Review of complex methods for state of charge estimation of power battery

Abstract:State of charge(SOC) is an important parameter of battery management system. Estimating power battery SOC accurately is the key technology to promote the development of electric vehicle. Because the working environment of the power battery is complicated and changeable, it is difficult for the traditional method to estimate SOC accurately. Firstly, the influencing factors of SOC estimation are analyzed, and then reviews the complex methods with continuous improvement, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared. Finally, summarizes the complex methods of SOC estimation of power battery and puts forward the prospects.

Design of a high-performance and dynamic reconfigurable SPI IP core with master and slave mode

Abstract:To meet the flexible configuration requirements of serial peripheral interface(SPI) in the System-on-a-Chip(SoC), the SPI IP core which can be configured as a master or slave with four date transfer modes and seven clock transmission rates is designed. The SPI IP core through the state machine controls the port direction of data transmission module, which solves the problem of the opposite direction of data transmission in master and slave mode. The SPI IP core also multiplexes the shift register to reduce logic resource consumption. The clock frequency division module is designed to realize the data exchange with different transmission rates. In order to facilitate the operation of the SPI IP core, the ports including cpol and cpha that can configure the data transfer modes are designed. The results show that the SPI IP core is in good agreement with the SPI bus protocol. In addition, the circuit scale contains 1 062 logic gates under the 0.13 μm technology and the power consumption is 0.395 7 mW at a system operating frequency of 80 MHz.

A 24 GHz up-converter mixer design with balun circuit

Abstract:Based on the structure of Gilbert,a 24 GHz up-conversion mixer was designed with three-piece balun circuit on-chip. Using the gm/I method to coordinate the transistor size to obtain better conversion gain, isolation degree and circuit dissipation power. The circuit implementation is adopted by the xiamen san-0.5 μm PHEMT process, 5 V voltage power supply, and the conversion gain is 9 dBm when this LO power is 0 dBm. When work at 24 GHz band, 1 dB compressed point is -20 dBm, the maximum output power of the mixer is -10 dBm, RF output port and the LO port isolation degree is more than 32 dB, the whole circuit DC power consumption of 40 MW,chip area is 1 mm ×1.3 mm.

Σ-Δ modulation analysis & optimization in fractional-N frequency synthesizer

Abstract:Analyzed the impaction of Σ-Δ modulation on Σ-Δ frequency synthesizer′s phase noise and spurs, and optimized Σ-Δ modulator to improve the performance of Σ-Δ frequency synthesizer. The Σ-Δ modulator′s order, working frequency, quantization bits, and the bandwidth of frequency synthesizer were analyzed, and builded up mathematical model which were verified by MATLAB. The results showed that 2nd order Σ-Δ modulator’s with pre-emphasized zeros and injecting low level white noise can work well for Σ-Δ frequency synthesizer. At the same time, high bandwidth Σ-Δ frequency synthesizer can be obtained by rising Σ-Δ modulator′s working frequency.

Verification of baseband RF interface circuit based on UVM

Abstract:This paper based on the efficiency of UVM verification methodology,and combined with the characteristics of UVM reusability.In order to verify the function of baseband RF interface circuit,it need build hierarchical modular verification platform.The verification analysis show that baseband RF interface hardware circuit framework can be transplanted to UVM environment,which not only code coverage and functional coverage can be increased,but also the efficiency of verification can be substantially improved. At the same time,the hardware RTL is constrained by DC,which the area of receiving path of RF interface circuit is 0.3 mm2 and power consumption is 39 mW can be obtained. The area of transmission path of RF interface circuit is 0.5 mm2 and power consumption is 58 mW can be obtained.

