Design of X-band high isolation switch based on new microassembly technology

Abstract:In order to realize the four-way parallel switching circuit of X-band and improve the isolation between channels effectively, a high isolation switch scheme of X-band based on new microassembly technology was proposed. While analyzing the performance of the Single Pole Double Throw(SPDT) switch and designing corresponding control circuit according to indexes, at the same time, design of cavity in terms of structure and laminated structure of composite multilayer board ensured the isolation between the four switches. Softwares were used to model, simulate and then measure the isolation degree between the channels to decrease the cavity effect. After optimization, the isolation degree of the port could be controlled above 50 dB at the center frequency. The X-band switch component was made by means of microassembly technology, and the advantages of the component performance were verified by comparing the measured data with the simulation results. The design method is unique, practical and suitable for application in practical projects.

Design of E-band integrated diplexer-power divider

Abstract:The diplexer and the power divider are two important components in the communication system. In order to reduce the size of the communication system, in this paper, the power divider is integrated into the diplexer to form a diplex-power divider. Compared with the general diplexer, it can realize the output of two-port power division output. The diplex-power divider is mainly composed of rectangular ridge waveguide transition, ridge waveguide band pass filter and ridge waveguide powerdivider. The ridge waveguide bandpass filter based on the evanescent mode has the advantages of low insertion loss, compact structure, wide passband and stopband. The HFSS is used for modeling and simulation optimization. The simulation results show that at 71~76 GHz, the return loss is greater than 12.9 dB, S32 and S42 are basically maintained at around -3.8 dB;at 81~86 GHz, the return loss is greater than 12.5 dB, S31 and S41 are basically maintained at around -3.85 dB, the isolation between channels is greater than 43.2 dB, and the amplitude of the two output ports are basically the same. The actual test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.

An improved deep reinforcement learning algorithm for cruise missile penetration path planning

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of cruise missile penetration trajectory planning under the threat of dynamic early of warning aircraft radar, an improved deep reinforcement learning intelligent trajectory planning method is proposed. Firstly, aiming at the penetration mission of cruise missiles facing early warning threats, a typical combat scenario is constructed, and a prediction formula of radar detection probability of early warning aircraft is given. On this basis, a reward function that introduces dynamic early warning threats is designed, and the deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm(DDPG) is used to explore the intelligent penetration of cruise missiles. And then, in response to the poor exploration ability of the traditional DDPG algorithm that explores the uncorrelated timing of noise, Ornstein-Uhlenbeck noise is introduced to improve the training efficiency of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the improved DDPG algorithm training convergence time is shorter.

Method of the local EM transmission channel for plasma sheath

Abstract:According to RAM-C experimental data, an inversion modeling method for plasma sheath is presented, which provides a new way to construct the three-dimensional(3D) local transmission channel from one-dimensional(1D) sheath data. Then, the ray tracing method is used to study the energy transmission interference of the plasma sheath to some frequency points at L and S bands. Finally, the investigation shows some new propagation behaviors,such as the transmission convergence effect, where the EM energy is locally transmitted in a specific direction. The results can further promote the understanding on sheath interference, and provide a new modeling method for the actual physical modeling of related problems.

Design of spaceborne phased array antenna with high-gain and circular-polarization

Abstract:A spaceborne phased array antenna with high-gain, circular polarization and wide-angle is designed to meet the requirements of large range data transmission of X-band communication system. The antenna array element is fed by the bottom feed, the circular-polarization is realized by the angle cutting technology and the miniaturization is realized by the slot technology. The array is arranged in staggered layers, so that the radiation performance is the best. Through reasonable layout and optimization design of transmitting module, beam control module and power module, the beam can be changed within 0~60° off-axis angle and 0~360° azimuth angle. The test results of this machine are good after machining, which has a certain guiding significance for the design of X band communication system, especially the phased array antenna.

Abstract:As the complexity of power delivery network in modern VLSI, the on-chip measurement of the noise power spectrum of each power domain becomes more meaningful. The difficulty of the on-chip power supply noise measurement is mainly to measure the noise in a very wide frequency range with high accuracy under the condition of small area and power consumption overhead. This paper introduces the principle of measuring the power supply noise spectrum based on the autocorrelation, and summarizes the main circuit techniques currently used for power supply noise measurement, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of related structures, which provides a useful reference for VLSI designers.

