Discussion on integrated design scheme of RF front-end for CNI L-band receiver

Abstract:In this paper, according to the needs of L-band multi-function RF integration of CNI, the integrated design of the L-band receiver RF front-end circuit is carried out.By analyzing the performance requirements of L-band functions such as ATC,TACAN and DMEP on the receiver, combined with the main working principle and technical indicators of the receiver, the structure of the dual-conversion superheterodyne receiver is selected as the implementation scheme.The RF front-end down-conversion circuit and IF circuit of the receiver are designed, and the integrated design of the RF front-end is realized by multiplexing the down-conversion circuit and dividing the functions in the IF circuit.The gain, noise figure and other indicators of the devices at all levels under the two amplification modes are calculated. The conclusion shows that the indicators meet the design requirements of the functions,and the RF front-end integrated design scheme in this paper can meet the RF integration requirements of the CNI system L-band receiver.

Design and research of 6G millimeter wave UWB resonant metamaterial circular polarizer

Abstract:A 6G millimeter wave ultra-wideband resonant metamaterial circular polarizer is presented in this paper. The polarizer is a single-layer structure with 10 μm ultra-thin polyimide film as the substrate, which effectively reduces the profile thickness of the polarizer and reduces the substrate loss to a certain extent. The circular polarization polarizer uses a low-Q design to mirror the symmetrical T-shaped metal surface, and the metal thickness is 0.6 μm, which is less than the skin depth of the metal in this frequency band. To some extent, the gold properties of the metal metasurface structure are reduced. The low-gold properties and low-Q metasurface design effectively improve the operating bandwidth of the metasurface. The resonator adopts a double resonant metamaterial design method to modulate the phase of orthogonal polarization wave with the same amplitude and phase, so as to achieve a 90° phase difference to form a circularly polarized wave. When the center frequency is 140 GHz, the 3 dB axial ratio can reach the bandwidth of 54 GHz, the center bandwidth can reach 39%, and the insertion loss is less than 5 dB.

Multi-band dual circularly polarized antenna for Beidou navigation system

Abstract:A novel miniaturized circularly polarized antenna used in Beidou navigation system is designed in this paper. The antenna adopts multi-layer laminated structure to design the radiation elements and feed network, and integrates B3 band, B1 band, L band and S band into one unit. Antenna placed on the top layer adopts the form of angle cutting to realize the right-handed circular polarization of the S band, the middle layer adopts 3 dB directional coupler to realize the right-handed and left-handed circular polarization of B1 band and L band respectively, and the bottom layer adopts Wilkinson power divider to realize the circular polarization of B3 band. The size of the antenna is only 60 mm×60 mm×21.6 mm. The indicators of the simulation and measured results are suitable for the requirements of Beidou system.

Abstract:The embryonic electronic system is a bionic hardware system designed based on the growth and development mechanism of multicellular organisms. Because of its good fault tolerance, it can effectively improve the reliability of electronic equipment in complex application environments, and has important application value in aerospace, deep-water exploration and other complex fields. In recent years, the research on embryonic electronic systems has mainly focused on new design of array structure, reliability and optimization design and other issues, and have achieved rich results. This article firstly introduces the current research status of embryonic electronic system, and summarizes the main structure, self-detection technology and self-repair technology of current embryo electronic system. Finally, on the basis of existing research, the main bottlenecks and future research directions of embryonic electronic system fault self-detection and self-repair technology are analyzed.

Design and implementation of intelligent radio system based on man-machine interaction

Abstract:In information warfare, the application of man-machine interaction in command and control equipment is increasingly widespread. Voice recognition method is used to replace keyboard, knob, key and other ways to change the parameters of the radio station, so that the operation is more intelligent and convenient. The system processes the voice collected by LD3320 speech recognition chip,and sends related protocols to control the serial operation of the radio station through the main control chip STM32F407. The experiment shows that the recognition rate of the system is about 95%, and it can realize the operation of radio frequency change and switch.