FPGA implementation of a direct digital frequency synthesizer based on piecewise polynomial approximation

Abstract:A design of direct digital frequency synthesizer(DDFS) is proposed in this paper.Piecewise polynomial approximation algorithm is used to replace the look-up table,which leads to a phase to cosine amplitude mapper.The polynomial expression chosen by minimum-mead square error is used to achieve the maximum spurious free dynamic range(SFDR),about 94.98 dBc. A DDFS of 14 bit input phase to amplitude mapper is developed in FPGA and an optimized digital system is designed to implement the method.It is shown that digitized amplitude error is smaller than 2.6×10-4 and promising result of 93 dBc SFDR,which is much closer to theoretical upper bound .This study also provide a new method about scaling signal source for next generation induction magnetometer.

Design of SRAM with CNFET based on ternary literal circuit

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the literal circuit and ternary memorizer, a ternary SRAM design method is proposed, which integrates with literal circuit and the CNFET. Firstly, the literal circuit is designed by literal circuit truth table and switch-signal theory. According to literal circuit, the ternary SRAM cell is achieved. Moreover, the technique of transmission gate control feedback loop is used to reduce dynamic power during write operation. The experiment result shows that the proposed circuit has proper functionality. Comparing with cross-coupling structure SRAM, the designed circuit improves about 49.2% in writing speed.

Design of analog front-end for multi-channel dual-band high frequency radar receiver

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of the hybrid sky-surface network for radar receiver, the design of analog front-end for dual-band multi-channel digital radar receiver based on software radio idea is proposed and implemented. The design takes an analog-to-digital conversion chip as the core, which achieves the amplification and sampling of 8-channel dual-band receive signals , ensures the consistency of the channel gain, and simplifies the circuit when keeping the flexibility. Finally, through the system simulation and field test of the receiver, the correctness of the design is proved, and it can meet the practical application requirements.

Design of leakage monitoring system for photovoltaic power station based on power line communication

Abstract:The fault of insulation leakage of distributed photovoltaic power station is always the technical difficulty of photovoltaic power station. Especially in every link from the photovoltaic cell array to the grid-connected inverter, the wiring is complicated and the environment is bad.In view of the disadvantages of traditional monitoring technology, a distributed leakage monitoring system based on power line communication is proposed. The system combines the power line communication technology with the sensor technology. The design and optimization of the hardware and software of the acquisition node and the central monitoring terminal are completed.The data collection and transmission of collecting point leakage current are realized. The system is tested with different temperature conditions.Through experimental verification, the reliability of the system is above 97%, which can effectively monitor the leakage of distributed photovoltaic power station.

Research and implementation of high precision indoor positioning technology for GPS pseudo satellite

Abstract:In order to achieve high-precision indoor positioning and overcome the limitations of GPS navigation system indoor or other complex environments, a high-precision indoor positioning scheme based on pseudo satellite is proposed. FPGA+DSP are used as the core processor, and high-speed A/D conversion circuit and up and down converter circuit are integrated. The design and implementation of pseudo satellite signal clock synchronization method and near-far effect elimination are introduced in detail. Through the system test, the results show that the indoor static positioning accuracy and dynamic positioning accuracy are both within 3 cm, and the high-precision indoor positioning is realized. The implementation of this scheme is of great significance for indoor and outdoor seamless positioning.

Research and FPGA implementation of spectrum sensing algorithm based on fractional lower order covariance spectrum

Abstract:α stable distribution model is used to describe the non-Gaussian noise of the cognitive communication system based on the theoretical study of the spectrum sensing problem of the primary user in the case of non-Gaussian noise. A perceptual method based on fractional lower order covariance is given. Fractional lower order covariance spectrum is used to estimate the primary user signals under α stable distributed noise, which solves the problem of failure of the traditional power spectrum estimation performance under non-Gaussian noise. On the basis of the characteristics of the FPGA, the algorithm is further optimized, and the sensing system based on the algorithm is designed and implemented on the FPGA. The system uses FPGA to generate QPSK signal with center frequency of 25 MHz, bandwidth of 12.5 MHz and α stable distributed noise with characteristic index of 1 as the primary user signal. The corresponding digital signal processing module is designed and verified in this system. The sensing method based on the fractional lower order covariance can effectively detect the presence of the primary signal from the α stable distributed noise. The system is stable and portable, and it is suitable for different primary user spectrum detection schemes to be implemented and verified on this system.