A method and system of electronic door locks unlocking based on voice command

Abstract:A method and system of electronic door lock unlocking based on voice command is proposed in order to meet people′s demand for better unlocking mode. The design idea of this method is using the uniqueness of mobile phone number to identify the user′s identity, using voice recognition technology to realize the use of different voice instructions to open different door locks. The system consists of electronic door lock, mobile phone and Internet server. The method and system are designed and explained in detail. According to this, the product design work such as code writing and circuit design can be carried out. The electronic door lock based on this method and system has wide application range, convenient unlocking, better security and higher cost performance ratio, which will have an important impact on the development of electronic door lock or smart door locks industry.

The application of the integrated machine learning model in the financial crisis of imbalanced sample

Abstract:This paper forecast the financial risk of enterprises based on the financial index data of A-share enterprises in the main board market of Shanghai Stock Exchange.The samples included 1227 normal listed enterprises and 42 enterprises which have been financial warning. The data was seriously unbalanced. The problem of classifier failure in unbalanced samples was solved by resampling technology in some certain.The integrated machine learning based on Bagging was used to improve and optimize the prediction model.The highest probability of correctly selecting enterprises with financial warning was 92.86%. On this basis, the overall accuracy of the sample was improved by 5.4% after the integration of the model. The integrated model improved the financial early warning ability of listed enterprises which could provide some reference for the normal operation of enterprises and the safety investment of investors.

Application of Spectre X RF in large-scale RFIC design

Abstract:With the continuous shrinking of process nodes, the continuous complexity of the circuits designs and the increasing size of the parasitics from layout, the analog FULL-SPICE simulator Spectre/APS/APS RF provided by Cadence can no longer meet the demand in some large-scale post-simulation verification projects. In response to this problem, Cadence launched APS′s next-generation analog full-spice simulator Spectre X in 2019. It was found that it has significant performance improvement on general analog simulations while maintained the proven golden accuracy of APS. In 2020, Cadence launched its Spectre X RF simulator, the next-generation simulator of APS RF. RF simulation also occupies a large part of our overall simulation verification works. Before applying it to actual projects, it is necessary to compare its performance and accuracy with APS RF. This article mainly introduces the usage of Spectre X RF, and focuses on the comparison of simulation performance and accuracy between Spectre APS RF and Spectre X RF in several RFIC designs using different processes.

Optimizing 2.5D/3D IC design with efficient power and signal integrity analysis

Abstract:Compared with the traditional DRAM interface, the HBM(High Bandwidth Memory) storage system has the characteristics of high speed and low power consumption. In the design of 2.5D/3D, as the rate of HBM increases, the design considerations of signal and power integrity are becoming more and more important. How to guide the design of products through effective simulation is a challenge. The article firstly discusses design considerations from the perspective of signal integrity, then discusses the impact of power supply noise on high-speed transmission signals from the perspective of power integrity and proposes how to simulate and predict the effects of Simultaneous Switch noises. Finally based on the silicon chip, simulations have well correlated and verified by test results.

5 nm physical implementation with MSOA RapidPDK

Abstract:Success in today′s electronics market place,most SoCs currently being developed have analog or mixed signal blocks, many so-called analog blocks actually have digital-control logic.Virtuoso-innovus flow with MSOA RapidPDK allows for all or parts of the physical hierarchy to pass back and forth between Virtuoso and Innovus easily without having to generate a DEF/GDS file. In this paper, we firstly describe the way to generate 5 nm RapidPDK, then use this PDK with digital flow to finish 5 nm IP design with custom lib. Additionally, this Virtuoso-innovus flow provides our analog designers with advanced techniques for 5 nm floorplanning, pin optimization, track generation and auto place & routing with RC extraction and timing analysis aware which will simplify the flow to enable virtuoso users to run 5 nm layout implementation, and also could help us to do full chip STA analysis

Silicon correlation for critical path of 3DIC AI chip with Tempus-PI

Abstract:When we use traditional timing signoff(STA) with a proper margin or derate for voltage variations, it will help us to cover most scenarios of real silicon. But as chips are designed larger and larger, features of hardware and software increase more and more, we see some critical cases will lead timing to fail caused by IR drop, even if IR analysis is under criteria. Now, most of our designs such as AI chips are designed on 12 nm, 7 nm or less, with a 3DIC interposer. IR drop analysis is more and more complex and important. Meanwhile, timing analysis with IR drop is request. Tempus Power Integrity provides a true signoff solution for concurrent IR drop and timing, which helps us find the real critical timing path with voltage sensitive. And this simulation results are well correlated and verified by silicon testing.

