Application of new electrode materials in N-type OFET

Abstract:Compared with traditional field effect transistor, OFET has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost, flexibility, transparency and so on. It is widely used in flexible electronic products, wearable devices and other fields. As an important part of OFET devices, electrodes affect the overall performance of OFET devices. In order to improve the performance of the electrode, on the one hand, the metal electrode can be modified, on the other hand, new materials such as polymer can be used to make OFET electrode. This paper reviews the application of new electrode materials in N-type OFET. Firstly, the general device structure is introduced. Then the development of N-type OFET using modified metal electrode, polymer electrode, carbon based electrode, inorganic compound electrode and nanowire electrode is introduced. Finally, the full text is summarized, and the future development of OFET new electrode materials is prospected.

Abstract:The high performance data acquisition system is widely used in scientific research such as high energy physics, particle physics experiment and radiation detection, which is the key equipment of many large scientific experiment. The core devices of data acquisition instrument mainly include ADC and FPGA which are monopolized by developed countries for a long time. Especially high-performance ADC and FPGA, which are strictly relevant to China′s technology contractions, so it’s important to research the high performance data acquisition system based on the core devices of the domestic. The paper sketches the embargo on the equipment of core electronic components and key instruments based on the " Wassenaar Arrangement " and the theory of high performance data acquisition system. This paper researches the production status of the domestic high-performance ADC and FPGA, and makes the performance comparison. After that, the present situation of the oscilloscope and the data acquisition instrument are compared. Finally, the paper discusses the substitution of core electronic components.

Legislation dilemma and approach of market-oriented allocation of data elements in China

Abstract:Nowadays, the amount of global data is showing explosive growth, and the flow and resource attributes of data are continuously enhanced. China has issued a number of important documents to promote the flow of data elements and construct a data element market system. However, the existing legal system in China has the problem of insufficient adaptation, which leads to the need to further improve the data ownership in the process of market-oriented allocation of data elements. In addition, it is difficult to clearly define the ownership of data. The regions such as Shenzhen, Shanghai, Guangdong, Wenzhou and so on may explore the protection of data rights and interests in the form of legislation, or give priority to solving the problem of clarifying the ownership of property rights data in the form of asset certificates, so as to release the potential of data. However, to completely solve the current ownership dilemma cannot be achieved overnight. Drawing on the legislative experience of land, labor, technology and capital, the future path of data legislation is proposed to mainly create new legal rights for data, and even explore the creation of new departmental laws for data.

Deep learning microphone array speech enhancement for multiple speaker separation

Abstract:With the increase of human-computer voice interaction scenes in recent years, using microphone array speech enhancement to improve speech quality has become one of the research hotspots. Different from the ambient noise, the interfering speaker′s speech and the target speaker are the same speech signal in the multiple speaker separation scene, showing similar time-frequency characteristics, which poses a higher challenge to the traditional microphone array speech enhancement technology. For the multiple speaker separation scenario, the spatial response cost function of microphone array is constructed and optimized based on deep learning network. The desired spatial transmission characteristics of microphone array are designed through deep learning model training, so as to improve the separation effect by improving the beamforming performance. Simulation and experimental results show that this method effectively improves the performance of multiple speaker separation.

A prediction model for traffic conditions based on an improved Markov chain

Abstract:With the growth of urban traffic jam, how to recommend the fastest driving route for end users has become a research focus. The core problem of route recommending is how to forecast the traffic condition of the route in future, when the user will drive on this route section. The traffic condition is influenced by many factors, like road condition itself, passing time, weather conditions and habits of the driver. Because traffic condition changes very fast and complicated, it is difficult to accurately predict directly. This paper proposed a traffic condition prediction model based on an improved M-order Markov chain, which is more efficient. The model was tested with the actual traffic data in Beijing, and got a good result.

Detection and tracking of mask wearing based on deep learning

Abstract:Wearing a mask can effectively prevent the spread of the virus. In order to reduce the consumption of a large number of human resources in manual inspection of mask wearing, this paper proposes a method of mask wearing detection and tracking based on deep learning, which is divided into two modules: detection and tracking. Based on the YOLOv3 network, the spatial pyramid pooling structure is introduced into the detection module to realize the feature fusion at different scales, then the loss function is changed to CIoU loss to reduce the regression error improve detection accuracy, and provides good conditions for the subsequent tracking module. The tracking module adopts the multiple object tracking algorithm Deep SORT to track the detected objects in actual time, which can effectively avoid repeated detection and better the tracking effect of the occluded targets. The test results indicate that the detection velocity of this way is 38 f/s, and the average accuracy value is 85.23%, which is 4% higher than the original YOLOV3 algorithm, and can achieve the effect of real-time detection of mask wearing.