Emotion recognition of EEG signals based on weighted KNN algorithm

Abstract:Emotion is closely related to human behavior, family and society. Emotion can not only reflect all kinds of human feelings, thoughts and behaviors, but also the psychological and physiological responses produced by various external stimuli. Therefore, the correct identification of emotion is very important in many fields. The change of emotion will lead to the change of electroencephalogram(EEG) signal. On the contrary, these changes also reflect the change of emotional state. Based on the DEAP database, this paper extracts the time-domain and frequency-domain features of EEG signals, and reduces the dimension of the features by principal component analysis(PCA). The weighted KNN algorithm is used for 5-fold cross validation training. Finally, the recognition accuracy of excited, relaxed, depressed and angry emotions reaches 80%.

Design of an on-chip Flash memory test interface

Abstract:Flash has the charceteristics of low power consumption,large storage capacity and small volume,is widely used in embedded systems. Flash usually uses serial interface for erasing and programing test,which has the problems of low test efficiency and high test cost. The design and implementation of a test for Flash on chip is presented in this paper. By analyzing the interface and timing requirements of Flash on chip,a test interface based on multi-line SPI is designed,and the parallel test designed of Flash memories is realized under the condition of ensuring stability,which improves the test speed. The NCverilog simulation results show that the design effectively shortens the test time,meets the test requirements,and is successfully applied to a 32-bit floating-point microprocessor.

While active clamp forward converter is used widely for its simple structure, transformer reseted automatically and many matured active clamp forward PWM controllers. Abstract:This paper introduces a design of hybrid integrated power supply structure based on the top heat sink. The carrier of the power supply structure is ALN ceramic substrate, and a multi-layer wiring structure is used inside. To improve the heat dissipation effect of the chip and the inductor, firstly, the power chip is flip-chip welded to the pad of the ceramic substrate after planting the ball. Secondly, the passive devices are connected to the pad of the ceramic substrate with high-temperature solder and the top heat sink is bonded to the edge of the ceramic substrate through organic glue. Lastly, the gaps between heat sink and back of the chip or top of the inductor are filled with heat conducting-glue. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the application of the structure in radiation hardened POL power supply.

Low power consumption, high precision RC oscillator for power monitoring chip

Abstract:High precision and low power RC oscillator is designed which is applied to power monitoring chip . The circuit is fabricated in a 0.35 μmBCD process . The RC oscillator includs reference module and RC circuit generation module. Based on the principle of RC oscillator and the intention of reducing the influence of temperature and power supply voltage changes on the oscillator frequency. In order to reduce oscillator period varies with the supply power, a new type of power supply voltage compensation is introduced to reduce the influence of the change of power supply voltage on the hysteresis time of the comparator. And to suppress the effect of temperature on oscillator frequency, the on-resistance and linear resistance of MOS tube are used for temperature compensation. To improve the accuracy of the on-resistance of the MOS tube,and overcome the problem of the traditional supplementing resistance inaccurate, a high precision and low power digital tuning circuit with 5 bit decoder is designed. The simulation results show that the input voltage range is 2.5 V ~ 5.5 V, the oscillation period error range is -0.8%~+0.14%, the temperature range is-40°C~125°C,and the oscillation period error range is -0.3%~+0.79%.The maximum quiescent current 5.1 μA, RC circuit generation module is 0.9 μA.This circuit is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to implement, applied to many power monitoring chips.

Abstract:The State Grid of China is researching broadband micro-power technology to response the development requirements of smart grid and improve the transmission rate and real-time performance of grid communication. In order to ensure the accuracy of the protocol development, a conformance testing should be conduct to ensure that the broadband micro-power equipment produced by various manufactures can be interconnected. Therefore, a conformance testing system for the MAC layer of the broadband micro-power was designed in this thesis and the hardware and software design of the test system were explained in detail. Finally, the system was verified from function and performance. The verification results show that the conformance testing system has met all the requirements and can realize the conformance testing of the MAC layer of the broadband micro-power.

