Design for 5G high isolation four-element MIMO mobile antenna

Abstract:In this paper, the four-unit high-isolation mobile phone antenna is composed of four radiating elements, and the radiating elements are located at four corners of the antenna. The antenna radiating unit is analyzed and tested, and the operating frequency band of the antenna radiating unit is measured from 3.43 GHz to 3.86 GHz, covering the 5G mobile communication test frequency band. The working frequency band of the MIMO antenna is 3.45 GHz~3.64 GHz under the condition that the port return loss is less than -10 dB impedance bandwidth, and the antenna working frequency band is 3.23 GHz~3.96 GHz under the condition that the port return loss is less than -6 dB impedance bandwidth. The newly designed circular slotted structure reduces the coupling of antennas and electronic components, and the antenna has good omnidirectional and radiative characteristics. The MIMO antenna has a radiation efficiency of 65%~73.4% at 3.2 GHz to 4 GHz. The simulated brain radiation SAR(specific absorption rate) parameters are less than 1.6 W/kg, and the antenna has a low impact on the human body.

Research on cell discovery method based on 5G millimeter wave

Abstract:The 5G millimeter wave(mm-wave) technology provides abundant frequency resources and high throughput, but due to its severe path loss and penetration loss, the millimeter microwave cellular system must adopt high directional beamforming transmission technology when performing cell search and synchronization processes.Based on the improvement of the delay in the directional transmission process, this paper adopts an improved cell discovery algorithm based on the traditional algorithm. The algorithm improves the cell discovery process and reduces the delay by using the background information through the hybrid network architecture of the control plane and the user plane. The experimental results are obtained by MATLAB simulation test: the transmission delay of the improved algorithm is reduced by 40% compared with the traditional algorithm.

The design and application of neural network associative memory system

Abstract:The storage capacity of neural networks has always been a major flaw. Its storage is mainly reflected in the weight coefficient. Therefore, it is very difficult to train a neural network with a large amount of parameters. This paper intends to design an external associative memory for the neural network, which can effectively serve the neural network. The input is associated with the query and the result of the query is passed to the neural network as an auxiliary input. In addition, this paper designs a vector embedding model of natural language sentences, and assembles the model and associated memory to form an associative storage system with automatic association statement semantic vectors. The performance indicators of this system meet the design requirements.

Design of vehicle tracking system based on embedded platform

Abstract:The vehicle tracking system on NVIDIA embedded platform Jetson TX2 is designed .Video data in YUV420 format was collected from the onboard camera and sent to the Tegra Parker hardware HEVC encoder for encoding.The output stream is encapsulated by RTP and sent by UDP broadcast.Gstreamer multimedia framework is used to develop the receiving and decoding program. Finally, the acquired video is tracked and displayed dynamically. The Yolo V2 detection algorithm is used to detect the vehicle to provide tracking objects for the tracking system. Using Meanshift method can track the detected vehicles more accurately,and adding Kalman filtering algorithm can predict the position of the target model in the current frame.The system can realize real-time encoding and transmission of ultra-high definition 4K video with frame rate of 60 f/s. The HEVC hardware encoder encoding rate in this system is three orders of magnitude larger than the PC end x265 encoder, and the PSNR is 6 dB higher than the PC end x265 encoder. It′s more suitable for intelligent transportation.

Application of convolutional neural network in CT image diagnosis of hepatic echinococcosis

Abstract:This paper investigates the application of convolutional neural network(CNN) in CT image diagnosis of hepatic hydatidosis. Two types of CT images of hepatic hydatid disease were selected for normalization, improved median filtering denoising and data enhancement. Based on LeNet-5 model,an improved CNN model CTLeNet is proposed.Regularization strategy is adopted to reduce overfitting problems, dropout layer is added to reduce the number of parameters, and classification experiments are conducted on the images of dichotomous liver hydatid.Meanwhile, feature visualization is realized through deconvolution to explore the potential features of diseases. The results showed that CTLeNet model achieved good results in the classification task, and it was expected to provide auxiliary diagnosis and decision support for liver hydatidosis through deep learning.

