Design of mercury-lamp source for solar irradiance spectrometer spectral calibration

Abstract:In order to satisfy the requirement of solar irradiance spectrometer spectral calibration on the satellite, a mercury-lamp source is designed based on its characteristics which can be described as high voltage to glow and low voltage for work. The single-ended flyback topological structure and four level dual voltage rectifier are used to provide the high glowing voltage. And the degenerative feedback is designed to current constant. The glowing voltage and working voltage can be switched automatically without the microcontroller. Both the usability and the reliability in low temperature of the source are improved. The experiments show that the current precision of the mercury-lamp source designed is 0.000 21, the current adjustment rate is 0.001 8, the current stabilization coefficient is 0.009. The mercury-lamp source can work reliably in low temperature and satisfy the system requirement of the load.

Design of high-speed CMOS image storage and real-time display system

Abstract:A high-speed image storage and real-time display system is designed for telemetry system of aiming at the problems of large data volume, high-speed and inability to store display directly. The system takes the Spartan 6 series FPGA as the core processor, and uses the full mode Camera Link interface to gather the image data of CMOS camera output. The system of possessing high-speed image storage and real-time display uses technology of DDR3 Ping-Pong cache to write image data into a disk array consisting of SATA controllers as well as through Gigabit Ethernet interface upload to computer after analysis and processing. Image data is converted to the VGA resolution format of the 1 024×768 pixels in the form of pumping frames and reducing resolution. Finally the system conduct the image real-time display through the VGA interface. What the experimental results show that the system can store and display the high-speed image data with 2 048×2 048 pixels and frame frequency with 150 f/s resolution.

Design of file-based bad block management of high-speed large-capacity space-borne storage

Abstract:In order to ensure high-speed stable storage rate of high-speed large-capacity space-borne storage, we must to manage the bad blocks that occur when writing because of single particle flipping and exceeding erase limits in NAND Flash chip. File-based bad block management links all bad blocks of four-level pipeline into one file, links unused blocks of four-level pipeline into four separate files, and links used blocks into many different payload files. In addition, adopting a four-level pipeline ping-pong buffer mechanism replaces the write failure blocks fast. The file-based bad block management, which runs in the model task, resolves the problem of storage rate jitter when the data is written in a bad block, and stores the multi-payload data into different payload files with four times the write rate of one-level pipeline. Therefore, file-based bad block management ensures the correctness and integrity of the payload data.

The research of IGP algorithms for grid ionospheric model correction in BDS

Abstract:Based on the grid ionospheric correction algorithm of BDSBAS,the paper discusses how to calculate the IGP vertical ionospheric delay by the IPP vertical ionospheric and tests the grid point ionospheric vertical delay error(GIVE).The results show that grid ionospheric model is a kind of high accuracy ionospheric delay correction algorithm and the delay of ionospheric grid is the key of the grid model;selects near the IGP reference station to calculate the vertical grid delay is more accurate and is also beneficial to obtain high-accuracy ionospheric correction effect;Additionally,the correction error is in a normal range,verifies the algorithm of GIVE is workable in the area of China and can limit the grid point ionospheric delay error with a confidence level of 99.9%.

Study on improvement of radar signal fusion recognition algorithm based on evidence theory

Abstract:As evidence theory algorithms fail to identify and distinguish the complex and unstable radar signals efficiently, the improvement have be presented for the algorithm of fusion recognition based on evidence theory. Firstly, add the classification strategy to classifying the signals and use the consistency of ranking method to measuring the weight value of each parameters. Then, the improved evidence fusion rules is subsequently applied to exercise fusion processing on the similarity of parameters concerning each signal and the trust value concerning target framework of each signal in order. Finally, finish the recognition according to the final trust value. The results of simulation reveal that the improved algorithm can exert favorable effect on the distinction of unknown complex radar signals, with higher recognition rate and less consumption time, which is more fit for the actual signal fusion recognition.