Abstract:The space data processing center should be on-line running without stop in highly reliability and availability, so this paper presents a fault prediction method based on rule and fault tree, and designs the fault prediction system for processing management system of space data processing center. Firstly, the architecture of fault detection is designed for software and hardware of the space data processing center. Secondly, the derivation method is presented based on fault tree and rule of visualization to realize the fault function of the processing management system. Then, based on the fault detection, the fault prediction method is proposed using auto-selection method and artificial method, after the learning method is used between prediction result and historical data. At last, the application of the system is realized with the using of the method presented in this paper. On the comparison of the prediction result with the real data, the method of this paper is proved effective and efficient.

Abstract:The ANR function in 4G network co-build & co-share can realize the mutual configuration of adjacent cells. In-depth analysis of ANR function, the effectiveness of ANR function from network management were analyzed. The verification results show that after the application of ANR, it liberates the hands of optimization personnel, improves the addition efficiency of adjacent areas and reduces cells′ call drop rate.

Research on the vulnerability mining technology of authentication protocol based on Q-learning

Abstract:The authentication and authorization protocol allows a third party to obtain user resources without disclosing the user password, solves the problem of third-party authorization under the cloud platform, and improves the user′s interactive experience. However, the uncertainty and complexity of the protocol in interactive processing may lead to logical loopholes in its practical application. To solve this problem, a fuzzy simulation method is proposed. By fuzzy processing the protocol interaction process, the logical loopholes of the protocol are found by using the uncertainty of the action of the protocol entity. At the same time, combined with SA-Q reinforcement learning algorithm, the agent is trained to learn the optimal fuzzy strategy and mine the loopholes intelligently. After testing, it is found that compared with the basic Q-learning algorithm, the convergence speed of this method is improved by 9.27%, which makes the model easier to converge during training and effectively improves the efficiency of vulnerability mining.

5G remote interference optimization application

Abstract:Remote interference has been a unique interference phenomenon since the birth of TDD communication system. At present, the main bearer architecture of 5G network is C-band TDD system, and the problem of high-frequency interference is becoming more and more serious. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the characteristics of 5G structure, and effectively avoids the current remote interference short board through network optimization and adjustment, so as to improve the stability of the network system. At last,this paper enriches the practical optimization means of 5G remote interference, and provides research direction for improving the quality of TDD network.

Classification of surface EMG signals based on wavelet packet combination and LMS-LSTM

Abstract:To classify gestures using surface EMG signals, an innovative method is proposed to combine the time-domain and time-frequency features as characteristic parameters, namely the combined features of wavelet packet coefficients and variances. The classifier combined with least mean square and long and short time memory network(LMS-LSTM) is innovatively adopted. After the circuit filter is set for the first filtering, LMS is added to carry out the second filtering of the different features. The classification and recognition rate of the five gestures is 93.78%. Principal component analysis(PCA) is used to reduce the dimension, and the average recognition rate is 92.68%, and the optimization result is achieved. Experimental results show that LSTM classification results are higher than traditional linear discriminant and decision tree algorithms.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry, the aircraft refueling business that provides support services has an urgent demand for the development of electronization, informatization and intelligence. At present, it is necessary to establish an aircraft refueling scheduling system at each trunk airport to realize the electronization and automation of refueling task scheduling, refueling operation implementation and other business. According to the system business and the requirements for high availability, scalability and rapid deployment, the micro service architecture is introduced, the micro service and related technologies are studied, the aircraft refueling scheduling system architecture based on micro service is designed, the Spring Cloud micro service technology framework is selected for implementation, and the application is container deployed. The architecture is applied in the intelligent refueling system of CNAF. It meets the requirements of the system for high-speed software iteration, rapid access and customization of airport system.

