Development of urine data acquisition system based on spectrum measurement with CCD linear image sensor

Abstract:Considering characteristics of current urine test paper, a urine data acquisition system was proposed based on CCD image sensor. CCD was utilized to measure intensity of light reflected from urine test paper under several LEDs with different wavelength. CPLD chip EPM7064s was adopted to drive CCD module TCD1209D, whose analog output signal was digitalized by ARM chip STM32. The results indicate that this system is able to acquire intensity of reflected light from urine test paper precisely and output reliable data for further analysis.

This driver will implement the information interaction between host and USB devices in pre-OS, and expand the function of UEFI.

A research of upper limb rehabilitation robot user system based on embedded Linux

Abstract:Upper limb rehabilitation of patients with stroke always need repetitive training for motor function rehabilitation. One user control system based on embedded computer was designed to control the rehabilitation robot for upper limb movement. Development tool of Qt graphics user interface was used to develop the whole user interface on Linux. Linux kernel was ported and application program was developed based on existing hardware platforms, rehabilitation robot′s active control was achieved via the rehabilitation training game applying the parameters from joint motions. The function of complex underlying control was displayed by a simple way in the present system, making an easy and tight human-computer interaction between rehabilitation physicians or stroke patients and rehabilitation training robot, also improving the training effect.

A design of multi-channel pulse calibration device for launch vehicles ground test equipment

Abstract:This paper designs a multi-channel pulse calibration device in the context of fast test, which can solve the test problems of launch vehicles ground test equipment such as long calibration cycle, low operating efficiency and low reliability of the data. This device is designed underlying EMC principles. The FPGA on calibration device controls pulse output of 64 channels with the method of state machine and calibrates launch vehicles ground test equipment by universal interface and bus. It is proved with features of high precision and reliability. It cuts down the calibration cycle and improves its versatility. This design also increases data-reliability of vehicles ground test equipment.

The data transmission and management system of automatic meteorological station based on Beidou satellite

Abstract:An data transmission and management system of automatic meteorological station based on Beidou satellite is designed due to the meteorological data transmission is limited by single communication data quantity of Beidou short message. The system consists of FPGA module, Beidou module and external measure control module. According to LZW coding and Huffman coding, the system realizes efficient lossless compression transmission of data. The system implemented remote management of automatic meteorological station based on Beidou short message. The system has intelligent detection and management function. At present, the system has already passed the authentication and the data transmission efficiency has been improved 3 times. The problem that meteorological data transmission is limited by single communication data quantity of Beidou short message has been solved. Moreover, the system improveds the ability of managing automatic meteorological station.

Design of lower-power electronic shelf label based on Bluetooth 4.0

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of great-power and poor usability in current electronic shelf label(ESL), a low-power ESL solution based on Bluetooth 4.0 is proposed. ESL is designed using CC2540 as the main chip, which integrated with microcontrollers and RF, and electronic paper as displays. Software and hardware low-power design methodology and operating mode control are used to reduce system power consumption. ESL implements the function of data receiving and sending, electronic paper display and power detection, etc.. Experimental results show that the device is safe and reliable with low power consumption, low cost, easy to use, etc, and it will have great market prospects.

Tilting axis solar tracking system based on DSP

Abstract:In low radiation and cloudy weather, photoelectric solar tracking system can not achieve continually track to solar,and its tracking accuracy is also very low. To solve this problem, we propose an innovative solar tracking system. It firstly adopts rotary table with tilting axis,uses DSP chip as the main controller and replaces traditional photoelectric sensor with image sensor-CMOS. Initially, DSP controls the image sensor to process the collecting image in real time, then locates the sun′s center of mass accurately, calculates deviation between the sun′s center of mass and view center of the image sensor, and uses fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm on errors. Finally, EV of DSP chip produces PWM waves to achieve closed loop drive of rotary table with tilting axis. It aims at achieving high level real-time accuracy tracking to solar. According to experiment result, this system can solve the problems of solar tracking and dramatically improve the level of tracking accuracy.

Design of a current monitoring circuit applicable to lithium battery

Abstract:A kind of current monitoring circuit which is applicable to lithium battery is proposed in this paper. The current is sampled by a sensitive resistor,which is introduced by the power supply loop, and achieves analog to digital conversion by using a clock control switched capacitor amplifier and a high-speed comparator. Accurate current operates in the processor, which can protect the circuit from operating on overcurrent or short circuit state, and also can be used to calculate the impedance, charge remaining and so on. This circuit is based on a standard 0.18 μm CMOS process, the power supply is 2.5 V. The simulation result shows that the current can be sampled and encoded when the circuit works between -40 ℃~125 ℃, it also can judge the battery is charging or not.