Optimization design of double layer hybrid satellite network and coverage performance evaluation

Abstract:We have studied the issues that poor survivability and high processing delay of single-layer satellite networks, and complex management and high link redundancy of triple-layer satellite networks, and propose an optimal design scheme of double-layer hybrid satellite network. In our proposed scheme, the networking analysis and constellation design for MEO and LEO satellites have been presented by using Walker constellation and polar orbit constellation respectively. Meanwhile, aiming at the problem that the traditional satellite coverage performance index cannot be used to evaluate the satellite constellation with different configurations generally, a unified evaluation model of satellite constellation is proposed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can not only improve the percentage of coverage, but also effectively reduce the average gap duration and average response time, so then meet the overall design requirements for all-day coverage in China.

Abstract:Integrated circuits(ICs) have important applications in portable, wearable and implantable medical instrumentations and artificial organs. According to the application environment and the low frequency and small amplitude characteristics of physiological signals, the medical applications propose new challenges and requirements in reducing the power, reducing the size, achieving low cutoff frequency and increasing the reliability. In this paper, the recent progress of portable, wearable and implantable medical instrumentations and artificial organs is reviewed, the new methods and technologies are summarized, and the future of the medical ICs is analyzed.

A survey on orbital angular momentum antennae in wireless communication

Abstract:With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, spectrum resource in radio frequency is reaching Shannon Limit. Orbital angular momentum(OAM) can theoretically provide infinite orthogonal channels and use spectrum resources effectively. Basic theory of OAM is briefly introduced at the beginning of this paper, then typical forms and specific realization of OAM antennae are concluded, in which their merits and drawbacks in gain, radiation pattern, receiving and demultiplexing are focused on. Finally, common problems of present OAM antennae are summarized, and prospect of their appliance in wireless communication in near future is made.

The research and implementation of polarization code decoding based on FPGA

Abstract:In the binary discrete memoryless channel, polarization code can achieve its channel capacity limit and its implementation complexity is relatively low,which is a major breakthrough in communication field,so it is a very important research significance to realize polarization code decoding in FPGA. Firstly,the SC decoding algorithm is introduced and the butterfly structure is converted into liner structure in order to improve the efficiency of decoding. Then the decoding algorithm is improved by minimum decoding, fixed- point quantifying and resources sharing so that it is easier to implement in hardware. Finally,realizes the polarization code decoding in FPGA and gives the test waveforms, while the comprehensive resource about different coding block length are also compared in this paper. The experimental results show that the decoding can reach the highest frequency 134 MHz and reach the throughput rate 35.6 Mbps.

Design of a circuit with overtemperature protection apply to LED driver

Abstract:An overtemperature protection circuit is designed whose driving current changes with the voltage of temperature self-adaptive changes. Circuit has the characteristic of hysteresis thermal-shutdown and adds the temperature self-adaptive in the constant-current output. Circuit is simple and stable relatively.Based on 0.5 μm standard CMOS technology,the circuit is simulated by Cadence Spectre. The result shows that the reference voltage with high precision,low temperature drift,and temperature coefficient is 1.6×10-5/℃. The LED driver circuit current outputs 350 mA in 0~65 ℃ and its changeable range is under 0.285%. The variation range of temperature self-adaptive current is 85 mA when the temperature changes from 65 ℃ to 108 ℃. The signal for hysteresis thermal-shutdown would be high level and the output circuit would turn off when the temperature rises up to 110 ℃. The circuit wouldn′t restart until the temperature down to 60 ℃.

A JPEG real-time decoding optimization algorithm based on multicore DSP TMS320C6678

Abstract:Focus on the real-time processing requirement for digital video in electronic information system applications, based on the analysis of JPEG decoding, proposes a method of multicore DSP task-level parallel implementation for the system architecture of multicore DSP, and design a JPEG decoding system based on TMS320C6678, implement decoding task-level parallel pipeline and efficient inter-core communication. Experimental results show that the real-time processing capability of JPEG decoding system based on TMS320C6678 has improved so much and broaded application prospect in the field of digital video transmission and processing of electronic information systems.

