Study on cascade noise figure of receivers with down converter

Abstract:According to the definition of noise figure,this paper deduces the cascade noise figure formula of receivers with mixers. By using this formula,it is easy to calculate and analysis the system noise figure affected by the device noise figure, gain and filter image rejection. The position of image rejection filter behind the low noise amplifier needs place as close as to the mixer. The gain before the filter and filter image rejection needs high enough, at least greater than 20 dB. Through the proper design and image rejection, the noise figure of the receiver which has two-stages, three-stages frequency conversion will decrease close to 6 dB and 9 dB, than when the image noise do not be rejected at all.

Research on generalized testing technology of DC-40 GHz RF microsystem in BGA package

Abstract:The RF microsystem is the future development trend of electronic equipment miniaturization, and the ball grid array(BGA) is one of its common implementation forms. Because the BGA package cannot be measured by being connected to a vector network analyzer, the testing technology of the RF BGA package is studied. A test fixture that can be applied to the RF BGA package in DC-40 GHz is designed, and a series of cal-kits are designed for it, which solves the test problem for RF BGA package. The simulation results show that the return loss of the test fixture at work is more than 18 dB in DC-40 GHz. The return loss of the designed open-circuit cal-kit is less than 0.88 dB. The insertion loss of the through cal-kit and the line cal-kit are both less than 1.1 dB. The simulation results meet the designing requirements of calibration. The product has good electrical contact, and is solder-free, reusable, easy to process, and convenient to take and unload. It is universal for standard size BGA package.

Design and test of receiver channel with large dynamic range and high sensitivity

Abstract:Two strong signals would produce third order intermodulation components which would interfere with the work of the receiver when they are received by the receiver. In order to reduce the interference, thus increasing spurious free dynamic range of the receiver, a receiver channel with large dynamic range is proposed. By properly distributing the gain of the channel and suitable component selection, the 3rd-order Output Intercept Point(OIP3) is achieved to 45 dBm. The multichip module(MCM) technology is applied to establish the hardware of the receiver. The receiver is tested by an improved test method, verifying the its excellent dynamic range.

Abstract:Many handheld terminal devices require a light and compact receiving and transmitting antenna. FPC antennas are popular among designers because of their light weight and thin thickness. In order to obtain an antenna with suitable size, bandwidth and gain, an FPC soft material is used as an integrated platform, and the transmission line and antenna are used as an integrated design. While maintaining the size of the antenna, the energy coupling of radiating unit is enhanced by adding coupling branches,which effectively improves bandwidth and gain. The integrated design of transmission line and antenna can effectively use the antenna space and improve the port characteristics. Through simulation and actual testing, the antenna bandwidth meets 470 MHz~510 MHz, S11<-10 dB. S11<-12 dB at 490 MHz, the effective gain is 0 dBi.

Abstract:With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology, the size of devices continues to shrink. When the channel of the field effect transistor is shortened to 22 nm, the traditional planar field effect transistor no longer meets the development needs. FinFET is a new type of three-dimensional device, which is currently widely researched and applied due to its good performance. It mainly introduces the basic structure and basic process flow of FinFET devices, as well as some improved FinFET device structures developed on the basic structure. Finally, combined with the reality, the future development of FinFET device structure is expected.

Design and research of anti-collision system for car reverse based on ADAS

Abstract:This paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings of the current reversing image system in the actual use scene, introduces the limitations of radar in radiation surface, angle blind area and object type recognition, and the millimeter wave radar is difficult to popularize due to high cost. This paper puts forward the design of automobile reverse anti-collision system based on ADAS, makes an in-depth analysis of the principle of the system′s reverse function, and introduces the ADAS algorithm based on the image analysis of the reverse camera in detail its technical key points and the innovative application based on the fusion features of the reverse scene. The algorithm recognition effect is accurate and effective. According to the differences of the installation position and orientation of different vehicle cameras, the innovation design is carried out lexible early warning and alarm area adjustment function, combined with TTS voice reminder and graphic display to remind the driver to take appropriate operation to ensure driving safety, greatly improved the user experience and practical role of the reversing anti-collision system, and provided strong protection for the driver′s safe driving.

