WiFi-TSN low latency conversion architecture

Abstract:The integration of wireless network and TSN(Time Sensitive Networking) is one of the concerns of industry at present. The traditional gateway based on application layer software has some disadvantages, such as high CPU utilization, long processing delay, poor performance and so on. Therefore, a WiFi TSN low delay conversion architecture is proposed to realize the integration of WiFi network and TSN network. The architecture is implemented in Verilog language, which ensures the predictable delay between communication channels through hardware, and can complete protocol conversion and protocol data forwarding in a very short time. Vivado EDA tool is used to complete the circuit design, and sufficient simulation tests are carried out to evaluate the end-to-end delay performance of the circuit.

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of physical layer fieldbus chip architecture and its implementation in accordance with IEC 1158 standard. The chip is designed with Manchester codec circuit, Cyclic Redundancy Check(CRC) verification circuit, carrier detection circuit, polarity correction circuit and other functional circuits. The high-speed interface circuit of Advanced eXtended Interface(AXI) is used as the data transmission bus with external processor. The task has completed the RTL code writing of this chip, and carried out a comprehensive time series simulation. The chip function test is carried out on ZYNQ-7015 as hardware platform. The test results show that the chip meets the design requirements.

Abstract:In view of the coexistence of various fieldbus protocols at present,three principles of bus protocol conversion are proposed based on the analysis of CAN bus protocol,MODBUS bus protocol and HART bus protocol,including bus address conversion principle,bus protocol frame conversion principle and bus error notification conversion. And on the basis of this protocol conversion principle,the hardware architecture of fieldbus protocol conversion is proposed to improve the real-time performance of protocol conversion.

Interface design of HART modulation and demodulation chip

Abstract:In order to adapt to the current factory equipment, aiming at the huge amount of equipment and data transmission, this paper designs a new HART modulation and demodulation core interface, which uses AXI4 bus interface to replace the traditional UART interface to accelerate the communication speed between HART modulation and demodulation chip and CPU. Compared to the traditional URAT interface, the AXI4 bus interface can transmit 32 bits of 8 bytes in parallel, and the data transfer speed can reach the NS level. Through the interconnection of AXI4 bus module and CPU, the structure function configuration and data interaction are realized. The high-speed communication interface design of HART modulation and demodulation chip was verified based on FPGA platform. The results show that the architecture can effectively identify HART communication protocol, the data interaction between CPU and HART chip reaches NS level, and the correct rate of modulation and demodulation reaches 100%, which meets the requirements of HART communication protocol.

Abstract:With the development of information technology, the coverage of industrial Ethernet is increasing, and the interconnection of industrial networks becomes the basis for the transformation of modern factories to intelligent and digital. Firstly, the paper expounds the development policy of industrial Internet in China, the current situation of the industrial network market and the types of industrial Ethernet protocols to analyze the current obstacles to the interconnection of industrial networks. Secondly, the paper explores new methods for new technologies to promote the interconnection of industrial Ethernet networks. Finally, the paper puts forward constructive suggestions according to the status of industrial Ethernet and industrial Internet to promote the application of industrial Ethernet and the development of industrial Internet.

A distance measurement method based on binocular vision for underwater target

Abstract:Based on the high sensitivity, low cost and easy portability of underwater robot for ocean detection, this paper studies the key binocular vision detection technology applied to the ranging of underwater target objects. Zhang Zhengyou′s calibration algorithm was adopted to obtain the parameters of the internal and external matrix model of the underwater binocular camera by using a 9×9 checkerboard, and SGBM stereo matching algorithm was adopted to enhance the image contrast and weaken the influence of image color spots. It ensures the robustness of the algorithm, improves the matching search speed, transforms the parallax map into depth map through matrix operation, and maps it into visual point cloud to construct the three-dimensional information of the target object.

Collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on hybrid clustering and user preferences fusion

Abstract:Problems such as low recommendation efficiency and recommendation quality to be improved generally exist in the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm. In order to improve and solve these problems, the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm integrates mixed clustering with user interests and preferences, and the recommendation quality has been significantly improved after verification. Firstly, a multiple mixed clustering model of Canopy+ Bi-Kmeans was constructed according to the personal information of users. The proposed mixed clustering model was used to divide all users into multiple clusters, and the interest preferences of each user were fused into the generated clusters to form a new similarity calculation model. Secondly, the weight classification method based on TF-IDF algorithm is used to calculate the weight of users on labels, and the exponential decay function incorporating time coefficient is used to capture the change of users′ interest preference with time. Finally, weighted fusion is used to combine user preferences with mixed clustering model to match more similar neighbor users, calculate project scores and make recommendations. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the recommendation quality and reliability.