Design and implementation of X-band single road′s frequency mixer channel based on MEMS filter

Abstract:The method of miniaturizedly designing filter based on MEMS chips for x-band receiving module was proposed in this paper, constituting a down-conversion circuit which consisted of a four-way down-conversion receiving channel from X band to L band channel in combination with the filter chips, LO-power divider and power-control circuit. It had functions of amplifying, filtering and gain-controling, featured with a small size and low power consumption. By circuit analysis, modeling and simulation,the electrical specifications of the channel was decomposed to circuit units. The down-conversion circuit, acted as the mixing-power dividing chain,was the most important unit,which had two vital filters with MEMS chips structure,which is an RF switch filter and an IF filter. So it can be achieved with MEMS filter chips design. The MEMS filter chips had obvious advantages on performance and size. And the mixer channel had low power consumption and a small volume,conforming to the technical development trend and demands of miniaturization,modularization and integration,which was suitable for the promotion in practical application.

Design and simulation of several operational circuits based on CFA

Abstract:A typical current feedback operational amplifier OPA603 has been chosen to research,and several operational circuits have be designed with it. This paper discusses the circuit design principle,the circuit structure and the method of selecting component parameters in detail. Though the external zero adjustment method to solve the problem of current feedback operational amplifier imbalanc,using the Howland current source to design noninverting integrator,or adding the compensation resistance to inverting integrator which avoids the limit that inverting integrator cannot be formed by the direct capacitive feedback. The simulation results show that the method of circuit design is feasible, and the bandwidth of operational circuits composed of CFA reach 100 MHz.

Abstract:To solve the problems of synchronization and inter-symbol interference caused by parallel transmission, this paper studies the high-speed serial protocol-JESD204B and provides a design of data transceiver interface based on the V7 series FPGA of Xilinx. The experiment is conducted under the bit rate of 6 Gb/s per lane, the test result verifies that this design could fulfill the requirements of synchronization and accuracy during data transmission,and also shows that serial transmission simplifies the layout of PCB, decreases the number of layers and the cost of project, which has more advantages than parallel mode.

Meanwhile, the examples of Arduino model development are analyzed, finally it completes the model design, model testing, automated code generation, automatically download and run, online debugging and so on, explores the full Arduino modeling method development, verifies Arduino model development feasibility and convenience using MATLAB/Simulink.

The design and realization of GPS baseband generation and control module based on FPGA

Abstract:Global Positioning System(GPS) baseband can be used to test the performance of navigation and positioning equipment research and generate deception jamming signal.The design and realization of GPS baseband generation and control module based on field programmable gate array(FPGA) are presented, which includes hardware circuit design and code writing. It realizes multi-channel controllable gain GPS signal output at the same time, generates C/A code and P code by using FPGA, and generates carriers L1,L2 by using direct digital frequency synthesizer(DDS). It shows that the design has the adjustable output gain and the controllable output frequency, and can provide multi-channel the baseband signals and control signals for RF module.

The realize of border router in 6LoWPAN based on OpenWrt

Abstract:OpenWrt is a highly modular and automatic embedded Linux system. It includes effective network components for network forming and extensibility. Based on OpenWrt, a design scheme of the 6LoWPAN border router is presented. In order to gain access to both IPv6 and 6LoWPAN, two kinds of protocol are designed respectively on the border router. Through the establishment of a SLIP channel between two protocol stacks,communication between the heterogeneous networks is realized. Owing to the powerful routing function and strong packet management mechanism of OpenWrt system, this border router has direct access to IPv6 network and its scalability is good.