SoC verification solution based on Palladium AVIP

Abstract:Due to the increasing scale of the chip, the EDA simulation speed has been difficult to meet the schedule requirements in some large scene cases. At the same time, the capacity of the FPGA prototype verification platform is limited, and some clock trees need to be modified and are not suitable for power/performance evaluation. Simulation acceleration and power analysis and performance evaluation based on Emulator platform have become a trend. Based on the emulator AVIP to simulate or monitor related bus transaction can be used to do the related work of function/power/performance which can greatly accelerated the process of chip development. The test cases developed based on MIPI AVIP for verifying MIPI or using MIPI to verify the internal image processing module achieves dozens of times of acceleration ratio and greatly improves the simulation speed. As well as using AVIP to simulate and monitor the behavior of related modules,can get the netlist power data and performance data. It has made an important contribution to the functional verification and power/performance optimization of the chip.

Large-scale IC verification automation solution based on vManager

Abstract:This paper introduces the verification management tool vManager, which calls the vAPI interface througt Python to interconnect with the enterprise-level product requirements management tool Microsoft TFS and user data, realizes the automatic implementation of regression verification from automatic creation of the verification requirements framework(i.e.vPlan), automatically annotates the verification results to the requirements state in Microsoft TFS, and automatically extracts the verification results and presents it to the automated verification management process of the verification dashboard. The purpose of this scheme is to automate and standardize the synchronization of verification requirements to vPlan, real-time summary of regression status and coverage, achieve high efficency and transparency of verification, and make the requirement tracking perfect. The scheme also adopts the lastest generation High-Available mode of vManager to realize cross-regional multi-team cooperation and data sharing. In addition, the multi-engine verification tools including Xcelium, JasperGold and Palladium are deployed to realize muti-dimensional verification data collection. Currently, the solution has been deployed in a real R&D environment, it porovides a valuable reference for vManager′s leading application in China and for large-scale verification solutions of cross-regional cooperation, multiple simulation engines in the industry.

Automatic IR drop fixing with Innovus implementation system

Abstract:At the advanced process nodes, due to resistive power grid and simultaneous switching of close instances, there is a voltage reduction(IR drop) on VDD nets and an increase on VSS nets. IR drop may cause timing issues and functional failures of chips. In this paper, three automatic IR drop fixing flows based on Innovus implementation system were used to avoid and fix the possible dynamic IR drop issues during the PR(Placement and Route) stage. The results show that the Pegasus PG fix flow and IR-Aware placement flow could reduce the IR drop violations of 48.0% and 33.8% respectively, and would not deteriorate the timing and DRC(Design Rule Check). However, the optimization effect of IR drop issues was relatively small with IR-Aware PG strape addition flow and DRC greatly deteriorated.

Research of the communication between the third-party system and digital control system of nuclear power plant

Abstract:As the DCS is widely used in nuclear power plants, the main control room of nuclear power plants is also transitioning to an advanced main control room with better functions and more centralized layout. This technical feature makes the main control room operator mainly rely on the CRT and keyboard and mouse on the operator station to realize the monitoring of the plant process system, so it is necessary to integrate the third-party system with the DCS system for information and monitoring. Based on this requirement, this paper introduces the general principles of interface design, specifies the interface design between DCS system and third-party system of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant, and discusses the implementation of using FDSI module of I/A platform to realize the interface between third-party system, taking the interface between DCS and KRT system as an example.