Design and testing method of imaging system based on FMCW circular scanning SAR

Abstract:In order to achieve high resolution imaging with different distances, a target range direction detection system is designed and tested under the frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW) circular scanning synthetic aperture radar(SAR) system. The system is realized by analog front end and FPGA, and various working modes are designed to realize three detecting ranges and corresponding resolutions in the near, middle and far distance. Through MATLAB the RF front-end de-chirped signals are simulated, loaded into the FPGA digital down conversion processing, and emulated to get output spectrum. Closed-loop board level measurement is carried out, and the feasibility of the target range direction imaging system is verified based on FMCW circular scanning SAR.

Abstract:In order to achieve home intelligence, this paper introduces an interactive system of intelligent cloud home based on CC3200 Wi-Fi microcontroller unit(MCU), WeChat official account and Ali cloud server. Users can not only control household equipment by WeChat official account remotely,but also get the status of sensors. The paper provides an overall design scheme and introduces the hardware component of system. It also gives the software design of CC3200 MCU, WeChat official account and Ali cloud server. Experiments results show that the proposed system runs steadily, has better user experiences,and has high application value.

Fault detection method based on SVD and WPD

Abstract:A fault detection method based on singular value decomposition(SVD) and wavelet packet decomposition(WPD) is designed. The basis principle of this method is the difference of energy distribution of the vibration signals in the frequency domain when the machine works in the normal mode and the failure mode. Firstly, the signal is de-noised by SVD. Secondly, the signal samples are decomposed by using the wavelet packet, and then the wavelet packet coefficients are reconstructed and the energy of different layers is extracted. The energy extracted from different frequency domain is taken as a feature vector, and it will be the input sample of the support vector machine(SVM). Finally, the correctness and feasibility of SVM are proved through practical examples. The results of experiment show that the method based on SVD and WPD can identify the faults of the vacuum pump well.

Application of repetitive control and adaptive PI controller in APF

Abstract:In order to solve a series of problems caused by harmonics in power system effectively, an active power filter(APF) based on PI and repetitive control is designed. This controller combines the advantages of fast tracking speed of PI algorithm and high precision of repetitive control algorithm. But in practical application, it is found that the tracking effect is not ideal when the network load changes, that is, the system parameters are changing. Therefore, adaptive PI is proposed to further improve the tracking speed and accuracy, and the effect is obvious. The system harmonic distortion rate has descreased nearly 30%.

A track-before-detect algorithm based on dynamic programming for maneuvering target detection

Abstract:Due to traditional dynamic programming approach is only suitable for constant velocity motion target or slow maneuvering target,an algorithm using interacting multiple model(IMM) filter incorporated with track-before-detect approach is proposed for maneuvering target detection and tracking. The algorithm is applied to short-range millimeter rader detection. According to the actual movement characteristics of target, constant acceleration motion model, constant turn motion model and constant velocity motion model are established. The transition and prediction between the motion models are also taken into account based on dynamic programming algorithm, so as to avoid the problem of poor tracking effect caused by model mismatch. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional detection algorithm, the proposed algorithm can detect and track maneuvering targets more effectively, which is beneficial to engineering applications.

Indoor location research based on AP layout optimization and K-means clustering algorithm

Abstract:The traditional clustering algorithm passively depends on the number of Access Points(AP) deployed on indoor positioning environment,which leads to low efficiency and high positioning error. The layout of AP is a key factor which affects the positioning accuracy of indoor location fingerprint positioning. So a sensor network is built in this paper, which consists of the Intel chips embedded micro-system and the SA44B measuring receivers produced by Signal Hound US. Firstly, the objective function of indoor positioning is established on the basis of the wave path loss theory. Next, the simulated annealing algorithm and the simplex fusion algorithm are used to optimize the objective function, and then the most reasonable layout of AP indoor location is achieved. Finally, the optimized AP position coordinates as the initial cluster centers that are modified by the K-means clustering algorithm,to improve the positioning efficiency and the precision of the system. The traditional K-means algorithm is used as the comparison object in the paper. The experimental results show that the precision of the clustering localization algorithm after the AP location optimization is improved by 13.8%.