Block cipher energy efficient mapping method based on cipher logic array

Abstract:Block cipher is one of the most widely used cryptosystems, and cipher logic array implements block cipher algorithm in a way that combines flexibility and high performance. Based on the structure of CLA designed by the project team, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of block ciphers. Based on this, the basic principle and model of energy-efficient mapping of block ciphers on arrays is proposed, which reduces the computational resources and interconnection resources consumed by the mapping. The cryptographic processing is accelerated by cyclic parallel mapping, and the mapping method of the typical block cipher algorithm is discussed. The mapping results are analyzed on CLA chip. The energy efficiency of the AES algorithm is 9.54 Mbps/mW, which is significantly better than other cryptographic processing structures. The results show that the mapping method proposed in this paper has better energy efficiency characteristics in block cipher processing.

A current-steering digital-to-analog converter design based on dynamic random equilibrium

Abstract:In the field of wideband communications and high-speed video transmission, due to the influence of non-ideal factors such as jitter and random noise, the dynamic performance of current-steering digital-to-analog converter(DAC) is greatly limited. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new method of dynamic random equilibrium for current source selection, whose core idea is based on "data comparison direction and position random equilibrium". It converts error to white noise when maintaining the low switching activity at the same time, so as to improve the output dynamic range. The 14 bit/400 MHz DAC is implemented with SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS technology and the test results show that with 1.8 V power supply and 400 MHz clock frequency, the spurious-free dynamic range(SFDR) is 90.1 dB and power consumption is 86 mW.

A pico-ampere CMOS voltage reference applied in Internet-of-things chips

Abstract:An ultra-low power consumption voltage reference for Internet-of-things chips is proposed in this paper. Due to the drain-induced barrier lowering(DIBL) effect, gate-induced drain leakage(GIDL) effect and gate-drain capacitance feedthrough effect, the conventional pico-ampere voltage references based on leakage current characteristic can obtain low temperature coefficients. However, the line regulation and power supply rejection ratio(PSRR) are too low to apply in the mixed-signal Internet-of-things chips with high power supply noise. Based on the conventional two-MOSFET voltage reference and a 0.18 μm CMOS process, we proposed a novel self-regulated five-MOSFET voltage reference. Simulation results shows that the mean temperature coefficient is 39.2 ppm/℃ over the temperature range from 0 ℃ to 120 ℃, the line regulation is 33.4 ppm/V over the power supply range from 1.0 V to 2.0 V. With the load capacitance of 3 pF, the performance of PSRR is -92 dB@0.01 Hz and -62 dB@100 Hz. In addition, with the 0.18 μm CMOS process, the current comsumption is only 59 pA@27 ℃, the layout size is only 5 400 μm2.

Design of a novel 12-bit SAR ADC

Abstract:A 12-bit 200 kS/s sampling rate successive approximation analog-to-digital converter(SAR ADC) is designed in this paper. Aiming at the large capacitance area and high power consumption of traditional capacitor switching algorithm, a new capacitor switching algorithm is adopted which greatly improves conversion accuracy and reduces power consumption. In addition, the comparator circuit of a fully differential dynamic comparator and a static preamplifier comparator working in a time-sharing manner is utilized to reduce the power consumption further. The circuit is designed and simulated in TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process. The simulation results show that, at a sampling rate of 200 kS/s, the signal-to-noise ratio(SNDR) is 70.94 dB, the effective number of bit(ENOB) is 11.49 bit, the power consumption is 22 μW, and the figure-of-merit(FOM) is 38.2 fJ/(Conversion·step).

Integrated new dead-time control system for filter-less class D audio power amplifier

Abstract:To improve total harmonics distortion plus noise(THD+N) of class D amplifier, a novel and simple dead-time control system with an auxiliary gate voltage detection, sectional control and feedback loop circuits is proposed based on PWM modulate circuit. A filter-less class D audio amplifier that integrated with the novel dead-time control system was implemented in 0.35 μm CMOS process. The measurement result shows that at 3.0~5.5 V power supply, 0 dB gain setting, 8 Ω speaker loading and output 1 W power, the amplifier can keep(THD+N)<0.03%.