Research on the application of thermal field emission gun in electron beam lithography

Abstract:The classification and characteristics of electron gun are introduced, with emphasis on the principle, structure and characteristics of thermal field emission gun and its application in electron beam lithography machine. The relationship between the beam current of the electron beam lithography machine and the extractor current of the electron gun is described, and the influence of the parameters of the thermal field emission gun on the extractor current is analyzed. The influence of the adjustment of the thermal field emission gun on the electron beam lithography process is studied, and the relationship between the beam spot and the beam current is obtained through experiments. Finally, by adjusting the parameters of the electron gun, different lithography patterns are prepared to meet the requirements of different lithography processes, and the conclusions of the analysis are verified.

Design of high power piezoelectric ceramic digital drive power based on FPGA

Abstract:At present, the stacked piezoelectric ceramics can generate a thrust of up to 70 kN, and have nanometer-level precision positioning. In order to improve the output performance and accuracy of piezoelectric ceramic drive power, a design of high-power and high-precision piezoelectric ceramic digital drive power based on FPGA is proposed, which has a fixed output gain of 100 times. The driving power supply uses FPGA as the control core, adopts a half-bridge inverter circuit topology, and introduces closed-loop control to adjust the output voltage. Under a piezoelectric ceramic load with an equivalent capacitance of 5 μF, the input bandwidth of the drive power supply is 10 Hz~800 Hz, the output power can reach 1 kW, the voltage ripple is less than 30 mV, and the output accuracy is as high as 99.3%. The experimental results show that the driving power supply can be used in the application fields of stacked piezoelectric ceramics such as vibrating table and hexapod control platform, and has good driving performance.

Photovoltaic power supply technology and electricity saving strategies for fixed-velocity-measuring system

Abstract:The electric power supply methods for fixed-velocity-measuring system(FVMS) based on PV technology are proposed after analysis and comparison among the current methods for FVMS on freeway. According to the sunshine condition in typical low sunshine areas, all components consist of PV system are specially designed, including the related maximum power point track(MPPT) technology for solar panel and the charge-discharge algorithm for storage battery in the controller. Targeted electricity saving strategies for FVMS on freeway are put forward. Experimental results show high efficiency and stability of the dedicated controller and in practical application, the specially designed PV system in this paper can provide continuous electric power supply throughout a year in an efficient way, and the output voltage and frequency are steady.

Research of a carry chain TDC and its tap method

Abstract:A time to digital converter(TDC) is implemented using carry chains in Xilinx Kinex-7 FPGA. FPGA-TDC is calibrated bin-by-bin through the code density calibration method. In the calibration process, it is found that different carry chain tap modes will lead to different code widths and nonlinearity of TDC. The code widths and nonlinearity of TDC in 2-tap and 4-tap modes are studied. In the "0tap + 3tap" 2-tap mode, the FPGA-TDC can obtain the optimal nonlinearity with a time resolution of 25 ps(corresponding to least significant bit(LSB)), differential nonlinearity(DNL) ranges -0.84~3.1 LSB, integral nonlinearity(INL) ranges -5.2~2.2 LSB.

Pre-modulated multi-coset sampling system

Abstract:At present, the compressed sampling system mainly includes three sampling system: random demodulator,modulated wideband converter and multi-coset sampling, among them, the system framework of multi-coset sampling is simple and has a high reconstruction success rate. But, the multi-coset sampling faces two difficulties in hardware implementation, one is that there is an upper limit on the input analog bandwidth of the low-speed analog-to-digital converter(ADC), and the other is it′s difficult to achieve precise delays on each channel. This paper draws on the ideal of modulated wideband converter which the input signal is pre-modulated before sampling, proposes the pre-modulated multi-coset sampling system which combines pre-modulation with multi-coset sampling. Before sampling, the generate periodic single-pulse sequences is generated by a random sequence generator in each channel of the sampling system, and the input signal is spectrally modulated to reduce the analog bandwidth of the signal before sampling. Then, the modulated signal is sampled by the low-speed ADC, and each channel of low-speed ADC and random sequence generator share a same control clock. Finally, the multiple signal classification algorithm(MUSIC) is used to reconstruct the input signal without distortion. The simulation results show that the mean square error of the reconstructed signal is at the order of 10-5 when the input signal is compressed and sampled at 15% Nyquist sampling rate. This verifies the feasibility of the sampling system in this paper, and the sampling system effectively overcome the two problems of the multi-coset sampling system.