Abstract:With the populrity of SoC chip design,the demand for various IP designs is also increasing. How to quickly and correctly verify the correctness of these IP functions tests IC design engineers and verification engineers.To meet these requirements,this paper proposes a deign and implementation of SoC IP unit test based on ZYNQ. Staring from some traditional verification methods,the paper lists the problems encountered in the verification scheme,and describes the overall framework of the scheme,hardware resources and software advantages of ZYNQ,and how to package the IP to be verified and interated into ZYNQ system,respectively,and writes software code to test IP using SDK. Finally,an example of rdc IP is given to illustrate the feasibillty and superiorty of this scheme.

Research on a fast 3D imaging of rail based on Time-of-Flight camera

Abstract:The real-time measurement of rail is more important with the rapid development of high-speed railway. A fast 3D imaging based on the Time-of-Flight camera is proposed to meet the speed and 3D imaging requirements of rail detection. Refer to calculate the round-trip time of light in the air, Time-of-Flight camera obtains the intensity and depth information of object. The rough rail data is extracted from the rail point-clouds by changing the imaging depth of the camera, and the precise data is obtained by combining the 2D images with the depth data. Then the 3D data of rail is quickly obtained. An experimental platform was set up to take the rail images with different imaging depths, and the physical dimensions and volume of rail were figured out.

Research on a fast verification method for malicious domain names

Abstract:As the high similarity exists in the web content of the malicious domain names, such as online gambling, pornographic etc., and the operators register a large number of domain names and deploy the same website code to circumvent domain name blocking, this paper proposes a fast verification method for malicious domain names by using image similarity clustering and similarity search. Ten thousand malicious domain name samples are selected manually in the experiment,including 5 000 pornography and 5 000 Internet gambling domain names. The final experiment shows that the overall accuracy of the verification method is 99.67%, 99.66% for pornography and 99.68% for Internet gambling, which greatly improves the manual verification efficiency of malicious domain names.

Design of aircraft vertical tail V/UHF integrated antenna

Abstract:In this paper, a V/UHF integrated antenna suitable for installation on the top of aircraft vertical tail is designed, which realizes the integration of antenna and radome in structure and performance. The integrated and separated V/UHF antennas are studied. The wide-band operating characteristics of the antenna are realized by using the meandering and matching technology. The measured standing wave ratio in the operating frequency band is less than or equal to 2.5. Compared with the separated antenna, the integrated antenna solves the problem of antenna gain reduction caused by the coupling effect between the antenna and the radome. By using the integrated antenna, the gain is increased by about 2 dB in the full band, the weight is reduced by 1.9 kg, and the antenna performance is comprehensively improved.

A high gain vertically polarized ominidirectional antenna based on series-parallel fending method

Abstract:A vertically polarized omnidirectional antenna with high gain is proposed based on the method of series-parallel feeding. Firstly, a printed dipole antenna is used as the basic radiation unit, and then four of the basic radiation units are formed into a series-fed array to improve the antenna gain. Secondly, in order to further increase antenna gain and make the antenna patterns of the series-fed array desensitize to frequency, two four-element series-fed arrays are connected in parallel and fed from the center through a parallel feed network. Finally, the metal support and the microstrip feeding network are symmetrically designed to achieve good feeding and improve the unevenness of the pattern in the horizontal plane. The antenna was fabricated and measured. The experimental results show that the impedance bandwidth of the antenna is 13% and the VSWR≤2 in the frequency range of 7.4 GHz~8.4 GHz. The gain variations in the horizontal plane less than 2.5 dB and the gains are more than 8 dB across the operating band. In addition, the transverse size of the antenna is less than 0.7λ0. The antenna has the advantages of compact structure, convenient processing and excellent performance. It can be used in wide-band, high-gain and wide-angle space coverage communication systems.

