Abstract:With the rapid development of modern communication technology, there comes great demand of multi-frequency and broadband antennas of compact size. It is also urgent to solve the problem of the shortage of spectrum resources and low utilization of spectrum. In this paper, the new spectrum reuse resources of orbital angular momentum(OAM) are combined with ultra-wideband antenna technology, a kind of ultra-wideband OAM antenna is designed. The simulation results show that the working band of OAM antenna covers Ku, K and Ka multiple frequency bands, and multiple modes of OAM beam can be generated in the microwave section of the high frequency. The OAM beams of various modes have good rotation and symmetry, and the characteristics of different OAM mode beams are analyzed. Finally, it is found that the same mode OAM beam is generated at different frequency points at different frequency bands, which energy concentration is basically consistent. This indicates the feasibility and effectiveness of the OAM antenna.

Creeping-ray tracing algorithm for arbitrary NURBS surfaces based on adaptive variable step Euler method

Abstract:Although the uniform theory of diffraction(UTD) could be theoretically applied to arbitrarily-shaped convex objects modeled by non-uniform rational b-splines(NURBS), one of the great challenges in calculation of the UTD surface diffracted fields is the difficulty in determining the geodesic paths along which the creeping waves propagate on arbitrarily-shaped NURBS surfaces. In differential geometry, geodesic paths satisfy geodesic differential equation(GDE). Hence, in this paper, a general and efficient adaptive variable step Euler method is introduced for solving the GDE on arbitrarily-shaped NURBS surfaces. In contrast with conventional Euler method, the proposed method employs a shape factor(SF) ξ to efficiently enhance the accuracy of tracing, and extends the application of UTD for practical engineering. The validity and usefulness of the algorithm can be verified by the numerical results.

Design of chipless RFID tag based on substrate-integrated waveguide and complementary split ring

Abstract:Facing on the contradiction between the coding capacity and the tag size in the design of chipless tags, a new chipless tag structure is proposed. The tag is composed of a substrate-integrated waveguide and a complementary split ring on the surface patch. The complementary split ring contains nested inner ring and outer ring. The resonance frequency of the tag can be tuned by adjusting the opening angle of the inner and outer ring of the complementary split ring, in which the outer ring is responsible for a wide range of frequency coarse tuning, and the inner ring is used for a small range of frequency tuning. The tag operates in the frequency range of 4 GHz to 6 GHz, the size is 25 mm×15 mm, and the coding density is as high as 4.86 bit/cm2. The radar cross section curve of the tag is obtained through simulation, and the consistency with the theoretical analysis is verified. Compared with the traditional chipless tag, the structure can improve the coding capacity without increasing the size of the tag, while the substrate-integrated waveguide provides high selectivity for the tag, which keeps the tag with high spectral resolution.

Abstract:New requirements of RF test for 5G mobile communication are presented in this paper. Low test cost and small uncertainty of 5G RF indoor test methods are highlighted, which include indoor microwave far field simulation method, indoor real application scene simulation method and passive intermodulation(PIM) testing methods. This paper also emphases on key technologies including planar wave generator based on antenna array and 5G channel model.

Miniaturized microstrip bandpass filter based on adjacent-nonadjacent coupling

Abstract:A miniaturized microstrip bandpass filter is presented. The proposed filter consists of four folded stepped-impedance resonators. As compared with its corresponding conventional uniform-impedance resonator or stepped-impedance resonator counterparts, the folded stepped-impedance resonator can save nearly 50% circuit size since it takes full advantage of its occupied circuit area. Owing to the simultaneous existence of the adjacent and nonadjacent coupling in the proposed bandpass filter, three different cross-coupling path-pairs can be established to generate three different transmission zeros, which can improve the selectivity performance and width of stopband of the proposed filter effectively. Measured results of the prototyped filter agree with its simulations quite well. Meanwhile, the prototyped filter performs roll-off speed of 100 dB/GHz, and its upper stopband can be up to 11.5 GHz with relative rejection over 33 dBc. Compared with some similar works, the prototyped filter achieves electrical-size-reduction of 23%, which can satisfy the requirements of miniaturization of microwave circuits.