Design and implementation on the system of high speed fog removal in traffic video images based on FPGA

Abstract:To solve the problem of unclearness of traffic surveillance video image in foggy days, the paper puts forward a fog removal system in traffic surveillance video image based on FPGA. Firstly, cacheing the collected real-time image data to SDRAM, then estimating the spreading images by using the luminance component, finally recovering the original explicit images based on the atmospheric scattering model. With the characteristics of powerful process ability and richful logic resource of FPGA, the processing speed of image is 60 frames per second for a 640×480 PAL corlor image. The result shows that the system can better remove the fog in video image on the premise of outputing a high qualified vedio image.

Development on a non-contact road surface temperature measurement system

Abstract:Road surface temperature is not only one of meteorological elements of road surface, but also an important basis for judging the road surface condition. A non-contact infrared temperature measurement system to measure the road surface temperature uses pyroelectric detector receive road surface infrared radiation with total radiation temperature measuring method, completing the overall system design and data analysis,and calibrating the temperature with minimum double multiplication and BP neural network. The experimental results show that the three-layer BP neural network calibration has better fitting effect and the error is less than 1%. And through the experiment, compared to PT100 the correlation coefficient is 0.999. It can measure the road surface temperature accurately.

Abstract:Normally, the classrooms and power consumption equipments in the teaching building are not managed scientifically, which caused serious waste of energy resources. Aiming at this problem, a remote electrical energy conservation control system is designed. It is able to control and manage electrical equipments both on the mobile phones or PC. It can also automaticly control the electricity equipments being on or off according to the power arrangement. This system has been applied for an university, and the operation results show that it has many advantages, such as simple structure, easy installation and reliable performance. In addition, it is convenient and practical, achieving energy conservation, human resources and material resources conservation.

A novel harmonic estimation algorithm based on adaptive linear neural network

Abstract:To overcome the shortcomings of the conventional FFT-based harmonic estimation algorithms due to extensive computational load, poor real-time capabilities and poor noise immunities, a novel harmonic estimation algorithm based on adaptive linear neural network(ADALINE) is proposed. The mathematical model of the algorithm is presented using the least mean square(LMS) algorithm, and the step-size selection of the algorithm is discussed using three-dimensional manifold based on the LMS error and the Fourier series coefficients. The fundamental active, reactive component and the individual harmonic component are extracted from the load current using time-domain iterations, which lays the basis for the selective harmonic compensation purposes.

Abstract:In order to ensure the correctness of the new generation of aviation bus——Military 1394 bus′s performance andfunction,and it′s protocol conformance and reliability of system application,thesyster test of bus becomes a necessary means. In this paper,it sets up a test platorm for bus system,and researches test methods of this bus system from bus electricalcharacteristics,bus protocol conformance,system application. Through the joint-test, experiments and flight tests of the bus system,it is proved that the system test method described in this paper is effective and feasible,which provides a reliable guarantee for the flight safety of the new generation of aviation system.

Design of embedded spectral density measurement system based on LabVIEW

Abstract:To facilitate the requirements of actual project, an inexpensive and integratable measuring system spectral intensity is designed. It adopts linear array CCD device TSL1401 as optoelectronic conversion device, and sets FPGA chip EP1C3T100C8 as the control core for collection system, while ARM chip STM32F103RCT6 is used as the data transmission channel for realizing to communicate with upper computer. And the real-time display of collection data will be completed through the module of LabVIEW. The experimental result shows that the system can distinguish the different fringe objects obviously, which meets the expectation of theory. This system is stably and efficiently to be applied for real-time and fast spectral measurement with accuracy.

PAPR reduction in wavelet-based OFDM using improved PTS-μ law algorithm

Abstract:Wavelet-based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(WOFDM) system has the problem of high peak-to-average ratio(PAPR). Aiming at the high computational complexity and low bit error(BER) performance of the traditional technique to reduce PAPR, a PAPR reduction algorithm using improved partial transmit sequence(PTS) technology and μ-law companding method is proposed in the paper. Simulation results show that the improved PTS technology greatly reduces the computational complexity with only a little PAPR performance lost compared to the traditional technology. Combining improved PTS technology with μ-law companding method, in the premise of low computational complexity, the PAPR value in WOFDM system reduces by 4.7 dB with only 1.4 dB BER lost.