A design of a fast lock-in phase lock loop

Abstract:In this paper, a fast lock-in scheme of PLL is proposed. On the basis of traditional PLL, an auxiliary charging module is added. This module can charge the capacitor of the filter with a large current when there is an obvious difference between the frequency of input reference clock and feedback clock, and quit the fast lock-in mode and cut-off the charging path when the frequency gap becomes small, which greatly shortens the lock-in time. The feasibility and stability of the approach are verified by circuit simulation.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the internal damage characteristics of ammunition are quite different and it is difficult to use a ray source imaging for nondestructive testing, a dual-focus ray source fusion imaging method and system are proposed. The overall structure of the system and the design scheme of software and hardware are introduced. Synchronization control circuit centralizes the control of two kinds of ray sources and switches the focus. Intelligent control terminal controls the multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical operation platform in an all-round way, and automatic ultrasonic ranging device adjusts the focus accurately. The image acquisition and processing software adopts the self-adaptive image enhancement method based on curved wave transform to enhance and match the conventional focus and micro-focus ray images, and uses the automatic defect image recognition algorithm to realize the intelligent assistant defect recognition. The application results show that the system has a good imaging detection effect on the damage of different parts and sizes inside the ammunition.

Abstract:The live-field test of the shooting range requires a built-in offline acquisition storage device to record the various flight data. During data readback, due to the limited time of the shooting range test, readback device cannot read back the data in time, which leads to the problem that the shooting range test cannot continue. To solve the above problems, a high-speed data readback device is designed. The interface chip uses the FT600. In data transmission, the ping-pong operation saves the buffer space and reduces the pressure of the transmission speed. QT is used to write the host computer to realize data reception and interpretation processing. The readback speed is up to 160 MB/s by verifying without frame loss and wrong frame. It saves the readback time and can complete the readback of all module operating parameters inside the projectile in a limited time.

Design of a missile data acquisition and storage module

Abstract:How to upload the sensor data accurately to the host computer and store it quickly has always been a key technical problem in the manufacturing of acquisition and storage equipment. In order to solve this problem, a data acquisition and storage module based on dual mode power supply, power failure and interleaving dual page programming technology is proposed. Dual mode power supply ensures that even if the lithium battery is cut off, the USB interface can continue to supply power for the storage device, and the data transmission will not lose number due to power failure. The technology of power-off storage renewal ensures the integrity of data collection in the case of power-off. Staggered double-page programming technology ensures high-speed, accurate and real-time data storage. It can be concluded from the experiment that the device power failure will not affect the accuracy of data collection, and the storage speed of this module can reach 30.72 MB/s.

Design of component detection system based on the Rasspberry Pi

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of PCB component mounting errors in the process of mounting, a component detection system based on Rasspberry Pi is designed.The system adopts Raspberry Pi as the hardware platform, collects the PCB circuit board image, preprocesses the image,reads the PCB coordinate file, and completes the template library production; and improves the operation efficiency by manually adding the mask. The Hough transform is used to detect the image positioning point to locate the PCB image,and then obtains the correctness and error of PCB components through detection algorithm.In addition, the image surface text is extracted and then recognized by the image segmentation method.During the detection process, if the image of the tested board can match the template image, it indicates that the components exist and the model is correct, and the characters on the surface of the capacitor can be automatically recognized.After many tests, it realizes the automatic detection of electronic components.

Design and analysis of dual-band array antenna based on orbital angular momentum

Abstract:With the rapid prosperous growing of communication technologies, the radio frequency band has become more and more crowded. Based on the idea of orbital angular momentum(OAM), this paper designed a dual-band microstrip array antenna with coaxial feed as the element to enhance the spectrum efficiency and channel capacity, as well as the antenna can generate a vortex electromagnetic wave bearing OAM. The simulation results of HFSS shows that the -10 dB bandwidth of the antenna is 11.37~22.77 GHz and 25.06~31.71 GHz, which can generate OAM beams with multiple modal values, and the OAM beams of each mode have good symmetry and rotatability, simultaneously it can generates OAM vortex electromagnetic waves at the center frequencies of 21 GHz and 27 GHz. The system will have a broad prospect in the application of future mobile communication(6G).