Research progress on envelope tracking power supply modulation technology

Abstract:The envelope tracking power amplifier(ETPA) has the advantages of high efficiency and high linearity, and has become the research hotspot of modern mobile communication technology. Envelope tracking power modulator is one of the key modules in ETPA because it can improve the efficiency of PA in the power back-off region, resulting the overall efficiency of the communication system greatly improved. The introduction of the envelop tracking technique(ET) and the envelope elimination and restoration technique(EER) are firstly described, and the performance differences are compared. And then it focuses on the ET technique, analyzing the hybrid envelope tracking amplifier(HETA), the most commonly used circuit structure of ET technique, and its key design parameters. The comparison and summary of the existing HETA structures optimization scheme are developed, then the practical application of ET technology in mobile communication is enumerated. Finally, the facing challenge of ET technology is considered.

Design of integrated multi-mode reference voltage generator for SAR ADC

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex supply voltage and high sensitivity of power in ADC for the industrial Internet of Things, this paper presents a flexible, low power and low noise reference voltage generator for the SAR ADC to obtain good PSRR and a stable supply-independent full-scale range. The 2.5 V or 1.5 V is available based on the different range of supply voltage(2.65 V~3.6 V or 2.2 V~3.6 V). This circuit support off-chip capacitor to provide transient current for the ADC to avoid the power-hungry integrated buffer in series sampling mode. An energy-efficient mode which uses integrated buffer rather than off-chip capacitor can be configured to obtain short setting time to save energy during each one-shot sample. Testing result shows the circuit can save power/energy with no loss in ADC performance.

Design of a miniaturized S-band transmitter

Abstract:The design of an S-band transmitter is described in detail in this paper and testing results are analyzed. The software simulates body structure and the frequency ranges from the resonance point.In order to realize the miniature, MEMS filter, microwave monolithic integrated circuit and micropackage thin film technics are adopted in the design. The test results show that the flatness of the gain of the S-band transmitter is less than 1 dB, the rejection of spurious signals in of the band is more than 80 dBc,the rejection of local oscillator is more than 57 dBc,and the suppresion of the third-order intermodulation is more than 66 dBc. The dimension of the whole channel is 55 mm×35 mm×14 mm,which has perfect performances and high integration.

Design of linear low-noise amplifier for 802.11ac based on SiGe BiCMOS technology

Abstract:This paper presents a 802.11ac low-noise amplifier with bypass function integrated in 0.36 μm SiGe BiCMOS process. In order to meet the specifications of the criteria, the methods for optimizing noise, power gain and stability were given. In the circuit design, the SiGe HBTs were designed with inductive emitter degeneration structure. According to the simulation results, the HBT low-noise amplifier is unconditionally stable when the power supply voltage is 5 V and the noise figure(NF) is about 2.2 dB with small signal gain 13.3 dB, and 7.2 dB with insertion loss about 7.2 dB for LNA enabled and LNA bypass status, respectively. The input third order intercept point is about 10.2 dBm with two-tone signal at 2.412 and 2.437 GHz, respectively. Total input power is 0 dBm(-3 dBm/tone).

Research and implementation of AC resistance calculation method for TSV array

Abstract:Through Silicon Via(TSV), as a key interconnection technology in 3D integrated circuits, is used to connect input and output of chips in different layers. When multiple TSVs with alternating current close to each other, will produce the proximity effect, which increases the resistance of the TSV, thus affecting the transmission performance of TSV. Therefore, a method of calculating AC resistance of TSV array based on barycentric interpolation is presented. On the basis of triangulation of TSV cross section and determining the current intensity of vertices, the AC power consumption of TSV is calculated by interpolation method, the AC to DC resistance ratio of TSV is calculated by the AC to DC power ratio, and then the AC resistance value of TSV under the influence of proximity effect is obtained. This method can realize the calculation of AC resistance of TSV array in arbitrary scale and arrangement, and it will provide guidance and verification for the design of transmission structure in three dimensional integrated circuits. Finally, the numerical results of this method are compared with the results of commercial solver ANSYS Q3D. The experimental results show that the proposed method acquires better performance.

Study and design of region of interest encoding algorithm for HEVC based on FPGA

Abstract:In order to decrease the bit-rate of video encoding while keeping quality of video, considering the parallel feature of FPGA and block processing feature of HEVC, a block based Gaussian background model-ROI extraction mapping algorithm is proposed and implemented for HEVC video encoder. Firstly, background frame is set by this method, and current frame is classified as foreground and background by SAD rule, then mapping them into coding tree unit(CTU). Secondly quantization parameter is adjusted according to distortion-rate automatically, well followed by the HEVC encoding procedure. The experimental results show that the speed of this algorithm on FPGA has reached the speed at 22 fps@1 080 p, and the bit-rate is saved about 10% with stable video quality.