Blind source separation algorithm for complex signals in noise

Abstract:Complex signal analysis is one of the common problems in signal processing technology. In blind signal separation technology, especially convolution mixing problem or frequency domain analysis, it is necessary to establish the corresponding complex value analysis model. In the previous analysis, such problems are often based on a noise free constraint, which limits the application of this technology in practice. In order to solve this problem, this research extends the complex valued blind source separation to the more general environment that with noise. By analyzing the general characteristics of Gaussian noise and using the parameter information of Gaussian noise covariance, a fixed point algorithm for blind source separation in noisy environment is derived. The algorithm can estimate the corresponding effective separation matrix through observed signals in noisy environment. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

NOMA enable network optimization scheme of mobile edge computing

Abstract:Mobile edge computing(MEC) enables an intelligent terminal to transfer part of the computing load to the edge server located in the base station subsystem to solve the problem of mass data processing in IoT network. In this paper, a resource allocation scheme of terminal to edge server is proposed by studying NOMA multi-access MEC. By NOMA transmission, the intelligent terminal can offload the computing workload to different edge servers, so as to reduce the total delay of completing the computing workload of the intelligent terminal. The goal of this scheme is to minimize the cost of the system, which takes into account the total delay of the computing workload unloaded by the terminal and the cost of using the computing resources of the edge server. The numerical results of the optimal unloading solution with a single terminal are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed solution.

Abstract:In response to urban security issues, in order to achieve credible warning, identify potential emergencies and deal with them in a timely manner, this paper builds an identity recognition emergency joint defense mobile processing platform based on Hadoop, uses HDFS Streaming to read video data, and uses the MapReduce framework to calculate Distributed analysis of video data in the cluster, using OpenCV integrated LBPH algorithm to achieve effective tracking of video targets. The platform functions cover the entire process of safety management and emergency joint defense, such as sample information collection, hidden danger discovery, information release, and emergency response. It can directly serve the emergency site management, with strong adaptability and convenience.

Abstract:In order to enable patients to monitor their own physiological parameters at home for a long time, capture sudden arrhythmia, and reflect the physiological parameters to medical institutions, which is convenient for medical staff to guide and assist in treatment, an intelligent remote multi physiological parameter health monitor based on single chip microcomputer(SCM) is designed. The original data is collected by the digital signal acquisition module of blood oxygen, pulse and body temperature, and processed by the SCM. The blood oxygen value, heart rate value and body temperature value of human body are displayed in the display module. The user can also configure the threshold alarm of physiological parameters and send the physiological parameters to the cloud by pressing the key. Finally, the design and standard medical monitor are compared and tested, which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the design.

Synchronization and demodulation of LoRa null port data

Abstract:LoRa communication technology has the characteristics of low power consumption and long distance, and has attracted more and more attention in life. However, for the underlying LoRa modulation and demodulation technology and the physical layer communication link flow, the official does not have the public technical document description, only some literature mentioned these contents. This paper improves the physical layer communication link flow by combining the LoRa modulation parameter configuration interface the official Rhode instrument with the literature. The principle of LoRa modulation and demodulation technology is described in essence, and the LoRa modulation data are collected from the Rhode instrument null port. The modulation and demodulation algorithm of LoRa literature is verified, and a synchronization algorithm of LoRa null port data is proposed. The LoRa demodulation of null port data is realized. Finally, the noise resistance performance was simulated for the LoRa modulation technique at 5 code rates. The simulation results show that the reduction of bit rate does not mean that the anti-noise ability of the system will be improved. The code rate is 4/5 with the best effect error correction, and the noise resistance performance improves by about 1 dB.