Abstract:In order to conform to the trends and needs of the dual-mode or multi-mode of satellite navigation receiver in the civilian market, a dual-mode compatible RF receiver module of Beidou and GPS is designed using two MAX2769 RF chips. This design is based on the basic theory of several key technical indicators and RF circuits involved in the design of satellite navigation receiver. Experimental results show that this RF receiver module is superior performance and stable, which could be effectively applied to the dual-mode compatible navigation receiver of commercial satellite.

Design of a five antenna and dual-frequency RF front-end of GPS

Abstract:This paper introduces a GPS RF front-end system,which has five-way GPS antenna input at the same time, and can output two intermediate frequency signals of GPS L1 signal and five intermediate frequency signals of GPS L2 signal at the same time. The RF front-end can handle multiple GPS signals at the same time. The output of intermediate frequency signal is adjustable of 32 levels. Its consumption is low, and anti-jamming capability is strong. It′s especially suitable for GPS receiver system of handling multiple signals at the same time.

The design of LED lighting control system of rail vehicle based on WTB and MVB bus

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-interference ability and heat dissipating capability of railway vehicle LED lighting control system and achieve automatic dimming,a scheme of the hardware of the control system is designed. WTB(stranded wire train bus) and MVB(multifunction vehicle bus) are used as the basis of communication network. PWM technology is used to automatically adjust the brightness of LED. Experiment results show that the design of LED lighting system hardware of railway vehicle is with good heat dissipation, lights stability, and can adjust light automatically according to the external environment change with brightness error less than 1%.The design of hardware can be proved to be rational.

Application research of dual link DVI signal on avionics display and control system

Abstract:Cockpit display system is an important part of avionics system. More and more high definition signals such as DVI are used to transmit video signals. Traditional DVI1.0 is single link and its bandwidth cannot satisfy the transmition requirement. Meanwhile,the bandwidth of dual link DVI is double of single link DVI and dual link DVI can transmit high resolution of 2 560×1 600@60 Hz for displayer. This paper presents a method of dual link DVI circuit design based on FPGA,which can convert two channel single link DVI to one channel dual link DVI. With the presented method,high resolution video signals can be transmitted to displayer and satisfy the requirement of avionics system.

A design of full CMOS low power voltage reference source

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of MOSFET at subthreshold region, this paper proposes a full CMOS voltage refe- rence source circuit with the mutual compensation principle between two MOSFET threshold voltage difference and thermal voltage. Compared with the traditional bandgap voltage, the proposed circuit is fully composed of CMOS devices without resistance and traditional capacity,which has features of simple circuit,low power, small temperature coefficient and small chip area. Through the theoretical analysis of the circuit and Cadence simulation with SMIC 0.18 μm process,under the condition of the power supply voltage of 1.8 V,the output reference voltage is 364.3 mV(T=27 ℃) and temperature coefficient is 6.7 ppm/℃(-40 ℃~+125 ℃), while PSRR can reach -68 dB@10 kHz and the power dissipation is 1.3 μW.

Design of a sensor signal acquisition and storage module based on FPGA

Abstract:In order to achieve the records of spatial noise signal during aircraft flying condition,a ultrasonic data acquisition and storage module is designed based on FPGA. In the module, FPGA chip XC3S400 is the main controller, THS1408 chip is used as the A/D converter, the collected analog signals are converted to digital signals and for storage. In the FPGA software scheme of ultrasonic data acquisition module, the function of the software, implementation block diagram and software flow chart are presented.Flash chips use alternating double plane page programming method, improving the data writing speed. The test has verified the effectiveness of the acquisition and storage module function.

Power Supply Technology and Its Application

Equivalence by cutting off of lithium batteries connected in series and their charging control

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of possible difference among the lithium batteries connected in series, the method by cutting off the battery with lower capacity was proposed to attain their charge equivalence to overcome the energy and life losses by charge transfer for equivalence. During operation process, the microcontroller detects all batteries′ voltage via the voltage resistor divider network and carries out the corresponding controls. In the charging process, when one of the batteries in series is cut off or reconnected, pulse current modulation signal will be sent to the charger by the existing DC power line, to adjust the charger′ output voltage to adapt to the lithium battery series connection changes.