Design of low-power electronically controllable nth-order filter using CCII and CDCTA

Abstract:In order to solve problems of high power consumption and narrow bandwidth, a new current-mode nth-order multifunction filter circuit was presented. It is composed of one CCII(second-generation current conveyor),one CDCTA(current differencing cascaded transconductance amplifier) and grounded capacitors. The proposed filter enjoys the simple structure and the circuit power consumption is only 6.82 mW, the maximum sensitivities value is only 1 and the circuit bandwidth is over 100 MHz. Moreover, its bandwidth can be tuned electronically. PSpice simulation and hardware experiment have been included to verify the theoretical analysis.

Abstract:Narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT) is a new communication technology in the field of Internet of Things. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, large capacity, wide coverage and so on. It will be the trend of the development of the Internet of Things. In order to speed up the application of NB-IoT technology, this paper studies the design of temperature and humidity control system based on the application architecture of NB-IoT, gives the communication principle of NB-IoT application architecture, and then uses the component design method to carry out terminal hardware and software design and practices to test the control of temperature and humidity data acquisition system. The test results show that the design of NB-IoT application architecture has good stability and reliability, providing theoretical basis and technical support for the application and development of NB-IoT.

Design of 6LoWPAN border router based on multiple open source system

Abstract:Based on the open source system of OpenWrt,it develops application socket-support,and ports the 6LoWPAN/RPL border router(6LBR) to the OpenWrt. It Choses TL-WR703N SoC and CC1310DK as the core handware platforms, and relys on Contiki,6LBR and OpenWrt, to design a 6LoWPAN border router. Meantime,it uses lowpower CC1310 chips produced by TI company to design two 6LoWPAN sub nodes,and buids a testing network of Internet of Things, including a PC, two 6LoWPAN nodes and a 6LoWPAN border router. The result shows that PC terminal can use CoAP protocol to realize the data acquisition and control of the 6LoWPAN node.This 6LoWPAN border router can be applied to some seenarios such as industrial control, environmmental monitoring, smart home and so on, and it has the certain application value.

Anti-conflict design for reading and writing of DDR3 six channels based on FPGA

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of data conflict of reading and writing when multiple channels access DDR3 at the same time in the acceleration processing of futures market data, an anti-conflict design for reading and writing of DDR3 six channels based on FPGA is implemented and the requirement of multiple channels′ real-time access control for monolithic DDR3 memory bar is completed. The result of ChipScope sampling proves the feasibility of the design, it improves the parallel processing speed and reduces the prices of time overhead in the calculation of futures market data processing. The highest channel rate can reach more than 5.0 GB/s and the bandwidth utilization rate can reach more than 80%. The design has a very high practical value in the application of multiple channels′ reading and writing.

A kind of design and implementation about safety RTU

Abstract:This paper introduces the whole structure design of RTU, describes in detail the realization method of telemetry acquisition module, signal acquisition module, control module, encryption/ decryption module and communication module. Through the use of encryption and decryption chip, a communication mechanism based on SM2 encryption algorithm is designed, a design scheme of remote terminal unit with secure communication function is proposed, and the data security and reliable transmission problems of RTU in monitoring system are solved.

An implantable epileptic signal detector with wireless charging and wireless communication

Abstract:An epileptic signal detector with wireless charging and wireless communication is proposed in this work, which can be used to build a closed-loop neurostimulator. The detector consists of two recording electrodes, an epilepsy signal extraction and amplification module(including a chopper amplifier and two filters), a radio frequency energy harvester(RFEH), a blue-tooth module and an epileptic signal detection algorithm. The chopper amplifier is realized by a multistage in-phase amplifier with the ‘zero drift’ operational amplifier. The RFEH, which is the power supply of the system, is designed with a single channel Villard voltage doubler. The coastline parameters are employed to detect the seizure of the epilepsy. Measurement results show that the input voltage drift of the chopper amplifier is 1 μV. The gain of the local field potentials(LFP) and spikes are 40 dB and 100 dB. When the transmission power is 20 dBm@2.45 GHz, the distance between the transmitter and receiver is 2 cm,and with and without 1 kΩ load, the regulated voltage of the RFEH are 2.6 V and 5.6 V, and the energy conversion efficiency is 2% when with the load. The detection accuracy of the coastline parameter method is 91.1%.