Evaluation method of network attack effect based on attack tree and CVSS

Abstract:In order to solve the over-dependence on index data in network attack effect evaluation and improve the accuracy of network attack effect evaluation, this paper proposed a network attack effect evaluation method based on attack tree and CVSS. Firstly, The attack tree model is used to describe the possible attack paths of the system, and the probability of each leaf node is solved by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Then, based on CVSS vulnerability information, a quantitative evaluation model of network attack effect was established. Finally, an example is used for verification analysis. This method can make full use of the existing research results of aggressive behavior, the evaluation results are objective, the thinking is clear, the algorithm is simple, and it has strong universality and engineering application value.

OpenFOAM mesh generation service for cloud computing environment

Abstract:Mesh generation is the basis of computational fluid dynamics simulation analysis. Due to the large computational volume of mesh generation, it is suitable to use the high-performance computing power of the server to run on the server side, and provide efficient mesh generation service to users with cloud services. This paper proposes a mesh generation service model for cloud computing. Based on this model, the traditional stand-alone mesh generation module can be packaged as a service to realize cloud services for mesh generation. Using this model, the mesh generation module of OpenFOAM is packaged as a service, implementing a prototype software for a service-oriented mesh generation service. Through the integration test of the grid generation client software and the grid generation cloud service, the verification shows that this "cloud + terminal" mesh generation services can make full use of the server-side and client-side computing resources to achieve cloud and terminal collaboration optimization of computing.

A 12 GHz low noise amplifier with high-gain

Abstract:A two-stage low noise amplifier(LNA) with high gain and low power is proposed by analyzing the characteristics of GaAs pHEMT devices. A two-stage structure is used to increase the gain of the low noise amplifier, a shared current structure is presented to reduce the power consumption of the amplifier and the circuit noise at the same time. Input and output matching adopt LC ladder matching network, which has good matching performance. The circuit is simulated using CAD software. The circuit simulation results show that the gain is 27.299 dB, the noise figure is 0.889 dB, S11 and S22 are both less than -10 dB at the center frequency of 12 GHz, and the working bandwidth is 600 MHz. This low-noise amplifier has a certain significance as the front-end design research of the receiver in the 12 GHz frequency band.

Design and implementation of a 1.65~3 GHz 500 watts power amplifier

Abstract:Modern transmission systems have put forward higher and higher requirements for the working frequency band and power level of power amplifiers, and the design of power amplifiers based on GaN power devices can meet these new requirements. In this paper, GaN HEMT is used to design the basic power amplifier unit, and the 5-path power synthesizer with asymmetric structure is innovatively used to realize the required power of the whole machine and improve the efficiency of the whole machine. The operating frequency of the power amplifier is 1.65~3 GHz, the measured output power is greater than 500 W(CW), and the power conversion efficiency is greater than 25%. Compared with similar products, the efficiency and volume index have been greatly improved.This product is suitable for high-power system applications, such as EMC testing, electronic countermeasures, etc.

Abstract:A three-frequency coaxial cavity combiner with low passive intermodulation is designed. By designing the tap structure of the common cavity and tuning its relative cavity position and optimizing the height of the steps between the resonant cavities, the intermodulation distortion is reduced, thereby reducing the third-order intermodulation. On the basis of meeting the design specifications, a low-intermodulation triple-frequency combiner based on DCS1800, TD-SCDMA2100, and WLAN2600 was designed, processed and measured. The measurement results satisfy that the third-order intermodulation values of the three frequency bands are less than -172.50 dBc, -169.75 dBc, and -173.30 dBc, respectively, and verify the feasibility of the design.

Research on the differences of RF port simulation and test of X-band power device package

Abstract:This paper discussed research on the differences of RF Port simulation and test of X-band power device package which was based on probe test method. After optimizing it with simulation software, samples are produced through HTCC process line, the result of testing the port with GSG probe is much larger than the simulation results. It is analyzed by experimental methods such as control experiment and simulation result reproduction that the difference between S21 simulation and test is due to radiation loss, which affects the signal integrity of the signal in the return path. Insertion loss is greatly reduced after optimizing the structure, which proves that the radiation loss is the cause of the gap. Radiation loss can be effectively solved by electromagnetic shielding. This article can provide a reference for the design, test and practical use of high-power device packages.