Decoding performnce of an improved accumulate-repeat-tree codes

Abstract:It is an indispensable standard technology for error correcting codes to defend jam and noise of wireless fading channels in modern communication systems, which has made this technology become very popular all the time. And as a result of that, in this paper, an improved error correcting coding scheme called accumulate repeat tree(ART) codes, which were constructed based on repeat accumulate(RA) codes and concatenated tree(CT) codes, was proposed for enhancing the encoding and decoding performance. The encoding structure and decoding algorithm were studied. The density evolution principle was discussed, and the practicable algorithm of Gaussian approximation for ART codes was presented. An application of ART coded OFDM modulation is discussed in wireless networks. The simulation results show that ART codes have perfect encoding gain and simpleness of both encoding and decoding algorithm. At the same time, they show good performance improvement using belief-propagation(BP) decoding algorithm on different channel condition.

Research on access authentication technology of power IoT based on Blockchain

Abstract:With the development of information and communication technology and the implementation of the strategy of "Cloud, Big, Things, Move", the power Internet of Things has provided important support for the transmission, transformation, distribution and power consumption of power grid. However, the centralized access authentication method has brought tremendous pressure on the authentication center, especially the large-scale concurrent access and mobile access, which have a serious impact on the system authentication efficiency. Based on the decentralized and undeniable characteristics of Blockchain technology and the characteristics of power system, a distributed authentication scheme for power Internet of Things is proposed. The scheme realizes a PBFT consensus mechanism by combining Shamir threshold secret sharing mechanism. The legally accessed terminals form an authentication group, initiating distributed authentication for new terminals, and recording through Blockchain distributed account book. Experiments show that the scheme can effectively improve the concurrent access efficiency of power Internet of Things terminals.

Research on authentication protocol for cloud computing service system

Abstract:With the fast-developing domain of 5G wireless communication technologies, the cloud system for computing service ushered in new chances and challenges. Users could login this system to access the required computing services via mobile ubiquity networks at any time any place. The authentication protocol for cloud computing system could realize user′s identity verification and session key generation in the remote services providing process, and resist a range of potential network attacking threat, ensure the secrecy and privacy of personal data. In this work, we propose a new authentication protocol for cloud computing service system based on biological verification technology. In this proposal, servers and users could complete the identity verification process with the transmitted messages, and this mechansim protect the secrecy of the agreeed session key. Subsequently, we present the formal demonstration with BAN-logic for proving the completeness and correctness of our proposal. Compared with the related protocols, the proposed authentication protocol for cloud computing service system achieves better security properties.

Research on industrial process fault diagnosis based on improved evidence updating

Abstract:The causes of failures in industrial production processes are quite complex. The fault characteristics of a fault may be multiple, and multiple faults may exhibit the same fault characteristics. Therefore, the single-factor, single-model fault diagnosis method has been insufficient. This paper proposes an improved evidence-updated dynamic fault diagnosis algorithm, and combines it with the artificial intelligence method to apply to the industrial production process fault diagnosis system. The method determines the identification framework of fault diagnosis by describing the fuzzy neural network, applies the new fuzzy reasoning method to generate diagnostic evidence, and then based on the improved evidence update rule to realize the dynamic update of the diagnostic evidence before and after the acquisition, which will be updated dynamically. As a result, fault decision is made to solve the fault pattern diversity, fault diagnosis dynamics and uncertainty of fault characteristics. The example analysis proves that the method achieves the purpose of improving the diagnosis rate of fault diagnosis.