Defects detection of floor tiles of ancient buildings based on Faster R-CNN

Abstract:Defect detection is of great significance for the protection and repair of ancient buildings. The traditional floor tile defect detection has been subject to visual inspection, which has limitations due to human influence and time-consuming. Based on the good application prospects of deep learning, this paper builds a data set of imperfections in the Forbidden City, and proposes an improved Faster R-CNN. Firstly, the deformable convolution was constructed, and the defect features in the floor tile were learned and extracted through the network. Then,the feature graph was input into region proposal network to generate the candidate region box, and the generated feature graph and candidate region box was pooled. Finally, the defect detection results were output. Under the test of the image data set of floor tiles of the Forbidden City, the mean accuracy of the improved model reached 92.49%, which was 2.99% higher than the Faster R-CNN model and more suitable for the floor tile defect detection.

Design and research on digital baseband of RFID tag based on SystemVerilog

Abstract:Based on the ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard protocol, this paper conducted research on the design and implementation of UHF RFID tag′s physical layer baseband circuit. According to the design requirements and indicators of the baseband specified in the standard protocol, SystemVerilog was used to model the tag sending and receiving basebands, and the theoretical derivation and design implementation of the key modules in the baseband were given. SystemVerilog, as a hardware description and verification language developed on the basis of Verilog, can greatly improve the efficiency of SoC design. Finally, Modelsim SE-64 10.4 was used to simulate the digital baseband circuit design of the tag. The results showed that the digital baseband met the requirements of ISO/IEC 18000-6C protocol. This design provides a design reference for single-chip UHF RFID tag.

Design of a LNA for ULF wireless communication

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of low noise amplifier, using for ultra-low frequency. There′s a new loop in the paper, formed by a low-pass transconductance and a self-cascode MOSFET, proposed to stabilize the output bias voltage of the amplifier. By using the loop with the constant transconductance bias circuit, the open-loop gain of the amplifier is constant at about 40 dB. It does not vary with the supply voltage, process and temperature. In the amplifier, a self-cascode MOSFET is used as a gain unit to enable the amplifier output range to reach rail to rail, with the use of full differential current bias. This amplifier has a remarkable in-band high-power supply rejection ratio, up to 101.4 dB. The power ripple has almost no effect on the output signal, when the wearable devices are powered by high impedance sources.

Influence of MOSFET parasitic parameters on LLC resonant converter performance

Abstract:For the influence of the parasitic parameters of MOSFET on the performance of LLC resonant circuit, the equivalent analysis of the parasitic capacitance of MOSFET is first carried out. Based on this equivalent model, in the LLC resonant conversion circuit, due to the existence of parasitic parameters, the impact of each stage of the circuit is analyzed. Then, the nonlinear characteristics caused by parasitic parameters are modeled based on the Angelov model, and the impact of the model on the DC circuit is analyzed. Finally, the LLC resonant circuit model is established under MATLAB, and the influence of parasitic parameters is considered in the simulation model. The simulation results show that the equivalent model established in this article can better reflect the operating characteristics of the MOSFET device; at the same time, due to the presence of parasitic parameters, the output gain and resonance frequency of the LLC resonant circuit will be affected, especially the resonance frequency Greater impact.

Design of anti co-channel interference, low cost twin light barriers for security inspection equipment

Abstract:Light barriers are the key parts of X-ray security inspection equipment, which are used in large amount and cost a lot. In order to reduce the cost, increase the performance and reduce the dependence on the purchased products, a light barrier design scheme is proposed in this paper. According to the specific application requirements of the security inspection machine, a single clock source and a fixed phase difference transmitting and receiving mode are adopted, and low-cost components are selected to realize the reliable anti-interference of multiple light barriers in the security inspection machine; the automatic gain control function and self-test function are designed, and the system wiring is simplified through the optimized interconnection interface, so the performance of the whole machine is further improved. After batch application, the price is only one tenth of the original system, which effectively reduces the production cost of the security inspection machine.

