Research on turning maneuvering target tracking algorithm based on improved UKF

Abstract:This paper studies the accurate tracking problem under the condition of unknown or changing turning rate, an adaptive coordinated turning tracking algorithm based on UKF is proposed. The algorithm makes full use of the dimensionality extension technology and the adaptive fading factor technology, continuously estimates the turning rate in real time and adjusts the process noise and its corresponding gain based on the fading factor. At the same time, adaptively adjusts the sampling range of the unscented Kalman filter algorithm to make the sampling points closer to the real state of the target. Simulation results show that the algorithm achieves good tracking performance when the turning rate changes, and effectively improves the accuracy and stability of tracking maneuvering target.

Design and implementation of L-band RF direct acquisition technology in storage system

Abstract:With the continuous development of military science and technology, the storage system for storing key and sensitive data is becoming more and more important in the military field. As an important data signal working band, L-band has been widely used in satellite navigation, warning radar, communication reconnaissance and other fields. This paper introduces a high-speed serial bus technology based on JESD204B, an ultra-low jitter clock scheme and the latest high-speed ADC to realize L-band RF direct acquisition. The sampling rate can reach 6 GS/s, and the measured SFDR can reach more than 67 dBFS,the direct acquisition data is digitally down converted through FPGA and sent to the storage unit for data storage.

A joint optimization method for cooperative detection resources based on channel capacity

Abstract:Aiming at the cooperative detection task in spatial perception, using the detection channel capacity as the optimization target, the bee colony algorithm is improved and the joint optimization of the swarm trajectory and power is realized. Firstly, a multi-transmit and multi-receive cooperative detection model is constructed. Based on the perspective of information theory, the channel capacity of the detection model is deduced and used as the objective function for optimizing the power and radiation power of unmanned clusters. The factors that affect and constrain the objective function are analyzed and sort out one by one, so as to clarify the optimization objectives and constraints. Then, aiming at the shortcomings of the bee colony algorithm, its search strategy and parameter optimization method are improved. Furthermore, a dynamic optimization process of collaborative detection based on the modified bee colony algorithm is constructed. Finally, through simulation verification and algorithm comparison, it shows that the algorithm in this paper can improve the perception ability of UAV swarm cooperative detection.

Research and implementation of active phased array radar equalization technology

Abstract:For wideband active phased array radar, channel mismatch could affect array processing performance, which can be compensated by channel equalization technology. Most of the existing studies are based on simulation models, supported by few measured data, and the equalization evaluation method is too single. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation system combining residual mismatch characteristics, pulse compression and beam forming antenna pattern is constructed, which can evaluate the equalization effect more comprehensively. In addition, taking an airborne active phased array radar as a platform, the frequency domain equalization algorithm of 150 MHz wideband signal is tested in engineering, and the rectangular window weighted equalization algorithm is proposed. The simulation and measured data both show that the algorithm improves the equalization effect.

An OS-CFAR detector with corrected k values

Abstract:The k value of OS-CFAR detector has the defect of uncertain value taking method. Considering the target echo signal in practical engineering application, after passing through the pulse compression matched filter, the output is the shape of SA function bell envelope. Therefore, when the k value is selected, the background clutter estimation may be taken into the energy unit of the interfering target, which makes the clutter estimation too large and leads to missed detection of the target. In this paper, a modified k-value method is proposed. When the OS-CFAR detector selects k-value, the target echo is considered as an extended target, so that the value of k is more accurate. Through detailed simulation experiments, it is found that the performance of OS-CFAR detector changes with k value under the two conditions of whether there are interfering targets in the reference sliding window, and it is proved that the OS-CFAR detector with modified k value has better performance in multi-target environment.

Abstract:Central processing unit(CPU) plays an important role in industrial control field. Its normal operation is an important security guarantee for industrial. This paper mainly studies the security test and self-repair technology of CPU. From fault injection,fault testing to self-healing,this paper compares and summarizes the related safety technologies, including hardware and software fault injection technology, scan chain, built-in self-testing, TSV and other fault testing methods, as well as alternative repair and fault-tolerant self-healing technologies. Finally, the CPU security cooperation model is proposed, and the basic principles and innovation points of each technology are summarized so as to provide safety reference for the development of CPU fault handling technology in the future, reduce cost and energy consumption while ensuring safety and performance, and help industrial control equipment operate reliably and stably.