GCC-PHAT time difference estimation algorithm based on binary frequency weight with suppressing wind noise

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that GCC-PHAT algorithm is sensitive to additive noise and the weighted GCC-PHAT algorithm based on prior SNR can′t eliminate the jamming of non-stationary noise——wind noise, an improved GCC-PHAT algorithm is presented.The improved algorithm utilizes the binary frequency weight calculated by magnitude of coherence and correlation in signal adjacent frames to eliminate frequency component disturbed by wind noise. Meanwhile, computational load of the algorithm would be modulated with voice activity according to binary weight. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively suppress wind noise and significantly improve computational load.

Abstract:In view of the limited of the space, the weight of the carrier and the power consumption of the missile, this paper designed a data recorder system with high reliability, low power consumption and small size. The system could receive video data of scene and then realize hardware compressed storage in H.264 format. At the same time, it can also record the flight status data of the missile in real time and store the data in high-speed and large-capacity SD card, which is easy to read back and process the collected data.

Detection of active eavesdropper in large scale planar arrays

Abstract:Physical layer security(PLS) is efficient in providing security for wireless communications and in relaxing the complexity of the required cryptographic technologies. A PLS method, i.e. detection of active eavesdropper, using large scale planar arrays is proposed in this paper. The system is assumed to be time division duplex and the channels are of Rician distribution. The proposed method can effectively detect the active eavesdropper by assuming that the K-factor of the channel and the noise variance of the base station are known. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed method is improved as the number of the antennas or the value of the K-factor is increasing. In addition, the performance of the proposed method is independent of the angle of the users.

Research for an algorithm of UAV three-dimensional path planning

Abstract:Aiming at the basic artificial bee colony algorithm in the optimization process of the three-dimensional path planning for the unmanned aerial vehicles, the algorithm can be trapped in local optimum. And the rate of convergence or efficiency of the path planning would be reduced at the last stage. To overcome above problem, an improved ABC algorithm has been proposed in this paper. Firstly, with the model of planning space consisting of longitude, latitude and altitude information and terrain established, the cost value of the path planning has been obtained. Then, an adaptive search strategy is introduced to increase the speed of convergence. A new probability of selection strategy is introduced to keep the diversity of the population. And a chaotic sequence with Logistic map is adopted to iporove its robustness. Finally, the effectiveness of the improved algorithm has been verified through the three-dimensional path planning simulation and the local newly planning for the emergent threats. All the results show that the proposed algorithm has improved the global optimizing ability, and has a great advantage of convergence property and robustness compared with the genetic algorithm or traditional ABC algorithm. And the proposed algorithm is fit for solving path planning.

Real-time attacks blind detection and analysis algorithm of mobile internet network

Abstract:Attack detection algorithms of large scale mobile internet network need the prior information of attack behaviors or supervised learning to attack behaviors, so these algorithms is not real time and applicable, a real-time attacks blind detection and analysis algorithm of mobile internet network is proposed to handle that problems. Firstly, the largest eigenvalues for all time frames are extracted, the attack behaviors of each time frame are detected by analysis combined largest eigenvalues with model order. Then, the types of detections are analyzed by eigenvalues analysis technique, and the variations details of the eigenvalues are identified. Lastly, similarity analysis schema are designed to analyze the detail information, such as port count and time. Simulation results based on the real experiment and public network traffic dataset show that the proposed algorithm realizes a good attack detection accuracy.