Study on the method of invalid circuit excluding in sneak circuits for vehicle electronic circuits

Abstract:Sneak circuits analysis and excluding of vehicle electronic circuits have become an important means to improve the reliability of the vehicle electronic circuits. Invalid paths excluding is one of the key technologies in sneak circuit analysis technique. The paper puts forward the improved general method of invalid paths excluding based on the characteristics of circuit components and the basic circuit principles in order to ensure the accuracy of sneak circuits judge in subsequent circuits. And in this paper, the feasibility and validity of this method have been verified through sneak circuit analysis for electronic circuits of vehicle.

Research of efficient wireless power transmission system upon low frequency and small size

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of multiple receiver, intermediate coil and magnetic insulating material on the power transfer efficiency. Experimental results showed that these methods all can effectively improve the overall system performance. The integrated system efficiency was 85.4% when these methods was used to build the integrated system.

State-of-charge estimation of li-ion battery based on Kalman filter algorithm

Abstract:An easy electric model of the cell(2nd order equivalent circuit model) is identified and verified, and a Kalman filter methed is applied to estimate SoC. The simulation and test results on two different cells of the same manufacture and typology show that the algorithm is able to reject the effect of measurement noise and parametric uncertainties with high accuracy. The precision of the fast estimation is 96.1%, and the slow estimation is 99.0%.

An active clamp flyback converter equalizer for series-connected supercapacitor string

Abstract:In series-connected supercapacitor strings,supercapacitor monomer voltage imbalance can lead to premature deterioration of modules, such as life span and energy efficiency. According to the problem in conventional flyback voltage equalization circuit, such as the higher voltage stress of switch and higher power loss, this paper proposes a high efficiency supercapacitor equalizer using flyback converter with active clamp for series-connectedsupercapacitor strings. The active clamp circuit is used as an auxiliary circuit to achieve zero voltage switching(ZVS) .The operational principle, theoretical analysis, design consideration, and implementation method are presented. The simulation and experiment equalization test was performed for 3series-connected supercapacitotor. The results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed circuit.

Prediction of operation state of turbine in TRT system based on wavelet transform and quantum neural network

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of ambiguity and complexity of faults and causes for turbine in TRT system, the turbine operation data collected from production scene are processed by the soft and hard threshold compromise algorithm in decomposing the wavelet coefficient and filtering the noise to achieve the prediction of operation data of turbine. Then, the prediction of operation condition model of Quantum Neural Network is established to adjust the structure of the neural network and train for the prediction results. The simulation results show that wavelet transform can filter the noise effectively, and model of Quantum Neural Network can realize prediction of operation condition of turbine in TRT.

Design of 24 bit high-precision magnetic sensor data acquisition system

Abstract:A kind of three channels and 24 bits high-precision magnetic sensor data acquisition system was designed, it is required that the noise of all channels are less than 20 ?滋V and the power consumption of the system is lower than 1 mA. In this system , three AD7192 data acquisition chips are slected to do the A/D conversion ,they can collect and analysis signals,after that, micro controller collect the data,in that, they are analyzed. As all this,data are sent to the PC for subsequent processing analysis.Software simulation and hardware test shows that the system quite fit the bill of high accuracy.

Design and research of high-precision harmonic standard device

Abstract:Aimed at the shortage of low–precision harmonic analyser that cannot adapt to the provincial and municipal measurement units′ requirements, combined with an implementation case, a set of high-precision harmonic standard device was designed. The device involved two parts: overtone source and electrical parameters analyzer. The testing and commissioning results show less errors and the device has reached the precision standard requirement.

A tiny capacitance detection system applied in capacitive MEMS sensor

Abstract:According to the measurement difficulties of capacitive micro-machined gyro-scope, a tiny capacitance detection system based on capacitive sensing chip AD7747 and STM21F405 microcontroller was designed. The system includes I2C data communication module, serial communication modules, Flash memory modules and single-chip control module. Finally, an experiment was designed to test the properties of the system. Experiments show that the system has a high resolution and accurate measurement. The resolution can reach 1.6fF which can meets the requirement of detecting weak signals to the capacitive MEMS device.

Design and implementation of a power intelligent tester

Abstract:A new scheme of intelligent tester for LED LCD driver power supply based on PIC is proposed. Multiple operating mode are achieved: current rating, current measurement, voltage measurement, frequency measurement and multi-channel data transmission. Intelligent testing for ten states of LED LCD′s four outputs under two power supply mode are supported. Test data is transmitted to PC via RS485 bus for analysis. It has been validated by practical engineering application that the scheme is feasible, completely functional and highly reliable.