Abstract:Integrated circuits are the basic, leading and strategic industries related to national economic and social development. At present, the international environment is becoming more and more complex, and the changes in the century and the epidemic of the century are intertwined. The continuous escalating game between major powers and the deepening decoupling of interests between China and the United States has had a profound impact on the global integrated circuit industry chain. Recently, the United States introduced the “CHIPS and Science Act of 2022”, and joined hands with Japan, South Korea to form a “Quartet Chip Alliance” to build a “united front” to “contain” China, attempts to isolate China′s integrated circuit industry from the global supply chain system. By sorting out the historical evolution and main characteristics of the United States in science and technology legislation, as well as the latest strategic deployment of the “Chip and Science Act of 2022” in the field of integrated circuits, this article provides insights into the resulting new changes in the global integrated circuit industry, as well as its impact on China′s impact, and put forward relevant development suggestions.

Partial discharge pattern recognition based on edge computing

Abstract:Partial discharge is the phenomenon of dielectric discharge caused by uneven distribution of electric field under high electric field intensity. Partial discharge of equipment does great harm to the insulation layer. Rapid detection and identification of the discharge type of equipment is the guarantee of normal industrial operation. For electrical equipment for partial discharge type recognition problem, considering the electrical equipment monitoring system in the diagnosis of the timeliness and accuracy of recognition, this paper puts forward the partial discharge pattern recognition method based on edge calculation, using the advantage of edge computing architectures, edge of reasoning based on training, the clouds, the complex recognition algorithm training optimization deployment in the clouds. The recognition algorithm with large computation is offloaded to the edge layer, while the feature extraction with small computation is reserved to the terminal device layer. The statistical characteristic parameters of pd were extracted by constructing pd phase distribution spectrum, and the generalized regression neural network model was optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, the statistical characteristic parameters were used as the input of the neural network to identify the discharge types. The results show that the proposed pattern recognition method has high recognition accuracy and efficiency.

Graph neural network recommendation combining user behavior and comment text

Abstract:The existing recommendation algorithm based on graph neural network can make use of graph structure information to improve the recommendation effect, but the main graph structure revolves around a kind of interaction between users and items, but ignores multiple behaviors of users. For example, click, bookmark, share, add to shopping cart, etc., all express different semantics of users, and comment information may affect the next purchase intention of this type of item. To this end, a graph neural network recommendation algorithm based on user behavior and comment information is proposed. The algorithm learns the strength and semantics of user behavior through the graph convolutional network, and then uses the comment text graph to represent the preferences of users and products in the learning reviews, and finally combines them to improve the recommendation effect. According to the experimental results, it is found that the algorithm can improve the recommendation effect to a certain extent.

Electric vehicle charging load forecasting based on XGBoost and LightGBM integration model

Abstract:With the scale development of electric vehicles, the load of charging stations has a certain impact on the power grid. In order to ensure the power grid run steadily, an electric vehicle charging load forecasting model based on the integration of eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost) and Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LightGBM) is proposed. This method uses the strategy of stacking integrated learning. Firstly, the base models of load forecasting are constructed based on XGBoost and LightGBM respectively. And then Ridge Regression(RR) algorithm is used to fuse the output results of the base models, the fusion result is the load forecasting value. Based on a variety of different load forecasting models, comparative experiments are carried out with the order data of charging station located in Jiading District, Shanghai. The results show that the load forecasting model constructed by this method has higher forecasting accuracy than the model based on single algorithm, and has certain theoretical and practical value for the smooth operation of power grid.

Noise characteristic analysis and output noise measurement method of LDO

Abstract:With the extensive application of domestic LDO in equipment, in order to ensure the reliability of components, it is necessary to research the measurement method of LDO output noise. Combined with the actual verification work the main, noise sources of LDO are analyzed based on TCAD simulation. Low noise nickel-metal hydride battery pack is used as bias source for power supply. Filter capacitance and coupling capacitance are added in the test circuit which can effectively reduce the background noise and its influence on the output noise measurement of the device. The output noise verification test is effectively to test the output noise of LDO, and improve the LDO parameter testing technology and performance reliability assurance capability.