Improved joint signal reconstruction algorithm for wideband collaborative spectrum sensing

Abstract:Sub-Nyquist sampling with Modulated Wideband Converter(MWC) can reduce required sampling rate for wideband spectrum sensing of Cognitive Radio(CR), and collaborative spectrum sensing conducted by multiple CRs and a fusion center can help increasing the precision of spectrum sensing. The Block Sparse Simultaneous Orthogonal Matching Pursuit(BSOMP) algorithm, extended from Orthogonal Matching Pursuit(OMP), has been investigated as one joint signal reconstruction algorithm for collaborative spectrum sensing with MWC, but the percentage of correct support recovery of BSOMP algorithm is not satisfied in low Signal Noise Ratio(SNR) regime. In this paper, Block Sparse Simultaneous Compressive Sampling Matching Pursuit(BSCoSaMP) algorithm, extended from Compressive Sampling Matching Pursuit(CoSaMP), is proposed to be the improved joint signal reconstruction algorithm for collaborative spectrum sensing. Simulation results demonstrate that higher percentage of correct support recovery can be achieved with BSCoSaMP algorithm than with BSOMP algorithm.

Mobile communication vehicle dynamic networking anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation simulation

Abstract:In view of the traditional evaluation method of non mobile communication vehicle dynamic network anti jamming effectiveness evaluation is not accurate,the evaluation of anti jamming effectiveness of mobile vehicle dynamic network combined maximum deviation method and support vector machine is proposed. Based on the analysis of mobile communication vehicle dynamic network structure and evaluation index, for the mobile communication vehicle,its dynamic network information is preprocessed, increasing the accuracy of the information. Based on the maximum deviation method and the support vector machine method, the vehicle dynamic anti jamming effectiveness evaluation model is established, realizing anti jamming effectiveness evaluation. Experimental results show that,with the improved evaluation method, the evaluation of the error is small, anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation is good, it has certain advantages.

Performance analysis of physical layer security based on the average rate over Rayleigh fading channels

Abstract:According to the existing physical layer security technology lack of security performance analysis over Rayleigh fading channel, this paper establishes the wiretap model over the Rayleigh fading channel. Firstly, the average decoding rate and the average eavesdropping rate are used to measure the effectiveness and safety of the transmission system and their analytical expressions are derived. Then, the compromise of the safety and effectiveness is modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem, which is further transformed into a single objective optimization problem by using the linear weighted method. Besides, an optimal transmission rate algorithm is given based on gradient descent method. Finally, the simulation results show the effects of the signal transmission rate, the eavesdropping position, the number of loop iterations and other factors on the security performance.

Dynamic multimedia transmission scheme based on GOP frames cooperation

Abstract:According to the reliability of mobile multimedia communication and the real-time security of parallel multi stream, a multi stream parallel dynamic transmission mechanism based on GOP is proposed. Firstly, based on the multimedia stream structure and video frame priority, the construction and dynamic adjustment scheme of the GOP sub frame cooperative transmission network is proposed. Secondly, the dynamic state analysis based on the multimedia stream number, channel quality, variation of decodable frame ratio and bit error rate is given, and a dynamic multimedia transmission mechanism based on GOP Frames Cooperation is proposed. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed scheme has good performance in real-time, parallel efficiency and reliability, and is very suitable for parallel large-scale multimedia real-time communication.