A triple-mode bandpass filter featured with hybrid integration and tiny size

Abstract:A circuit topology of a LC series unit based triple-mode bandpass filter featured with hybrid integration and tiny siaze is proposed. The main part of the symmetrical circuit is composed of a “star” structure with four LC series units. It can realize the free adjustment of the two transmission zeroes by adjusting the parameters of the LC series units connected in parallel to the ground. Based on odd-even mode analysis method, this paper presents the comprehensive design method of the proposed filter and develops a triple-mode multiple-zero bandpass filter with miniaturization characteristics by using hybrid integration technology with commercial silicon-based surface mount capacitors. The simulation and test results of the developed filter are in good agreement. The filter has a 3 dB bandwidth of 1.34 GHz at center frequency of 2.6 GHz. The typical insertion loss of the filter is 1.6 dB. The upper stopband attenuation higher than 30 dB is 4~12 GHz. It occupies only 3.2 mm×1.9 mm(0.03λ0×0.02λ0).

Design of Loran-C receiving antenna with high-performance

Abstract:A kind of magnetic antenna with order series multi-layer coils is made for improving the receiving ability of the Loran-C magnetic antenna. The signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity of order series multi-layer coil magnetic antenna are derived theoretically. Final designed magnetic antenna size is 150 mm×150 mm. It can receive the completed and clear Loran-C signal in far-field test. Under the same signal conditioning circuit conditions, compared with single layer and single group of coils magnetic antenna, order series multi-layer coils magnetic antenna receives a voltage signal of 3.47 V, and the signal-to-noise ratio is 30.87 dB. The sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio are improved 82.42% and 63.20% respectively. The proposed method improves the receiving performance of the Loran-C magnetic antenna, which is of great significance to the application of the Loran-C system in positioning.

Design and implementation on dual-shaft daily tracking system for photovoltaic power generation

Abstract:A dual-axis daily tracking system for photovoltaic power generation using STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microprocessor as the controlling core is developed to increase the photoelectric conversion rate of photovoltaic cells by combining two modes of automated tracking and manual adjustment. The manual mode has two modes: manual button control mode and wireless remote control mode; the automated mode has two modes: photoelectric tracking mode and day-dependent trajectory tracking mode. The cloudy and sunny detecting circuit is employed between the two modes to identify whether the weather is cloudy or sunny. When it is cloudy, the system calculates the real-time solar altitude and azimuth angle using the DS1302 clock chip and the super pairwise alignment(SPA) algorithm, and then tracks the sun′s course using the stepper motor. To perform photoelectric tracking on a sunny day, the system leverages the light intensity difference in the four directions acquired by the photoelectric sensor to drive the stepping motor. Experiments demonstrate that the hybrid control technique reduces weather effects, improves tracking accuracy, and increases photoelectric conversion rate.

Abstract:As one of the mainstream ways of human-computer interaction, touch screens have very important research value. One of the important directions is the development of self-capacitive touch screens. However, the current self-capacitive touch screen data acquisition circuit has only 13 capacitive channels at most, which severely limits the expansion of the number of touch points in the development of self-capacitive touch screens. In view of the problem of the small number of capacitive channels in the touch screen data acquisition circuit , a touch screen data acquisition system controlled by Arduino is designed, including hardware and software. The hardware part is a touch detection circuit, which can detect up to 24 capacitance channels, and the software part is a graphical interface. It can detect the working status of the touch point of the self-capacitive touch screen in real time,and dynamically display the working status of touch points in the form of graphical interface.

Theoretical analysis of multi load radio power transmission

Abstract:Magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission has the advantages of long distance, large power and strong penetration. In recent years, multi radio power transmission technology has become a hot research direction in the field of wireless charging. Based on the theory of magnetic coupling resonance radio power transmission, this paper studies the one to many radio power transmission system, establishes the circuit simulation model, calculates the mathematical expressions of the transmitter current, the receiver current, the average output power, the average power of the power internal resistance consumption, the average power of the receiver and the transmission efficiency under the resonant state of the system, and uses MATLAB to simulate the model and analyze. The simulation model adjusts the power of the receiver by modifying the ratio of the coupling coefficient of each receiver loop and the product of the coil self-inductance of the other two receivers. The power distribution of multiple receivers can be realized, and the power transmission efficiency can reach more than 90%.