Rapidly processed technology of highly integrated and multi-label photolithography

Abstract:This paper introduces a rapidly processed technology of highly integrated and multi-label photolithography. It includes the following four modules: arranged module of chips, arranged module of multi-label, chips′ counting module and automatic module of photolithography′s mark. Using these modules in Layout-edit (L-edit) can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of highly integrated and multi-label photolithography layout. Finally, it can shorten the production cycle of photolithography effectively.

Design and performance test of high speed 1553B bus transceiver chip

Abstract:The traditional 1553B bus communication rate is 1 Mb/s, which is difficult to meet the requirements of military electronic equipment for high-speed communication bus. In this paper, a new transmitter slope control circuit is designed and applied to the high-speed 1553B bus transmitter chip, which improves the speed of the transmitter and the quality of bus waveform. The test shows that using the improved 1553B bus transmitter designed in this paper, the communication rate can reach 4 Mb/s, which is 4 times higher than the existing standard rate, and the performance improvement effect is remarkable.

A FPGA prototype verification platform design based on MCU chip

Abstract:In order to shorten the development cycle of Microcontroller Unit(MCU) chip,this paper proposes a Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) prototype verification platform design based on MCU chip.The design is to change the FPGA Random Access Memory(RAM) IP replace program storage unit used in the traditional FPGA prototype verification process into the FPGA dual port RAM IP. One port is controlled according to the traditional method,and the other port control signal is connected to the special control logic for independent control without affecting the function of the original MCU.The method not only saves the times of multiple FPGA synthesis,but also can monitor RAM in real time,which is convenient for error detection.At the same time,this method is universal and can be transplanted to FPGA prototype verification based on similar System on Chip(SoC) architecture.

Abstract:A distribute architecture is presented for the complex system of the space data processing center(SDPC),the implementation method is analyzed for the long run parallel operation based on different location, generation and function. Firstly, the complex space data processing center system is introduced from three aspects of composition, connection and architecture design. Secondly, based on the application of space data processing center system, the key technologies are researched which include the system on-line switching, security protection of operation management, high availability of data management, and user separation based on the virtual cloud desktop technology. Through the real application of long run space data processing center, it realizes the parallel operation of different location and different structure, the relative independence of different function module, the highly reliable operation of user operation separation for disaster backup system and backup center. The architecture satisfied the long run-task demands of space mission planning, satellite in-orbit service, resource scheduling management,and so on.

Design of baseband system of satellite spread spectrum TT&C

Abstract:The satellite tracking telemetry and command(TT&C) subsystem is responsible for transmitting telemetry and receiving remote control signals between the satellite and the ground station. Spread Spectrum TT&C system has gradually become the mainstream TT&C mode because of its strong anti-interference, good confidentiality and easy to realize multi Satellite TT&C. In the TT&C frequency band, X frequency band has become the main TT&C frequency band used in commercial spaceflight due to its rich frequency resources and openness to commercial TT&C. According to the requirements of low orbit satellite TT&C subsystem, a baseband system of X band spread spectrum TT&C transponder is designed, which can transmit and receive X band spread spectrum TT&C signal. By optimizing the design of 2D acquisition and tracking modules, the system can meet the performance requirements of low orbit satellites under high dynamic Doppler.

Abstract:In view of the problems of multiple measurement parameters, time-consuming and high transmission quality requirements on the telemetry system, the collected data is converted from the time domain to the frequency domain, which greatly reduces the amount of data transmission, saves transmission time, and improves the data transmission efficiency of the aircraft. Based on the system circuit, the design of CAN_FD bus interface, DSP and FPGA communication interface and power supply interface are analyzed. The fast-changing parameter preprocessing device can process vibration, shock, and noise signals. The three are based on the same hardware platform and use different algorithms. When the amount of collected data reaches the requirement, the FPGA generates an interrupt and is processed by the DSP, and the result after the DSP processing is sent to FPGA, and then forward to the receiving device. In the experiment, the system verification was completed through a simulated test environment. Practice has proved that the error of the fast-changing parameter preprocessing device is less than 5%, and there is no frame loss, which has strong practical value.