Design and implementation of codec based on BCH error correction algorithm

Abstract:With the rapid development of NAND Flash memory cells and the increase in storage density, the error probability of devices has increased. For this reason, an optimized BCH codec structure is proposed. The encoding and decoding process can process 16-bit data in parallel in each clock cycle. Among them, the syndrome module, error location polynomial module and Chien search module in the decoding circuit adopt a three-stage pipeline structure, and the error correction and error detection stages can be carried out at the same time, which effectively improves the data processing speed and error correction speed. After completing the RTL design of the circuit, the simulation verification of the circuit was completed by using the VCS tool. The results showed that 48-bit error correction was achieved when 8 192 bit data was transmitted to generate 672 check factors, and the maximum operating frequency was 200 MHz.

Abstract:With the increasing requirement of transmission rate of USB,the traditional PowerPC processor based on the USB2.0 can not meeet the requirements of high speed and large-capacity transmission.The paper presents a solution of USB 3.0 base on PowerPC processor architecture. By comparing USB3.0 and USB2.0, USB3.0 has higher transmission rate.By cooperating with the high preformance PowerPC processor, the transfer capability of the USB controller is improved significantly, and ther PowerPC computing resources are fully utilized.This paper describes a programme of USB3.0 IP core based on the PowerPC architecture. Finally the the method of hardware/softeware cooperative verification is used to verfiy the feasibility of the design,which lays a technical foundation of subsequent chip design and verification.

Abstract:With the rapid advancement of informatization construction of power plants, industrial control systems will achieve a high degree of digitization and intelligence, which puts forward higher requirement for the calculation, storage and safety protection capabilities of traditional control system. Based on the PK system of China Electronics Corporation(CEC), this paper proposes a secure and trustable industrial control system in smart power plant. The cloud edge collaboration can effectively improve the capability of edge computing and the level of intelligence based on automatic prediction and independent decision-making mechanism. Besides, based on the network security protection regulations, a cloud-network-end integrated active defense system is proposed.

Load identification method based on one class classification combined with fuzzy broad learning

Abstract:Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring(NILM) is a key technology for smart electricity consumption, which helps strengthen load-side management and improve electricity efficiency. With the rapid increase of power load types and quantities, when unknown electrical appliances outside the training sample are connected to the model, it will cause the model to misjudge and reduce the accuracy of load identification. In order to improve the stability and accuracy of the load identification model, a power load identification method combining single classification and fuzzy broad learning is proposed. The one-class K-nearest neighbor method is used to screen samples to detect unknown electrical appliances and control the risk of misjudgment. Considering the recognition rate and model complexity, the fuzzy broad learning system is used to classify and recognize the screened samples. The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively detect unknown electrical appliances, prevent model misjudgment, and get better results for both single-load and multi-load switching.

Simulation and research of battery simulator based on sliding mode control

Abstract:Based on the current reversible chopper circuit, the Buck-Boost converter is constructed by sliding mode control method, and a battery simulator with two-way current flow in topological structure is implemented to simulate the charging and discharging process of the battery. Buck circuit is formed when the capacitor voltage is higher than the battery voltage, and Boost circuit is formed when the capacitor voltage is lower than the battery voltage. Compared with the traditional Pi Control, the sliding mode control has better robustness and dynamic performance when the load fluctuates than the PI Control. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the experimental results are obtained by simulation software.

An improved DSR energy-saving networking based on flood area limitation

Abstract:Aiming at the high networking energy consumption problem of dynamic source routing(DSR) caused by flood networking request(RREQ), a zone based route discovery mechanism(ZRDM) is proposed. ZRDM networking divides the node network area into three sub areas according to the node environment and the distribution of neighbor nodes. Each node contains a neighbor table, and the neighbor node is divided into three sub regions. At the same time, DSR networking only allows some nodes to transmit RREQ packets. Simulation results show that the proposed ZRDM networking reduces energy consumption and improves packet delivery rate. When the number of nodes is 140, compared with DSR networking, the normalized energy consumption of ZRDM networking decreases by 47.8%, and the packet delivery rate increases by about 2.78%.