Research on estimation method of lithium-ion battery remaining useful life based on missing observations

Abstract:This paper focuses on the development of a prognostic scheme for estimating the remaining useful life(RUL) of lithium-ion batteries with missing observations. New method includes preprocessing module and prediction module. The preprocessing module introduces extreme learning machine(ELM), and it fills the missing observations based on single point interpolation and multiple interpolation techniques. The prediction module estimates the remaining life based on one-step predictions and multi-steps predictions. An intelligent estimation system for remaining useful life is constructed by combining interpolation technology and advanced prediction algorithm. The new system can process time series data with missing observations. The experimental results show that the new estimation method is suitable for intelligent diagnosis and prediction system related to lithium-ion batteries. Besides, it is also important for electric vehicle industry.

Abstract:As a key link of big data support of smart grid, substation monitoring information point table has an urgent need for technological means innovation of data extraction, management, integration and application. Therefore, this paper adopts the intelligent algorithm of BP neural network to construct the data fusion model of substation monitoring information point table. With the help of the above model, the feature extraction of substation monitoring information redundant data is completed, and BP neural network algorithm is improved based on matrix analysis to further compress the correlation dimension of substation monitoring information, and finally the optimization of substation monitoring information point table is realized. Through the analysis of simulation results, the method reduces the data processing amount of substation monitoring information and improves the artificial intelligence of substation monitoring information.

Research and implementation of DALI 2.0 smart lighting master-controller

Abstract:To ensure the compatibility of Digital Addressable Lighting Interface(DALI) system and improve the smart lighting control effect of the system, this paper systematicly studies the interface circuit and protocol of the DALI 2.0 standard. A master-controller with a builtin bus power and interface circuit is designed, and a PC software match by the controller is designed as well. The ability of autonomous of the master-controller is enhanced to make it become the “brain” of the lighting system. An experiment with master-controller, light sensor and LED driver is proposed. The experimental results show that the master-controller automatically processes the event report of the light sensor and controls the illumination brightness, which achieves the effect of intelligent management and reduces lighting energy consumption.

Precision signal source design for electroacoustic testing

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of the electro-acoustic test parameters measurement, a precision signal source based on DDS chip was designed for the electroacoustic tester calibration. The signal generator uses direct digital synthesis technology, including the STM32 minimum system, DDS chip system, bandpass filter module and digital potentiometer. The STM32 control filter module is used to filter the harmonic components and noise generated by the DDS module to achieve high-precision sine wave signal generation, so as to improve the measurement accuracy of the electroacoustic tester system. Through the control of the digital potentiometer, the requirements of the electroacoustic tester for different amplitudes of the signal are realized.

Development of multi-source data acquisition board based on STM32

Abstract:The design is mainly to take STM32F429 as the control core to realize the design, production, debugging and driver software of multi-source data acquisition board(with shell). The board has two independent CAN buses, two independent RS485, four RS232, eight input and eight output configurable GPIO ports and GPS/BD module. Software features include all interface drivers and GPS/BD module location geographic information extraction. Tests have shown that all data channels are in good working condition when working at full load, and each port can synchronously send and receive data at the maximum data update rate according to the agreed baud rate. In addition, each interface module of the board is electrically isolated, and the data transmission is stable and reliable, meeting the requirements of long-term power-on operation of the equipment.

Design and implementation of the protocol conversion between MEWTOCOL-COM and MODBUS RTU based on FPGA

Abstract:The information is needed to exchange between fieldbus devices in industrial artificial intelligence. However, it is difficult to exchange data and information between equipments for various fieldbus communications protocol. In this paper, the principle and mechanism of MEWTOCOL-COM and MODBUS RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) were discussed. The quick commands, address and data were mapped between the two communications protocol. Moreover, a protocol conversion programme was designed based on FPGA. The platform was built up by hardware and software for exchange experiments between devices based on MEWTOCOL-COM and MODBUS RTU communications protocol. The experiments results showed that communications could be realized between the devices based on MEWTOCOL-COM and MODBUS RTU communications protocol, the transform between two protocol was implemented, and the communication time delay was completed within milliseconds.