Research on node location algorithm based on neighborhood search particle swarm optimization algorithm

Abstract:In view of the large error of DV- Hop positioning algorithm, after in-depth analysis of the source of positioning error, IDVHop-NSPSO algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization was presented on the basis of in-depth analysis of the source of positioning error of DV-Hop algorithm. The algorithm improves the precision of DV-Hop through the improvements on three parts. Firstly, half jump is added refining the minimum hop.Secondly, the weight coefficient is introduced to calculate the average jump distance to make the calculated jump distance more accurate. Thirdly, neighborhood search particle swarm optimization algorithm is used instead of least square method to calculate the location of unknown nodes.The simulation results show that compared with DV-Hop, DV-Hop+PSO and simulated annealing weighted DV-Hop algorithm, IDVHop-NSPSO algorithm can significantly improve the positioning accuracy without significantly increasing the computing resources.

Research on optimization algorithm based on extending the life cycle of WSN

Abstract:As a classic low-power adaptive hierarchical routing protocol, LEACH protocol is widely used in application scenarios that require continuous monitoring. Although the LEACH protocol balances network energy consumption to a certain extent, it lacks the limitations of node energy and location information and other parameters, and there are problems such as uneven energy consumption and premature death of nodes. According to these problems, this paper proposes the LEACH-PC protocol, which considers the size of the cluster on the basis of dividing the network into regions, and at the same time adjusts various gain parameters of the cluster head election threshold function, thereby prolonging the network life of WSN. The simulation experiment shows that the LEACH-PC protocol reduces network energy consumption and has delayed network death time relative to the LEACH protocol.

Blockchain-based control information auditing and monitoring technology

Abstract:With the increasing demand for joint experiments and system testing, the distributed and networked characteristics of equipment testing have become increasingly obvious, which brings new challenges to the security of equipment test control. Once the equipment test system is maliciously controlled or the control data is maliciously tampered with, it will bring incalculable political influence and military economic losses. Based on the characteristics of blockchain decentralization and non-tampering technology, firstly, this article proposes a blockchain-based control information auditing and monitoring system model, and smart contracts are used to achieve full-process supervision of closed-loop feedback control, which can ensure distributed joint trustworthy supervision of the test. Then, the steps of the model realization scheme are given in this article. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by the simulation test.

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics and pain points of the Internet of Things, it is proposed to take the blockchain technology as the core, combine the Internet of Things technology and use the RISC-V architecture to realize the sinking of the blockchain function to the terminal. The function of carrying the blockchain through the chip makes each terminal become a node of the blockchain, and the distributed characteristics of the blockchain are used to meet the terminal node functions of the Internet of Things. The chip is used to solve the credibility of the data on the chain from the source, and the existing blockchain functions are light-weighted to make it conform to the hardware characteristics of the chip. Through RISC-V′s modular, high-performance, and customizable instruction set, the chip carries the blockchain function. After reasonable analysis and examples, the terminal can be used as a blockchain node to solve the diversified application scenarios of the Internet of Things, which can improve performance and reduce costs while satisfying security and credibility.

Abstract:In order to improve the segmentation quality of fan blade image, this paper proposes a fan blade segmentation algorithm based on improved DeepLabv3+ network. Due to the problems of background assistance and large difference in the proportion of blades collected by UAV, the algorithm proposed in this paper improves the ASPP module and decoder module based on the DeepLabv3+ network. DSAPP concatenates multiple hole convolutions, and transfers the output of each hole convolution layer to the subsequent hole convolution layer by using dense connection. Through a series of feature connections, DSAPP encodes intermediate features of different scales, and obtains a larger range of receptive fields. In the decoder stage, multi-layer feature fusion is added to recover the detail information and all levels of features lost in the down sampling process. Through the experiment of fan blade data set, the MIoU value reaches 0.991 3, PA value reaches 0.996 8. The experimental results show that the segmentation effect of the algorithm designed in this paper is better than that of DeepLabv3+network, and has better detail information.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of application system integration and user identity management in the process of enterprise informatization, based on 4A unified security management standard and combined with the diversified integration needs of enterprises, this paper puts forward a unified identity authentication and single sign-on solution, and establishes a unified identity management platform. This paper analyzes and designs the system functions, focuses on the identity authentication mechanism based on Token and the key technology of single sign-on, puts forward a diversified and integrated single sign on scheme, and uses Spring Security to realize JWT authentication and authorization. The system can realize the unified, efficient and secure user identity management of the information system and facilitate the integration of new application systems.