Intelligent garbage classification system based on Arduino and speech recognition

Abstract:Under the background that many provinces and cities in China, such as Shanghai and Beijing, have launched waste classification management methods and requirements. In order to help residents to classify garbage better, an intelligent garbage classification system based on Arduino and speech recognition is proposed. The system is composed of Android mobile APP, HC-05 Bluetooth module and lower computer control module. Android mobile APP receives voice input, recognizes and classifies it, then sends the classification result to Arduino development board through HC-05 Bluetooth module. The Arduino development board controls the action of the corresponding steering gear according to the classification results, so as to drive the lid of the corresponding classified garbage can open and realize garbage classification. The experimental results show that the system has high recognition accuracy and practical value.

Channel estimation for 1-bit extremely massive MIMO via deep learning

Abstract:Extremely massive multiple input multiple output(MIMO) has shown considerable potential in future mobile communications. However, the use of extremely massive aperture arrays will lead to spatial non-stationary channel conditions,and each antenna of the base station is equipped with a high-precision quantizer, the power consumption of the system will be greatly increased, which will hinder the widespread application of ultra-large-scale MIMO systems. Therefore, this article assumes that each antenna of the base station is equipped with a pair of 1-bit analog-to-digital converters(ADC), and uses the mapping relationship between the sub-array and the user to describe the non-stationary channel characteristics. Based on the powerful generalization ability of neural network(DNN), this paper designs a new generative supervised DNN model that can be trained with a reasonable number of pilots. The simulation results show that the proposed network can achieve better estimation performance with less pilots and achieve a good balance between performance and complexity.

A dynamic identification and floor determination method based on LoRa

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high complexity and low accuracy of vertical floor determination algorithm in indoor three-dimensional positioning, this paper proposes a dynamic identification and floor determination method based on LoRa.First of all, this article on-demand deploys vertical positioning equipment within the building.And then, it sets up the indoor stairs LoRa signals in each layer fingerprint and draws corresponding to the different characteristics of signal strength floor for determining threshold. Finally, by combining with LoRa-RSSI dynamic identification and determination methods, it captures real-time change of indoor wireless signal strength in dynamic condition, achieves dynamic identification of up and down the stairs,and enhances the accuracy in floor to judge.The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of this method reaches 97.9%,and it is simple to implement and less affected by the external environment , which could be deployed quickly on demand.Combined with the indoor two-dimensional positioning technology, this method provides a new method and idea for indoor three-dimensional positioning of people and objects.

Based on the data collected in the first run, the defect density model and influence factors of code review are preliminarily analyzed and established, moreover, the baseline target value of it is calculated. The research and development team and its organizations can use this model to determine the baseline of code review and plan subsequent code review activities.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the geometric layout of the base station of multilateration system directly affects the positioning precision of the target, an optimization method of station layout based on an improved Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm is proposed. Based on the DE algorithm and appropriate improvement, combined with other conditions and limiting factors of a multilateration system, the Geometric Dilution Precision(GDOP) is used as the fitness function to optimize the geometric layout of base stations, providing a reference basis for system design and selection of base station locations during construction. Simulation results show that this method of optimizing station placement can obtain higher positioning precision in a multilateration system.

Task scheduling algorithm based on cloud computing for streaming media

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of cloud computing load balancing and task allocation brought about by a large number of video resources in the current streaming media, the task scheduling GAAC algorithm(Greedy And Ant Colony Algorithm,GAAC) is implemented in the Cloudsim cloud environment. GAAC algorithm has the characteristics of iterative learning mechanism, local optimization and load balancing. In the context of cloudsim, simulations of GAAC algorithm, Round Roll Algorithm(RR), greedy algorithm and ant colony algorithm were completed. The experimental verification shows that GAAC algorithm is generally lower in the time spent on task scheduling than greedy algorithm, traditional rotation algorithm and ant colony algorithm.

Research on intelligent cognition method of insulator self-blast state based on multi-scale network

Abstract:In view of the drawbacks of the existing insulator state recognition models, and the scale and softmax loss function of deep network, imitating the mode of personnel operation and maintenance, that is, dynamic decision-making based on the credibility of the evaluation results, this paper constructs an intelligent cognition method of insulator self-blast states based on the multi-scale network. Firstly, for the pre-processed insulator images with localization and normalization, based on ResNet-18, branches with different network structure are added to improve the network ability to adapt to different resolutions. At the same time, the multi-scale information fusion module is added at the end of the network. Secondly, facing multiple scale features, stochastic configuration network(SCN) constructs a generalized cognition criterion of self-blast state classification. Finally, in order to evaluate the credibility of the self-blast state cognition result, based on the defined error index, the multi-scale network architecture is self-adjusted to reconstruct the feature vector and classification cognition criterion under the constraint of the uncertain cognition result, which carries out the self-blast state renewal cognition.The experimental results show that the proposed intelligent cognition method enhances the generalization ability and cognition accuracy compared with other methods.