Application of MCKD and improved LSSVM in fault diagnosis of rolling bearing

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the fault is hard to identify during the operation of the rolling bearing, a fault diagnosis method of maximum correlation kurtosis deconvolution and improved least squares support vector machine is proposed. First of all, the method uses the maximum correlation kurtosis deconvolution to extract bearing vibration signals under different operating conditions. Then the least square support vector machine is used to supervise the extracted vibration signals. At the same time, improved cuckoo search algorithm is used to solve the problem that the kernel parameters and penalty factors of LSSVM fall into the local optimum and the convergence accuracy is poor in the optimization process, and improve the recognition rate of fault diagnosis. Bearing data were measured in different running states to verify the effectiveness of the method. The experimental results show that improved algorithm can effectively identify all types of rolling bearing status with high accuracy. It was a reliable method of bearing fault diagnosis.

Abstract:The composition, basic principle and software architecture of a commercial vehicle hybrid test rig are described in detail in this paper,as well as the way to choose the dynamometer and battery simulator,and the design and implementation of data acquisition and communication. The commercial hybrid vehicle test bed can be applied to different types of commercial vehicle power-train tests, to simulate the road load and test the endurance. The thought route and design method can provide reference to the test bed design of commercial vehicle test power-train bed, and speed up the development of commercial vehicle power-train.

Abstract:In order to meet the application requirements of high-precision pedestrian autonomous navigation and indoor positioning, a prototype of wearable human motion measurement system integrating Arduino and Xsens Awinda inertial measurement kit is designed. The device is convenient to wear and highly reliable which is capable of simultaneous measurement of feet inertial information and the feet range. The function of wireless data transmission, remote storage and analysis is also supported. The gait pattern is obtained by zero-velocity detection algorithm using the inertial data, the feet range information is continuously measured by modified SRF10 ultrasonic range finder, which is supposed to improve the accuracy of inertial navigation and positioning.

Design of anticorrosion detection system for natural gas pipeline based on test block power interruption method

Abstract:The test block power interruption method is one of the most important detection methods in the anticorrosion detection of buried steel natural gas pipeline. The anticorrosion detection system for natural gas pipeline is designed and realized. Firstly the overall design scheme is introduced. And then the hardware realization method of collecting the Von and Voff data is described in detail, and firmware design steps are given. Finally our instrument and the similar instrument of well-known foreign company together are tested. Experiments show that the function of our instrument is the same as that of foreign instrument, and can accurately measure the cathodic protection potential of natural gas pipelines. It has the good market prospect and excellent performance of low error rate and easy operation.

Abstract:A new miniaturized beacon is designed aiming at the retrieval of aircraft recorder. The beacon consists of a GPS module, a control unit, a Beidou module and a power supply module. The control unit streamlines the positioning information quickly gathered by GPS, and transmits the coordinate information to receivers through the Beidou module during work. The target position is rapidly locked,and consequently the retrieval efficiency is greatly improved this way. The beacon also has the characteristics of accurate positioning, high reliability, portability and low power consumption.

Abstract:Dense heterogeneous network enhances spatial multiplexing by encrypting a small base station, for users in the small base station between the frequent switching problems. In this paper, a local clustering network architecture and handoff management mechanism based on local mobility is proposed. The 5G New Radio technology user connected-inactive state is introduced, and the discrete-time Markov transfer model is constructed. The cost of the handoff function evaluates the performance of the proposed mechanism. The simulation results show that the proposed handoff mechanism reduces the handoff consumption compared with the current handoff scheme, and effectively reduces the handoff delay.

Vehicle self-organizing network data transmission algorithm based on two-way broadcast mode

Abstract:Due to the bi-directional broadcast of vehicle self-organizing network had great communication outage probability and low data transmission efficiency, a vehicle self-organizing network data transmission algorithm based on two-way broadcast mode was proposed. The algorithm built the encounter broadcast model and separated broadcast model based on bi-directional broadcast vehicle characteristics. Firstly, it got the completed slot and successfully received data packet probability density function by analyzing encounter broadcast stage. Next, the algorithm calculated the required number of broadcast slots in separated broadcast phase based on the data buffer capacity, and according to communication depth selected the next broadcast node. Simulation results show that, compared with the vehicle information sharing algorithm based on complex network theory and V2V link allocation algorithm based relay network, the average interruption performance was improved by 12.1% and 6.8%, and the average cumulative propagate slots were reduced by 28.7% and 36.5%.