Fast networking strategy of spacecraft based on competing time slots

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the initial networking strategy of distributed space vehicle ad hoc network without initial slot allocation and fixed time reference terminal. In view of the characteristics of space vehicle network topology, small number of nodes, temporary collaborative networking tasks and high reliability requirements, this paper proposes a competitive networking strategy based on time division multiple access(TDMA), establishes a Markov decision model, calculates the optimal competition probability, and completes the rapid establishment of the network. The simulation results show that the competitive networking strategy proposed in this paper has the characteristics of short network establishment time and high reliability, and improves the rapidity, flexibility and security of the network.

Abstract:Jilin-1 satellites TT&C adopts USB system. The receiver adopts the architecture FFT+DPLL1+DPLL2. FFT mainly realizes coarse capture of carrier. DPLL1 realizes tracking of carrier phase on the basis of FFT. DPLL2 realizes subcarrier tracking. This paper studies the digital PLL technology used in the tracking of the subcarrier. Firstly, the calculation method of converting the carrier doppler parameter to the subcarrier is given. Then the analog PLL digitization is discussed in detail. The PLL2 used in the synchronization of the uplink subcarrier is designed. The stability, fast pull range and time, pull range and time are discussed. The results show that the method has the characteristics of short capture time, high tracking accuracy, good stability and is easy to realize in digital. Now it has been successfully applied in Jilin-1 series satellites.

Research on cloud computing resource allocation strategy based on improved ant colony algorithm

Abstract:In actual projects, it is found that if the ant colony algorithm is directly applied to cloud computing resource allocation, there will often be load imbalances, resulting in low resource utilization. And at the same time, the task completion time is too long, and the number of algorithm iterations is too large. This situation will not only greatly reduce the efficiency of the cloud computing system, but also cause system instability. Therefore, this article has made a series of improvements to the ant colony algorithm,including: the introduction of pseudo-random proportional rules, global pheromone enhancement, the introduction of cross mutation operations,and integration of ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm. And then MATLAB simulation experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the task completion time of the improved algorithm is shorter, the number of algorithm iterations is less, and the load balancing effect is better. From this, it can be concluded that the ant colony algorithm is better. The improvement is effective.

Emotion recognition of EEG based on EEMD and LeNet-5

Abstract:With the progress of science and technology, people have a new understanding of the concept of emotion, from the past that emotion comes from "heart" gradually developed to the current general belief that emotion comes from "brain". In view of the many characteristics of EEG signals, this experiment firstly extracted the useful bands of EEG signals through filtering, then used EEMD algorithm to extract the characteristics of EEG signals and used the characteristics to draw EEG topographic map by spatial interpolation method,and then used LeNet-5 algorithm to carry out specific emotional analysis and establish a model. Finally, through continuous improvement of the model, the accuracy of emotion recognition was significantly improved, and accuracy is 80.1%.

A privacy-preserving federated learning framework

Abstract:In the era of big data, more and more attention has been paid to data security and privacy. Federated learning is regarded as a promising privacy-preserving technology, which allows training a deep model from decentralized data. To solve the problem of isolated data island and privacy protection caused by the fear of data privacy information leakage in the power investment system,this paper proposes a privacy-preserving federal learning framework, which allows departments to jointly train the model without releasing their local data. Firstly, a federated learning architecture is proposed to support distributed training model. Secondly, homomorphic encryption technology is introduced and a federal average learning process is proposed to realize the joint training model while the privacy of data are protected. Finally, the experimental results show that the framework has good convergence and the joint training model has good accuracy.

Non-contacted intelligent access control system based on EAIDK310 and OneNET cloud platform

Abstract:In the era of Internet of Things, smart home, as an important part of people′s daily life, is developing rapidly. This paper designs a contactless intelligent access control system based on EAIDK310 and OneNET cloud platform, using the EAIDK310 AI development kit jointly developed by Arm and Open AI Lab as the system control core, and realizing contactless access control through face recognition, gesture recognition, voice interaction and other functions within the main control board. This work uses the more mature convolutional neural network in artificial intelligence and the leading edge of Baidu AI open platform for face recognition, gesture recognition and voice interaction in real time, which can maintain a very high recognition accuracy while ensuring a fast enough recognition speed, and the introduction of live detection to avoid unscrupulous elements using photos to cheat the system, making the whole access control system more secure. This work uploads data to the mobile OneNET cloud platform through Wi-Fi, and interacts with WeChat applet for data images, so that the owner can unlock the access control system and other operations through his cell phone at any location, and can monitor real-time images outside the access control, which can provide protection in terms of occupant security.