Design of 10 gigabit ethernet UDP communication module based on FPGA

Abstract:In order to solve the rapidly growing data transmission problem for embedded devices, this paper introduces a 10 gigabit UDP/IP protocol communication module, which relies on the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) platform and uses optical fiber as the transmission medium,and explores the impact of introducing the branch prediction mechanism on the transmission delay of the communication interface module. Through in-depth research on the typical transmission model of the existing Open Systems Interconnection(OSI),using hardware description language, the ARP controller, IP controller and UDP controller are modularly designed to form a complete UDP/IP communication module. And the influence of introducing the branch prediction mechanism on the transmission delay of the communication module is evaluated. The analysis shows that the design is simple to implement and adapts to the requirements of embedded devices for high bandwidth, low latency and low resource occupation. It maintains the ARP table independently and supports multi-device cascading. It has positive significance in application scenarios such as high-speed data acquisition, long-distance information transmission, and high-speed processing of on-chip data.

A large range time measuring system study of picosecond multi-pulse time interval

Abstract:Time measurement technology has important applications in laser ranging, particle identification, radioactive nuclear medicine engineering and other fields. This design uses the time interpolation technology based on FPGA EP3C55F484C6 which produced by Altera Corp to achieve high precision TDC. By combining with the upper computer, the number of stop pulses corresponding to a start pulse can be adjusted in a single measurement, which can solve the problem of repeated measurement when there are multiple targets to be measured in a measurement. After the test, the design resolution is 90.08 ps, the measurement accuracy is 33.54 ps, the integral nonlinear INL range is(-0.34 LSB~+0.27 LSB), and the differential nonlinear DNL range is(-0.28 LSB~+0.31 LSB).

Abstract:Automatic gain control (AGC) circuit plays a very important role in the receiver. It can keep the output signal amplitude constant or only change in a small range when the input signal amplitude changes greatly. In order to improve the AGC dynamic range, control speed and reduce the influence of external signals on control accuracy, this paper presents a high-precision AGC receiver, which is realized by using digital AGC circuit to control the variable gain amplifier(VGA)in Integrated circuit . The test results show that the receiver proposed in this paper can realize high-precision automatic gain control.

Research on maximum power transfer of wireless power transfer system based on buck-boost topology

Abstract:In recent years, wireless power transfer(WPT) technology has developed rapidly and is widely used in the consumer field. There are many factors that affect the transmission efficiency of wireless power systems, such as load variation, coil offset, frequency splitting, etc. In order to solve the problem of reducing the transmission efficiency of the system caused by the load change at the receiving end,in this paper, the buck-boost circuit topology is connected in series at the receiving end, and the mathematical model of the WPT system circuit and the coil offset model are established. Then the mutual inductance relationship of the coil offset is deduced. Finally, the relationship between the transmission power and the duty cycle of the coil coaxial model system and the coil offset model system is obtained through simulation. The simulation results show that adjusting the duty cycle of the buck-boost circuit can ensure that both the coil coaxial model system and the coil offset model system can achieve the maximum transmission power of the system when the load changes. It is proved that the buck-boost circuit topology in series can reduce the influence of load changes on the transmission efficiency.

Voltage equalization circuit based on phase shift control for lithium battery pack

Abstract:The terminal voltage of a single lithium battery is low. In practical applications, multiple lithium batteries are often connected in series and in parallel to meet the voltage and power requirements. In order to avoid problems such as overcharging, overdischarge and low energy utilization caused by inconsistency of lithium batteries, it is necessary to balance the series lithium battery pack. In this paper, a double-tiered voltage equalization circuit based on switched-inductor and star-structured inductor-capacitor series branch is proposed, which uses two batteries as a single unit. Voltage equalization is achieved by switched-inductor equalization circuit inside the unit, and voltage equalization from any unit to any unit is achieved by the star-structured inductor-capacitor series branch equalization circuit, the speed of equalization between battery units can be controlled by adjusting the phase-shift duty ratio. Because these two equalization circuits share the same set of switches, the number of switches and their driving circuits, inductors and capacitors is reduced, and the cost is reduced. The results of simulation and experiment verify the validity of the equalization circuit.