Adaptive impedance matching method based on magnetic resonance wireless energy transmission

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and transmission distance of multi-to-1(multi transmit(TX) coils to one receive(RX) coil)coupled magnetic resonance(CMR) wireless power transmission system, this paper presents 2-to-1(two TX Coils to one RX coil) of the CMR wireless energy transmission system of the adaptive impedance matching method. The principle of this method is that when the load impedance is matched to the equivalent internal impedance of the power source, power can be transmitted to the load without reflection, but it is usually not matched. Therefore, the LC impedance matching network(IMN) is used to make the source resistance and the load side impedance equal. As the RX coil changes in the spatial position of the transmitter will cause the input impedance changes, this paper sets different LC impedance matching network for different RX coil position, so that it can achieve the purpose of adaptive impedance matching. Finally, after the test, with the RX coil in the spatial position of the change, the impedance matching network can quickly achieve automatic matching, energy transfer efficiency is up to 87%, and the mobile phone charging distance increases to 10 cm or more.

Energy efficiency optimization based on NOMA IoT communication

Abstract:With the popularity of large-scale MIMO and Internet of Things, energy efficiency(EE) optimization issues will be the challenges of the future development of 5G, in which multiple users reuse in the same sub channel shows more attractive. Assuming that the conditions of the channel state information are fully understood, the base station allocates the machine equipment with the largest allocation factor to the user equipment according to the maximum proportion allocation principle, in the uplink, a bilateral matching algorithm of one sub-channel and user equipment is adopted, and the EE is maximized through the power control and time scheduling based on NOMA. The simulation result shows that the energy consumption of the proposed optimization scheme is reduced by more than 6% compared with the existing schemes.

Design and implementation of virtual SIM card based on Android platform

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of surfing Internet of users when traveling abroad, a virtual SIM card is designed and implemented based on Android smart phone. It allows the user download information of the virtual SIM through the terminal in the destination area. After an authentication with the download card parameters, it can also provide data network service with the price similar to the destination area by accessing to the Internet. Firstly, the Android Telephony architecture is introduced, and then the method of communication interaction of each layer is analyzed. For security issues that may arise from the virtual card, this article achieves the security management of virtual card parameters based on ARM TrustZone technology. Experimental results show that users could achieve the order to products and the activation to orders by the application. By using the virtual SIM card, users can enjoy the Internet service in which the cost is lower than operators.

A decision fusion method of SVM-DS and its application in high-speed rail fault

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty of obtaining the Basic Probability Assignment(BPA) of DS evidence theory in the practical application, a decision fusion method combing SVM and DS evidence theory is proposed. The probability model of Platt is used to transform the hard outputs of different SVM classifiers into probability outputs, and the confusion matrices are used to calculate the local credibility of classifiers. The BPA function is established based on the posterior probability of SVM and local credibility of classifiers. Finally, the final decision is made through DS fusion based on BPA. Applying this method to the high-speed rail failure data, the experimental results show that the method of constructing BPA is effective and reasonable in practical problems, and the method of decision fusion can steadily improve the classification accuracy compared with the single classifier.

Abstract:The development of deep learning promotes the development of deep online learning, and online learning tends to have strong effectiveness. Based on the principle of online extreme learning machine and the principle of autoencoder of deep extreme learning machine, an unsupervised online deep extreme learning machine autoencoder is proposed. The forgotten mechanism is introduced into the online deep ELM-AE, proposing the FOS-DELM-AE. With FOS-DELM-AE do unsupervised feature learning,and FOS-ELM do supervised target learning, OS-ELM has deep network structure,and with the ability of online sequential learning. Finally, the effectiveness of FOS-ELM algorithm is verified by experiments based on RMSE and R-square.

Research on air target detection range based on BD forward scattering radar

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to analyze and estimate the detection area of air targets based on the BD Forward Scattering Radar(FSR),and to study the detection range of different BD satellites and its change with time,as well as the different air targets influence on the detection area.In the experiment,the data of BD satellite are actually collected, and the detection area is analyzed by MATLAB software.The results show that the detection range of the air target based on the BD forward scatter radar is a nearly inverted conical shape determined by the baseline,which increases with the increase of the radar cross section of the target.

Backstepping adaptive dynamical sliding mode control method for ball and plate system

Abstract:An adaptive dynamic sliding mode control method is proposed for the tracking of the expected trajectory of the ball and plate system. Considering the unpredictability of the external disturbance and the uncertainty in the actual situation,it combines with the adaptive control to estimate the unknown boundary. In order to effectively weaken the dependence on the mathematical model, the dynamic surface strategy is introduced to avoid the phenomenon of differential big explosion in inversion method. Considering whether there are any external uncertainties, the two experimental environments are divided into two kinds of experimental environment, and the simulation experiment is carried out using the method of this paper and the method of dynamic sliding mode. The simulation results show that the designed controller is not sensitive to system parameter perturbation and external disturbance.The method can realize the trajectory tracking of the ball well, and has good dynamic tracking performance, which shows strong robustness and adaptive characteristics.