This paper proposed a new voluntary report method: Electricity energy meter generated outage event log, communication module transferred it. In order to solve the compatibility and expansibility disadvantages of current scheme, this paper proposed a power recovery voluntary report and broadcast timing method, realized closed loop management of outage maintenance and repair, and solved the wrong clock problem caused by battery low voltage after outage. This paper introduced the design thoughts of next generation smart meter,and put forward an outage and recovery voluntary report and timing strategy implementation plan in next generation smart meter. Abstract:In order to make the spectrum access of communication users more effective and enhance the flexibility of spectrum utilization in time domain and space domain, this paper firstly introduces the process of BP neural network learning with the steepest descent method, and makes mathematical modeling for the spectrum prediction algorithm of BP neural network. By learning and training the electromagnetic spectrum state in a period of time, this paper makes the algorithm model establish the cognitive relationship between the input data and the output results by adjusting the parameters. Then, the structure of BP neural network algorithm was changed, and the weights and thresholds were optimized, so that the accuracy of spectrum prediction data was closer to the actual value and the prediction error was reduced.

Abstract:In the current application of RFID vehicle management, its management scheme is basically to stick RFID label on the front windshield. However, with the popularity of heating wire windshields, this type of installation can no longer cover all models, and sometimes the labels can′t be recognized after installing on some cars. Based on the present situation, this paper presents a new type of antenna design, and relying on the car license plate, which the traffic administration must control, develops a new kind of RFID label that doesn′t remove the license plate and easy to install. It can solve the problems that the labels can′t be recognized and the reading distance is uneven due to the differentiation of cars.It also provides great convenience for traffic administration supervision and management of social vehicles.

Abstract:Industrial control system(ICS) is widely used in water treatment, power, oil, transportation, military industry and other industries. The safety and stability are related to the normal operation of key national infrastructures. ICS are facing with serious security threats with the advancement of digital production and intelligent manufacturing. This paper proposes and designs a set of in-depth ICS security protection system by discussing the typical attack methods and the weaknesses of existing protection measures,and elaborates its technical focus from five aspects: physical security, data security, network security, host and application security, and control security. And then a comprehensive security protection platform is built on the basis of a trusted platform, forming a set of adaptive, closed-loop, security models and mechanisms that can self-defense and recover, maintain the safety of the ICS in three dimensions.It is helpful for security and stability operation of ICS.

Establishment of optimal scheduling model for electric vehicles connected to microgrid and calculation examples

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of fluctuation of wind-power output and disordered charging of electric vehicles connected to the power grid, a two-stage optimal dispatching model of electric vehicles connected to the micro grid by classification was established according to the sensitivity of electric vehicle users to the incentive factors, and a case study was carried out. The research results show that compared with disordered charging, the two-stage dispatching micro grid of electric vehicles significantly reduces the value in load peak and valley periods, the energy storage unit can basically meet the operation demand of the micro grid, the wind-energy utilization rate is up to 95.43%, and the connection line exchange power is only 24.2 kW, which significantly reduces the impact of wind-energy fluctuations of the micro grid on the large power grid. With the increase of the proportion of class III electric vehicles, the utilization rate of wind-power increased obviously. An example shows that the proposed two-stage optimal dispatching model can effectively reduce the power purchased from the micro grid, which improves the utilization rate of wind and wind, and improves the influence of micro grid power fluctuations on the large power grid.

Remote monitoring mobile water quality monitor and its control system development based on 4G

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high cost and low expansibility of traditional on-line water quality monitoring system, a mobile water quality monitor and control system based on 4G is designed. An edge computing network with raspberry pie as the core, integrating video, water quality sensor, ultrasonic sensor, GPS and other information collectors is constructed, and the application communication protocol is designed. The control system software is developed, including mobile monitor-side control software, cloud server-side control software and mobile-side control software. The system operation results show that the control system can complete the real-time collection, transmission, storage and query of multi-point water quality monitoring data and geographical location under a certain water area, and use remote video to control the navigation route and water quality monitoring points of mobile water quality monitor in real time. It also supports the online operation of multiple mobile water quality monitors, which has high expansibility and can be smoothly switched to 5G network.