Design of a network monitoring image processing platform based on Hisilicon chip

Abstract:Aiming at the current status quo that in industrial site, security monitoring field and automotive electronics industry camera acquisition′s environment building is complex, the cost is high,and the function is single,this paper designs and develops a network monitoring image processing platform based on HiSilicon chip. The platform is designed to use a combination of NVR and DVR, which can not only view, browse, play back, manage, and store multiple network camera video streams at the same time, but also perform image calculations, with the function of image/voice and dynamic frame control. The system adopts the design architecture of HiSilicon HI3559AV100+HI3531DV200 dual CPU, utilizes the excellent video processing capability of HI3559AV100, the excellent codec capability of HI3531DV200, the basic system of the system package CPU, the high-definition video interface circuit and the power supply circuit. The platform can receive video streams through the network, with a maximum decoding capacity of 16 channels of 1080p30, and supports 2 sets of high-definition heterologous outputs. The design has been verified by the actual engineering prototype, the image output is clear and smooth, and the system runs stably. It can be used to meet the application requirements of different scenarios, and also has the advantages of simple operation and wide applicability.

Joint positioning method of Beidou RTK and UWB in transformer substation based on coordinate calibration

Abstract:The complex environment of transformer substation puts forward higher requirements for positioning. In this paper, a joint positioning method is proposed. Combined with the advantages of high-precision positioning of Beidou RTK in the outdoor area and UWB in the indoor area, the absolute coordinates of the indoor UWB base station are solved by calibrating the reference points, so that the indoor positioning and outdoor positioning are unified into the same coordinate system, and the handover criterion is adopted in the transition area to realize the smooth transition of the two systems. Through the field test in the substation, it shows that the proposed positioning method can achieve stable positioning in the indoor and outdoor complex environment, and the positioning accuracy is good, which can meet the positioning requirements of the daily work of the substation.

A miniature Doppler radar system design for structural health monitoring

Abstract:One challenge of direct-conversion Doppler radar for accuracy vibration motion detection is the DC voltage presented in the receiving channel. This paper introduces a DC coupled Doppler radar system for structural health monitoring with adaptive DC calibration and real-time analysis and warning functions. By monitoring the baseband output signals, the feedback voltage can be adjusted adaptively to effectively amplify the useful signal and avoid saturation. Based on the LabVIEW, an extended DACM algorithm and an early warning module are built for real-time signal demodulation, analysis and early warning functions. Experimental results show that the total power consumption of the sensor system is less than 10 W. It realizes an excellent resolution of millimeter-scale vibration and the detection range is up to 200 m. Furthermore, the analysis and warning functions are also verified by introducing artificial abnormal damage data. The results show that the probability of false positive was less than 1%, and no false negative was found.

An adaptive superpixel-based polarimetric feature enhancement method for polarimetric SAR image classification with limited labeled data

Abstract:The performance of supervised Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) image terrain classification heavily relies on ground-truth samples, which could be a problem when the sample size is small or few labels are imprecise. Since PolSAR image has spatial and spectral information redundancy, spatial neighborhood information can improve the discriminative and robustness of sample features. In this paper, a polarimetric feature enhancement method is proposed for improving the robustness of data representation. With the help of a statistical polarimetric HSV color space pseudo-color image generation method and an adaptive superpixel clustering algorithm, the enhanced feature of each sample can be obtained from both the original sample feature and its corresponding superpixel. Experiments with the benchmark datasets show that the proposed method can improve the robustness and accuracy of classification results with a small size of ground-truth samples.

Analysis about influences of holding mode of sample clock on digital receiver

Abstract:In the paper, the influences of the first-level phase-locked loop on the frequency of output sample clock when entering the frequency-holding mode after losing lock in the multichannel digital receiver which adopts the double phase-locked loop to provide the sample clock are analyzed, and then the influences on the amplitude, frequency and phase parameter measurement of the multichannel digital receiver are analyzed further, and the effective redemption is conducted through the correction algorithm to achieve the parameter measurement and decoupling of sample frequency deviation, as emulation and engineering verification have proven the effectiveness of measures so that their popularization and applications are available.