Allegro data-recording system based on MySQL database

Abstract:In order to realize the functions of automatic acquisition, input and storage of PCB data by Allegro software, the secondary development of Allegro software based on SKILL language and the principle of IPC communication are studied. A data input system based on MySQL database is proposed and designed. According to the actual data access requirements and user permissions, the front-end data acquisition module and web page display module are designed. In the front-end data acquisition module, through the study of IPC communication, the communication protocol is formulated, and the communication interface is written with SKILL language and Python language to realize the communication between Allegro software and MySQL database. The web display module uses Java language to display and process the data. Finally, the function test of the data entry system is carried out, and the test results show that it can achieve the expected effect. The design of communication protocol between Allegro software and MySQL database, and the design of communication interface are the key design of the system. The realization of data acquisition module of the system has a strong reference value for the communication between Allegro software and other languages, and the function expansion of web page.

Technical analysis of improving the transmission efficiency of PCI-Express bus

Abstract:The application scenarios of high-speed differential PCI Express bus are becoming wider and wider. In order to improve the efficiency of data transmission on the bus, this paper explains the bus structure, bandwidth overhead point and system parameter configuration of PCI-Express, and obtains the reasonable configuration to improve the bus transmission efficiency through the theoretical analysis and calculation of messages of different lengths under the background of read and write transmission. The PCI-Express bus transmission efficiency is significantly improved.

Research and application of networked auto switch function of intelligent traction substation

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of auto switch of emergency incoming power supply and standby traction transformer in the intelligent traction substation of electrified railway due to voltage loss of incoming power supply or fault of traction transformer, a networked auto switch scheme based on Goose and SMV is proposed. The auto switch program is solidified to two existing traction transformer measurement and control devices. Locking signal, switch opening and closing signal or switch position signal are transmitted between devices and between devices and intelligent components through Goose. The merging unit transmits analog quantities such as voltage and current to the device through SMV. The traction transformer measurement and control device at the side of the running traction transformer is used as the main device for auto switch, and the other traction transformer measurement and control device is used as the standby device to ensure the successful accomplishment of auto switch function. The field test results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the method.

Research on reconfiguration time analysis method of integrated modular avionics system

Abstract:As the uncertainty and diversity of the reconstruction of the integrated modular avionics system lead to complex problems of the system state, the reconstruction time under different reconstruction modes is analyzed. First, by studying the system architecture and software and hardware configuration, the system reconstruction and reconstruction time model is established, and the application migration optimization algorithm is proposed. Then the integrated modular avionics system reconstruction verification platform simulates the failure, and calculates the time consumed by the system reconstruction caused by different types of failures. The results of simulation reveal that different types of failures lead to different system reconstruction times, and optimizing the reconstruction blueprint and migration process can effectively shorten the reconstruction time.

Implementation of track clustering based on ST DBSCAN

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of existing track clustering algorithms for flying targets, a clustering method for track data in space-time domain is proposed, which can cluster tracks of arbitrary shape without dividing the number of clustering targets in advance. Through the spatial coordinates and time information in the track information,it scans and selects any unmarked points in the track data, scan the proximity points in the time domain, and then scans the points in the time neighborhood in the space domain. Cluster the tracks of the same target through the number of proximity points in the space-time domain, and verify the effectiveness of this clustering method through data simulation.

Miniaturized Ku-band transceiver based on 3D integration technology

Abstract:With silicon-based 3D integrated module and multilayer hybrid pressing printed circuit board(PCB) technique, a miniaturized Ku-band transceiver was designed, and meanwhile its principle project and approach were expounded. The transceiver employed 3D integrated structure. Radio frequency(RF) and intermediate frequency(IF) chips and their periphery circuits were integrated in 3D heterogeneous integrated module. Outer circuit board was made of a mixed-laminated multi-layer PCB. The transceiver used ball grid array(BGA) to connect 3D module and PCB. Signal transmission structure was optimized to reduce transmission loss and improve isolation among the channels. Product test indicates that the transceiver meet the requirements of inter-channel amplitude consistency, intra-band flatness, noise factor and other indicators. Besides, the transceiver has conformed to practical needs such as miniaturization, high integration, high consistency and high producibility.

Forward-backward box smoothing with quantized measurements

Abstract:In this work, we are interested in promoting tracking accuracy of target in quantized measurements by taking the de-laying measurements into consideration. Specifically, a novel forward-backward box particle smoothing algorithm is proposed. In the forward pass, the algorithm iterates with standard box particle filter. In the backward pass, smoothing posterior density is approximated by box particles. An extra moving step of box particles is proposed to concentrate the box particles around the target. Simulations under quantized measurements are presented to verify the accuracy promotion of proposed algorithm.