Abstract:As a complex non-linear model, if the arc furnace electrode regulator is not well controlled, it will consume a lot of power and time. In order to control the electrode adjustment system more accurately and quickly, a genetic fuzzy logic controller(GFLC) algorithm is proposed. A new coding method is adopted to adjust the membership functions and logic rules, which overcomes many problems of uncontrollable nonlinear systems and reduces the influence of errors caused by complex systems. Through training and verification, the genetic fuzzy logic controller can adjust the control parameters in real time. Compared with the traditional PID control method, the GFLC control electrode adjustment is faster and more accurate.

An optimized design of a storage system based on SATA3.0

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of real-time storage of high resolution, high frame frequency and large capacity image data obtained in telemetry test, as well as the problem of transmission stability, we optimized a storage system. This system takes 7 series FPGA as the control core, and stores the received large-capacity image into the solid state hard disk through SATA3.0 transmission bus. The state machine is optimized in the stored procedure to solve the problem of transmission interruption through the real-time marker monitoring.After the storage was completed, the data in the SSD will be read through the gigabit Ethernet to the computer for playback and analysis.Lots of reading and writing data were completed at room temperature and -40 ℃ and +60 ℃. The results show that the optimized storage system can achieve high speed and long time stable storage and has a good reference value in large capacity storage.

Abstract:With the increasing aging of Chinese society, the shortage of labor force will seriously hinder the development of social economy. Intelligent robots slowly integrate into human production and life, and gradually begin to play an increasingly important role in replacing humans. This article designs and implements an intelligent meal delivery robot system based on binocular vision to solve the problem of large path deviation in the meal delivery tracking process of traditional meal delivery robots. The hardware circuit of the whole system is composed of image acquisition module, power supply module, motor drive module and so on. The software uses the stereo matching algorithm to design the optimal path. Through experimental verification, this program is practical and reliable, and it has realized the intelligentization of restaurant meal delivery, and has good application and promotion value.

Abstract:With the development of technology, people′s life rhythm is accelerating, thereby increasing the frequency of using mobile phones and making the previous wireless charging solutions unable to meet people′s needs. Therefore, fast wireless charging solutions with high efficiency and low interference are desirable in people′s lives. DC/DC voltage regulation can achieve digitally controllable voltage, and is widely used because of its high efficiency and good stability. Based on the principle of DC/DC voltage regulation, this paper designs two fixed frequency voltage regulation schemes for fast wireless charging, theoretically derives parameter settings in the circuits, and finally implements them according to the designed schemes. Performance tests and model experiments validate the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical derivations and scheme designs, and indicate the proposed schemes have important application value.

Measure transparent elements using least squares iterative phase shift method

Abstract:In order to measure the surface phase of the front and back of the transparent plate more accurately, a phase shift algorithm based on least squares iteration is proposed. After a least squares phase shift algorithm, the corresponding transparent flat surface pattern can be obtained, but the accuracy of the obtained surface map is not high because there is an error in the initial phase value. Therefore, it is necessary to derive the accurate phase value from the obtained surface map. The algorithm calculates the more accurate initial phase shift value by the method of least squares and multiple iterations. After the simulation experiment of the method, it is known that the measurement accuracy of this algorithm is high and the anti-noise ability is better. The error of the PV value and RMS value of the surface map is less than 0.006λ. In actual measurement results, the PV error of the measurement result is less than 0.09λ, and the RMS error is less than 0.02λ. The measured shape is close to the true shape of the object, and the measurement accuracy is high.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of target track offset that easily occurs in multi-radar multi-target detection and tracking when the target distance is close, this paper proposes a new type of multi-radar multi-target particle filter tracking before detection algorithm(NM-PF-TBD). The algorithm uses a two-layer particle filter structure. When tracking a target in the target tracking layer, the sensor detection information is recalculated based on other target points in the previous cycle. Secondly, the particle weight is calculated based on the corrected sensor detection information, and then. Based on the distribution of particles with different weights in the particle swarm, it deletes harmful particles, supplements beneficial particles, and avoids the shift of the center of the tracking particle swarm after re-sampling, so as to ensure that the target point trace does not shift. Simulation results show that, compared with other algorithms, the algorithm proposed in this paper can accurately correlate target traces and improve target accuracy when observing multiple closer targets at a long distance.