Design of single-phase motor speed controller based on STM32

Abstract:Aiming poor precision and flexibility of the analog speed control method, a digital speed control scheme for the single-phase motor is proposed. Firstly, the principle of single-phase AC variable voltage speed control is introduced, the main circuit of the controller and the zero-crossing detection circuit are designed, and then the circuit simulation and parameter optimization are carried out. On that basis, an STM32-based variable voltage speed controller for the single-phase motor is built. The zero-crossing detection of supply voltage is accurate. The simulated and experimental results are shown to be in good agreement, verifying the reliability of the digital speed control method.

Design of PTZ control system based on STM32 two-axis deep water observation

Abstract:With the deepening of research on underwater robots in the field of marine energy exploration, they need to use the PTZ to monitor the underwater environment in real time to ensure safe and efficient operations. Therefore, a two-degree-of-freedom deep-water observation PTZ and its control system based on the STM32 main control board are designed. FreeRTOS to divide the application into multiple tasks with different priorities and allocate CPU system resources reasonably. RS485 is used to realize the communication between the PTZ and the upper computer. The upper computer sends control commands to the lower computer of the PTZ according to the Modbus two-way communication protocol. While realizing the rotation of the two-axis pan/tilt motor, the upper computer receives the detected data in real time. The PID algorithm is used to control the rotation angle of the PTZ. By analyzing the experimental results, the system can achieve two-degree-of-freedom control of the PTZ and the collection of high-quality pictures and videos.

Design of tightly coupled dipole array with novel capacitive coupler

Abstract:The tightly coupled array antenna has ultra-wideband performance and can be widely used in radar, communications, intelligence reconnaissance and other fields. In this paper, a wideband tightly coupled array antenna(TCA) adopts a novel capacitive coupler is proposed. The proposed capacitive coupler, called Archimedes capacitive coupler, is based on two partially overlapping transmission lines obtained by winding them followed the Archimedes spiral. In addition, in order to further increase the capacitance between the two adjacent elements, the coupler uses a double-layer printed structure. Meanwhile, an integrated Marchand balun and a dielectric superstrate are adopted for further improving the matching performance of the designed antenna. The simulated results show that the final array maintains an active VSWR<3 from 1.2~6.2 GHz while scanning up to 45° in all planes. A prototype is manufactured and measured to validate the method. The measured results are provided for broadside and it shows that the proposed antenna delivers minimum 5.2:1 bandwidth for active VSWR<3.

Abstract:This article briefly introduces the laser triangulation height measurement technology, and the laser height measurement system based on digital signal processor DSP and linear array CCD. Using a combination of proportional constant current source and mirror constant current source, a laser diode drive circuit with stable and adjustable output power is designed. The driving circuit of the linear CCD is given. With the advantage of flexible adjustment of the DSP timer period, it is convenient to adjust the light integration time to improve the signal quality.According to the optical characteristics of different measuring object surfaces, the laser diode gain control and light integration time adjustment are automatically performed to improve the adaptability and efficiency of measurement.

Qt-based radar display and mobile phone client design

Abstract:In order to control the plane position indicator(PPI) more conveniently and quickly, a Qt-based PPI display and mobile phone control client is designed.According to PPI display and control requirements of radar, the PPI display terminal was designed using Qt graphics framework under Windows system, and the mobile phone control client was designed using QML based on Qt on Android development environment.Through TCP/IP protocol, the PPI terminal and the mobile phone client are remotely connected to realize the control of the PPI terminal by the mobile phone client under the Ethernet.This client realizes remote control of radar PPI display using Android mobile devices, and expands the applicability of radar PPI display control system in complex environment.The test shows that the Qt-based PPI display control mobile phone client can control the PPI display terminal conveniently and quickly, and the software runs stably to meet the performance requirements.