Abstract:Vehicular Ad-Hoc networks(VANET) face with the requirements of high data rate and reliability. A clustering method based on stability was proposed to effectively increase communication time and reliability. Based on that, relay selection of data distribution in the vehicle cluster under the condition of limited power was studied. A relay selection method based on power pre-allocation is proposed. In this method, HDAF forwarding protocol is adopted in collaborative vehicles in cluster. Power allocation for source nodes and the potential relay nodes is done before real relay selection. Comparing the equivalent channel gain containing the power allocation factors to select the optimal relay nodes set,the numerical results show that the clustering method based on cluster stability has higher stability than the clustering method based on geographical location. At the same time, the proposed relay selection method has lower outage probability than traditional single relay amplify forward(SAF) and all relays amplify forward(AAF) under the same conditions.

A spectrum sensing algorithm based on fourth-order cyclic polyspectrum

Abstract:At present, most spectrum sensing algorithms based on energy detector and cyclic spectral density detector can only achieve well performance in the stationary noise, but fail to apply in the non-stationary noise environment. To remove enormous effect of non-stationary noise in spectrum sensing, this paper utilizes the fourth-order cyclic polyspectrum(FOCP) to inhibit non-stationary noise, proposes a spectrum sensing algorithm based on the FOCP. The algorithm first applies to the cumulant slice method to compute of FOCP. Then, the sum value of the magnitude square of the simplified FOCP(SS-FOCP) is used to sense the intercept signal of cognitive user. Finally, it calculates the crest factor to judge the presence or not of the primary user signal. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has higher detection probability and better performance than traditional algorithms in non-stationary noise environment.

Abstract:Radio Environment Map(REM) provides accurate or comprehensive information support to dynamic spectrum access of cognitive radio networks. Practically, the sample size always fails to reach the application requirements due to the limitation of environments, devices or human factors in the measurement of field data. Hence, research on the technique of Spatial Interpolation, which can expand the discrete data into surface data, is great of application value. Comparing to the traditional MSM algorithm, this paper presents the RMSM algorithm, which is improved by modifying the weights, flexibly using the local data features, and efficiently neighbor searching. Experiments are conducted in a 15 m×20 m area,showing the obvious improvement of RMSM algorithm which reduces its error by 1.96 dB and enhances the robustness by 55.37%.

Abstract:This paper designs an efficient power allocation strategy for multiple energy harvesting(EH)-based D2D communication links reusing the same spectrum resource with one cellular user(CU). Based on this, a sum transmission rate maximization problem for EH-based D2D communication is formulated while maintaining a given transmission rate requirement for both CU and EH-based D2D links. Despite the non-convex property of the optimization problem, a two-step convex approximation(TSCA) algorithm is proposed which can obtain a tight low-bound solution. Finally, numerical simulation results indicate the performance of TSCA in aspects of transmission rate of D2D communication.

Abstract:The least squares twin support vector machine(LSTSVM) is used for emotion recognition. The penalty coefficients,and kernel function parameter of LSTSVM model are difficult to determine, so the modified firefly algorithm(MFA) is used to select the best parameters of the LSTSVM to achieve optimal performance. Based on four modal of physiological signals, which are EEG, skin electrical, electromyography and respiratory signal, the proposed algorithm is used for emotion recognition, and comparisons are made with standard LSTSVM and particle swarm optimization LSTSVM algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed MFA-LSTSVM algorithm has higher accuracy and shorter training time.

Abstract:According to the existing Retinex algorithm can not automatically adjust the parameters, an adaptive bilateral filter Retinex algorithm based on parameter estimation was proposed. Firstly, the principal component analysis and the Canny edge detection algorithm are used to estimate the noise and edge intensity. Then the spatial geometric standard deviation parameter and the luminance standard deviation parameter of the bilateral filter are calculated by linear correlation calculation. And the bilateral filter of the parameter estimation is used to decompose the image and the reflected image. Finally, the illumination image and the reflected image are compressed and enhanced in different ways and a new image is synthesized. The experimental results show that the algorithm can not only automatically set the parameters, but also effectively inhibit the halo phenomenon.