High mobility channel estimation method based on basis expansion model

Abstract:In this paper, the problem of high mobility channel estimation is investigated in the Long-Term Evolution for Railway(LTE-R) communication system. By employing a Basis Expansion Model(BEM), the channel impulse response of the LTE-R system is fitted as the summation of several basis functions multiplied by the corresponding coefficients. The fast time-varying channel can be obtained approximately by estimating the coefficients of the basis functions. The performances of a polynomial BEM, a Complex Exponential BEM(CE-BEM), a Generalized CE-BEM(GCE-BEM), and an Optimization GCE-BEM(OGCE-BEM) are compared by simulation. Simulation results show that the OGCE-BEM has the lowest Normalized Mean Square Error(NMSE). In addition, the estimation performances of the OGCE-BEM are discussed under different moving speeds, different numbers of basis functions, and different modulation modes, respectively. Simulation results reveal that the OGCE-BEM still has a lower NMSE under a higher moving speed, a smaller number of basis functions, and a higher order modulation.

Abstract:The stock market is a barometer of the national macroeconomic environment,the views of users on the stock market to a large extent reflect the views of the stock market,but also affect the stock market. Therefore,through the emotional network text polarity analysis technology and search engine technology to mining stock network view is one of the hot topic of current financial information and cross discipline.This paper designed a fusion vertical search full-text search and opinion mining for network stock review engine system structure,put forward a network oriented theme stock data acquisition point harvest algorithm and crawler structure,and established a multi granularity unsupervised emotion network stock review fuzzy calculation polarity classification method,to achieve the analysis of online stock comment.The test results show that the classification accuracy, the efficiency of data acquisition and the response time of search engine can meet the requirements of practical application.

Rapid detection system for aircraft fuselage based on UAV

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of rapid detection of aircraft fuselage and improve efficiency and accuracy of detection, a rapid detection system for airplane fuselage structure was designed, which used the detection device and multiple rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV). Multi-level and modular open structure design was adopted for the system’s hardware, and a set of general software testing platform was constructed. The whole system was divided into the mobile airborne control platform and the back-end processing platform, which could realize feedback of images and real-time monitoring for detection process. Through the analysis of collected data, the final diagnosis results and the test report could be obtained. Finally, the system was used to detect the real aircraft, and the effectiveness of the system was verified by the results.

An improved algorithm of association rules based on the Spark

Abstract:Association rules Apriori algorithm have problems with large calculation cycle and low algorithm efficiency faced with huge amounts of data in the era of information explosion, data in a specific storage on the data structure to reduce the data on the number of times past, pruning operation before the items self-joins and changing the terms of judgment have been adopted in the paper, and the algorithm combined with Spark computing framework, an improved algorithm based on the Spark(Spark+IApriori) can be put forward. Experimental results show that the Spark+IApriori algorithm has a good data scalability and speed ratio than Apriori.

A fast pedestrian detection method combining contour rough selection and HOG fine classification

Abstract:For solving the problems of high false alarm rate and low efficiency of existing pedestrian detection methods, a fast pedestrian detection method is proposed. First, this paper executes contour rough selection of the first layer according to geometric features of the contours, and executes the one of the second layer according to the invariant moments of the contours, to remove false-targets and reduce false alarm rate. On this basis, this paper crops the suspicious image patches and only extracts histogram of oriented gradients(HOG) features on these image patches, and then uses linear support vector machines to classify these features, for further reducing the false alarm rate. Meanwhile, the efficiency is improved because the number of HOG feature extraction is sharply reduced. Simulations train and verify features on INRIA and Caltech dataset, respectively. Results show that the new method has low false alarm rate and high efficiency.

Designing and implementing a fast 3D reconstruction system for UAV sequence images

Abstract:A fast 3D reconstruction system called FDroneMap for sequence image of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) is designed and implemented. The efficiency of the system is improved through two aspects. One is optimizing reconstruction algorithm, using a new image matching method based on hash table and adjust image matching strategy according to the "sequential characteristic in time and space" of UAV to accelerate the speed of image matching. On the other hand, each module of the reconstruction algorithm is designed in parallel, which improves the performance of the system. The contrast experiments show that FDroneMap can significantly improve the efficiency of 3D reconstruction in the process of high resolution UAV images, and can guarantee the accuracy of the reconstruction.