A high-voltage gain DC/DC converter with the output capacitors connected in series

Abstract:In this paper, a high-voltage gain DC/DC converter with the output capacitors connected in series is proposed, which makes up for the insufficiencies that the voltage gains of existing converters are affected seriously by the parasitic parameters; the output capacitors withstand high voltage stresses that equal to the output voltage. All the capacitors and the input source in the proposed converter are connected in series to supply the load, thus, reducing the capacitors′ voltage stresses. Higher voltage gain can be obtained by the extended converter. The operational principles and calculating methods of relevant parameters are presented, based on which, the simulation and experiment are conducted. The results verify the feasibility of the proposed converter.

Analysis and simulation of signal full-duplex transmission in ICPT system

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the signal can only be transmitted in one direction or half duplex during some non-contact power transmission, and it can not realize the problem of real-time interaction between signal control and feedback,according to the problem of signal full-duplex transmission in the inductive coupling system, a method is proposed by changing the input voltage amplitude to forward the signal transmission and adjusting the secondary compensation capacitor to reverse the signal transmission. In this paper, the influence of the change of the input voltage amplitude on the secondary current is analyzed and the influence of the change of the secondary capacitor on the primary current is analyzed. Simulink, Simplorer and Maxwell were used to obtain the primary and secondary current envelope when the input voltage changes with the secondary compensation capacitor at the same time. The simulation results verify the feasibility of signal full-duplex transmission.

Abstract:In the field of optical measurement, the light source has higher requirements to the constant current source, and the existing constant current source system has the system noise and measurement noise, which affects the output precision of the current. This paper combines Kalman filter algorithm with FOPID control strategy, constructs Kalman-FOPID controller, based on the mathematical model of flow control constant current source system based on BUCK circuit, generates random noise by MATLAB, and carries out current control research. Simulation and physical verification show that the Kalman-FOPID controller can effectively filter the noise interference of the constant current source system and improve the control precision of the output current.

Design of a wireless power transmission device for underground displacement measurement sensor string

Abstract:A kind of wireless power transmission device is designed to include a total power supply and a plurality of radio energy transmission nodes by means of magnetic coupling resonant radio power transmission technology for the power supply characteristics and requirements of the underground displacement measurement sensor string. Each node includes a coil loop, a micro control unit, a receiver circuit, a transmitter circuit, a switch switching circuit and a wireless communication module. The micro control unit controls the connection of the switch switching coil and the back end circuit according to the instruction received by the communication module. This allows each node to have three operating states, namely, receive status, send status, and relay status. In the experiment, the coil was wound and the transmission characteristics were measured with a network analyzer. Then, the coil is connected with the node circuit to verify the performance of the wireless power transmission device. The result shows that the device is stable and reliable to meet the power supply requirement of the sensor string.

A single-stage AC-DC LED driver based on LCLC resonant converter

Abstract:In order to reduce the number of switching devices and the switching loss of the LED driver, this paper presents a novel single-stage AC-DC LED driver based on LCLC resonant converter. The topology can reduce the number of switching devices by combining the power factor correction converter with the resonant converter. On the other hand, it can reduce the switching loss by using LCLC resonant converter, which can realize ZVS and ZCS simultaneously. In this paper, the structure is analyzed in detail and the LTspice IV software is used on the simulation. Finally, the correctness of the analysis is verified by experiment.

Abstract:Asymmetrical half bridge converter has problems that wide power output efficiency is not ideal, the voltage and current stress is large, and rectifier diode has voltage ringing problem. So a low stress and high efficiency asymmetric half-bridge converter is proposed. A forward inductance Lf multiplier structure is introducal transformer secondary to solve the rectifier diode voltage ringing problem. Lf resonates with the capacitors in the voltage double achieves a zero-voltage turn-on of switches and a zero-current turn-off of diodes, and achieve,high efficiency and wide power output. Compared with other asymmetric half-bridge, the proposed converter switch and rectifier diodes have low voltage and current stress. Experiments show that when the proposed converter output power is between 10~100 W, the efficiency ηe is between 90%~96%, rectifier diode voltage is without ringing, proposed converter switch S1, S2 voltage and current stress is low,D1,D2 current stress is also low, but because of the proposed converter transformer secondary asymmetric design(n1<n2), D2 voltage stress is slightly higher.