Design of multi-channel wireless data monitoring system based on FPGA

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of the development and testing of frequency hopping in the industry, this paper uses 16 high-performance wireless transceiver chips TI CC2530 2.4 GHz ISM band to monitor all 16 channels, and uses FPGA logic to control core to accept and cached all data, then data is transferred to the host with the FT2232H USB2.0 controller chip quickly, finally the host computer completes the channel setting, data analysis and display functions with C # language. Test results show that the FPGA-based multi-channel wireless data monitoring system has good stability and real-time, and meets the system requirements.

A realizable affine combination of adaptive filtering algorithm

Abstract:In order to further improve the performance of convergence rate and steady deviation of the adaptive algorithm, this paper proposed a new combination parameter updating formula based on the analysis of performance on affine combination adaptive filters. In this proposed updating formula, the fixed coefficient is replaced with the function associated with the sub-filters output, which can make the affine combination adaptive filtering algorithm track the performance of sub-filters in real-time. Simulation results show that the performance of the affine combination adaptive filtering algorithm based on the proposed updating formula of the combination parameter is consistent with that of the affine combination adaptive filtering algorithm based on the ideal updating formula of the combination parameter, has fast convergence speed and low steady-state deviation, and can track the variable step-size of sub-filters.

Research on outage performance optimization in cognitive multi-node relay networks

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the optimization method of outage performance based on cognitive multi-relay networks, and propose optimal power allocation(OPA) method under the constraint of maximum of average transmit power of secondary users and the constraint of average interference power of primary user. Optimal sensing time is designed to minimize the outage probability of cognitive multi-relay networks. Finally, we conduct deep experiments which show that the outage performance of OPA scheme is superior to that of equal power allocation scheme. And there exists an optimal spectrum sensing time to optimize the outage performance of cognitive multi-relay networks. Furthermore, increasing the number of secondary relays can efficiently improve the outage performance of cognitive relay networks in high SNR region.

An enhanced algorithm of TCP based on Ad Hoc networks

Abstract:In the adaptive wireless Ad Hoc networks, the singleness of existing TCP congestion control protocol: AIMD(Addictive Increase and Multiple Decrease) in congestion decision-making basis easily causes the sharp decrease of network performance such as resource utilization, data stream-friendliness. In order to improving network performance metrics such as throughput, propagation delay, fairness, this paper presents an adaptive dynamic algorithm of congestion window and combines with throughput model to determine collision window size. We carry out RFTCP in NS2, and evaluate its performance for a lot of scenarios. The simulation results show that RFTCP outperforms TCP-Newreno in our wireless scenarios.

An inter-cell interference coordination scheme by jointing HII and OI

Abstract:As the coordination of the process of HII and OI, a kind of interference coordination scheme by jointing HII and OI was proposed. According to the received HII and OI of target cell, eNodeBs select and determine the users need to be adjusted the PRB assigning and the users need to be adjusted the transmission power. Then eNodeBs assign frequency resources depend on the different edge load situation. MATLAB simulation results show that the new interference coordination scheme can effectively reduce inter-cell interference compared with the traditional interference coordination scheme, and improve the cell average throughput.

Design and analysis of UHF short loop dipole anti-metal tag

Abstract:According to the actual demands of anti-metal performance of RFID tag, we have designed a short loop dipole anti-metal UHF RFID tag antenna combined with the advantages including strong radiating capacity, simple fabrication, lost cost and anti-static, suitable for impedance matching etc. We made the tag antenna in the above of the advantages including strong radiating capacity, lost cost, substrate material for FR-4 that can reduce the metal environment absorbing electromagnetic wave disturbance to the antenna radiation, making the short loop dipole tag have the properties of gold; Meanwhile, we have introduced impedance arm to optimize the impedance matching of loop dipole tag antenna. Through repeated simulation and testing we can see that the tag we designed here has favorable anti-metal and impedance matching performances.

A novel optimization algorithm and application in 3D pattern synthesis for conformal sphere arrays

Abstract:A novel optimization algorithm is proposed to apply in 3D pattern synthesis for conformal sphere arrays. Firstly, to overcome the drawbacks of the standard genetic algorithm (GA) and the particle swarm optimization(PSO), a hybrid algorithm named HAGPSO is proposed, which combines GA and PSO to take advantages of those algorithms. Then, to solve some problems in conformal arrays such as high sidelobe, low radiation efficiency, a novel algorithm called shadow algorithm is proposed and added in HAGPSO. Finally, a conformal sphere array is used as a synthesis example to illustrate the HAGPSO in solving realistic 3D pattern optimization issues. Experimental results show that the HAGPSO is effective in solving 3D pattern synthesis for conformal arrays.