An accurate positioning method for vehicles with multi-sensor fusion and neighbors collaboration

Abstract:Facing to the low positioning accuracy problem of existing vehicle positioning devices, an accurate positioning method for vehicle ad-hoc networks is proposed. First, it obtains multi-sensor information from vehicles, and fuses these information to build the state model of the current vehicle. Then, Bayesian filtering method is used to calculate the credibility for vehicle′s current state. And then, it estimates the relative position of current vehicle by combining with the vehicles′ information of current vehicle′s one hop neighbors. Finally, it amendments the current location of the vehicle to improve the positioning accuracy with the information above. Experiments show that, compared with commonly used methods such as global positioning system(GPS) and extended Kalman filter, the new method has higher positioning accuracy and less influenced by GPS positioning error.

Abstract:Modular multilevel converter(MMC) is one of the hot spots in the application of Voltage Source Converter based High Voltage Direct Current Transmission(VSC-HVDC). Aiming at the traditional pulse width modulation method in the MMC system, which vary the output power of each module unit and the performance of the output waveform is reduced, a carrier-based hybrid SPWM(CBH-SPWM)is proposed. The modulation strategy includes characteristics of the carrier overlapping modulation and carrier phase shift modulation .On the one hand, the performance of output voltage is improved, on the other hand, output power of each module in the MMC is equal. The correctness and effectiveness of proposed CBH – SPWM was verified through the simulation calculation.

Design of non isolated CC/CV mode switching PI control fuel cell booster charger

Abstract:In order to realize the charging of lithium polymer battery and reduce the charge ripple, a non isolated constant current/constant voltage mode switching PI control fuel cell booster charger design method is proposed. The fuel cell needs to balance equipment problems start power, as the standby rechargeable battery lithium polymer battery, and the charging process in the traditional boost charger ripple amplitude is large, is not conducive to battery life, through the analysis of steady state characteristics and boost charger transfer function is derived, and the design of the external PI controller for commercial integrated circuit based on MAX745 to achieve constant current and constant voltage automatic switching technology charging mode, obtain good ripple rejection and stable charging effect. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high stability margin, which can obtain faster charging speed and lower battery loss, that verifies the effectiveness of designed charging circuit.

Abstract:In order to save energy and protect the environment, efforts have been made to develop and use of sustainable energy sources. Photovoltaic, wind and fuel cell power generation will be the main future distributed power generation. This article is designed for distributed generation micro network control system, the power of distributed maximum power emitted by the microcontroller, H-bridge circuit, driver circuit, sampling circuit dual-loop control, energy storage devices, load or distributed power source output when the change, using two closed-loop system to stabilize the DC bus voltage, the system is such that the maximum power tracking module energy can be transported to the grid, two-way flow of energy. After testing, the control system can complete photovoltaic cell maximum power output control, and so the range of voltage stability is very small, and achieves high accuracy regulation.

Simulation and analysis of 1 800 MHz RF energy harvesting system

Abstract:The output voltage and power conversion efficiency(PCE) of radio frequency(RF) energy harvesting system are two important parameters to measure the system performance. In this paper, the circuit is operating in the 1 800 MHz band, mainly consists of receiving antenna, impedance matching circuit, six stage rectification voltage-multiplying circuit and load circuit. In Advanced Design System(ADS)simulation, signal source power change between -30 dBm~0 dBm, the change of the load resistance value between 100 kΩ~500 kΩ, observe the whole circuit changes of the output voltage and PCE. Results show, increasing both the incident power and the load resistance can increase the output voltage of the circuit, PCE will increase with the enhancement of incident power increase but decrease with the increase of load resistance, the output voltage and power of system that collecting RF signal with high power can meet the requirement of low power equipment.