Abstract:The electrical signal of the arm muscles is a small muscle current signal recorded during the arm movement. Because the signal can be non-invasive and highly imitative, it has been widely used in the field of artificial intelligence in terms of artificial limb. This paper mainly focuses on the application of wavelet threshold denoising algorithm in arm EMG signal detection. Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional threshold denoising algorithm of discrete points and big error, it introduces non-linear function transition,and uses the control coefficient to improve threshold denoising algorithm. The using of three method on the same noisy signal information simulation experiments shows that the algorithm is used to denoise the acquired single arm EMG signal, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional dry threshold algorithm and effectively removing the interference signal. It also improves the accuracy of signal-to-noise ratio and information recognition.

Abstract:In view of the limitation of traditional protocol analysis method in industrial control system, this paper proposes a new protocol reverse analysis method suitable for industrial control system communication protocol. The idea of this algorithm is derived from the dynamic taint algorithm, the algorithm is based on the static binary analysis platform IDA Pro and its software development interface. The algorithm includes preprocessing, cross reference analysis, protocol frame reconstruction and semantic extraction and so on. When the algorithm is applied to a configuration software, the correct analysis results can be obtained, and this proved the correctness and the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract:Reverberation causes speech signal time and frequency to blur, and speech is difficult to understand when serious. In order to improve the speech quality, this paper presents a least squares beamforming reverberation suppression algorithm with Wiener post-filtering. The algorithm divides the reverberated speech signal into direct part and reverberation part, and obtains the gain estimation of Wiener post-filter. For the low-frequency part of the speech signal, the noise coherence is strong, and the least squares beamforming algorithm is used to divide the frequency. And finally the optimal weight is gotten. Simulation results show that the algorithm has good reverberation suppression.

Abstract:In the process of automatic control of high-pressure water jet cleaning equipment, there are two major problems,system response to real-time is poor and low reliability. In this paper, a special drive power structure is designed for the automatic control requirements of the device,which is considered from the perspective of DC drive power. Based on the structure of the conventional linear DC power supply,an improved buck converter is introduced . The simulation results show that the power supply has a faster output response and a higher power conversion efficiency,the output ripple is smaller. While the output voltage can be adjusted in real time.Which is improved the response to real-time and the reliability in a certain extent ,it can be better meet the jet cleaning equipment driver needs.

Abstract:In order to study the capacity under unbalanced load of the inverter, the space vector pulse-width modulation(SVPWM) in natural coordinate is analyzed, which reduces the complexity of coordinate transformation, vector selection and duty cycle calculation in αβγ coordinate, as well as facilitates the realization of digital control. By analyzing the average current model of the three-phase four-leg topology, the load current is sampled in real time and the reference voltage is calculated so that the inverter can adapt to various unbalanced loads, the PI controller is used to stabilize the output voltage. Simulation and experiments verify that the inverter can bear non-linear and unbalanced load , total harmonic distortion of the output voltage waveform is small.

Abstract:The output power of the PV system varies with changes in the external environment, if the control of photovoltaic array is always working at the maximum power point, will improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation.In the traditional single MPPT algorithm, the dynamic and steady state of the system can not be satisfied at the same time. Therefore, a combination algorithm of hill climbing method and variable universe fuzzy control algorithm is proposed,through MATLAB/Simulink simulation analysis, we compare the output power of the photovoltaic cell with the method of mountain climbing, fuzzy control, variable universe fuzzy control and combination algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can rapidly and stably track the maximum power point.

Abstract:Because of the double LCL wireless power transmission(WPT) system has the characteristics of constant output current and better robustness, it has been widely used in the field of WPT system. However, when the system is light loaded, the output current of the inverter is distorted, which is the inherent shortcoming of the double LCL WPT system. To solve this problem, an improved method is proposed on the basis of not affecting the original characteristics of the double LCL WPT system. The working principle of the improved method and the good results can be obtained theoretically. Finally, simulation analysis and experimental verification prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
