path to maximize the reliability of controller placement in SDN, and used three different algorithms to contrast the performance. Simulation results show the scheme can enhance the reliability of SDN controller deployment within delay constraint.

Ultrasound image segmentation algorithm for thyroid nodules

Abstract:As ultrasound images have the characteristics of large noise, low contrast and uneven gray, the segmentation algorithm combing improved local image fitting(LIF) model and Chan Vese(CV) model is proposed in this paper. The traditional LIF model is easy to fall into local minimum during evolution process. In order to avoid the local optimal problem during evolution, this paper introduces global gradient energy information. Combining the advantages of global segmentation of CV model that it is not sensitive to the initial position,the proposed model can not only segment the images with non-uniform gray distribution, but also weaken the sensitivity of the active contour to the initial position. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can overcome the influence of noise and realize the segmentation of the uneven gray images.

Abstract:In order to strengthen the centralized management of testing resources and combined with the actual ATF topological mapping, there have been a number of methods for realizing automatic topological mapping of intelligent Cloud test platform which based on features of intelligent Cloud test platform. The method is based on ATF framework, which has been analyzed the logical structure of the core algorithm of automatic topology mapping in detail, so that we can optimize the size of the solution space of the candidate device and the connection mapping of each candidate device constantly. The carry table and the sorting of logical device are used to abtain the sorting methods for device groups. And there is no doult contributing to get the new methods for automatic topology mapping. The extension and confidentiality of topology mapping algorithm are verified in the actual intelligent Cloud test environment. Not only that, the efficiency of discovery, accuracy and effectiveness has been greatly improved.

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of Internet technology continuously, the network public opinion monitor system has been widely used. The amount data of Network public opinion monitoring system has been rapidly expanding, resulting in how to efficiently store and manage the vast amounts of unstructured or semi-structured data become challenge subject in network public opinion system research and development. Traditional relational database and distributed computing and data processing have been becoming more and more not suitable to the increasing network data. This paper establishs a multi-layer architecture based on Hadoop storage platform of Weibo public opinion application according to the characteristics of Weibo data, and uses column database to design a variety of the table structure of Weibo structured data, and the model of the relationships between tables. Test result shows that the designed storage management platform has the charactistics of the rapid reaction rate of retrieve and good scalability, etc.

“Internet +” intelligent access control system

Abstract:The system embedded into the Android Service components could automatically implement the link between Bluetooth 4.0(Bluetooth Low Electric,BLE) and Android smart-phones background programs. And on this basis,it designed with multiple intelligent control lock functions including voice controller to unlock function, shake to unlock function, and proximity sensor unlock function based on iBeacon. Especially, proximity sensor unlock automatically authenticated the user information instead of operating manually, and realized controlling to intelligent access control system. And the system made use of WiFi technology and completed the communication among the mobile phone, the door controller and the server, which made it possible to feedback system status real time and improve indoor security through users checking information by the phone. Finally, the results of experiments show the system is intelligent, convenient and security. In consequence, the system has wide range of application in intelligent home areas.

Abstract:The traditional proportional integral control single-phase grid connected inverter has the problem of steady-state amplitude and phase error, and the harmonic component is larger. Based on this, the injection characteristics of proportional complex integral(PCI) control method with zero steady-state error and low harmonic, complex link is realized by all pass filter, in the single-phase grid connected inverter system, no need of constructing virtual three-phase coordinate and dq coordinate system, which simplifies the structure of control system. With Simulink under the same conditions of PI and PCI control simulation analysis, the PI control of single-phase inverter output current thd value is 0.83%, and PCI control thd value is 0.46%, if we add multiple PCI control can be reduced to 0.25%. Therefore, the simulation results show that the single-phase grid connected inverter with PCI control has good steady-state performance and the suppression of the grid connected current harmonics.

Simulation and design of coil′s parameter in wireless charge system for EV

Abstract:Magnetically-coupled resonant wireless power transmission(MCR-WPT) technology has the advantage of mid-range, high-power and high efficiency, which makes it more suitable for electric vehicle(EV) wireless charge. The coil works as a core in this technology, whose proper parameters′ design could effectively enhance output power and transmission efficiency. Firstly, the operation principle of MCR-WPT is introduced and theoretical model is built based on equivalent circuit theory. Subsequently,the application of this technology in EV is described.Based on theoretical analysis, the relationships between coil′s parameters and transmission properties are investigated through MATLAB.We can extract a conclusion that there are optimal turns and average radius which make the output power and efficiency maximal. Besides the coil′s parameters adjusted to EV′ wireless charge are devised.The designed system could achieve that the power is 1.60 kilowatt and the efficiency is 96 percent approximately when the transmission distance is 0.3 meter. Then the feasibility of designed parameters are verified with the help of Pspice.

A novel method of dynamic power management for supporting external device control

Abstract:In order to reduce the power consumption of a MCU system, and to save the hardware resources, a novel method of dynamic power management is proposed. The dynamic power management method supports not only the software but also the external device to manage the power domain of the MCU system; according to the actual application scenario, the external device can power on or off the power domain of the MCU system through the communication circuit in real time; the communication IO port of the communication circuit is reused with the external wake-up IO port. Experimental results show that, compared with the traditional method of clock gating, the method of dynamic power management has a significant effect on reducing the static power consumption of a general MCU driving motor: during the pulse width modulation(PWM) module in stable operation and standby state, the total static power consumption of the MCU system is reduced by 27.43% and 98.18% respectively. The dynamic power management effectively reduces the power consumption of MCU, saves the hardware resources, and improves the flexibility and efficiency of the control of power domain in MCU.

Abstract:It is proposed to design a good dynamic response and adjustable frequency AC and DC superposition power supply, in order to prepare metal oxide nanoparticles with electrochemical corrosion method. The maximum peak voltage output of the power supply is 30 V, the maximum current allowed to flow through is 10 A, and square wave frequency is 35-101 Hz. The circuit of power supply includes an auxiliary power supply circuit, a square wave generating circuit and the DC superposition circuit. In this paper, the author designs the main circuit topology, analyzes the circuit principle, elaborates its frequency control method and produces the results of voltage and frequency modulation. This power supply is applied to electrodeposition and electrochemical corrosion test which achieved effective results and obtained the size of 30 nm of Fe3O4 particles. It is proved that the power supply is possessed of the merits of fast dynamic response, adjustable frequency and high stability in electrochemical corrosion experiment of metal oxide nanoparticles preparation.

Abstract:Harmonic Current Detection is one of the key link of active power filter. The principal premise of ensuring correct detection of harmonic current is locking the network voltage frequency accurately by using phase-locked loops. The thesis studied in detail the various SPLL theories that applied to the link of harmonic detection and their advantages and disadvantages on the basis of instantaneous reactive power ip-iq harmonic current detecting method, upon which improvement has been made in the aspect of three-phrase software phrase-locked loop of DSC module. Simulation and experimental result suggest that the new pattern of three-phrase SPLL method implements simple, operates fast, and can lock phase information accurately.