A new leakage based multiuser MIMO precoding algorithm

Abstract:When the total number of receive antennas is large than the number of transmit antennas, the multiuser MIMO SLNR precoding algorithm's performance would degrade significantly. To solve this problem, a new joint precoding and receive filter matrix design scheme is proposed based on maximum SLNR criterion. Considered the restrain ability of the receive filter matrix against the leakaged power, the proposed scheme defines a new form of signal-to-leakage-and-noise ratio. Compared with the basic SLNR algorithm, the proposed method can take full advantage of the margin space of the receiver, increase supported user numbers. Simulation results indicate that as long as the sum of the substream number is smaller than the number of the receive antennas, this method have very good average BER performance and system sum-capacity, even when the total number of receive antennas is more than the transmit antennas.

It ensure reliable reading, while reducing system power consumption and prolong the working life of the reader.This design is a reference for the similar application high reliability requirements.

Design of oxygen and pulse measurement system based on Android mobile phone

Abstract:In order to measure the oxygen saturation and pulse and send data to coaches and doctors, a design of remote oxygen content and pulse measurement system is designed. The signal of pulse and oxygen that detected with detection module is sent to the players′ mobile phones through Bluetooth. After processing the signal data, the pulse waveform of human body, calculated blood oxygen content and pulse are displayed on the mobile phone. In the same time, the data is send remotely to the coach and the doctor′s mobile phone. The test results show that the accuracy of measurement is high and the system is stable.

Abstract:In this paper, for the colorized video moving objects extracting problem, a colorized video moving objects extracting algorithm via adaptive on-line cluster is proposed. Firstly, this paper gives an improved color-difference measurement method based on the Euclidean distance metric in HSI color space. Then, it proposes a threshold adaptive on-line clustering colorized background reconstruction algorithm, and evaluate the reconstructed colorized background objectively. Finally, the background subtraction method is used to extract moving colorized objects.

Abstract:The multi-motor synchronous control method based on internal model and fuzzy PID is proposed. IMC controller is introduced into the speed of parallel synchronous control system, which is designed to replace the conventional PI following controller, and with its strong robustness to restrain the asynchronous phenomenon which is caused by uncertain factors such as system parameter perturbation and load disturbance. And then Fuzzy PID controller is designed by combining modern intelligent control technique, with the expert control experience and reasoning into the system to achieve multi-motor high precision synchronous control.

This system uses B/S architecture with low cost, low power consumption, high stability characteristics and many other advantages. The users can use any terminal on the Internet(such as computers, cell phones, etc.) to access the system easily for real-time monitoring of the monitoring area. The system supports multiple users to simultaneously log in and compatible with multiple browsers with high security. In the environmental industry, manufacturing industry and transportation industry,this system has much application value on environmental monitoring.

Technology of recognizing the number of the people based on EEMD life detection radar

Abstract:For the life detection radar echo signal is nonlinear and non-stationary, and its difficult to obtain a large number of experimental samples in fact, a multi people recognition method is proposed, which is based on EEMD singular values and supports vector machine. The radar echo signal is decomposed self-adaptively into several intrinsic mode function (IMF) and then the feature vector matrix is decomposed into feature vectors by singular value. And finally the feature vectors have been input a support vector machine classifier for pattern recognition, to determine the amount of body behind the wall. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has high recognition speed and high recognition rate, and can be effectively used in human number recognition of life detection radar. It has broad application prospects.

The design of a monitoring system of meteorological data

Abstract:In order to timely access to meteorological parameters of irrigation district, so as to facilitate the implementation of irrigation, this paper designed a monitoring system of meteorological data based on GPRS communication module. The system was composed of client and server. MSP430 microcontroller was the core of the client, it mainly finished the acquisition and processing of the meteorological parameters. The server used VB language, it mainly realized the real-time communication with client.The system could realize the switch in the normal working mode and low power mode, and resolved the changing problem of IP address, and stably transferred temperature, humidity, illumination and other meteorological parameters to PC, supported for instruction form of telephone short message to acquire meteorological parameters. The system had good stability, and it is convenient to operate.