Abstract:The core of the unmanned boat is its internal integrated measurement and control device for information collection and equipment control. The quality of their functions and performance will directly affect the stability and intelligent level of the unmanned ships. The unmanned boat measurement and control device designed in this paper takes the high-performance STM32F407ZET6 microcontroller of ARM Cortex-M4 as the core, and expands the external interface circuit to realize the efficient integration of various sensor communication devices. The ?滋C/OS-II real-time embedded software platform is used in this system for tasks of efficient data collection, information exchange, data storage, motor control, autonomous navigation, status monitroing etc. After testing, the device communicates with the shore-based host computer system through wireless transmission equipment. It can effectively complete various tasks such as information collection, processing, motion control and data interaction in the course of unmanned boat navigation, and has a wide range of application values in the field of unmanned surface vehicles.

Abstract:Technology principles of implementation of voice capture and voice play in Linux operation system using ALSA framework with the combination of ZYNQ and TLV320AIC23 were introduced in this paper,including technology principles such as hardware design,VIVADO project design,system and drivers,applications. The verification methods and results were showed as well. This scheme has obvious practical engineering significance because it can be easily transplanted into practical engineering such as digital processing board of tactical radio.

Design of phase shifted full bridge power supply based on UCC1895

Abstract:Phase shifted full bridge topology has been more and more widely used because it can realize real soft switching and reduce switching loss at high frequency. A 300 W phase shifted full bridge power supply based on UCC1895 is presented. Its circuit structure and the implementation principle of soft switching are introduced. The design process of the main circuit and the selection basis of key components are explained. The problems of insufficient driving capacity of UCC1895 and driving isolation of upper and lower MOS of the full bridge are solved by using low side single channel driving chip and isolation transformer. Through the analysis of simulation waveform and test data, the rationality of the overall scheme is proved.

Abstract:In the process of electronic noise measurement and harmonic distortion measurement, the filter is used to acquire the signal of specific frequency band or suppress the noise. In this paper, a programmable switching capacitor low-pass filter module with adjustable bandwidth is developed, and the clock signal with adjustable frequency output by STM32 MCU is used to control the cut-off frequency of the filter, which improves the situation that the existing filter cannot adjust the dynamic frequency range due to the fixed parameters. The experimental results show that the passband of the programmable filter can be adjusted at 10 Hz~40 kHz, and it has an obvious ability to suppress the out-of-band signals, which meets the design requirements.

Abstract:When mmwave radar makes the manned or unmanned detection in the smart home environment, leather sofa reflects a strong signal because of its material itself, the strong reflection signals would bring a great disturbance, and finally cause false alarm. Aiming at this problem, a specific parameters through the human body breathe the margin of ups and downs in the chest wall was obtained , and the threshold was setted, coupled with the breathing frequency of the low frequency limit, and by choosing specific 4 root virtual antenna can achieve the threshold number do some judgement, greatly eliminating the false alarm interference of leather sofa.

Application and improvement of maximum likelihood algorithm for DOA estimation of coherent signals

Abstract:In this paper, we discuss the maximum likelihood of the array antenna based on the alternating projection iterative algorithm, the realization of direction of arrival estimation of the signal source and the method of direction of arrival separation of multiple sources with the same distance and same speed. This method can be used to estimate the bearing of the target with correlated signals. Because this method takes a long time and is combined with the Fibonacci method, the search times are reduced and the efficiency of angle measurement is improved. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
